A lot of good things show up when you #letgoofjudgement Try it for a day & just let things be. Notice, then release when you judge yourself, others, things, wants. Stop judging your judgements. Let go of good, bad, not enough, shit that isn’t exactly how you want. Don’t focus on the dumb bitch, the person you want to throat punch or the asshole at work. Take that energy and focus it on what you want & what you want to feel. Yesterday I toured the Titanic exhibit and saw many of the sets from the movie and the costumes. I also saw memorials and accounts from survivors of the Titanic. The one thing that struck me was one survivor wrote that when the most wealthy got off the life boats on to the smaller rescue ship they had nothing. Not even a toothbrush or comb. They had to share toothbrushes and brushes and combs with the workers on the rescue ship. You see many times the Universe levels the playing field. When we think we are so much better than others or forget to be humble the Universe reminds us we are all one. If you think about what is happening now with reality being shown to us and elite people stepping down...The Universe has begun the humbling process the leveling is happening. My dear dad use to say this to me “ Don’t be so full of yourself and think you are better than others. Remember the Titanic”. So today perhaps the lesson is to remain humble in spirit and help others who are less fortunate by giving what we can. Don’t judge or look down on those who are different. We are all one made by the same Creator. Show love and be loving. The Universe is watching!
