Chase Young/First Ninja is such a good ship though? It has it all. The tragedy. The drama. The clashing of ideals, assuming Chase even has any ideals left. The villain starting out with purely selfish intentions and ending up desperately trying to stop the hero from self-destructing, while the hero refuses to turn away from his path no matter what, which leads him to become just as inhuman as the villain--okay, I will stop. Seriously though, there's probably a parallel to be made about Chase having lost his soul to his magical transformation while the First Ninja seems to be more himself than ever despite being stuck in a book. Perhaps that's the difference between someone who lost sight of what truly mattered and someone who hyperfocused on the most important things.

Anyway, I just imagined the events of RC9GN playing out, but Chase Young is chained up somewhere really inconvenient (for Randy) and giving (bad) advice the entire time, so. Laugh rule, I need to tell you your idea rocks.

This is a fascinating angle that I haven't considered before! I mean, there is trully something very tragic about an inherently selfish villain's motivations becoming just a little bit less selfish as he tries to essentially 'save' the hero from his noble self-sacrifice/destruction in the name of duty. And it really fits their dynamic, because while Chase is an evil selfish asshole, no one can deny that he is honorable and that he can care and First is certainly stubborn enough about his duty. Gives just even more angst flavor to this ship, like WOW thats something I'm going to brood about for awhile.

And yes, their transformations (ascensions?) at the cost of their souls (i mean if we look at it closely, First basically sacrificied his soul to be forever preserved??? AND lost his mortal body in the process. so, inhuman in a sense.) in pursuit of their goals, is something that I see as parallels too! (wow anon, same brainwave!!) (It's also why i really like the ship name i made up for them haha)

akljadfkadsk xD yeah!!! thats basically the idea when I first sketched out the Captured Outcome for Chase in the VS event! Chase is just sort of hanging out in his forever prison, bothering spirit of First, and Randy somehow discovers him and Chase becomes that charismatic captured manipulative antagonist that gives morally dubious advice, than Nomicon/First, to the hero (that ultimately leads to Randy accidently releasing Chase and so on). (In my head, I call this AU a Hidden Chapter because Randy is basically browsing Ninjanomicon when he accidently stumbles on a reference to Chapter/Page dedicated to Chase and tries to find the rest of the info.)

i have so many aus but theyre just like. cool dynamic scenarios stuffs just existing in my head that i dont rlly do anything with... i do have one that I actually wanna do something with that i was thinking abt lately...."villain" sorcerer rui and knight tsukasa simply because i had a funny concept to go along with it, but not much else for now.

basically my entire premise for this is that tsukasa is convinced rui is this evil sorcerer that causes chaos and harms people for fun and wants to get rid of him, but rui is actually just a nerdy guy whose trying to experiment with his magic which often causes the previously mentioned chaos. since rui wants to be alone so he doesnt accidentally harm someone during his experiments, he started to play into the evil thing so people would avoid him and he can freely do his own thing.

the funny part comes in when he sees this self righteous guy with a hero complex that just suddenly wont leave him alone, no matter how much rui tries to scare him off.

at that point rui just doesnt know what to do, he wants to just ignore him but he quickly find out this guy is serious about wanting him gone. so, he tries explaining himself, and tsukasa seems oddly interested in the magic stuff.

so basically rui is fighting for his life while this knight is slashing at him but still keeping the conversation going?? and he seems genuinely interested in what hes talking about, even asking questions and pausing mid-fight for a sec to think about the questions. and rui is so confused on what the hell is the deal with this guy.

and so after a while of the fight going nowhere rui finally managed to get the upper hand somehow, but he obviously doesnt want to hurt this random knight. not only cause he gets why he would want to kill him but also he would be in so much trouble if he killed a damn knight. so he just. leaves. and hopes this guy doesnt come back.. but kinda wants him back? cause this random knight was genuinely invested in what rui was saying despite clearly not getting any of it, and rui simply never had someone like that before.

and yeah basically thats the concept and i might do something fun with it someday. its pretty basic tbh but i find it silly and fun so :3

usually im too anxious abt sharing my aus and lots of other stuff so i dont talk abt it a lot but i have SOOOO many. its insane. and theyre all just existing in my head, cause most of them r just self indulgent silly stuff lmao

oh you have no idea how long ive waited to talk about them. this mayyy get a bit long so ill leave it under the readmore.

disclaimer: i intend on finishing these fics so what im going to be talking about is inspirations and unfinished / abandoned ideas and other ideas i have for the works instead of anything relating to the plots themselves

for svadd, sj is a lot more complicated than he appears to be on the surface. im not so sure if what i have written currently is what i /want/ exactly because i know i want his character to go a certain way. the relationships between him and his modern-day friends is one meant to parallel the in-game "shen qingqiu" sj compares himself to and in much the same way, mirror the way that sy contrasts himself with sqq in canon: but instead of being condescending and viewing sqq as a one dimensional character, sj is able to appreciate his nuance while still being rightfully angry over his actions

to me, sj is supposed to be an unreliable narrator who constantly enforces his own thoughts. he tells himself over and over that he misses his home and that he wants to go back, that he absolutely needs to- but then, he turns the other way and finds himself being sucked even deeper into this different one.

i also really wanted to explore how sjs dynamic with a lot of the characters would be affected knowing that they were "based off" his real friends, but again im not very confident with how it came off lol

there was a lot of points in the story where i attempted to add in foreshadowing for the ending i want the story to take... in any case, it definitely wont go the same way as vadd, though i did toy with the idea of a "version" of sy being the main villain haha

(it might still happen for shits and giggles)

as for the roxanna au there are a lot of things ive wanted to do with this au and its good that i havent posted because it means i can keep revising til i come up with something good lol

its a liujiu au with some bingyuan / cumplane thrown into the mix (the cumplane is overwhelmingly toxic btw bingyuan is the healthy one out of the two here 😭) where yes sj is xana !!! he really just makes such a good manhwa villainess haha

i had been puzzling over what i wanted his motif to be-- after all, sj is typically associated with the simplicity and calming bamboo so the glittering butterflies wouldnt work with him- but after some deliberation i decided with using moths for him :3c still subject to change ofc but i think im happy with this as is

the story is somewhat similar to how roxanna goes but surprise sj isnt the transmigrator here! (and honestly, roxanna wouldve been sm better if xana hadnt been a transmigrator... or maybe i just think that because it was only used as a convenient plot point for her to know crucial info. sigh.)

my outline of how the roxanna au goes is basically this:

lqg fucks around and finds out

sj who has been seeing dreams of the "book" sy read knows what will happen to his family if lqg dies

etc

at the same time: sy, transmigrator, attempts to make sure his only surviving older brother lives to a long happy life and the only way he can secure this is by fucking up that hack author

also i killed off qi-ge and idk if i want him to come back. he'll be like the stereotypical dead anime mother for this au lmao

since its AU day of epithet week, I wanna post an AU we made a while ago. It's a swap AU but like different from Epithet Swap i swear. It would be apt to call it something like an anime campaign swap but its not really that either since all the character changes carry over from epithet? It's a weird grey zone between anime campaign and epithet erased so I decided to name it Sugar Cookie Shuffle. yknow because the working title for epithet erased was Sugar Cookie Jazz, which is kinda like an in between of anime campaign and epithet erased.

