MF Day #42: Turg

I really like how the Lixer tribe act animalistic compared to the majority of the Mixels lineup, so of course their designs would resemble several wild animals, but also look like something we wouldn’t see in our own world.

Turg here is another mixel who you can’t tell what exactly he’s supposed to be. Is he a frog/toad? A hippo? A squid? Or some other fourth animal? He is truly a mixed up animal, a mixamal if you will.

i thinkkk im gonna say outfront that i dont think like. all the lixers are animals i think thats Very Weird to state. if anything theyre weird folks that, if anything, dont know whatever origin they have also i feel they hate the klinkers? liek yknow just fucking with them the moment they fall into swamp waters but klinkervile or whatever its called is almost right next to the swamps. i wouldnt be surprised if klinkers spilt oil and shit into their homes

As promised, the Lixer headcannon

The Nixels created the Lixers out of disposed Mixel parts (why they know what the three look like as opposed to Muncholand's guys) as a sort of "Fight fire with fire" strategy. Create a mixel tribe, make them hate their "normal" counter parts, and then set them loose on the Mixels. Unfortunately this backfired.

Their first experiment, Turg, was more or less a success! It was sentient, strong, able to learn, able to communicate more or less, and hated other mixels with a passion. It also hated nixels but was smart enough to bury this fact when they were present. Tungster and Spugg on the other hand... weren't that.

Spugg was just a puppy, a normal dog and didn't see a difference between Mixels and Nixels, she liked them equally, while Tungster was sentient and able to learn (not able to speak but able to sign and write) hated Nixels and wanted to be among other Mixels. Both were deemed failures.

Turg grew attached to its fellow experiments since, well, they were basically its family, so when it overheard that their disposal was imminent, it decided to stop being the "perfect experiment" and started to actively show aggression towards its creators. When it eventually found a cubit, it maxed with the other Lixers and destroyed the lab and every nixel in it.

That basically sums it up! They kinda stayed in the swamp because they had no where else to go. Only Kamzo knew about them for the longest time (until QFTLM), and that's only because he was attacked by Turg for tresspassing.

Mixels relationship headcanons

Flamzer,Niksput and Vampos are poly married because I ship both Flamzer x Vampos and Niksput x and Vampos

Naut and Burnard Hate each other because Burnard Constantly pulls spider pranks on Naut to scare her she hates them but its little brother Nurp does

Gruggle has anger issues that only Vaka can control (He threw Dribbal to the wall once and She was sent to the hospital emergency room but she's fine she just had stitches on the left side her waist)

Balk was found as a mixling by Tentro and Kraw so It looks up to Tentro as a Mother figure

Flain and Seismo were childhood Friends and they began dating and Volectro is the third wheel on their dates

Snax is unaware that Tungster Has a crush on her They even wrote a song about her in Lixer speak but he wrote it in English for her

(Bonus shit I headcanon Dribbal as a 19 year old Cis female Bisexual and Seismo as a 18 year old Trans man and Gay)

I had an awful case of the artist's block, that I haven't drawn anything for the past couple of months.

That's why I tried to paint my OCs in different styles and maybe capture parts of their personalities. They're from a story I wanted to start but never did. It's funny actually 😂

Since I was in 6th grade I came up with a few of them and over the years I've created more.

MF Day #45: Spugg

Well we’ve already seen a bunch of dog-like mixels, but now we have Spugg who sorta resembles a cat. And it’s pretty fitting too since ferocious feline creatures are most common in jungles/rainforests. Plus his rotating head is an added plus to his wild nature.

They make him come across as a dog in the show for some reason, but in my eyes, Spugg looks more like a cat than he does a dog. Besides, we already have a wild dog mixel character with Jawg.
