TickleTober Day 28 - Massage
Oooooh not a pairing I write for often! Still, the skrimblos must have their fun. Kiri would be the kinda guy to massage his friends, so nice! I hope you Enjoy!
Lee: Todoroki
Ler: Kirishima
Summary: A stressed-out Todoroki passes Kirishima, the boy’s mama-bear instincts kicking in. An innocent massage to help him relax leads to a rather tickly situation.
Warnings: none! This is a tickle fic, so if you don't like that, scroll away!!
Tumblr media
Todoroki was stressed, to say the least. Working tirelessly to get his Provisional License, training hard to stay on top, and regular classwork had him going pretty much non-stop. Cold soba was his only escape, and even that was starting to lose its effect. It was all wearing on him, keeping his muscles tense and eyes sunken with dark bags.
The dual-quirked teen sauntered into the dorm’s kitchen, in search of his comfort food. His shoulders ached from tension, his neck and back in similar condition. The cold soba was the only thing he wanted at that moment. When he opened the fridge door, though, he deflated. “Damn it…” He had forgotten to make more the night before, exhausted from another night of rigorous training.
Kirishima walked into the room, a bright smile on his face. “Hey, Todoroki! How’s it…going.” He saw the other student’s tired, saddened form, concern blooming on his face. “Are you okay, man?”
He sighed, closing the door and cutting off the cool air. Was he okay? He wasn’t sure he knew the answer himself. “Uhm…yes. Why do you ask?”
That only made the bubbly teen’s brows furrow. “Because you look very not okay. You’re more tense than Aizawa sensei after dealing with Bakubro and Midoriya.” He smiled softly, a small huff of air escaping him. Though they didn't interact much, Todo knew he could trust the boy and enjoyed his company. “Maybe I am a little wound up.”
Kiri chuckled, getting a bit closer and opening the fridge. He noticed the lack of his classmate’s favorite dish. “If you want, I could help. I’m not the greatest cook, but I could try and make you some soba. Maybe a massage or something.”
The massage option caught his attention. He was stupidly tense; he could use a break. “I wouldn’t mind a massage, if you’re willing to give one.”
“So formal, Todobro. You’ve gotta loosen up a bit.” He was more than happy to help out his classmate, moving over to one of the dorm couches. “And of course, I’m happy to. You wanna sit down and I’ll help?”
He nodded, following him and sitting down beside the red-haired teen. Normally, he wouldn’t have been so accepting of the concerned gesture. Midoriya and the others had been working with him on asking for help, though; it was working. Kiri went right to work, rubbing circles in his shoulders. It was unfair how quickly the tension began to ease.
Eijirou moved methodically, working to ease his peer’s tense muscles. The sheer amount of knots he had to work out concerned him. “Jeez, man. You’ve really gotta take more breaks. This isn’t healthy.”
A small hum came from the tense teen; he was too lost in the calming feeling to do much else. At first, when Kiri was working his shoulders, it felt wonderful. He could feel the tension leaving, the tight pains fading to dull aches or going entirely.
As time passed, Kirishima’s hands wandered, moving to the base of his ribs and back. A small, annoying buzz came with the release, making him smile. Todoroki squirmed a little, trying to distract himself from the feeling.
Kirishima noticed the squirms, pulling his hands away. “You good? Sorry if I hurt you, I’m a little rusty.” Of course that’s where his mind went. That boy was too kind. “No, it’s fine. Just needed to move.” With a nod, the massage continued, right back at the dreaded spot.
Okay, that was fine. He could handle a little buzzing, no problem. At least, he thought he could, until Kirishima moved upwards again, gently poking his neck to feel for tension. Todo went rigid, a small giggle escaping him. Oh, he was screwed.
“Todoroki…are you ticklish?” Previous statement retracted. Kirishima wasn’t nice at all for asking. He knew the answer already, and knew the other boy would lie. “Uh, no. Just, um, thought of something funny.”
Bullshit. Kiri sniffed out the obvious lie, deciding to toy with his friend. “Okay then. I’ll be more gentle, just because.” He went back to massaging the other teen’s neck, making sure to scritch his nails on the skin every once in a while. Todoroki bit his lip, thankful his back was to the hero-in-training. Rosy cheeks and a poorly suppressed smile didn’t really help his case.
This continued for about a minute; Kiishima gently massaging the other teen, occasionally letting his nails scrape the sensitive skin, and Todoroki trying desperately to stay quiet. The bright boy’s patience was wearing thin, and although he’d love to continue massaging his friend, the giggle was too enticing. He gave up on subtlety, going and simultaneously squeezing both Todoroki’s sides.
He muffled a yelp, jolting forwards and grabbing the crimson student’s hands. There was no denying it now; Todoroki was ticklish, and Kirishima was gonna help him let loose. Kiri wrapped his legs around the other’s torso, pulling him back and against his chest. It was a classic Kiri play-fight move, one most of the other students feared and loved; it meant that he was about to get it.
Ten fingers drilled into both his sides, pulling a few surprised giggles from the serious teen. He tried to squirm out of it, but he was essentially trapped in a hug; pinned both around the middle by wiggling fingers and waist by strong legs, Todoroki was trapped. He probably could’ve burned his way out of the hold, but he would never purposefully hurt his classmate.
“Wow, so wiggly, Todobro. I’m just trying to get you to relax! Like these sides, they must be tense if you’re fighting it this much!” He knew that wasn’t why he was squirming so much, but it was an “excuse” to continue the tickling. Besides, teasing him was fun. He experimentally scribbled Todo’s navel, The results were better than he could’ve hoped for.
“K-KIHIRISHIMAHA! NOHOHO!” He practically squealed when he felt the boy’s nails on his belly button, his cheeks almost matching his left hair as he laughed. Kirishima adored the sound, happy that his classmate trusted him enough to cut loose like that. He didn’t really have much of a choice, but still. “Aww, there we go. You gotta release all that inner turmoil and stress, bro. Laughter is perfect!”
His well-meaning teases were completely unfair. Todoroki drummed his feet on the couch, twisting and shoving at his classmate’s hands. He didn’t totally hate what was happening, but still, it tickled! He just wished Kiri’s nails were focusing anywhere but his belly button. “MOHOHOVE! COHOME OHOHOHON!”
Feeling merciful, he did as he was asked, instead focusing his fingers on the candy-cane boy’s sides.Loud laughter gave way to sweet giggles, surprisingly bright for such a serious kid. “Kihiri- Kihirishihihimaha! Whyhihihi?”
“Why? You’re stressed, that’s why. I’ve never seen someone so determined to have an aneurysm before adulthood before. You could do with some giggles.” He squeezed his navel, making Todoroki emphasize it with a squeal. “Like that! Very cute, by the way. You should laugh more.”
Such a jerk! He wanted to protest anything Kirishima had just claimed, but he couldn’t. Truth was, the tickling was helping. While giggly and flustered, he was much less tense than when he’d arrived. He also felt much happier, though he attributed that to human interaction rather than the goofy touch.
Kiri could tell he was enjoying himself, at least to an extent. He hadn’t heard the actual word “stop” once. A certain sound, though, made him halt the touch. Was that…?
*grrrrrrlm*
Todoroki’s cheeks somehow got redder, that time from embarrassment. His stomach had growled rather loudly, reminding him of his long day and skipped meals. Kirishima was the one to laugh then, releasing his friend from the tickly hold. “Ohokay, your stomach’s got an opinion. Think we should get you some food, huh Todoroki?”
The half-and-half teen mumbled something under his breath, but nodded in agreement. He was hungry, and some cold soba would be nice. Kirishima chuckled, heading back to the dorm kitchen to prepare some grub for him and his friend.
Todoroki looked after him, a small smile on his face. He felt much better than he had before, his dampened spirits lifted by the other student’s silliness. He got up, following to help with the dish. He’d have to ask for massages more often…

"Are you okay, Shoto?"
"I'm fine, Midoriya." Todoroki said without looking up from his phone.
“Really? You seem like something is bothering you," Midoriya replied, scratching the back of his head. It was a semi-normal Tuesday night, and they were both seated together in Todoroki's dorm room. The owner of the room was seated on his bed, back against the wall and playing on his phone while Midoriya was seated on the floor, leaning against the bedframe and fiddling with one of his school notebooks. It'd been a long day of school and training, and Midoriya's boyfriend had spent that entire day brooding and grouchy. Yesterday had been much the same. Actually, Todoroki had been acting this way since returning to the dorms Sunday night from spending the weekend "out." He'd refused to say where he'd gone, but Midoriya suspected it'd probably been to his house, based on the moodiness Todoroki was displaying.
"How many times must I say that I am fine before you hear me for once? God." Todoroki said, voice strained and annoyed. The peppermint hero seemed to backtrack, however, upon noticing the hurt expression on Deku's face. "I'm sorry. It's just... I'm tired, Izuku. It was a long weekend."
Midoriya hummed at that, turning onto his knees to face Todoroki, resting his arms on the edge of the bed. "You can talk to me, Shoto. It might help you feel better about whatever is bothering you."
"It's alright. I just want to relax," Todoroki replied, but the hesitation before he got the words out told Midoriya enough. He wanted to share; but it was still hard sometimes for Todoroki to open up after so many years of bottling things up. Sometimes he just needed a bit of... encouragement. And Midoriya knew just the thing.
The greenette crawled up onto the bed and to his boyfriend. "Come cuddle with me." He said beckoningly, taking Todoroki's hand and pulling him away from the wall. After a moment, his boyfriend obeyed, setting his phone down on the bed and crawling towards him. The moment he was a safe distance from the wall, Midoriya yanked Todoroki's wrist and flipped him down, pinning him gracefully down against the bed, belly-up. Todoroki blinked up at him, surprised.