ok so Sugar Cookie Shuffle is a swap AU that swaps:

Molly and Lorelai Calliope and Martin Giovanni and Rick Sylvie and Mera Indus and Moot Percy and Howie Ramsey and Zora Trixie and Feenie Charles and Guile Dan Gansley and Don Infusio Naven and Yoomtah

lets go over each of these in no particular order

Zora and Ramsey Zora is gonna stay a cowboy but is now an Only Sane Man archetype, the combination of which is extremely funny. Ramsey is now a Suit Villain, which means he's gonna always look like this and thats cool as fuck because LOOK AT HIM

epithet swapped made ramsey into a cowboy and made zora into not a cowboy and that is a travesty. Ramsey is basically built to be a Suit Villain. also suits are cool and hot and i love them.

in place of turning Bugsly into a baby, Ramsey just fucking turns Arnold to gold.

Sylvie and Mera in anime campaign, sylvie had a murderous hatred of mera and mera did not give a single shit about him. That dynamic is good actually. In Sugar Cookie Shuffle, Sylvester Ashling is a genius with intense narcolepsy caused by his epithet. He slept through 60% of university and only barely failed to get a doctorate. He's very salty about that and wants to get the Arsene Amulet to research it but also blah blah blah Mera backstory also since beefton was awake when sylvie was asleep, he's just as much of a genius as his waking self. Just more prone to destruction because its fun.

Mera is physician who wants to research epithets' passive effects on biological processes. has a Napoleon complex. slightly just kinda pathetic.

Indus and Moot Moot is Sylvie's bodyguard to protect/hide him whenever he falls asleep due to narcolpsy. also to protect the people around him because he passively turns his dreams real and like doctor beefton and whatnot. She's also looking for her brother Indus because blah blah blah Indus backstory

Indus is edgy now. His barriers have spikes because hes edgy.

Guile and Charles Guile just can't keep friends because he always feels the urge to shoot them.

Charles is on the Gaslight gatekeep girlboss grind and intentionally gets into relationships and then emotionally destroys them Like in AC, they still manage to have a good friendship despite all the issues with themselves. Charles has a soft spot for utterly hopeless people and that's how she stays friends with Guile and Mera.

Molly and Lorelai + Calliope and Martin Martin dies in this one instead of Calliope Molly is better about it. Lorelai is worse about it. (blyndeffswap AU is basically this premise but done well) Calliope and Martin balance each other out so instead of Martin's braindead idiocy an Molly having to do everything, its Calliope's breakneck efficiency and Lorelai not being able to keep up. to parallel Molly being depressing and cynical, Lorelai is like monumentally morbid. She has creation powers and uses them in the most fucked up ways possible. "My parents are ghosts! DEAD GHOSTS! Feel bad now?" "My dads a ghost! Look here he is!" Makes a fucked up dad ghost "hiiii lorrieeeee"

Phoenica and Trixie Trixie Roughhouse is from a line of dastardly sorcerers, villains, and knaves. also Trixie is also constantly haunted by ghosts and stuff. Phoenica's still rich but like uhhh. idk ok?

(on the topic of neo trio and lorelai i genuinely dont know what ages they should be. like should molly and lorelai switch ages? should the neo trio stay with molly or should they be lorelai's friend group now? splitting the neo trio feels wrong and I cant't think of a good answer.)

Giovanni and Rick Rick likes friends and the boys are his friends. :) Giovanni uhh. Primordial... Soup? wait he's not ocean race uhh. Roughhouse family villainy? we worked on this AU over one night ok we can't flesh out every swap.

Percy and Howie obvious swap is obvious. we didn't really work on this much. instead of turning percy's sword into time death blade, ramsey turns howie's wrench to gold and manipulates it in mid air to make a magic boomerang.

Naven and Yoomtah obvious swap is obvious, we didn't really work on this much.

-obviously goro akechi is megamind.,,, tho instead of being blue he is just goro akechi (maybe w loki's horns or smth to make him look more alien) and when hes disguised as 'bernard' he just looks like his disguise from the jazz club where u ruffle up his hair n put glasses on him LOL. also he still uses the name bernard bc i think thats funny

-akira is roxanne :3c ambitious reporter who v much enjoys the banter between them every time he gets kidnapped hehe and is sooo enamored w bernard bc hes the only other person who seems so invested in the cruel detective prince despite his Villainous Tendencies

-ryuji is hal (ryuji baby im so sorry) but not in like a 'nice guy' kinda way just in that hes the lazy bro whos always hangin around akira.,, but i love ryuji so rather than going mad w power after getting rejected like some kind of dweeb its more of a persona 4 situation where his concern for akiras safety and his jealousy of he and goros (or bernards as far he knows) relationship - it all combines and his shadow self takes over, so instead of being consciously a douche he is just consumed by forces beyond his control 😔😔 and obv snaps out of it after they beat his ass LOL

-souji is metro man lmaoo i think it fits that hed b like a role model n an inspiration to the p5 characters but also opt out of the fighting b4 it can consume him and become his entire life bc soujis character already struggles w feeling like hes living his entire life for other ppl and not for himself :/

-im not entirely sure abt minion.,, i feel like sumire fits better but i didnt play royal n havent watched the entire playthrough so idk her that well ..,, so in my heart minion is ann <33 i rlly like the hc that goro and ann are friends Anyway n i feel like the petty catty megamind/minion dynamic suits them well hehehe

so basically the gist of it is that akira is repeatedly kidnapped by Villainous Detective Prince Goro Akechi and rescued every time by local hunk and hero souji seta, who fakes his own death to get out of the public eye. in the aftermath of that akechi takes over the city but quickly grows bored w the lack of challenge.,, he and his assistant ann decide that ryuji (while kind of boneheaded) has potential to b strong and should b crafted into his New Rival !! but that backfires, as trying to motivate him through the promise of earning akiras interest only drives his jealousy to the point of being all consuming (this is when his shadow self takes the reigns).

