I wish we could have seen what MECH’s original agenda was, because my biggest question is, “What war?”

I assume Silas was speaking about a “turning of ages” here, rather than a typical war, but I still want to know what huge thing was happening in the world before the discovery of the bots caused him to change plans.

The writers didn’t explore any of that, but Silas' words and his reaction to Cybertronians do have other interesting implications:

For all his faults, I admire Silas for his insight into what the presence of the bots meant for humanity on a practical level. He took one look at the mechanical titans, and ascertained that humanity would be in trouble unless it adapted to the newcomers and did something to close (or at least decrease) the power gap between the two races. Or, rather, that those who didn’t adapt and close the gap would be left behind, since I doubt Silas cared about the future of humanity as a whole.

Obviously, Silas was not going to let himself be one of those left behind. When his first attempt at putting himself on an equal footing with the bots didn’t work, he went so far as to grovel at the feet of Megatron—arguably the most powerful Cybertronian on the planet at the time.

Of course, that didn’t end so well for him, but the point still stands:

Silas was an opportunist. He recognized what walked on the earth and what it would likely mean for humans in the future.

He misjudged and miscalculated, but he was definitely onto something, and I would have loved to see it go somewhere.

For the TFP!kids being other + being turned into sparklings AU, how enraged would be the bots when they realise the cons are in custody of their sparklings? The Nemesis is about to flood with energon soon, cause there's no way they won't launch an assault to get then back (besides the fact that if they don't get them back June will do it herself, and that spells endless torture and horror beyond imagination for all parties involved)

Also, I think that one of the few reasons bots and cons would willingly work together without being at each other throats would be if the kids were kidnapped by MECH

Would Raf ever shift to his root mode? Chunkiest dragon pup turns into the chunkiest sparkling ever

June would be the only one that could coax Raf to shift into his root-mode. Yep, he’s a chunky, orange and yellow sparkling. Very round. More like newspark with his limited mobility and milky optics, but it will happen very rarely. Like count in a single hand, that few times.

Raf absolutely hates being in his root-mode at this point. He can barely move, his senses shift differently that’s frightens his limited view. It’s far easier for him to cope in his alt-mode.

Eventually when his optics fully clear to a bright red, he’ll be far more tolerant to switch to his two-legged form to toddle around.

Ratchet definitely taken pictures of the confused newspark before the wailing sets in.

The little Predacon distrusts the medic for bit. Raf remembers the coding-stall to keep from switching into his alt-mode. It takes a godly amount of granite and basalt to get him back in his lap. Not even the heedy call of heated plating and expert digits scratching his back could tempt him.

It’s a bit hilarious how jealous Ratchet would get that Raf would waddle his way to Optimus for his cuddles afterwards.

If the kids were taken by Decepticons, June would be able to tolerate it. Provided the trio is well-cared for and no experimentation is involved. Health checks, sure. But anything else deeply invasive to the pursuit of Knowledge and Progress. Ohhhh, the Things she would do. She will make rain E N E R G O N…

Humanity may have forgotten its roots, but Earth and its inhabitants are full of hunger.

Mudmen, affectionately coined for humans for their extreme adaptability, had held their own with and against Others, waging their own cycles of war and peace. After all, humans are both prey and predator as well.

Across the world, they are many tales of animal brides and grooms and unintended human spouses and children stolen away. There’s a unique quirk in humanity; magic takes well to their bodies and genes…

Should Airachnid ever, ever let her temptation override her self-preservation to target a nearby Jack… she’ll live just long enough to regret it.

June lived in a far darker time of sapient beings devouring other sapient beings. She won’t be moved by the spider’s tears or her regret. Not at all. Airachnid had simply failed to consider that far larger predators can and will eat her.

Her Insecticons could pose an issue with their sheer numbers, but June had far more experience hunting more gruesome beings. For all of their brute strength and superior sense, they hadn’t learned to truly fear what lurks in the dark, sunless depths of the sea, nor the pitiless shadows of the land. The nightmares that croon from the darkest pits of their hearts.

Soundwave will get a glimpse of what truly is beneath June’s civil mask from the whispering remains of Jack’s dreams upon waking up, and will personally gift-wrap Airachnid to June’s immense maw should the spider try something stupid.

There are reasons why the sparklings would have set guardians among Decepticon High Command. Raf may be with Predaking, but no one is stupid enough to go toe-to-toe with a protective Predacon. Especially since Predaking keeps Raf very close to him.

Should any of the kids fall under MECH’s terrible hands, June would already be on top of it. The Foundation behind Jasper Hospital would lend its own massive resources to the cause for the children’s Other heritage and MECH’s purpose of “technological advancement.”. For there are Rules in place. Treaties and Conventions from unspeakable horrors. And MECH has broken them. 