"Izuku? What was that for?" His brows furrowed when Deku said nothing, sliding onto Todoroki's waist. "Come on, Izuku, I'm not in the mood for this. Get off m- Eep!" The tired demand was cut off with the most adorable squeak as Midoriya pinched his sides.
"Did you just say 'meep'?" Midoriya teased with a giggle, his hands now teasing under Todoroki's shirt to trace his sides. The peppermint hero's own hands slammed down, gripping Izuku's wrists. Todoroki threw his head back, laughter spilling out of him almost immediately as Izuku's hands spidered up and down his sides and ribs beneath his shirt. The half and half hero's' hands did nothing to stop the greenette.
"Izuku- No," Shoto said, trying to look serious, but failing thanks to the smile plastered to his face.
"Izuku, yes," Midoriya replied cheerfully before his hands came to life.
Todoroki threw his head back, laughter spilling out of him almost immediately as Izuku's hands spidered up and down his sides and ribs beneath his shirt. The half and half hero's' hands did nothing to stop the greenette."Ihihizukuhuhu!! N-Nahahahaha!! Whahahat are you d-doHOHOing?!!" Todoroki giggled out, shaking his head as his cheeks warmed with color.
"What does it look like I'm doing, peppermint?" Izuku teased back, smiling down at the half and half hero. "You've been moody since Sunday, and I want to know why."
"Ihihihihi told you, I'm fihihihiHIHIne!!!"
"No, you're not, and I'm tired of you lying that you are. I won't stop tickling you until you tell me what's wrong."
Todoroki's laughter pitched at that, aided by Midoriya's fingers, which were slowly crawling up his ribs. He squirmed in Midoriya's ever-so-ticklish grasp but remained steadfastly where he was.
"Come on, gigglebox," Midoriya coaxed, smiling at the blush that brought to his boyfriend's cheeks.
"DohoHOhont call mehehehe thaha-AHAHAHA WAIT WAIT NOHOHO! IZUKUHUHU!" Todoroki cried when Midoriya's hands pinched their way up between Todoroki's arms, massaging into his armpits. Todoroki's head was thrown back, his laughter reaching new, adorable, heights as he was lost to hysterics.
"No?" Midoriya repeated with a playful smile. "What do you mean no, gigglebox? If you didn't like this, we both know you could freeze me and get me off you."
"SHUHUHUHUT UHUHUP!!" Todoroki managed to get out between giggly laughter, because they both knew Izuku was right, and Todoroki was obviously embarrassed at having been called out.
"That's not very nice, Sho," Midoriya scolded. "I'm being so good to you, cheering you up, and you're being mean in reply?" His fingers stilled their tickly dance at this, and Todoroki caught his breath, eyes on his boyfriend, cheeks pink.
"You're not being good to me, you're tickling me," Todoroki panted.
"Is there a difference?" He asked sweetly, causing Todoroki's face to erupt in a lovely shade of soft red.
Midoriya scooted down his boyfriend's waist to his thighs, quickly switching around to face his lower legs.
"Izuku- Wait, wait, wa-ahahait!" Todoroki protested before his boyfriend's devious hands had him giggling beneath him as they traced Todoroki's feet.
"Tell me what's wrong, Shoto," Midoriya said, looking behind him to his lover's face. When he received no response, he dug in, fingernails dancing across the skin of Todoroki's feet. Shoto erupted into loud laughter, jerking beneath him as he threw his head back. He was normally quite a quiet person, and that transferred to tickling, leaving the Todoroki in giggles and sometimes even squeaks. But when you got him in these two lovely sensitive spots - underarms and feet - it always had him squealing, sometimes enough to gain noise complaints from their surrounding classmates in their own dorm rooms.
"PLEHEHEASE!!" Shoto cried, jerking up into a sitting position in a vain attempt to stop his boyfriend's mischief. He threw his arms over Midoriya's shoulders, but failed to reach his feet or the greenette's arms to end the tickles. He collapsed into the boy's back instead, hands clenching the fabric of Midoriya's shirt as he trembled with mirth.
"OKAHAHAY OKAY OKAHEHEHE!!" He shrieked at last, pulling at Deku's shirt. "I'LL TELL, IHIHI'LL TELL, NO MOHOHOHORE I-IZUHUHUKUHUHU!!"
Midoriya stopped, laying his hands flat against Todoroki's feet as he glanced over his shoulder. "You okay, love?" He asked, worried he'd possibly gone a little overboard.
"Yehehes, Yes. I-I'm okahay," Shoto replied, still wracked with leftover giggles. Midoriya began smoothing his hands over Todoroki's feet, hoping to sooth away the leftover tingles from the tickly treatment. This helped, and after another few moments, Shoto calmed down, silence overtaking the bedroom.
"I'm sorry," Shoto said at last, finally calmed. "I know I've been a bit of a pain. I just... I had a hard weekend with my father. He was giving me a lot of trouble over my training and... Over how much time I was spending with you." His arms snaked around Midoriya's waist, and Izuku abandoned his massage to lay his own over his boyfriend's, staring down at his lap sadly.
"I'm sorry, Shoto," He said honestly. "We both know Endeavor just likes to cause problems. Don't let him get you down, alright? And don't hide it, either. You should have come to me sooner. You can always talk to me about these things."
"I know." Todoroki's chin lifted to rest on Midoriya's shoulder, his eyes slipping closed, relaxed and safe with the other, and sleepy from his tickly exercise. "I apologize. I promise that I'll talk to you next time instead of shutting you out."
"You'd better," Midoriya said with a huff, smiling. "Now you know what happens when you don't."
"Hm... While that may be true..." The arms around his waist tightened, hands curling in. "In the future, you'll also know what happens after your little persuasions."
Midoriya gulped, his hands scrambling to grip Todoroki's wrists. "Sh-Shoto, Shoto, come on- I was just..! W-Wait, wahahait, wahAHAIT-! NOHOHO TICKLES!! SHOHOHOTO!!"

pairing: Lee!Todoroki /& Ler!Midoriya
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One of Midoriya’s favourite things about living at U.A. was the campus. Not just the state of the art gyms and dorms, but the large expanse of parks and forestry surrounding the main buildings. It was beautiful, in between all the facilities there were parks with soft grass, tall trees and flower beds. It was a favourite study spot for many students, including Midoriya.
He lay on his back, head propped up against his study-buddy’s thighs as he worked through his art homework. The study buddy in question was Todoroki, sitting upright against the tree and resting his book against Midoriya’s head. It was something of a symbiotic relationship.
They were the only ones in the park, given that the grounds were otherwise covered in a foot of snow. Only a small ring of dry grass prevailed around the tree where they sat, kept warm by Todoroki’s quirk.
Midoriya shifted, adding a little more shading to the drawing, causing Todoroki’s textbook to fall to the ground.
“Sit still.” He grumbled, picking it up.
“Meh meme me meh.” Midoriya grumbled back playfully. He waited a second, then twitched again, sending the textbook tumbling into the grass.
Todoroki glared as Midoriya beamed up at him.
He picked the textbook up and lightly hit Midoriya on the head with it, then set it back down.
Midoriya glanced back at his work. It was nearly finished, and he had a while before needing to hand it in. Moreso, the prospect of messing with the usual stoic boy was quite appealing. He and Todoroki had been getting closer, and with that came a surprising discovery that Todoroki could be quite playful. The two had spent countless hours rolling around on the floor, on the bed, the dorm’s sofa, the list goes on. Midoriya cast another glance at his work, then grinned.
Now on a mission, he counted to 60… then twitched.
“Midoriya!” Todoroki snapped, “Stop annoying me, I’m almost done.”
“But you’re so fun to pester~.” Midoriya cooed back.
Then his head fell back and lightly hit the ground as Todoroki shuffled away, smirking slightly.
“Aww come on Shoto~, don’t be like that.” Midoriya said, but was unable to keep the grin off his face.
“I am like that.” Todoroki responded, staring at his math homework.
To most, Todoroki would look slightly stern and annoyed. But to eagle eyed viewers such as Midoriya, his ears were slightly red, his eyes were unfocused and his fingers were drumming on the page. He was waiting in anticipation.
Quietly, Midoriya sat up and kneeled next to him, pressing his face into Todoroki’s.
“Whatcha doin’?” He asked.
“Concentrating, now will you pleas- ACK! Midoriya!”
“Todoroki,” Midoriya smiled, pulling his hand away from his ribs, “What’s wrong?”
Todoroki glared but said nothing, moving to stare back at his work.
Midoriya poked him again.
He twitched.
Another poke.
Another twitch.
“Are you ignoring me?”
Another poke.
“I aham- I am not.”
Midoriya attacked, wriggling his fingers into Todoroki’s ribs as he suddenly jolted, dropping his book. Quickly as he could, Todoroki stumbled to his feet, backing away into the cold snow.
“Midoriya, what about our work- Midoriya, please.” He begged. It was strange to see him so emotive, but whenever they engaged in fights like these it brought out an unseen childish side of him, something that Midoriya adored.
“I’m gonna getcha~.” He teased, advancing with wiggling fingers.
Todoroki took off, running through the snow and carving a smooth path through the field. Midoriya raced after him. He almost tripped on a hidden rock and stumbled, and Todoroki grew further away. He ran faster, and debated using Full Cowl to bring him up to speed when Todoroki began to turn slightly, allowing Midoriya to put on a final burst of speed and pounce.