akechi accidentally bumps into akira just like in the movie where he panics and disguises himself ( tho i think rather than freezedrying some poor dude its a magic thing idk bc i think its funny if that why his disguise sucks so hard its just bc he was flustered and in a hurry not to b caught so all he could manage was no horns messier hair big glasses) and akira talks 2 him abt how awful it is that soujis gone and that he never even Disliked akechi in fact hed grown rather fond of him after all their flirty rapport and bernard (akechi) has 2 b like mmhmm yeah that guy sucks. and hes caught between sounding indignant bc his pride is wounded and sounding all too genuine in talking abt how much he hates goro akechi LOL😖

ummm they get closer over time trying 2 pinpoint where akechis Evil Lair might be and then they 100% still have that sad restaurant scene where akechis disguise gets all fucked up (i like to think its bc he got so flustered by being kissed that his brain short circuited and the spell dropped for a sec) and akira does the whole 'wtf why did you lie to me why did u string me along was this all to humiliate me?? or worse was this all genuine to you? did u ever think i could love someone like you??' and walks home in the rain especially sad bc hed confessed that hed had feelings for akechi prior to soujis death so now it just feels like its being thrown back in his face Twice smh

akira still gets snatched up by shadow ryuji and cant do anything abt it but not bc its helpless its bc he doesnt wanna hurt his best friend ): he knows thats not him!!! but tldr goro shows up and ryuji gets bonked around bc akira comes 2 goros aid just 2 subdue him not 2 actually injure him! and then he comes back 2 himself and is so sorry and its ok they r besties again :) and goro and akira kiss on the mouth maybe

Idk how popular of an opinion this is, but I always like portraying Vanny as a very obsessive fan of Afton. Like you know those people who become obsessed with serial killers? One of those, except she became a copy cat killer to the extreme. So she was already really fascinated by him before he started talking to her directly, and when he did she wanted to take up his legacy.

I just wish Vanny had a bigger antagonist role and it didn’t just come back down to Afton being behind it all. Like yes it is his fault but it just feels so fascinating to explore the route of a devotee that isn’t entirely forced to listen to them you know? Manipulated yes, but controlled? Ehh.

I just want Vanny to have a bigger villain role, so in my au I do make it different then canon to make her really fill that role. She’s obsessed with Afton but not just because of his influence, though that definitely turned her mild “this is a fascinating serial killer” into “I’m going to revive this serial killer so he can reek havok once more”. But again, because of persuasion, not actual forcing. Because wouldn’t glitchtrap being a manipulative force be far more interesting then basic mind control?

Idk, thats always how I think of them. I know it doesn’t follow canon but it just fascinates me, and makes the dynamic between her and her possessed animatronics even more interesting. She really does just want to achieve her goal, and she doesn’t care what she has to do to achieve it- she probably planned to get rid of Moon once she was done with him, just to get rid of the evidence of her tampering permanently.

If you dont mind me asking why is Roy's character butchered with jayroy? And the same with changing Jason's character? I'm not a shipper I'm just getting into comics after watching young justice and have seen people shipping them.

i am so mad because i went through ALL of my tags and i couldn’t find that one post detailing roy’s character pre 52, so if you want that then send another ask and i will try to find it out in the wild wild west of tumblr and and send it to you!

anyways, jayroy. basically what you need to know is pre 52 roy’s character was vastly different from rhato, he was way more competent, more mature (not saying he didn’t have his immature moments but ya) and he had LIAN. so basically with rhato roy’s entire character... was just not his character. it was someone completely different just with the same name as him. he was made incompetent and used as more comic relief than anything. he was essentially just jason’s sidekick at this point, and jason would have to babysit him which. uh. ya. also they made him into a mercenary which. huh?

jason’s character was made into someone more mature than what he really was in rhato and part of that was because of roy’s character and how it had been totally destroyed. jason was (i hate using this word but) broken, came back from the dead and completely heartbroken. he would not have been in the right state of mind or nearly mature enough to babysit roy of all people, roy who is his older brother’s friend who is 7 years older than him. ages get really weird because roy is older than dick so that makes roy way older than jason, but new 52 deaged him so he was in... mid 20s? somewhere around there but on the younger side, which just does not coincide with the timeline at all. jason would not have been older than 19 or 20 i have no idea (i think he’s either 19 or 20 current day so??? hello??? what’s going on cjdnxjsjs) WHAT I WENT OFF TRACK OK ANYWAYS THE POINT IS jason is a lot younger than roy even with age changes and roy still has way more experience in the field than jay, especially considering jason became robin when roy had years of experience already AND THEN MORE during that time between when jason died and when he was came back from the league of assassins (jason would have fighting experience with the league but not experience out in the field). jason was also written to have helped roy with his addiction and everything here is wrong because 1) the addiction was swapped from heroin addiction to alcohol, which is super insulting and disgraceful writing. heroin and alcohol addiction are not the same in the slightest and are NOT INTERCHANGEABLE!!! roy having a heroin addiction was a part of a drug awareness thing at the time it was written, which adds more salt to the wound in my opinion. 2) jason wasn’t even there for roy’s addiction and it was dick and dinah that helped him with it, but roy’s relationship with dick (and the rest of the titans but i’ll focus on dick here). dick and roy’s relationship was so great omg, it also really shows how good of a friend roy was, like making the outsiders and making dick join so dick could have another family after donna’s death 🥺 (or something like that i don’t remember how it was written in the comics) ANYWAYS ANYWAYS erasing roy’s relationship with the titans and his friendships AND LIAN just takes away a lot of his character and how good of a friend he was, leaving him as a shell of his character filled with something completely different, completely changing the way he and jason would interact.... wait i feel like i got really off track. right, erasing his relationship with the titans in the regard and making jason his ✨one true friend✨ villainizes the titans (AND DICK PARTICULARLY BECAUSE THATS WHO THEY FOCUS ON?!?!) especially with the fanon thingy where dick was a bad brother or whatever before jason died (the titans and dick actually loved jason 🗿) but ya, jayroy completely makes them both ooc and villainizes other character in the process.

ANYWAYS AND WITH LIAN!!!! lian was what made roy mature. not saying he wasn’t mature before, but a major part of roy’s development was getting lian and becoming a father. new 52 just got rid of lian (and we haven’t seen if her until recently... so we are ignoring that lmao) but rhato was when roy didn’t have lian, he just doesn’t have that development :( so jayroy dynamic is really different and then these JACKASSES MAKE AUS WHERE JASON RAISES LIAN WITH ROY 😡😡😡 like roy’s character would NOT be completely different and then jason is just... made into a more competent father 🗿 huh. anyways—

Okay, so would you like to elaborate some more on the Adaruki dynamic in your BNHA AU? 👀 I figured you'd have more room to explain if I just sent you an ask haha

So, i said this in the comment but the premise is that p5(r) and p4 are in the same timeline

(in case you dont know bnha basic lore) in bnha people the majority of people are born with quirks (superpowers) which are genetically taken

Which means the 20% of humanity is born quirkless

But theres a way to obtain an non-genetical quirk which is OFA! (which is trasmitted trough dna, if someone has it then they can trasmit it to someone trough making them for example eat the previous user hair) im not sure if i can explain what kind of quirk OFA is without entering spoiler territory though, so thats the deal with wildcards!