They will track by any means necessary. Any. There’s nowhere on Earth Silas/Leland/MECH could hide and won’t be found.

It will be a Hunt, especially if the Esquivels get involved (-scales set aflame and a massive wingspan that blocked out the sun-) for Mr. Esquivel is definitely not human…

The final one, Silas. As an antagonist, I wanted to make him look a lot darker and more angular than the others. I made him an earth pony both to round out earth, unicorn, pegasus trio with June and Fowler and to emphasize his strength. Plus for someone as obsessed with aliens as him to be an earth pony felt a little ironic. He obviously wouldn't have his cutie mark visible so i included it next to him. It's the sword of Damocles, his final trump card in the show and what he thinks he is.

You know what would be cool? If in TFP, Megatron’s flagrant use of dark energon to revive whole swaths of cybertronian battlefields (the ones on Earth from presumed 6 years ago) actually has consequences and that the Autobots couldn’t get rid of every single zombie. How cool would it be if MECH came into the story preprepared with cybertronian knowledge if THEIR inciting incident in TFP was because and aimless zombie bot wandered too close to civilisation only for it to be handled by MECH and Silas gets a free corpse to study (and reference for future use)?

Idk but if you’re gonna start your pilot by including zombie hordes as your main plot I think it would actually help theme your series around that and the shit that happens afterwards-

Fowler- kinda shy,doesn't talk a lot and is probably very like,, stoic and stern (?). He's more internally emotional than normal fowler, probably overthinks things a lot and generally experiences emotions more . He has issues with standing up for what he believes is right and for himself in general

June - she doesn't care about anyone,really. Also selfish compared to her normal self. And less silly if you get me . She's either the distant mother or doesn't exist in Jack's life . Girlboss,gaslight,gatekeep. She isn't kind and she isn't sweet,she's probably more on the cruel side.

Silas- for one,he probably has self confidence issues. And is probably more normal!fowler-like, being a talkative guy with dad humour . He's probably. just a guy yk. He cares about others deeply and probably does anything to help them.

I feel like generally the SG versions of June and Fowler are them but without the silliness and the traits that make them warm emotionally (I'm having a hard time conveying what i mean ok)

Fowler hadn't really expected things to turn out like this, he had other plans for today. But he somehow had to abort them all, after his unfortunate encounter with MECH.

He could now add "being kidnapped by a group of terrorists" to his list of the worst days of his life, right after "being kidnapped by giant robots", and "discovering the existence of the robots in question".

Fowler knew Silas would show up soon, and he clearly had no intention of telling him anything, no way. He wasn't a government agent for nothing!

He waited for a long time, alone, strapped to this chair, but he wasn't particularly scared or anything like that. The feeling he felt was mostly boredom. It was then that he heard the door to his cell open, and he saw the MECH leader enter, accompanied by two henchmen.

“Oh, the Grinch is here! Hi ! Fowler sneered. Christmas is not for now you know, will have to wait a little longer!"

Silas was dressed in green and still grumpy, William couldn't find a better comparison! Of course, the MECH leader soon scowled at this remark. Perfect!

“I see you're in a playful mood. Silas hissed.

- Oh yes, but you know, it all depends on the game. I admit that I like fast games, like… hm… Connect 4! Ah, that's a good game! smiled Fowler.

- That's enough!

- …”

The agent pretended to be sulky, and looked away with boredom, then said:

"Something tells me we're going to play something that's too close to the endless Risk..."

Silas frowned, while Fowler continued his speech, not really caring about his current situation:

“Well, I don't say, it's a very good game. But, I'm already behind on my work, so if we could hurry. »

The MECH leader roughly grabbed William's chair, and pulled it towards him, before growling:

“I said, enough is enough! Shut up!"

The agent shrugged, smiling, and said nothing more. Silas sighed, then said:

"I want you to answer my questions!

- Ah well you have to decide! Fowler replied.

- What?

- You tell me to shut up, and now I have to talk! Gosh! How indecisive you are!"

The MECH leader felt the anger welling up inside him, and he pointed his gun at William, before exclaiming:

"I demand that you tell me everything you know about Transformers!

- What is it?

- What?

- Transformers... Hm… Is that a car brand? It sounds like a a car brand. Hm… Actually no, more like a car wash company! Oh! I can already imagine the slogan! "Take your car to Transformers! It will come out… Transformed!"

- This sucks… remarked one of the MECH soldiers, consequently receiving a death glare from Silas.

- Sounded better in my head. Fowler defended himself.

- Stop kidding me! I asked you to tell me about Transformers! You spend so much time with them! You must know things well!"

The agent shrugged, looking incredulous.

