As a Karyn Faro stan, the main reason I am excited about Thrawn: Alliances finally getting a comic book adaptation is that it means we are finally getting more canon pictures of Faro, since Faro only got a few panels in the Thrawn comic while Faro’s role gets bigger in Thrawn: Alliances and Thrawn: Treason.

I had made a post two years ago about wishing Alliances and Treason would get comic adaptations for this reason, and now my prayers are starting to get answered at last!

I just finished reading Victory’s Price, meaning I’ve read the entire Star Wars: Alphabet Squadron trilogy.

Victory’s Price is a satisfying conclusion to the trilogy, and one of the best Star Wars books I’ve read. I already enjoy the first Alphabet Squadron book a lot, but Victory’s Price manages to be even better. Now with the Alphabet Squadron trilogy concluded, I feel even more confident to recommend reading this trilogy.

I started reading the Alphabet Squadron trilogy in the first place because I got interested in Alexander Freed’s writing after playing SWTOR’s Imperial Agent class story and reading the novelisation of Rogue One. The Alphabet Squadron trilogy does remind me of many things I like about Rogue One and SWTOR’s Imperial Agent story.

Favorite Star Wars Novels:

For Legends, my favorites are Outbound Flight and The Last Command (the final book of the old Thrawn trilogy).

For the new canon, my favorites are the 2017 Thrawn novel and Thrawn: Treason. Alphabet Squadron is coming very close although I’m half-way through it right now and I have yet to finish it.

Favorite SWTOR Planets:

If we’re just talking about SWTOR, my favorite planet would be Tython. Nar Shaddaa comes close second.

I’m just starving for more canon Faro content, and Faro & Thrawn is my BroTP so I would like to see more content of them interacting very much.