Theres also AFO which in canon is just one dude that steals quirk and gives them to people but here i wanted to have a series of indiduals have the capacity of making artificial quirks which would be the gods of the story (izanami, Yaldaboath-idk how to write his name- and alzathoth)

So p4 and p5r are happening at the same time which means the story follows an established and adult Yu tutoring the next OFA user which is Akira!So Akira is a vigilante fighting against the corrupt Hero society which has as the leader Shido and Akechi is working for him with the same plan as canon, Yu is searching the culprit of some accidents happened in the city, the culprit is Adachi of course

In the meantime Maruki is planning to change reality and his indentity his secret

Same goes for Adachi but at some point his indentity is revealed and he becomes a wanted villain

Back to Adaruki. Im sorry

So they both have similiar backgrounds and quirks,they were both given quirks by the 'gods' so they were both originally quirkless

Adachis quirk situation is a lil hard to describe but his goal is to end reality and his plan is to use one of his quirks called 'fog' (im so original omg) which gives him the ability to brainwash people by making a mist out of his mouth, but he cant control it very well and it hurts his body, plus the quirk range is too little to just control a whole world

Maruki on the other hand wants to save reality, and his quirk gives him a little more advace because its uh i dont have a name yet but they are sick tentacles that when touching someone else they can make the person (uhm) have illusions and an overall different perception of reality (like in canon) but like Adachi, the quirks range isnt enough to brainwash a whole society

So, their end goal is both to advance their quirks to 'god-like' and change reality once and for all(with the help of their respective god)

So with that longass premise lets do some adaruki

Their overall dynamic is rivals-i respect you but dont get in my way- to lovers/friends

They meet in Adachi wanted villain arc and Adachi is able to discover Marukis indentity and plans (SOMEHOW) Maruki then proceed to ask to do a team up but Adachi refuses because 'Marukis ideas are too simple and theres not a real way to save humanity as it would doom itself over and over again' and Maruki insisted that it was 'still a better way than dooming it all and make people live like brainwashed zombies'

Even with their awful conversation, Maruki still decided to not call the heroes;not only because of self presevation but mostly because he could feel that Adachi was in a lot of pain, and wanted to get him into his fake reality so he could too redeem himself and live an happier life

Adachi is just interested in Maruki, hes curious to see when Maruki will understand how foolish he is and i unlikely other villains he actually respects Maruki;hes just thinks hes naive and that the ''bad guy'' life isnt suited for me

So they keep meeting up, keep saving each other against heroes and also other villains but also antagonize each other and actively try to stop the other

Of course at some point Adachis has his confrotation with Yu and gets defeated without never making in act his plan... Maruki on the other hand...

okay so you said you'd like to hear about my mlp au so here it goes lmao. its less of an au and more of a series of self indulgent wishes (in no chronological order) that im trying to put together in a timeline, but because some very major things change it kinda counts as an au??? going through the voltron fandom made me learn the absolute power of going "the canon is as fake as the headcanons i make up in my head and therefore just as real" so now whenever a show leaves me unsatisfied i've taken on the habit of just. imagining the things i would have wanted to see and basically adopting that as MY version of the events. so thats whats going on here (though i enjoyed most of mlp, i sort of just wanna play around with ideas that i think could have been fun and changing the more major things i dislike. its just me having fun and imagining things.)

so today was a sombra brainrot day and ive had some time to think of what i wanna do with him? kinda? theres some loose ends here and there but here's my silly little idea (which is very self indulgent) for him specifically.

his return goes practically the same with the key difference that he doesnt die because discord doesnt let him. this makes more sense to me because he and sombra agreed that if sombra failed, he'd simply do as grogar asked, so the fact that discord kinda just let him die is 🙄 stick to your promises, bitch.

but this is MY headcanon au and so he actually keeps his word <3

sombra is fucking humiliated obviously because thats a major punch to his ego and he clearly isnt used to dealing with those feelings so hes just kinda being pathetic and whiny and kind of in denial about what went down lol. i've always enjoyed the idea of sombra and cozy interacting with each other and forming a father/daughter dynamic of sorts so thats what i like to think happens next. im not entirely sure abt what my headcanon backstory for cozy is, but i do know she probably didnt have good parents, and i see this as the reason for why she clings to tirek so strongly, shes looking for a replacement for that. sadly for her, tirek doesnt actually give a shit about her and while he grows to tolerate her (as we see on the show, all the villains do kinda learn to get along to some extent) he is definitely not interested in fulfilling the parental role she has projected on him.

im a little unsure on what i wanna do with cozy's dynamic with tirek? i think its fun to see her annoying him, so i would like to keep it there, but i dont know how to make it make sense considering some of the changes i wanna make. thats just a sidenote though, i'll tell you more about it later.

the point is, cozy is this lost little kid who is very unhinged and in desperate need of a parental figure, and the one character she seems to want this from is just not giving it to her, which frustrates her.

enter sombra! dude isnt that different from tirek, he doesnt like children at all and isnt interested in cozy's little dilemma. hes mostly just stuck feeling sorry for himself because he is now in a situation where he has NO control and being the guy he is, hes not really coping with it well enough. he has kinda isolated himself even more than the others because he is a manchild incapable of dealing with those feelings. cozy kinda notices that, and being eager to make friends, attempts to approach him. initially hes very annoyed and tries to scare her off but it doesnt work because cozy is a fucked up kid who is not afraid of even god. so she continues in her little mission of "befriending him" and in the process they actually start to grow genuinely fond of each other.

sombra is kinda just stuck in this pit of self pity so he isnt even as firm as he could be. he doesnt care enough to push her away and so he kinda just lets her be, not thinking much of it initially. but the more they start to talk the more he starts to resonate with this child. shes entertaining, and reminds him a little bit of himself when he was a foal, so he cant help but feel some level of endearment for her. and cozy is just glad someone is finally paying her attention.

eventually they'd kinda just stick with each other. sombra would sort of just unofficially adopt this kid and neither of them would really think of it much, theyre just at a point where they kinda wanna be around each other. sombra especially isnt used to really caring about anyone other than himself, but cozy is slowly becoming more and more important to him.

stuff goes the way it does in canon, they fail and get turned into stone. except they actually let cozy stay as she is because here they actually realize that doing that to a child is probably incredibly cruel.

but cozy is being a bitch. theyre trying to find a way to reach her and connect with her but shes a very problematic kid and they just dont know what to do with her. eventually discord mentions that while he was disguised as grogar he did notice her and sombra being together a lot. they try to ask her about it and even though she doesnt give any details, based on how she acts it isnt hard for them to deduce that she specifically really misses sombra.

shes a trouble child, and they need to handle that, but on top of that shes also grieving the loss of someone she seemed to care about and thats not making it any easier. starlight is the one to suggest that maybe they can try freeing sombra, working on reforming him kind of like with discord and then using that as a way to help reach cozy's softer side. she points out that they've done this before, so theres a big chance they will succeed. everyone is against the idea for obvious reasons, but starlight is very insistent and offers to be the one to reform him. eventually, twilight reluctantly agrees. they find a way to significantly reduce his magic so no one gets hurt. and so the edgy guy's reformation arc shall commence <3