“Answer!"

He leaned his gun against William's head, then exclaimed:

"Otherwise I will kill you!"

Silas couldn't hide a surprised look, when Fowler had just said this sentence at the same time as him. The agent smiled defiantly, and the MECH leader scowled, before declaring:

“Erase that smile right now!"

Again, William had said it at the same time, his smile widening every second. The soldiers behind didn't know where to stand, looking around, doing their best not to meet their leader's gaze as he turned towards them.

"Nah, but the problem is that the bad guys these days are too predictable…" Fowler sighed.

Silas looked at William, and exclaimed, in chorus with him:

"Me?! Predictable?!"

This really pissed off the MECH leader, who fired a warning shot next to Fowler! This had its small effect for a moment, then the agent looked at the bullet hole on the ground, before returning to Silas with a sigh.

"Seriously?

- What now?!

- But… Dude! That's a classic shot! We are not in a movie! How do you expect me to take you seriously?!

- You better do it!"

The echo repeated the mixed words of the MECH leader and the agent, who continued to smile triumphantly. Silas brought his face closer to Fowler, and growled. 

“Believe me, I will make you regret it!"

William approached in turn, then asked:

"Are we going to kiss?"

The MECH leader stepped back and pushed the chair where Fowler was! He couldn't suppress a surprised scream, and he crashed to the floor, while Silas stormed out of the room, shouting:

“Throw that out!"

Optimus noticed that Agent Fowler seemed to be having pain in his back, and questioned:

"Everything's good?

- Oh yes, no problem. answered William.

- You seem to have a back injury.

- Oh, I just got pushed away, that's all.

- Pushed away?

- Yes yes. By a person with very little humor.

- I'm sorry for you.

- Oh, don't worry."

Fowler clenched his fists, and whispered:

"One day I will have him!

- What?" Prime asked in confusion, while the agent's gaze shone with determination.

Silas had rested outside to breathe after this more than exhausting encounter, when one of the soldiers originally with him in Fowler's cell came to see him.

"It's okay, we released him. declared the soldier.

- Good!

- But, I have a question.

- What?! the leader of the MECH got angry

- Why release him? Wouldn't it have been better to kill him?

- …

- …”

There was a long silence, until the soldier said:

"You love him, don't you?

- Shut up!"

I'm so happy that you like my nightmare TFP AU idea. So I forced myself into remembering the rest and how other humans look like

June is now a slim figure that lurks in the shadows, waiting to snath anyone with her scisors hand holded with her own flesh and skin, while the other hand is full of dark energon. That, and her only eye is inside her mouth... I don't know why?

Fowler tried to fight Unicron's influence and he got punished for it... so he is now nothing more than a mass of flesh with dark energon crystal poping on his back.

Silas got the worse. Literally Unicron said to him " Oh so you would like to be more like my horrendous species? Then I'll help you witj that"

But what do you think? I also like the idea that you give me in the last post, gonna added!

Oh, I love the design for June, it screams Fiddlestick. Fiddlestick. FIDDLESTICK. From League of Legends with the creepy, twisted form that's humanoid but not quite-

If anything, you can play around with the eye thing. Perhaps it's symbolic of her new form, the physical representation of Nyctophobia or Scotophobia -Fear of the Dark. Especially if she can warp her own proportions now.

People get spooked by someone/thing watching them as well as an overlap of the Hunger/Hunter theme: a predator stalking you in the pitch dark.

Or June now has the ability to materialize eyes anywhere upon her body as a callback to her overprotective mother henning: I see you. I'm watching you. There's no escape from me the shadows-

Poor Agent Fowler, he got the brunt of the nightmare fuel, in my opinion, because I honestly believe that Unicron is petty enough to merge his innards to speak and shit from the same orifice and utterly incapable of forming speech.

Just as I think Unicron would have a special twisted H A T E for Silas, especially if he's already inside Breakdown's corpse. Like the Monkey's Paw, Unicron would twist Silas' deepest wishes to reject his own humanity.

Oh, this little mortal wishes to be like my Brother's wretched creations?

Wish granted. Unicron would melt his flesh and bones within Breakdown into a clay-like texture, and like a master artisan, would patiently carve out all the substructures that Primus had done to the Cybertronians. But make it human organs-

Unicron "borrowed" Breakdown's innards to sufficiently strengthen and brace Silas' new lifestyle. The mortal already found his new home like a hermit crab, he's just making it more "palatable."

Think of Silas as similar to a Pretender until he gets hit and bleeds red or whenever he needs to be opened up. A human doctor would be able to identify the organs and their functions but will need a Cybertronian medic to guide them through the endostructures. (A bioluminescent heart encased in bone and cartilage that could be opened with a simple slide.)