Todoroki yelled out in shock, falling into the cold snow, which quickly melted under him. He was hot all over, from his quirk, the burst of exercise and general embarrassment at their situation.
“Gotcha.” Midoriya grinned, using Blackwhip to (unfairly) pin his arms to his sides.
Todoroki huffed, wiggling a little to no avail.
“Very classy.” He said, deadpan.
Midoriya just smiled, bringing his hands up to tap along Todoroki’s ribs. He twitched a little, but the hoodie he was wearing protected him, a little. Countering this, Midoriya’s hands crept down, further and further until they reached the edge of his jumper, then they darted under, his fingers scratching at the thin t-shirt that covered Todoroki’s stomach.
He yelped, not expecting the sudden assault and began squirming in earnest.
“Mihihidorihiyaha!” He cried, writhing, “We’re ihin puhublihic!”
Midoriya lifted his head and looked from side to side, letting his hands drift to Todoroki’s sides.
“I don’t see anyone. Besides, your laugh is so cute! I think everyone deserves to hear it, you should definitely laugh more.”
“SHUHUHUT THEHE FUHUHUHUK UHUP!” Todoroki screamed, his back arching as Midoriya grasped at his sides.
“Wow, such harsh words. You wound me, Todoroki.”
“IHIHIT JUST TIHIHIHCKLEHES, PLEHEHEAHASE!”
“Fine, fine~, I won't pester you much longer.”
He grinned.
“But first,” Using Blackwhip, he brought Todoroki’s hands up beside his head, smiling wider when they trembled for him to put them down.
“You can always tell me to stop~.” He cooed.
Todoroki looked at him, eyes bright, face flushed and a wobbly smile on his lips, and looked away.
“Well, if you say so.” With that, he dove his hands into Todoroki’s underarms, scratching lightly and watching as Todoroki howled with laughter beneath him.
As he did, soft flakes of snow began to fall from the sky and land around them.
With Todoroki’s melodic laughter, the heat from his body washing away the cold and the beautiful snow, it couldn’t have been a better day.
Todoroki & Mx Glove
In which questions go unanswered.
The Auction Masterlist
Words: 5,162
Todoroki quirked an eyebrow.
Moments ago, he was restrained in some kind of contraption in nothing but his underwear, panting, sweaty, and exhausted; then, he blinked, and now he was clean and well-rested, seated on a cushioned chair in a posh bedroom. A soft pair of dressy black trousers clad his bottom half while the top was sheathed in a white shirt, open to reveal the sharp curves of his toned chest and well-defined abs. His calves rested on the pillow of an identical iron-wrought chair facing his own while his feet protruded through the back, tied together at the ankles by several pairs if smart ties. Each of his toes was individually secured to the convenient vegetal tangle that made up the back of the iron chair, and his big toes were even tied together and to the central stem of the iron decoration, which, together with the ties around his ankles, ensured that his feet wouldn’t be able to so much as twitch, let alone escape or even lessen what was about to befall them.
Though he couldn’t see them, Todoroki guessed that ties were also what bound his wrists together behind his back, through the back of the chair he was sitting on, and around its own central stem. What he couldn’t begin to divine was what that new set-up was for.
Something shifted in the dim light of the room, provided by a single desk lamp, and Todoroki realized that the flowing black fabric he’d initially mistaken for closed curtains were actually the garb of a massive shadow, three meters tall and hunched, impossibly swollen under the vest. A deathly hood obscured the shadow’s features, but Todoroki could feel its gaze on him.
“Aren’t you scared?” growled a beastly low voice.
“What would be the point?” asked Todoroki, his tone flat.
“Good. There is nothing to fear,” growled the colossus, and a hint of delight crept into his voice. “If you give me the combination to that safe.”
“What safe?” enquired Todoroki, his intonation barely more inquisitive than before.
The shadow emitted a rumbling chuckle and turned slightly. The wall opposite Todoroki lit up to reveal a large painting whose frame had swiveled on hidden hinges, baring a large wall safe.
“I don’t know the combination. I don’t know what’s in that safe or where I am,” he stated matter-of-factly.
Another low rumble. “Is this how it’s going to be?”
Todoroki just glowered at the behemoth. “I’m not going to play along with this charade.”
Being tickled senseless was one thing, but he felt offended that that entity, whatever its name was, so much as thought that he would indulge its nonsense. “Just get it over with.”
The rumble stopped. “Then you leave me no choice.”
The figure stooped down at an angle that made it evident it didn’t possess normal human physiology, if its height and bulk hadn’t already made it clear enough. From the vast darkness behind the parting in its garment emerged a beastly hand, brown-furred and large enough to clasp Todoroki’s chest, vicious claws at the end of each finger.
Todoroki had been certain of what was about to happen, but seeing the ponderous claw, he almost flinched. Had he angered the beast, and was he about to be torn apart?
But then he felt one of those stilettos press into the ball of his right foot before beginning its descent towards his heel.
Todoroki had a very fraught history with physical contact, the kind that is born from years of sustained abuse. Despite being one of the most promising and attractive heroes on the market, he’d never been comfortable with the idea of a relationship, much less casual flings, as much as he wished he could be. That state of affairs persisted even after he’d begun to undo the damage his father had caused. But in school, he’d always been wary of physical contact, such that even when he outright asked Kirishima to try to tickle him out of curiosity, which somehow opened the floodgates to the whole class, everyone knew not to sneak up on him or touch him without telegraphing their intentions. And he’d learned two things: one, tickling didn’t generally trigger any of his alarms with regards to unwanted physical contact, precisely because it was so different from anything he’d experienced growing up (save for a couple of occasions with Natsuo, who just loved to tease the golden boy); two, everyone tended to remark that he was very sensitive. And while he didn’t have much of a frame of reference, Todoroki had to agree.
So he didn’t even attempt to disguise how much that single claw affected him, a smile already forming on his lips as he jumped in place.
The claw stopped. “Already? Just from this?”
Todoroki could feel the gloating in its rumbling voice. “You really have no chill.”
The discrepancy between how it sounded and what it said was whiplash-inducing, but Todoroki didn’t have the chance to ruminate on it as the claw began to make scratching motions.
“Ah! Ah! Ah!” came out of Todoroki rhythmically, a string of exclamations somewhere on the spectrum between sounding obscene and like he was doing aerobics.
The claw scratched at the ball of his foot, his heel, his arch, the base of the toes – it didn’t matter, Todoroki would react wherever it touched him. But Mx Glove wasn’t satisfied, so began to test the base of and the area between each toe individually.
“Ah! Ah! Ah! N-Ah! Ah! Oh! Noh! Ah!”
The area between his second and third toe, was it a little more sensitive than the rest? The probing claw couldn’t quite tell, so it took its sweet time making sure. Yes, maybe there was a slight extra twitch whenever it touched there… no?
What was certain was that the arch was a bit more responsive than any other part of Todoroki’s right foot, but it was a very small deviation, one that would make returning to that spot extremely gratifying without making Mx Glove feel like it was settling if it targeted other areas.
And that was just the right foot! The right one was supposed to be even more sensitive, and possibly more ticklish in different spots than the left. That asymmetry was part of what had drawn Mx Glove to this victim, though it had actually gotten overwhelmed by the possibilities, so it had decided to stick to the one spot that it preferred, that it knew Todoroki would be able to take the least.
It could see that a flush had already crept across his face. Mx Glove retracted his finger. “Are you sure you don’t want to open the safe?”
Todoroki rearranged his expression into a scowl. “I said I’m not going to plaAHAhahah hahaha hahahaahahaha!!! Hahahaahah ahahahah ahahahahah ahahahhahahahhaha!!!”
He burst into guffaws mid-sentence as the behemoth suddenly added four more claws to the interrogation.
“Staaahahahhahahahahap! Hahahaha ahhaahh ahahahaahah ahahahaahahahahahah!!”
“You have no chill,” quipped Mx Glove as it dragged its claws up and down Todoroki’s right arch. As it expected, that made Todoroki’s laughter just a bit higher-pitched, his shifting in the chair just that little more energetic, so the claws chose to linger on that spot for a while. “Is this supposed to be the less sensitive foot? You are so screwed.”
Just when the focused tickling began to yield diminishing results, the claws ventured upwards, scratching at the base of Todoroki’s toes. There were now enough claws that Mx Glove didn’t have to worry about whether the space between two toes was more sensitive than the others, as the question was made irrelevant by sheer numbers.
Todoroki went on laughing, unashamed of the natural reaction his body was having to the stimulus, though profoundly vexed by it and, most of all, that it was being used to force him to indulge whatever fantasy his captor had cooked up.
Still, he’d never been tickled that long before. It wasn’t as when he was ganged up on by his classmates, or that time Bakugo had tried to make him regret observing out loud that he didn’t expect the blond to be so ticklish (a remark for which Kirishima would also pay), but the fact that it wasn’t stopping had him mildly apprehensive. How much longer could that go on for? Apparently, tickling tired him out very quickly, and he didn’t want to reach that point again, though he suspected he wasn’t going to have a say in the matter.
He could already feel the surface of his skin become damp under the smart clothes when Mx Glove retracted its claws. Todoroki went on giggling as his right foot still suffered under the phantom tingles, the claw trails itching like a zealous ant procession.
“Are you going to keep being stubborn?” questioned Mx Glove.
Todoroki ignored him, choosing to maintain his focus on steadying his breathing. That cost him four claws scratching at his left foot, coaxing a yelp out of him.