Oh this is a really great idea. Seeing a king sombra reformation arc would be interesting especially under these circumstances

This isn’t a lov one but it’s really funny so I thought I’d put it out there:

-when bnha was first gaining traction on tumblr, it was all art of Tsuyu. I have no idea why. People were talking about the funky frog lesbian superhero anime. Maybe it was just the people I was following, maybe it was a general trend, but I LOVED her design!!! my fav color and frogs r super cute!!! And I already loved superhero media, so I was like. I’ll watch it. For Her. SO. FROPPY IS THE REASON I WATCHED/READ BNHA. I went in thinking she was the protag and I was sooo confused when Izuku was... tbh I still think it’d be more interesting if she was lmaooo aus where? ...seriously if anyone has good aus where this is the case send them LOL

-I don’t actually feel that bad abt what Shigaraki’s doing. I still feel bad for him. I’m this post. yes im an apologist. its not my fault hes sexy and has been running around shirtless. hes a lesbian icon like thor is. I want to touch his hair. hes never done anything wrong in his life. he could kill all might, deku, bakugo, whatever, I’d still be sayin this. I don’t feel bad for gt. like. was anyone genuinely attached to him? lmao

-well u know how spinner’s quirk is just sticking to things? We haven’t seen him use it in canon except like, (1) time iirc?? I think this is probably bc he’s embarrassed about it even in front of the league... I loooove the idea that he gets more comfortable with it around them :”) and also how shigaraki. um. does that falling asleep thing while standing up with his eyes open, canonly? (which I still love lmfao) Imagine someone in the league walking in a dark room, turning on the light n just seeing. Spinner upside down, stuck to the ceiling asleep bc heat rises and its Warmer Up There. (cold blooded thing like tsuyu?? come ON give him a big fuzzy coat and scarf...) and Shigaraki in the center of the room, slouched but still standing, eyes open and motionless. Theyre both sleeping. Whomever sees it just...slowly walks out. LMAO

-Toga roller derby au. No deep thoughts I just think she’d be good at it.

-Toga 100% is a social butterfly and could befriend anyone if they didn’t just judge the fact she was trying to stab them smh :/ (ok but seriously anytime I see cute friendships with her n the other kids im like :) aw. I feel like her and Camie...would be good friends. Camie feels chill enough to be like ‘ok whatever thats totally fine I forgive you!!’ LMAO we love airheads here)

-HOW DID TOGA GET SO GOOD AT FIGHTING? We know she’s been on the run since middle school or so, but good enough to pin Deku down after he’s been formally trained at a ~hero school~ for a while? (she pinned him TWICE I think, once when his arms were messed up, but, the other time as Camie, so? AND THEN WAS ONE OF THE 100 PEOPLE TO GO THRU TO THE 2ND ROUND OF THAT? even tho she didn’t bc she had to leave) good enough to beat Aizawa in a fight and stab him? A professional hero and teacher for YEARS? Is that seriously just street training??? Can people acknowledge how amazing her combat skills and reflexes are??? More Toga appreciation when?? Also her backstory??? SO subversive and incredible, hate when people reduce her to just a ~typical anime yandere~ :/

-Tomura doing stuff with his hands/fingers to train his quirk!!! And to learn to be careful with it!! obv I’m a Big Fan of him playing piano to do this and video games are prob the canon answer, but like, guitar or any stringed instrument that requires Hands would work too. Or knitting/sewing? EMBROIDERING? ??? Please, let me give you the mental image of him knitting aggressively while mentally scheming, watching a twitch streamer or smth too while doing it. (Doing stuff with your hands is a great way to let your mind come up with creative stuff, that’s how I come up with writing/drawing ideas 70% of the time)

-Tomura actually PREFERS cutesty, relaxing games. I mean, he does fighting and bloody stuff irl, games are a way to relax...he’ll play shooters and gta type games with The Lads, but. on his own?? animal crossing. pokemon. kirby games. mario. zelda. BIG ZELDA FAN (not saying this bc I, personally, am biased, but,) slime rancher, stardew valley, funny simulator games... he really enjoys those :”) God forbid he has a kid bc they’re 100% getting named after a viddy game character unless someone can talk him out of it LOL. Toga and Tomura are that animal crossing /doom meme where she’d be asking for doom and him asking for animal crossing :”)

-Bits and pieces of Before are kinda stuck in Kurogiri’s brain, but like. mostly useless stuff the doctor didn’t care about removing. Like, types of clouds. So Tomura kinda picks up on stuff like that. He can just look at clouds and tell you what type they are because Kurogiri used to take him up to high places in the city and point them out to calm Tomura down from a panic attack when he was younger. He can tell you if the sky looks like it’ll rain with a 80% accuracy rate too.

-Kurogiri left food out for kitties in the alley beside the bar. They weren’t allowed in for Health Reasons (it IS a bar with sanitation standards!!) And Tomura really wouldn’t stop it or encourage it either way so long as Kurogiri did his job, but occasionally would stand outside with Kurogiri and just watch the kitties from a distance. If any approached he’d go back in (lowkey afraid he’d hurt them by touching them :( ) They kinda kept that between them tho, bc they both Know AFO is a big bag of dicks and no fun

-people have pointed out how similar aizawa and tomura look. this was 100% the intention. tomura has a hatecrush on him. THIS IS SO FUNNY AND HORRIBLY AWKWARD FOR KUROGIRI LMAO

-Sako??? Mr. Dramatic?? Opera fan. Drama kid. Like, obviously, but. Really. He is. I feel like he can speak a dozen languages. I also feel like he used to be an overachiever but got too ambitious. He was def some kind of leader at one point of a diff Group or something that fell apart. I LOVE how creative he is with his quirk and the magician theme??? incredible. I don’t show him enough love but I Love Clowns :o)

-I don’t care what their canon heights are. Spinner and Dabi? short kings. My height hcs are (tallest to shortest) Kurogiri, Twice, Sako (who also has heels on his boots and a tall hat, keep in mind), Tomura, Magne (Tomura and Magne are about the same height imo) Toga, Spinner, Dabi. LISTEN. Dabi has short energy. Sorry. it’s true tho

-This is a semi-popular hc I think bc I KNOW I’ve seen it before, but Dabi having Terrible Vision and needing glasses is so so good. (seriously, with burns THAT close to his eyeballs, how could he not?)

-he tries to be a tough loner coolguy. you’d think he’d smoke, but I hc his ‘weak constitution’ comes with weak lungs (esp from years of a flame quirk?? inhaling smoke over so much time is SO bad for you, most people who die in fires actually die of smoke inhalation...) so he’s got like, an inhaler, can’t smoke, actually gets carsick, needs glasses, overuses quirk to save friends constantly, likes napping, a little awkward and rude. Tomura put him in charge of the vanguard so he’s smart, and good with strategies too, like a nerd. this is the Dabi I wanna see, not the popular fandom version of him tbh also step on hawks one more time sir :”)

-I wish all the lov fics weren’t?? villain!deku like I said earlier, but also, chatfics? I have nothing against them but most of them are just a bombardment of Memes with NO PLOT!!! Listen. text/chatfics CAN have plot and be an interesting way to tell a story. I almost want to write one just to show what I mean...

I know I’ve said I like spinaraki and blackmagic, but I am a multishipper, so a few ships I don’t talk about that I like that involve the lov in some way:

-toga/any of the 1A girls??? or Camie??? super interesting. ALSO in the radio drama, bakugo’s voice actor said Toga was his favorite girl??? so?? bakugo/toga ?? I WANT TO SEE IT. but specifically my fav dynamic with her is when someone ELSE is the one to like her first, it’s what she deserves.

-Kurogiri/aizawa/mic?? any variety of that is also 👌🏻 I also kinda wanna see kurogiri/all might bc. Dads. COME ON. they bond over ‘well, I raised him, and you want to have a part in his life now?? ok. earn it. prove it. I’ll screen you first’ or something LMAO they’re both genuinely concerned for the boy, and SOOO biased. let them bond.

-WAIT WHERE IS THE MIC/COMPRESS CONTENT. THEYRE BOTH DRAMATIC. ENEMIES TO LOVERS?? HELLO??? SOMEONE?? ANYONE. rarepair hours

-giran/twice is cute. like he was hyping him up so much and so ready to go save him...

-I’ve also seen shiganatsu and shigafuyu and I’m like. these are cute, but also Dabi’s reaction always makes me cry laugh. so good.

-MOST EVERYONE IN THE LOV IS LGBTQA+!!! heres my personal headcanons:

Toga: pan or bi (CANON BASICALLY)

Magne: transwoman (CANON BABEY) bi, leans towards men. (her crush on dabi in bnha smash... uwu content where)

Shuichi: gets sooooo flustered canonly, I think he’d go for the first person Who Hit On Him (I can see him being the target of those mean pranks where someone says ‘my friend likes you!!’ and the friend is like ‘eww!!’ :(((( ) he’s super hesitant for romance, lots of repressed stuff. gay but takes sooo long to realize it bc he thinks most women are conventionally pretty Aesthethically, feels obligated to Like Them, but has bad self esteem so never goes after them, then only likes (1) guy so hes like?? is this allowed?? is this allowed???? (HES LIKE. IN LOVE WITH SHIGARAKI)

Dabi: bi but rly hasn’t ever gotten to date anyone, so he’s actually more reserved about it and while he’ll tease, he absolutely is absent and kinda oblivious (again, I KNOWWWW bnha smash isnt canon, but. my god. when magne is hitting on him and he Just Doesnt Understand.) also hes ace

Kurogiri: bi??? kind of??? I say kind of bc well, I hc U Know Whom as bi, I feel like thatd carry over but he’d be really avoidant to date anyone bc hes gotta Watch His Kid u know? this is gonna sound surprising but I think he’d be the type to be like ‘ok we can have a one night stand/fling BUT it cant get personal bc I have a Job to Do for my Son so don’t get up in your feelings’ and act a little coldly at first or very ..not personable... depending on who it was he’d prob turn around eventually, esp if that person valued his feelings/job :”)

A chronology of all my different opinions of Prince Hans. ( 2013-2020)

Long version of a old post i already make. my different opinion about Mr.of the southern isles not sure how much thats actually interesting XD but it is truly CRAZY how many opinion i got about that character so i m gonna tried to give the most faithful inside look i have about Hans trought the years.😁

1-Neutrality ( 2013)

I was at first kind of neutral toward Hans. Like i was adoring already the love is an open door and the dynamic between Hans and Anna jinx jinx again it was my fav part 😂 but at the end i was more pleasantly suprise by the twist its was suprising and to me THE thing of the movie. the part exciting to watch again and know people reaction of it.. Like its was the beginning of the twist trend i was more pleasantly surprise that betrayed. I was finding Anna and kristoff really cute together and i remembered the comments "she kiss the others guy at the end its ruined the lesson of the movie" annoyed me a LOT 😂like i find that funny because now i understand more the critiscm of the end. Something that never change was my opinion of the punch at the end......*rolled my eyes* I never though it was something funny even if hans deserve it.

2- Hans is a loathsome character. ( around 2014-2017)

Frozen began to be one those movies with tangled and the princess and the frog that i watch several times because of how entertaining they were. So i begin To really associated Hans to a very messed up character cruel cold sadistic i was having that strong image of him during the betrayal scene. The emotionally abusive Hans to a poor princess . Really the worst part of what he did is how personal and mean he was To Anna. How he treat anna with so much cruelty.

I remember also didnt finding Hans handsome at all and didnt even understanding all the appeal around his design. ( now i have completly change my mind XD ) i think thats hans actions makes him even more ugly to me at that period. That period last a long time because that opinion was at a period i was not at all interest that much of frozen and that period last a long time. So yeah didnt was hating him but highly disliking him.

3- Hans : the disney villain ! ( around 2017)

That we entered in a dark period when i began interest in one thing : writing disney crossover fanfiction. When i treat Hans as every disney classical villain. 😂Every trait à disney villain got hans was having it in my head. I want to cringe at myself at that period because when i was trying to wrote crossover fanfic Hans was someone indicredibly violent who loved blood. i was making him do stupid thing for the sake of doing stupid thing. He really was hate by everyone. He wanted to rules the world i was enjoying makes other character put him down like his brothers or other disney princess and prince😅. Like in my head Hans was a disney villain so there was no way he was being friend with prince and princess But really he was always doing dumb thing and all the princes were hating on him because this is "Hans" you know😂. I took Hans as excuse to have some baddies in the fanfic i was imagining so what about the plot that hans team up with jafar in order To rules over the southern isles 😂 seriously remind myself of these hans period makes me want to hit my head against a wall. Because its obvious now that i was just not interest in the character , i put 0 thinking in his character and was making him do dumb very very dumb things for the sake of making shine the heroes of my fanfic.

Now i beleive this is something we are a lot to do i can name once upon a time who makes hans do stupid thing in order for Anna and kristoff to shine and maleficent who put down every single character of sleeping beauty to makes shine Maleficent sorry Beneficent.