“Answer me!” boomed the voice; the claws showed no sign of stopping.
There were actually two more things that Todoroki had learned when tickling was introduced in his life: discovery the third, it was apparently unusual that the left and right side of his body were ticklish in different spots; discovery the fourth, his feet were the least exceptional in that regard, because they were both extremely sensitive… though the left even more than the right. At least, that was what Midoriya had told him – that guy even had notes about that – and Todoroki had indeed noticed that he’d fight harder to keep his hot side away from the tickles; but once the tickling started, he was generally too sensitive to have much of an opinion on anything.
But these weren’t chaotic, friendly tickles: these were sharp claws working precisely to uncover every ticklish nerve under his skin and play it like a string. Todoroki couldn’t tell if it tickled more or less than before, but he most certainly wanted it to stop, and he found himself trying to hold back his laughter… failing miserably.
“HAAAAAA! HAHAHA HAHAHA HAHA HAHAAAAA!! Haha hahaahah HAAHAHAH haahah hahaah HAHAHA ahahah haahahahah hahaahahah!!”
The scratches soon stopped being a warning and morphed into a dedicated process of destruction. They began to look for and focus on the worst areas of his right foot, then proceeded to exploit them to their fullest, moving on to the next just before Todoroki could begin to get used to the sensation.
Tears began to roll down Todoroki’s face when Mx Glove targeted his arch – no doubt as to what spot was the most sensitive now – but wherever the claws decided to give more than a torturous pass, they got him wishing he could crawl out of his skin.
“Still not going to say anything?” growled the behemoth over the hero’s high-pitched laughter. And maybe Todoroki would have said something, if he hadn’t been so focused on surviving the onslaught with his sanity intact. Mx Glove didn’t accept that excuse.
“HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! HAHA HAHA AHAHA AHAHAHA HAHA!!!!
HAHAHA HAHA HAHAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHA HA AHAHAH AHAHA!!! HAHA! HAHAHAH!!!”
His left foot still under fire, Mx Glove sent its other set of claws to wail on the right as well, obliterating Todoroki’s capacity for cognizant speech. It tickled so bad. Was it even worse than the hairbrushes? Like he was able to make a comparison as exhilarating lightning traveled up his legs.
Mx Glove truly wasn’t holding back, his claws relentless, precise, excruciating. Like it was really attempting to wring vital information out of Todoroki using whatever means necessary.
Todoroki couldn’t remember so much in all of his life combined. It just kept coming, and he was powerless to stop it, or do anything but laugh and laugh. A flush had crept up his chest and overtaken his tear-stained face, hair flopping about wildly and sticking to his forehead, getting in his eyes, his crisp shirt darkening with perspiration, maddened writhing in the metal chairs without either so much as budging, or his artfully restrained feet escaping a single iota of torment.
Well after Todoroki was thoroughly broken, he noticed the claws – all of them – linger on his right foot, and at some point he became aware that Mx Glove was speaking.
“I seem to recall one of these feet is more ticklish than the other. I find it hard to believe, honestly, but I’m interested in your opinion.”
“HAAAAAAHAH AHAHAHAH AHHAH!! HAHA HAHA HAHAHAHHAHA!!! HAHAH AHAHAHAH HAHAHAH AHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!”
“No reply, ay?”
The ten claws shifted over to his left foot, and Todoroki let out an addled scream. He bent forward as far as his wrist restraints allowed, farther than was wise, to put something, anything, his head, possible or not, between the torturous points – too many! – and the outrageously sensitive surface of his sole.
Before he’d placidly accepted the notion that his left foot was more ticklish than his right, like a datum that had nothing to do with him. If that was how it was, that was how it was. But now that he was on the other side of empirical experience, he would have given anything to expunge that fact from reality.
“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!! HAHAAHAHAAHHAH HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHHHAHA!!! HAAHAHAHAHHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHPPP!! STAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHPPP!!!”
“Oh good, so you can talk! Got an answer for me, gigglebug?”
The claws moved back to his right foot, but even though the sensation decreased somewhat, Todoroki wouldn’t have called it a relief. In that small gap, he only retrieved a shard of his impatience with nonsense.
“HAAA!! HAHAHA HAAA HAHAHAHAAH HAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHA YOUHAHAH!! YOU KNOHOHOHHAHAHAAH!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!”
“I want to hear it from you, gigglebug,” replied the behemoth, and if Todorok had been able to discern tone, he would have noticed all affectation had been stripped from its words.
But Todoroki just went on laughing and attempting the occasional broken warning or plea, so mx Glove said, “Nope, I can’t tell,” and focused on his left foot again, lavishing his arch and the base of his toes with special attention.
Todoroki’s eyes bulged. “LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHEHEHFT!! LEHEHEHEHEFT LEHEHEHEF LEHEHEFTLEFTLEHEHEHEHEEFTLEEEFT!!!” he repeated with every scratch.
A thunderous chuckle, then “Left, you say? I’m not sure, I need to test this further.” And it kept going.
Unable to take it, Todoroki’s efforts latched onto the only thing he thought could put a stop to it, sputtering “LEHEHFT!” like a broken record come alive under ten needles.
This soon earned him a coughing fit, followed by bouts of silent laughter, during which Mx Glove said, “I can’t quite tell. But if you’re right, it sure would suck if I stayed here, right?”
On some level, Todoroki had expected a break after he’d played its game. But no. It kept going. And when his struggling subsided and the only sound he could make was an irregular wheeze, Mx Glove simply moved half of its claws to his right foot, and kept doing exactly what it was doing.
It only stopped when it noticed that Todoroki was struggling to keep his head up. “Oops, I got too carried away, again,” it said to no one, and the claws withdrew into the pools of darkness that were its sleeves. “So, the combination?” it asked, but Todoroki was in no state to so much as decipher its question. It brought out a claw and ran it down the hero’s foot as a warning, but when all it got was a dismayed shake of the head, it resigned itself to wait.
Todoroki didn’t even realize the tickling had stopped at first, since it took him an enormous effort to lift his head. He felt like he just run a marathon – certainly, his soles wouldn’t feel any less raw after one. He just breathed in and out, wishing he could just shed the shirt that was clinging to his shoulders, or use his Quirk to cool himself down.
When he looked up, the behemoth was still there, its hands hidden under the sleeves, and behind it, the safe. What was new was the two upturned bottles tied to the chair, drizzling a weird liquid down on his feet.
“Do you need more persuasion?” asked Mx Glove in a low growl.
“I don’t… know the… combination,” came out of Todoroki, and he couldn’t recognize his own voice, so hoarse it was. But beyond that, was he speaking factually – he did not know because the monster made it all up – or was he playing along with the fiction just to put off the incoming extra serving of torment?
Mx Glove tutted, a sound like the smack of wet clothes on a flat stone. “A pity.”
Todoroki expected to shudder with fear once the behemoth’s hands reemerged, but what he saw was much too weird for that. At the end of each of the behemoth’s sleeves protruded a sock puppet in the shape of a goat’s head. Their square button eyes scanned the room, their moths opened and closed, and they both sniffed the air far too realistically to be simple puppets.
“What are those?” Todoroki couldn’t help asking.
“Hungry little buggers,” replied the behemoth as the goats inched closer. Todoroki could feel the air move as they sniffed his coated soles. Then, one of them took a lick.
“AH?!” exclaimed Todoroki, completely unprepared for what that felt like. That felt way too organic, in a very disturbing way, warm, slimy, fleshy, and worst of all, ticklish.
The goat puppet seemed to like what it tasted, because a second lick followed, and a third, lapping away at the ball of Todoroki’s right foot; and seeing its neighbor go at it, the other goat took an interest in the left arch.
“N-Noho w-whaat ishis thihihIHHHS!! I doho-hoHOHOH! CU-HUT THAHAhahat ouhohoHHAHAHAHAHAAH!!! HAHAHA HAHAHAAHHA HAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHHA!!!”
That felt weird, so weird! The writhing, knitted muscle sent horrifying shocks through his nervous system, the wet appendages having a rough texture that made each lick all the more torturous.
“These kids always get everyone real talkative,” gloated the behemoth. “Get it? Kids?”
“HAHAHAH HAHAA! HA! HAH AHA STAH! HAHAHA! HA! HAHAHAHIT’S SOHOHO WHEHEHEHEHIRD!! HAHA HAHAH HAHAHA HAHAHAAHHAHAHA!!”
“You get it, you’re laughing!”
Whatever hesitation the goats may have had at first, it was long gone as they lapped enthusiastically at the saltwater-covered soles, driving Todoroki further and further into hysteria.
All Todoroki could do was laugh and watch drops slowly drip out of the bottles, emptying oh-so-slowly, until his eyes filled with tears once again.
The claws had felt worst on his arches, and his mad thrashing and high-pitched guffaws certainly suggested the goat’s tongues were proving effectively as well; but it was when his soles had been lapped clean and he felt the first tentative licks slither between his toes that the true horror of his plight sank in.
“HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! HHAHAHANANNANAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!! HAHA HAHAHAAH NOHOT THEHEHHEHEEHERE!!!! HAHAH HAHAA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!”
The base of his toes, the stems, the pristine skin in-between; what agony the goat’s treat fetched. If Todoroki has a shred of analytical ability left in him, he would have noticed that his right toes now felt as ticklish as the left, if not more so. It was dubitable that he’d have been able to attribute that fact to the warmth the tongues exuded had he been lucid, but feeling the dull teeth nibble at and scrape against his toes and the ball of his foot as the wriggling tongues attempted to reach every last pocket of salt, that shattered his mind. He wasn’t used to those spots being touched, let alone by something like that, and with such torturous intent.
Todoroki would have never thought that he’d manage to last until all the saltwater had been painstakingly licked off every nook and cranny in his toes; but at some point the goat puppets did back off, vanishing back into the behemoth’s robe.
“The combination.”
Todoroki ignored him, any breath he could suck back into his lungs was too precious. And then he heard meowing. He forced himself to open his eyes: the beastly hands were out of the sleeves again, but instead of sharp claws, each finger now ended in… a cat’s head. Probably not that unsettling in a Quirky world, or to Steven Universe viewers, but the 10 sets of feline eyes fixated on him were still mildly unnerving to Todoroki, because the threat was obvious.
“The combination.”
“I don’t… know!” spat Todoroki, a distinct note of irritation creeping into his voice – less so at what he’d already endured, or even the performance that was asked of him, but rather at the fact that he wasn’t allowed to recover. Then he added, “It’s your safe!”
“Too bad,” growled the voice. “Here come the seconds!”
To his horror, Todoroki saw the two upturned bottles still above over his feet spontaneously fill with white liquid, which began to drip down on his toes.
“Wait!” came the panicked request. “I don’t know the combination, and tickling me won’t help you get it. I can’t help you break it open if you won’t. But I can’t take anymore.”
It was a plea, unquestionably, but it was expressed so emotionlessly after the first exclamation that it sounded more like a statement of fact from a neutral party: he could not take any more tickling, and subjecting him to it would be a waste of time within the parameters of the behemoth’s fiction.
For a few moments, the only sounds that could be heard were the soft splashing of the milk droplets on the tops of his feet and the floor, as well as the famished meowing of the finger-kittens.
“Waitwhahit ihit’s poHOHINTLEHEHESSS!!! STAHAHAHAHAP NOHOHOH I CAHAHAHANT HAHA HA AHAHA AHAHA AHAHHAHAH HAHAHAHAHHAHAAH!!!”
The 10 kittens were even more eager than the goats, their raspy tongues smaller than their predecessors’, but sheer numbers allowed Mx Glove to target more spots at the same time, though they never strayed far from his toes and arches.
Todoroki’s handsome laughter was marred by utter rejection of what was happening, the contradiction between even more absurd tickling and his inability to withstand it even a second longer. And yet he did, for many, many, many seconds.
There was nothing he could do to stop this. Nothing.
---
Hero training had been grueling at times, yet Todoroki couldn’t remember being as tired as when, several minutes after the two bottles had been emptied, the kittens finally disappeared into the behemoth’s sleeves again, their meowing ceasing at once.
Something else was dripping on his right foot, a clear liquid of sorts, but Todoroki could not concern himself with it. In fact, when the behemoth shuffled behind him, cut his left arm loose, raised it, and bent it over the back of the chair before tying it down again, he didn’t even put up a fight. He even let Mx Glove rip his drenched shirt open to reveal his chiseled physique upper body with nary a grunt of protest – his mind, reduced to sheer sensation, welcomed the exposure to the colder air.
He didn’t even have a reaction when the behemoth produced a small heat lamp it trained on Todoroki’s right foot, glistening with the dripping oil that the unpleasant – though not painful – warmth ensured would seep deep into his skin, awakening any micron of his nerve endings dulled by his cold Quirk.
Then the monster waited. It waited until Todoroki was able to make sense of sentences again, its impatience having turned into the sweet pre-savoring of what was about to transpire.
When Todoroki looked at it again, he noticed that its right paw had been replaced with a long-fingered, humanoid hand, and the left with a device that looked like a pastry whip that had come undone – a scalp-massager.
“I want you to understand this,” began the behemoth. “I’m now going to try something else, and I won’t stop until you give me the combination. If you lie to me, I promise you, you haven’t felt anything half so horrible as what I will do. Do you get it?”
Todoroki didn’t answer. There was no point. The monster was going to do what it wanted anyway. Why waste energy? Or so he would have normally thought, but he simply lacked the energy to muster any words.
But when he felt fingers wiggling into his exposed left armpit, Todoroki had no choice but to strain his burning diaphragm to expel a new bout of laughter. Not a trace of cognizant speech, though.
The monster watched him try to lean away from its prying fingers, seemingly unable to comprehend that his bonds would not allow it. It was a rather enjoyable sight. But not as enjoyable as the attempt at a choked scream that ripped its way out of Todoroki’s mouth when the scalp massager got to work on his bare right flank.
And as the two most sensitive spots on Todoroki’s upper body were ruthlessly targeted, fragments of his mind made a simple calculation.
He couldn’t take it. Not at all, not anymore. He could make up a combination just to get a short break. But then it would get worse. But he wouldn’t get a break otherwise. What should he do?
The fingertips kept scratching at his damp hollow, occasionally pressing into the skin and skating on it as if dragging coins on a table, having quickly surmised that the very center was the most ticklish part. The scalp massager was far less varied in its tactics, but its dozen tines dragged like feathers along the cold, sensitive skin were incredibly effective at making Todoroki ponder whether the goats’ tongues were less excruciating.
And the calculation went on in the background, and…
“HAHAH HAHAHAAAAAA!!! HAHAH AHAHAHAHAHAHHA!!! TWHAHAHAHAH!!! TWOHOHOHAHAHAHAH!!! TWOOHOHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAH!!!”
“Two?” Todoroki heard coming from above. “Giving up already? Good, what’s next?”
 Todoroki had calculated this: he didn’t have to give Mx Glove the full combination yet, he could just start giving him a few digits, so when he really couldn’t take any more, he’d only have to get one number out; but as the first digit tumbled out of his lips, more exploded out of the crack in his will.
“SEHEHHAHAHAH!! SEHEHEHHEHEEVEHEHEHHEHEHNN!! LEHEHHEET ME TAHAHAHHAHAALK!!”
“It’s on you if you can’t speak. Two, seven. Three more to go.”
But Todoroki found it incredibly hard to even remember what digits existed as Mx Glove surreptitiously increased its tickling, which caused the other three digits to take a full minute to be revealed. Perhaps Mx Glove could have made it take even longer, plunge Todoroki into silent laughter to keep the brief respite it had offered out of reach, but the behemoth was overeager; because as fun as these games were, they were nothing like unleashing the single, most effective method to break an auctionee.
Todoroki was suddenly aware that he could breathe again, that the dreaded massagers had left his midsection and that the unsettling fingers were no longer tormenting his underarm. He could even feel the monster’s thunderous steps move away from him, and towards the safe.
Todoroki wasted precious energy trying to whip his damp hair out of his eyes. He wanted to see this. Because even though he’d made the combination up to appease the monster, a part of him hoped against probability that he’d somehow got it right, that he’d be left alone, that the worst would not come to pass.
And Mx Glove was certainly making a show of it. Its long fingers were turning the dial so slowly, the clicking sound drowned out by Todoroki’s labored breaths.
“…One… and six,” announced the glowering behemoth, pausing for a moment after the dial ended its last rotation before clasping the safe’s handle; and though Todoroki’s lungs desperately needed oxygen, his breath hitched for a second.
Mx Glove pushed down on the handle… but it didn’t turn.
“Liar, liar…” lilted the behemoth, sounding the opposite of disappointed, while Todoroki shook his head weakly. “You know what’s coming now…”
It walked back towards Todoroki, who accepted the inevitable. “You… made it all… up…” he stated, a final acknowledgement that he’d humored the behemoth as long as he’d had to, but that now that it wouldn’t help him anymore, he didn’t care to keep pretending in the off chance it would make his situation better.
Mx Glvoe simply chuckled, its hands vanishing into its sleeves for the last time. When it reemerged, the left hand had been replaced by a detailing brush, while the right was furry again, but instead of claws, mounted at the tip of each finger was an opaque, white cube…
The monster stopped in front of Todoroki’s trapped feet, and the hero noticed that moment that the heat lamp cooking his right foot in the lotion was still on only when Mx Glove turned it off and moved it back.
“Did you figure it out? What will break you?”
But Todoroki wasn’t going to humor it any longer.
The behemoth went on, undeterred. “Come on. The tongues were a hint.”
Todoroki just kept focusing on steadying his breath.
A note of impatience crept into Mx Glove’s voice as it said, “It’s temperature. Warm things tickle your right foot more. Cold things tickle your left foot more. So if we were to, say, roast your cold foot, and use ice cubes on the hot one…”
Todoroki’s breath caught in his throat.
“…what do you think will happen?” it asked, and it knew that Todoroki wouldn’t reply, so it didn’t wait before striking.
The lotion made it even easier for the claws to glide along Todoroki’s sole, its nerve endings firing on all cylinders from the heat lamp’s attention. The temperature shock for his left foot was even more severe, jolting the nerves awake, the warmth of the skin rapidly causing the edges of the cubes to melt, allowing them to drag frictionlessly along his arch.
It took all of 5 seconds to break Todoroki for good. That one-two punch was like nothing he had ever experienced, not even at the hands of the behemoth. His cognition shut down. He was no longer Todoroki, just a mass of stimuli and reactions, specifically the intersection of two extremely ticklish appendages being tickled extremely. No hope, despair, anger, or bargaining: just overwhelming sensation, the most exhilarating state f flow.
The behemoth worked both feet over for several minutes, adding to nearly an hour, but Todoroki had lost the ability to measure the passing time. It knew full well that the right foot’s toes were even worse than the arch, while the left arch was more sensitive than any other part of that foot, so it only ever strayed from those areas to keep them from being desensitized.