I think at that period i have also learn some stuff about a frozen heart like lars the name of a brothers that is Nice to Hans and was making hans being an asshole to him and lars hating him After arendelle 😄

4- The best villain EVER OK !!!!! (2017-2018)

I think at the level I was reading more frozen fanfic because i got extremely interest in him at the difference of before who really i didnt paid attention to his character at all he was only a very very random disney villain. finally but most importantly i Feel in love with the idea of an evil prince. So thats when become my period Hans is the most evil disney villain he is amazing the twist is AWESOME OK !!!!!! Dont critized it ok !!! Thats perfect its makes totally sense 😂

The smile under the boat ? Thats a smirk what are you talking about.😄

Sociopath ? He is one. Look i know nothing about anti social personality disorder i put 0 observation in Hans actual personality BUT he was abused by his brothers. See thats not how sociopath are made ? Doesnt people who are abused turn into monster ??? ( god what an awful reasoning i hate now people who say he was abused so thats make sense he is evil) see jennifer lee said he is one ! *disappoint face while reading several people making good arguement as why he is not*

The hints ? I rewatch frozen especially for Hans and notice his face and all the hints were blowing my mind. But most importantly the one at that ice castle and his look at the chandelier to killed elsa. I swear i have read a comment saying the creators confirmed it was not part of the script and an error because i rememeber be very very upset and wanting this hint to be true 😅

Also my worst enemy at that period : the troll theory because it was logical....And the redemption fans wanted.😅 i was like

He is EVIL let him stay EVIL !!!!!!

Now i think i did like Anna 🙄😂 she feel in love with idea of love instead of Hans and me i Feel in love with the idea of an evil prince that took Hans for the character he is..😄

5 : Hans : Anna'ex fiance ( 2018)

The thing with disney princess villain is that most of the times the princess and the prince relationship are at the heart of the movie. So when frozen come out its was cool because elsa and Anna sisters relationship was at the heart of the movie. But in the end we saw more Anna with kristoff that with Elsa so i kind of associated personally frozen with anna and kristoff relationship. So that period where i start to stop having this very rigid point of view and allowed myself getting interest into something i was defitntly not with the other disney princess movies. The relationship between the princess and the villain who here was her ex fiance. So hans Begin in my mind much more Anna ex fiance that a classical disney villains and thats around here i start to truly ship them because i was really exploring Hans relationship with anna and the funny comical post canon relationship between them they could have. like them keep getting inviting at Ball arguing making their own propaganda on their side making love is an open door reference so i discovered there that Hans to me could have a pretty funny amazing dynamic with Anna that i never thought in the past. But it was more at that period start to find Hans and anna relationship interesting that shipping them.

6- team Jacob team peeta sorry team Hans or team kristoff. ( 2018)

My triangle love drama period basically. I began to considerably ship way more hansanna. Of course in post canon redemption story or AU and i think i have at that period read literraly all the hansanna fanfic ever. anna in poly relationship was my otp 😂 began a level where i start to extremely not ship kristanna not ship hansanna but ship them at the same time. 😂

and really shipping kristanna and hansanna alone had not the same charm as shipping them together.

So i began to see Hans more from a shipping point of view that for his own character. even when i watched frozen the very first times i was liking Anna subplot romantic arc with kristoff and Hans. And it was bringing me good old feeling of my teen and pre Teen years when i was addict to the hunger games and twilight and basically love triangle😂. Something there isnt technically in frozen but there are still Anna and two suitors with Hans and kristoff.

7- the grey characters with an interesting family. ( 2018)

Reading more fanfic i start to view him more as a grey characters and start to be interest in hans family. Yeah before i was all the time imagining hans alone didnt really take into consideration the little very little tiny detail that hans is a prince has a kingdom and a pretty big family. I had two strong headcanon about his family his brothers were jerks but just jerks and most of them were nice oh and their dad was dead i was loving the idea of hans older brother be the king. The king and the queen were character that i overlook that i was not interest but i was way more interest in hans brothers. So i continue my view on grey Hans and that relationship with anna i was so interest while being more and more interest in Hans family. So my world of headcanon crush when i discovered more stuff about that book a frozen heart publish by disney. And well in that book most of Hans brothers were really more than jerks but really horrible so first headcanon destroyed but i tried to keep the name Caleb but imagine the character with the personality i like. The king was alive....ok second headcanon destroyed 😅 ok gonna deal with that and like the idea of the king being nice. ( didnt knew how mess up he actually was)

8- the king of the southern isles : view Hans from the point of view of his relationship with his father.( 2019-2020)

The step : i finally command a frozen heart i spoiled myself while reading tv tropes😂😂 ( around that time i created myself a tumblr account) and read that book : basically i got incredibly more interest in : Hans psychology , the king of the southern isles hans relationship with his dad.something that i never through about in the past. But reading tv tropes makes me a LOT interest in the king of the southern isles and Hans relationship with him. really ironic taking my old headcanon into consideration really that book how it developp hans psychology really makes me view him A LOT different. We learn Hans hates violence is a pacifist never do evil thing in his life safe for what he did during those 3 years for his dad but he hates every bit of it. So i really started to view Hans dependant under the influence of his father and thinking that what is evil with Hans is more that toxic relationship with his father than Hans himself. Every bad thing he did this is because of his father corrosive influence. Thats also a period when i start to really saw him from a psychologist point of view his daddy issues his trauma. So yeah A Frozen Heart make me really see Hans in a whole new light

9- Hans the victim and the not so great villain (2020)

So now i think we move to my recent opinion well i m sorry but i cant ignore stuff publish my disney not a matter of liking a frozen heart or not To me stuff publish by disney are canon until Proven not and also i read that a group was form when frozen began something huge to keep everything same in the franchise. So after reading and analyzing a frozen heart thinking...thinking way too much about it i start to think even more about Hans😂. And here we got a character with a very big Ndad hans being his scapegoat who was all his life emotionally, verbally , physically , mentally abused since he is little victim of narcissist abuse. All the times reject , humiliated, bully and thats very hard to ignore all of That because from jeenifer lee word of Hans childhood to that recent comic disney publish with little Hans. They really go for : hans has a very messed up life. I m sorry but at this point thats canon. And the problem i have is that all of That that is defintly not a tragic backstory the character is still very much being currently mistress , abused and neglect by his family. He is still living that life as a kid as a teen as a young adult as an adult And nope whatever how much we like elsa and anna and it was wrong what hans do. He do not deserve to be punished by his abusers. And his abusers do not deserve to punish him. So when you have disney giving all that information about him showing him being a interesting character complex that has never do anything evil on his own wish except in frozen. But most importantly giving him such an Horrible life something that was never do for the others disney villain this is really hard to consider Hans a true disney villain. And yeah he is the villain of Anna and elsa story but very much the victim from the point of view of his family. So thats all of this that makes hans a character that truly break my heart for what he has endure and is still enduring in his life. So my current vision of Hans is victim Hans of course i repeat not toward elsa and Anna you know the kind of stuff some people would twist about what i say but a victim because Hans got very very bigger villain in his life on the contrary of the others disney villains. What is even more sad is that the two people that cares for him lars and his mom dont even stand up for him in public. So thats really complicated....even ship i slighty change my mind i ship even more hansanna , i ship kristanna and Anna in a poly relationship is still my otp🤣🤣 but...getting a tumblr account last summer and reading the whole blog fnafiction.net and archive of our own had be associated kristanna with not very good thing but i still like the ship. What change a lot is my view on him as villain now i agree that the twist sucks 😅it wasnt done very well and the hints...after reading some stuff now i belive most of them are creation of the fans. So thats a whole different point of view. 😂😂and nah hans has a lot of people above him in the hierarchy , he was not the big obstacle of the movie and i found out that Hans lying to anna was not even a thing at all during love is an open door while paying attention at several stuff on the franchise ( i make several post about it on my blog) the hints when hans look at the chandelier dont even exist in the scenario i chekced it. Hans was a bad guy to ony the main characters elsa and anna at the difference of the others disney villains. So all of those stuff compare to disney villains make hans to me A weak villain and more fitting in the disney princes line up as he is too me interesting and complex but not at the level of evil queen tremaine frollo scar shang yu jafar ursula maleficent dr facilier.