No, lapsing into silent laughter or wheezing did not afford him any mercy. He was just there to laugh, to pay for not spitting out a non-existent combination, to be the perfect, squirming canvas for Mx Glove to practice its art, to be driven mad by its touches. A mighty hero with ticklish tootsies.
Hand It Over! (My Hero Academia)
Warning: Tickle fic ahead!
Characters: Todoroki, Bakugou
Word Count: 1,535
Summary: Bakugou wants to watch TV, but Todoroki had control of the remote first. After (barely) asking nicely, he decides the only way to get it is through torture~.
A/N: This fic isn't necessarily TodoBaku, but it can be read that way or platonically! :D
“I said, give it to me!”
“Stop, Bakugou, I was here first.”
“Like I give a shit, Icy-Hot! Hand it over!”
Todoroki yelped when Bakugou pounced on him. He angrily tried grasping at the TV remote, which Todoroki held high above his head. Everything had been peaceful until Bakugou decided he wanted to come out of his room for once. Todoroki was watching a news program, though not much had been going on aside from the usual reports, and not two minutes had passed before Bakugou started demanding the remote. The half-and-half hero was used to this behavior from his classmate by now, but that didn’t stop him from rolling his eyes at the way he was being spoken to.
He tried grabbing at his explosive classmate’s hands with one of his own while still keeping the remote out of reach. “Stop. I already told you I’d give it to you when my show was over.”
“It’s the news!” Bakugou scoffed, still grappling for the remote, “It’s not even entertaining!”
“Maybe not to you, but it is to me.”
“Gimme the remote!”
“I said no.”
Bakugou growled, aggravated at the fact that his classmate was being so calm and that he was about equal strength with him, if not more so, so trying to grab the remote while he was pushing him away was more of a difficult task than he’d like it to be. In the midst of his fruitless attempts, he shifted his position, and accidentally brushed his hand along Todoroki’s side when rebalancing. He shot his gaze downward when he heard a loud gasp escape from his friend, along with his arm coming down ever so slightly.
“The hell was that?” Bakugou inquired, his usual gruffness accompanied by a sprinkle of interest and confusion.
“N-Nothing,” Todoroki stammered, his heart pounding and face flushed.
The hot headed hero silently scanned his friend beneath him, trying to figure out what could have elicited such a sound. He narrowed his eyes and shot him a glare.
“I’m not dumb, Icy-Hot!”
“I never said you were.”
“Then tell me what that sound was!”
Todoroki felt himself sinking further into the couch, wishing he could just go back to watching TV. He felt his face heating up more and more by the second. He didn’t know how to get out of this. Bakugou was determined and stubborn; there was no way he was going to let this go. Quickly and in a panic, he took the moment Bakugou was distracted to squeeze at his side with his free hand. His classmate yelped in surprise, defensively wrapping his arms around his torso. This didn’t stop Todoroki, as he grinned a little and continued squeezing the side he had a grip on. Bakugou grit his teeth, growling in place of forced laughter, and tried clawing at his friend’s offending hands.
“S-Stop! What are you d-doing?!”
“What’sa matter, Bakugou? Are you ticklish?”
“O-Of course not, moron! Stop it!”
“If you’re not ticklish, then why do you want me to stop?” Todoroki moved his hand up to Bakugou’s ribs, squeezing and scribbling whatever surface he could that his friend wasn’t actively protecting.
“B-Becahause!” Bakugou doubled over, practically falling on top of Todoroki while he clutched his torso desperately. “Leheheave me alone!!”
“Were those giggles I heard~? Did the big, bad Bakugou just giggle?”
“No! Shut UUUHUHUHUP! AHAHAHA NOHOHOHO!”
Todoroki smirked as his explosive friend came crashing down onto him. He continued to rapidly squeeze and knead at the spot just above his ribcage, not letting up for a second. Bakugou thrashed like a fish out of water, shoving at his friend’s hands in pure desperation. He couldn’t even muster up the strength to back away from him, that was how badly it tickled.
“Not ticklish, huh?”
“SHUHUHUHUT YOUR MOHOHOHOUTH! S-STAHAHAHAHAP! I WILL KIHIHILL YOHOHOHOU!”
“That’s not nice, Bakug–”
The half-and-half hero yelped when he felt a squeeze at his own side, and he absolutely melted when the squeezes continued. He lost any energy to keep up his own ticklish onslaught, and used any remaining energy to keep himself from laughing. Gasping for breath, Bakugou kept kneading and pinching his friend’s sides, grateful for the moment of reprieve. Once he finally regained his strength, he sat up fully and dug into his sides with more force.
“Oh, you all quiet now? What happened to that cocky attitude you just had, Icy-Hot?” He smirked and proceeded to explore Todoroki’s abdomen. He squeezed, kneaded, and scribbled his fingers along every inch of his ticklish torso. “C’mon! You were so vocal just a second ago! Laugh, dammit!”
A swift shake of his head was enough to encourage Bakugou to try even harder. He explored the entirety of his classmate’s torso, some spots eliciting more of a struggle than others, but he knew he hit the jackpot when he ventured up to his armpits. A single poke was enough to cause Todoroki to squeal and thrash harder than he had thus far. He shot his arms down and started pushing at his tormentor, but he grabbed his wrists and pinned them above his head with one hand. The remote had long since fallen to the floor.
“There we go,” Bakugou grinned mischievously as he drilled into his friend’s hollows with his free hand.
“BAHAHAHAHAKUGOHOHOU!! PLEHEHEHEHEASE!”
“Please? Please what? You have no room to beg, you started this!” He started kneading his thumb into the pits while scribbling his fingers on the outsides of them. “But I won’t object to hearing you beg. So go on, beg all ya want! See how far it gets you~.”
“NOHOHOHO TEHEHEHEASING!! C-C’MOHOHOHOHON, PLEHEHEHEHEASE STOHOHOHOP!!”
The smirk on the explosive teen’s face was spine-chilling. He looked sadistic as he tormented his poor classmate, really digging into one of his worst spots with such vigor, and feeding off the desperation in his voice. The combination of his bright red face and shrieking, helpless laughter was intoxicating. He had no intention of stopping anytime soon, and it showed. That is unless…
“You regretting not giving me the remote yet?”
“YOHOHOHOHOU’RE STIHIHIHILL ON ABOUT THAHAHAHAHAT?!”
“Why wouldn’t I be? You never gave it to me! Come to think of it…” Bakugou turned his hand into a claw, intensely scribbling into his friend’s armpits with deadly precision. “Is that why you started tickling me? Did I accidentally tickle you while tryna grab the remote? You wanted to distract me from trying to do it again?”
The heat that radiated off of his classmate’s face was enough of an answer. Todoroki shrieked, whined, and thrashed as his armpits were tormented. He wanted to just cover his face, too embarrassed to even wanna be in the same room as Bakugou right now. No one had known he was ticklish. Hell, he hadn’t even known until a particular confrontation with Midoriya not long ago. His upbeat friend had sworn not to tell a soul, though, so he figured he was safe from anyone else finding out. How he hated being wrong.
“Well?” Bakugou pinched the skin around the half-and-half hero’s armpits, drilled directly into the middle of them, rapidly scribbled and tickled every inch of the sensitive skin, doing whatever he could to squeeze out the loudest and most desperate laughter.
“YEHEHEHEHES, OKAHAHAHAY?! YEHEHEHEHEHES! AHAHAHAHARE YOU HAHAHAPPY NOHOHOW?!”
“Not yet. You still need to hand over the remote.”
“FIHIHIHINE, JUHUHUHUHUST TAHAHAHAKE IT!”
“I don’t think I wanna stop just yet, you’re having so much fun~!”
“BAHAHAHAHAKUGOU!!”
“Ugh. Fine. After this.” Bakugou proceeded to lift his classmate’s shirt up, hold down his wrists with both of his hands, scoot downward, then positioned his lips above his tummy.
“W-What… Whahahat are you dohoing?” Todoroki looked on with confusion, tensing his belly for the worst.
Without a word, the explosive hero took a large breath in, then blew a giant raspberry on his friend’s bare tummy. The noise that escaped him was almost inhuman. A mix of a shriek, a snort, and uncontrollable laughter, immediately followed by silent hysterics. Todoroki thrashed and bucked and squirmed, desperately trying to get away from the ticklish torment. He had never experienced such a torturous feeling before. And yet, he would be lying if he said it didn’t feel exhilarating.
Once his long raspberry concluded, Bakugou sat off of his friend, shooting him an amused smirk. His classmate was a mess of tear-stained, red cheeks, residual giggles, and tingling nerves everywhere. After a few moments of trying to calm down, he sat up fully and glared at Bakugou, though it lost any effectiveness due to the wide smile he so desperately tried to hide.
“So, remote?” Bakugou inquired expectantly.
Todoroki huffed as he got off of the couch, legs trembling. He went around to the side the armrest he had been pinned to was on, and grabbed the remote that had fallen to the floor in the commotion. He then plopped back onto the couch, all energy having been expended.
“Here,” he glowered at Bakugou as he handed him the remote.
“Finally,” the hot head relaxed into the couch as he changed the channel, looking victorious. He then peered at Todoroki curiously, saw his attempt at a scowl, and laughed. “What? Your show’s over anyway~.”
DAY 16 - Unusual Spot
Tumblr media
Lee!Todoroki
Ler!Midoriya
—————————————————————————-
‘Ooo Midoryia do me next!’
‘Do me after!’
‘And me!’