So yeah thats makes a 180 degree change just like him in the movie 😄 i dont know maybe my mind is gonna change again ?

it really never happen to me with any other disney character before To change so much my mind.

MUCH shorter chapter, but thats cause its like a transition from the angst heavy part to the fluff heavy part, dont worry there will be plenty of angst, but i like a balance

After Virgil seemed to cry out every last bit of energy, Patton made him drink some water, gave him a blanket, and told him he was staying on Logan’s couch tonight.

Logan didn’t mind, he would’ve offered had Patton not have offered first.

“I’d like you to take a shower, okay? It’ll help you feel better and more relaxed.”

Virgil nodded with an almost inaudible ‘okay’

The boy was directed to Logan’s bathroom and given a change of clothes. As soon as the door shut Logan looked at Patton with fear in his eyes.

“He’s a polymorph... his dad was a polymorph... by basic statistics... it- it has to be him! The villain we battled!” Logan felt his own breathing quicken.

Patton put a hand on his shoulder to stop him.

“It’ll be okay, Lo. We’ll deal with the villain, but right now, there’s a kid in your apartment, a child who was abused and betrayed by his dad. He needs someone here, and he needs you to be here for him.”

“Why can’t he stay with you? You’re better with people!” Logan protested.

“If you’ll have me, I’ll be back later tonight. I’d like to stay with him too to help him through this. The place I live doesn’t have room for him. I’m going to go tell Roman about what we’ve found out.”

Without another word Patton shifted into his blue jay form and flew out the window.

Virgil came out of Logan’s bathroom looking sheepish in the borrowed clothes.

“Thank you... You didn’t have to do this.” He spoke so quietly Logan could barely hear him.

“It’s okay. You’ve been through a lot. You can sleep on the couch and then Patton and I will... figure out what to do next.”

The boy winced.

“If you need any blankets, there are some extras in the hall closet, and if you need anything feel free to wake me, my bedroom is just down the hall.”

Virgil nodded and sat on the couch. Logan paused before walking to his bedroom. He had to admit, he was a bit awkward with people, and he had no experience in any situation resembling this one.

Logan was so overwhelmed. He could feel his hands shaking.

Polymorphic villain...

Virgil’s story seemed to explain how he was so powerful, he drained another polymorph’s ability control...

“Draining... What notes do I have on that category?” Logan took a breath and teleported upstairs. He ran to his shelves. Books, journals, diagrams, charts, all flew off the shelf for him to look over.

Some time passed. His study was a wreck. He rubbed his temples and he scanned a page for the fifth time.

He didn’t even know what he was looking for anymore. Anything? Just something... something to focus on, something to look for.

“Logan?”

Logan jumped and the soft voice. Patton gently creaked open his study door and entered with an apologetic smile.

“Patton? How long have you been here?”

“A while actually, trying to talk to Virgil. He’s really quiet. Very apologetic about intruding, but I told him its fine.”

Logan blinked and yawned. “Why would he be intruding when we invited him in?”

Patton just smiled. “Nevermind. Whatcha doing?”

“Just...” Logan flipped through a few pages and waved his hand aimlessly. “Trying to... figure out...” He sighed. “Figure out what the Hell we’re going to do.”

Patton placed his hand on Logan’s thigh. “It’ll be okay. Calm down, get some sleep.” He closed Logan’s journal and stood, motioning for him to do the same.

Logan obliged, his eyelids heavier than cement. He quietly followed Patton down the stairs.

Virgil was laid on the couch, asleep.

Logan paused at the site. He looked so young and so defenseless. His gentle dull purple hair cascaded against his freckled face illuminated by the soft glow of the mood through the window.

Logan felt an emotion he couldn’t identify. The closest he could assume it was was protectiveness.

Patton squeezed his shoulder to get his attention and led him back to his bedroom.

Logan nodded and mouthed ‘thank you’.

Patton nodded before shifting to the form of a small dog. Logan watched with soft amusement as the dog figure padded to a few pillows on the floor, spun around, then laid and closed its eyes.

Logan sighed and entered his bedroom, closing the door behind him.

He continued his nightly routine the best he could. He brushed his teeth, changed into sleepwear, took his medication, and got into bed.

Where normally this is where he’d fall asleep, he laid in bed staring at his ceiling for hours.

What did the future hold?

What is going to start their fight instead is Rose not fully understanding Greg and Blue's relationship, and trying to flirt with her husband. Plopp: Excellent theory. Anon: I assume Yellow would invade Earth to get Steven when she finds out about him? Plopp: Hm, would that happen? Anon: Er, I have a question for the AU where Blue's alive - since she's not exactly too understanding of human relationships, would Rose still try to flirt with Greg, or would she understand he was off-limits after he or Blue told her? Plopp: Would she? You'll have to see their dynamic. Anon: What would the blueswap equivalent of Smoky Quartz be, anyways? Also, I think they would have a flail-like weapon. Plopp: That's a good question. Exactly how could a diamond be improved fusion-wise? As for the weapon, you're wrong. Anon: will steven be a judge in rose quartz trial Plopp: That would be a conflict of interest, my friend, because they're friends. Anon: blue swap theory Stevens true power Steven has the power to be almost immortal like VERY Slow ageing and live at least a few eons aka a few billion years if he feels like a child Plopp: I don't know if anyone has caught it, but Steven is hiding his appearance via his mindset. Anon: will there be a story where greg finds the deed to his uncles mansion Plopp: Interesting question! Hm, they sure will need more space if more gems keep moving into the palanquin. Anon: Connie i dont renounce Steven and i never have i just trying to protect pearl i wanted you to have a normal life thats something you cant have when Stevens shows up everything real turns fake everything right is wrong all you know is that he knows everything and you know nothing well hes not a villain pearl but shouldn't be your hero hes more like a demon or a super jacked up god yellow diamond lets not polish his gem to much he was a traitor and now hes shattered Plopp: M’what?? Anon: will there be a Disney land or vacation spot type place for the diamonds and elite gems like a tropical island Plopp: No one rests on homeworld, not even the diamonds. Except Blue, because she was depressed.