Recently Midoryia had found a new habit in reading the lines on the palms of people’s hands to tell their future. It was just a trick he saw on internet, but it was still fun to do. ‘Hmmm, Mina you’ll have 3 kids and be super rich!’
‘Yes! Good luck for the future!’
‘Oof Kirishima it looks like you’ll be destined for bad luck in the future.’
‘What! Ah man…’
During the course of the afternoon,almost  everyone has their plans read, Other than the more quieter students who saw no need for such trivial nonsense. Todoroki however was intrigued. He watched Midoryia reading people’s palms with a close eye from the couch across the room, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Midoryia saw him staring and decided to engage in conversation.
‘Did you want to have your palm read Todoroki?’ The green haired boy asked with a smile. The half and half boy moved closer, sitting next to him. ‘The palm thing… does it actually work?’ ‘Can you really tell someone’s future by the lines on their palm?’ He asked in all seriousness, staring down at his own palms. Izuku couldn’t help but laugh.
‘Ahaha! No of course it doesn’t ACTUALLY work, it’s all just in good fun. Here pass you palm and I’ll read yours.’ The other obeyed laying his hand flat in his, watching intensely. Midoryia began gently tracing the lines on Todoroki’s palm, but something was off. It felt… tingly? Shoto quickly realised he had the urge to pull his hand away and was fighting back a smile. Before he knew it a stray giggle slipped out. Izuku noticed immediately. ‘Shoto? Is something funny?’
‘No it’s just… The thing you’re doing….feels weird.’ It didn’t take Izuku long to catch on to what was going on. A smirk worked its way on his face as he purposefully scribbled his nails against the taller’s palm. The usually stoic boy jerked before giggling softly.
‘You’re actually ticklish here Shoto? What an unusual spot….I must investigate!’
‘Nohohohohoho! Ahehehehe dohohohohon’t!’
End
Hope you enjoyed!🤍🫧
Day At the Library
Nothing much to say other than I was gone for a few months and now I’m back! And seroroki is still on the brain because I am boring. Hope you enjoy! 🌻
Les: Shoto
Ler: Sero
Ships: Seroroki
~~
It was a late Saturday afternoon, Shoto and Sero were walking to the library. They simply wanted to sit in silence together and read, maybe study a little. Once they got to the library, they claimed a table and sat side by side.
Time passed slowly in the best possible way. The two occasionally shifted in their seats, Shoto ending up with his head in his arms as they rested upon the table, gazing up at his boyfriend. Reading could wait for a moment. Sero eventually noticed wide, mis-matched eyes staring up at him.
The corners of Sero’s mouth turned up slightly as he looked at Shoto. “Hello there.” Sero whispered, lightly ruffling Shoto’s hair and causing the rid and white to cross over and mix.
Shoto just closed his eyes, sighing a little when he felt Sero carefully stealing one of his hands. He could just fall asleep right there in the library.
But then Shoto felt the light tingles along his palm. He opened his eyes a bit to see Sero, holding Shoto’s hand in one of his own while tracing over his palm with the other. Shoto smiled involuntarily behind his arms as he breathed out a light giggle.
Sero was careful to not take things too far with the tickling. They were in a library after all. It would be rude to disturb others in the building because he made Shoto genuinely laugh… nor would it be fun if they got kicked out for being loud. That would certainly be an embarrassing conversation to have with Aizawa.
But this was okay. Sero slowly drew over the lines on Shoto’s palm, smiling at the little twitches of Shoto’s fingers and the goosebumps that spread over his arm. As well as the light squeaks and giggles Shoto let out while his legs lightly kicked underneath the table.
Sero took note of the light blush that was now covering Shoto’s ears. He lifted Shoto’s hand up slightly and kissed the inside of Shoto’s wrist, delighted by the light squeal it got from Shoto. Sero chuckled before noticing the other people around giving them weird, mildly annoyed looks.
He looked back at Shoto and just held his hand instead. Shoto was still before looking up at Sero in confusion and a bit of disappointment. Sero just quickly planted a kiss to Shoto’s forehead.
“I don’t really want to get us kicked out so. But later I will tickle you as much as you want, alright?” Sero spoke with a hint of teasing. Though it seemed to take a moment for everything to register in Shoto’s mind, but his face turned bright red as soon as it did.
Shoto buried his face in his arm shyly, “That sounds fine.” He responded, his voice muffled by the sleeve of his sweater. Sero smiled and their little library date when on.
And of course, when they did get back to the dorms, Sero tickled Shoto until he was just a puddle of giggles the remainder of the night.
sweet talk
(midoriya, todoroki)
summary: midoriya is not nearly as innocent as the others think he is.
a/n: i actually had a fic planned out for this but i lost motivation for it and ended up deleting it and writing this in a few hours so its not my best work. for the prompt ‘anticipation’!
[this is a sfw tickle fic!]
・・・・・・・・・・・・・・
“Midoriya.”
“Hm?”
“What are you doing.”
“‘fraid I don’t know what you mean,” says Midoriya, head pressing into the back of Todoroki’s shoulder. This is, of course, a lie. He absolutely knows what he’s doing.
“Move.”
Todoroki can’t see it, but he can tell Midoriya is pouting. “You don’t want me hugging you?”
Todoroki corrects, “Move your hands.”
Midoriya wiggles his fingers. “What’s wrong with where they are?”
Todoroki flinches violently, making the others in the room turn to look at them. “You know exactly what, Midoriya,” he hisses once they turn away.
Midoriya curls his arms tighter around Todoroki’s stomach. “I’m comfortable.”
“Then stop tickling me!” he exclaims; quietly, so he doesn’t draw any more attention to them.
“Okay.”
Todoroki freezes—metaphorically, of course. If anything, he’s rather warm. “Okay?”
Midoriya shrugs. “Okay.”
…He did not expect that answer.
While Midoriya does not move his hands, and he doesn’t even keep them still, he does carefully avoid all of Todoroki’s particularly sensitive spots that he probably knows by heart now. It’s relieving and somehow disappointing all at the same time; Todoroki isn’t a fan of being embarrassed in front of people, but Midoriya manages to bring him out of his shell more often than not, making him feel almost playful, and he’s found he doesn’t exactly hate when Midoriya does this.
Well—he doesn’t hate the tickling. He’s not a fan of anticipation. He’s not always a very patient person, especially when it comes to this. Midoriya knows, of course, and only does it for the purpose of messing with him.
He’s half tempted to grab Midoriya’s arm and pull him to his room so they can be alone, but he can hear the rhythmic sound of Bakugou chopping things in the kitchen, so it would be pointless to leave when they’ll be called back for dinner not long after.
So, Todoroki resigns himself to waiting until after dinner.
It’s horrible. Midoriya sits next to him, placing his hand on his knee under the table to make him tense up, poking extremely close to his ticklish spots, giving him bright smiles when Todoroki turns to confront him and turning those same smiles to the others when they aim a questioning look their way. Midoriya is not as innocent as they all think he is. He’s terrible and leading them all on.
Once they finish eating, Todoroki thinks he’s finally free. He is not. Ashido calls for a movie night, and he knows he’d be dragged into it even if he wanted to leave, so he doesn’t even try to escape.
Once again, Midoriya sits by him, and once again, he’s a huge asshole. Tokoyami even asks if he’s alright at some point, mentioning that his face looks a bit red, which makes Todoroki want to sink into the ground as Midoriya laughs softly at  him. The worst part is that the movie isn’t very interesting at all, so it doesn’t even distract him in the slightest.
“I’m tired,” he stands up to announce as soon as the end credits show. As he starts to walk away he can hear Midoriya excusing himself as well, saying that he’s still exhausted from training earlier before he runs to catch up.
“Are you alright?” Midoriya asks once they’re sitting on Todoroki’s bed. “You were fidgeting a lot earlier.” So sweet. So innocent.
“You,” Todoroki hisses, “are the worst.”
Midoriya tilts his head, grinning. “I did what you asked.”
And Todoroki can’t argue with that, because it’s true, but Midoriya is still being unfair. “I take it back,” he grumbles.
“Take what back?”
“You know what.”
“I just want to be sure.”
Todoroki is not going to ask for it.
Midoriya seems content to wait however long he needs to.
Fuck. “What I said earlier. You can—” The words catch in his throat. He’s going to kill Midoriya, if Midoriya doesn’t kill him first. “You can tickle me. I don’t care,” he adds on, trying to save his last shreds of dignity.
Midoriya shrugs. “Well, if you don’t care either way, I don’t see any point in—”
“Midoriya!”
That finally pulls a laugh out of the freckled boy. “Sorry, sorry!” he says, not sounding sorry at all. He wraps Todoroki in a hug, moving so his hands are on his sides. “Are you sure—”
“I’m going to kick you out,” says Todoroki, moments before Midoriya begins squeezing his sides and he’s being broken down into laughter.
“Good luck doing that now,” teases Midoriya, hugging him sweetly like he hasn’t been torturing him all day—like he isn’t still doing it. “I’d be surprised if you could do much now that you’re all giggly.”
“Sh-uhut up,” huffs Todoroki. He’s not giggly, but he’s definitely on the right track to get there, especially if Midoriya doesn’t move spots, because this is slowly becoming unbearable.
“You’ll have to be quiet,” Midoriya tells him. “Some people will be going to bed soon. Don’t wanna ruin your image.”
“I’ll kihihill you.”
Hii!! I'm so glad that you're gonna participate in the augtickletober! Please consider writing number 25 with lee todoroki, where he gets gang tickled by the boys from class 1A hehehe (I feel like I've seen many gang tickles for Bakugou/Midoriya, but rarely seen it for Todoroki, and I feel like Todoroki somehow deserves it). (Please no foot tickles) If you need plot recommendation (but feel free to use your own hehe): - The boys of 1A decided to help Todoroki practice since basically he's the one that hasn't received his provisional license. - Class 1A is having a field trip, and the boys have deep talks at their sleeping hall before sleeps and the topic of "Todoroki rarely laughs" pops up I hope this idea works well! Thank you so much for participating in this event, looking forward to it!!
TickleTober Day 25 - Gang Tickles
THIS! Thank you for the kind words and awesome ideas Anon! Definitely got my creative juices flowing! Sorry this is so late, I’ve had quite the week (O~O) And the candy-cane could definitely go with some gang tickling. Mans needs to laugh more! Did a handful of the 1A boys, just because more than 5 lers on one person gets a little iffy. Anywhosit, thank you for requesting, and I hope you Enjoy!
Lee: Todoroki
Lers: Kirishima, Sero, Kaminari, Midoriya, Bakugou
Summary: On a class field trip, the boys of 1A get to talking about their multi-quirked peer. After discovering that they all rarely hear his laugh, the goobers make it their mission to get him to crack a smile. Some fun, ticklish methods are utilized.
Warnings: none! This is a tickle fic, so if you don’t like that, scroll away!!
Tumblr media
It was a rare, yet heavily anticipated day for Class 1A; Fieldrip Day was finally upon them. They were out at one of the pro’s training facilities. One of All Might’s favorites, to be specific. The facility had a few sports fields, a training hall, and some nice barracks. If anything, it was better than a day of doing schoolwork at UA. Nothing against Aizawa; the teens just liked the change in pace. Plus, no math for a day.
Every student enjoyed the day; even Bakugou cracked a few genuine smiles. Ready to rest and recover, the boys hit the showers and got ready to sleep. Tokoyami was out the moment he arrived, not caring for small talk. A few conversations floated around the room as the male students entered the barracks, one in particular sticking out.
“Hey, Todoroki never really laughs, does he?” Sero had been the first to bring it up, but at that point, every student had their own little thought to add. “You’re right, I’ve really only heard him laugh once or twice. He smiles, but those are rare too!” Denki had seemed particularly surprised at the revelation.
“Why do you extras care? That half-and-half stiff is just taking after his father. Pros like him don’t act all happy,” Bakugou tossed his hair towel to the side, almost hitting Aoyama with the soggy thing. Kirishima, ever the apologist, tried to redeem anything the blonde had just said. “Th-that might be part of it, but he could just be a stoic dude. I wouldn’t call him a stiff, Bakubro. He’s just…a little serious.”
The tape hero jumped back in, trying to keep his conversation on topic. “Only time I’ve seen him even giggle was when Mr. Smiley attacked. Still, the guy pretty much held it in! Bakugou even laughed when he got hit, man!” That got a growl from said blonde, Sero nervously chuckling at the murderous glare he received.
Midoriya was fidgeting with his sleeve, looking down as they argued. He knew something they all didn’t, and saw a much different side of Todoroki. Iida noticed his antsy demeanor, outing him to his peers. “You seem rather tense, Midoriya. Care to share what’s on your mind?”
He squeaked at the sudden attention, feeling their eager eyes on him. “U-uhm, I dunno. It’s not really my place to share it…” Denki, bored and ever the trouble maker, pressed the matter. “Aww, c’mon Midoriya! You can’t just not tell us! We gotta know!”
The angel and devil on his shoulder fought for a few seconds, coming to the ultimate conclusion that a little laughter could do his friend some good. “W-well, I’ve seen Todoroki laugh quite a few times. You kinda gotta…m-make him, though.” The interested students hung on his every word, soaking in the new information. Make him? “What’dya mean by that, Midobro?
Izuku sighed, knowing they would want to hear more. At least Kirishima was nice about it. “He’s…he’s ticklish. Like, pretty badly ticklish. I’ve managed to get him really laughing a few times; it isn’t all that hard.”
Every teen that was paying attention seemed shocked. The serious, stoic, hardly-cracked-a-smile guy Todoroki was ticklish? It seemed hard to believe; the image of their emotionally distant peer a giggly, blushing, mess was just too obscure to imagine. Denki made sure to point it out. “No way! I’ve poked him before, and got nothing! I’d know if Todoroki was ticklish.”
Bakugou stared down his childhood friend before interrupting. He knew the greenette well enough to tell when he was lying. “Nah, the nerd’s telling the truth. Icy-hot is fucking ticklish.”
Kaminari looked like he’d just won the lottery. A goofy smirk formed on his face as he made a joke. “Wow, Todoroki is actually ticklish. I’m gonna go visit Hell for a bit, now that it’s frozen over.” Ojiro, rolling his eyes at the line, tased the goofy blonde’s side.
Iida regretted asking, feeling a bit guilty for indirectly exposing his classmate’s secret.. “Can you all be mature about anything? Our classmate would not appreciate us gossiping about this personal aspect!” Bakugou rolled his eyes, flopping on his mattress. “Pull the stick out your ass, four eyes. It’s just stupid shit, not like we’re talkin’ bout his dirty secrets or anything.”
The class president squawked at his argument, but didn’t get a chance to yell at him before Kirishima cut back in. “HEY! Why don’t we all put this info to use and, I dunno, make the guy laugh. I think we can all agree that he needs it.”
Nobody argued with him there. Not every student was up for it, some fearing retribution, others not wanting to be crispy-fried or frozen solid. In the end, the team consisted of Kirishima, Sero, Kaminari, Midoriya, and surprisingly Bakugou. They got a plan together; all they needed was the dual-quirked teen.
-
Todorki had always enjoyed longer showers; it felt nice to just stand under the water and think. He was expecting a few of his peers to question how long he took, though he wasn’t prepared to have five of them eagerly eyeing him as he left the showers. The boy tried to keep the suspicion out of his voice as he spoke to them. “Do you all need something from me?”
The electric blonde smirked, stepping forwards. “Actually, yeah.” With that, the group went into action. Catching him by surprise, Sero came up behind him and shot tape around his hands, hoisting them above his head. Kirishima held the shocked teen in place as Sero got a few more layers of tape on his hands and forearms, thoroughly restraining him.
Normally, Todo would’ve just burned throughout the tape and left. With his peers so close, however, he was hesitant; he couldn’t risk hurting them. The teen tugged at his arms, shooting a glare at his classmates. “What’re you all doing?”
They answered his question pretty quickly. Kaminari squeezed his sides, while Sero poked along his spine. He snapped his mouth shut, eyes growing wide. Oh, they didn’t. He forced out an order, managing to contain his giggles. “G-get off of me!”
This only encouraged his “attackers.” Sero used both hands, dragging his nails down Todoroki’s spine. The candy-cane arched his back, flinching right into Kirishima’s wiggling fingers on his belly. That got a snort out of him, the serious teen’s cheeks dusted with red.
“Oooh, someone’s ticklish!” It was already a struggle to hold in his giggling; Kaminiari’s stupid teases were an unfair challenge. “Sh-shut uhup!” The electric student gasped, eyes lighting up with playful mischief. “Was that a giggle?! C’mon, gimme a few more!”
Who knew Kaminari would be so good at teasing? The student definitely didn’t, that’s for sure. Thankfully, he moved his fingers to the boy’s armpits, trying to find his worst spot; he didn’t realize he had already found it. “How about here, huh? Does this tickle?” That damn word… He wished he could delete it from the blonde’s vocabulary.
Midoriya tried to conceal a smile, watching his peer move farther away from the jackpot he was looking for. He was conflicted; on one hand, it was wonderful to see Todoroki like this around other people. On the other hand, he would probably be more than a little betrayed if the greenette revealed his worst spot. Decisions, decisions… Eh, what’s the worst that could happen?
“You know you’re getting colder, right?” All four of the perpetrators turned to him, Todoroki’s eyes narrowed in a “don’t you dare” expression. Ignoring it and the inevitable revenge, he continued. “You actually already found it. It’s right around here…”
Denki parted the waters for him, letting the freckled teen do his thing. With an apologetic smile, he clawed at Todoroki’s navel, not flinching at the howl of laughter the action received. The other students’ eyes lit up, though Bakugou tried to conceal his. Izuku stepped back, leaving his friends the chaotic seed he’d planted.
Ten fingers immediately latched onto Todo’s stomach, Kaminari wasting no time. Loud, surprisingly bubbly laughter burst from him, a wide smile growing on the face of the typically-earnest teen. “N-NOHOHO! MIHIDORIYAHA! TRAHAHAITOR!”
That started a little competition; an unspoken game of “Who Can Get Todoroki to Laugh the Loudest” beginning between the four teens. Denki was in the lead, scribbling in and around his navel and teasing his lower belly. Kirishima was in a semi-close second, drilling his fingertips into the multi-quirked boy’s hollows. Sero, deciding to be a menace, toyed near his spine, tracing teasy little shapes up and down his back. Bakugou and Izuku hung back, though the explosive blonde seemed ready to jump in.
Todoroki was burning; not literally, but he could feel the heat on his cheeks. He trusted his classmates not to go too far, but damn, that shit tickled. He was mainly nervous of Bakugou; they had already found his worst spot, but he knows one more that would make the goofiness much more unbearable. A spot that Baku knew.
Deciding that he had waited long enough, the fiery teen cracked his knuckles, approaching the group. He crouched down, going for Todo’s outer thigh. He clawed at the outer edges, making sure to keep things as comfortable as they could be.
Todoroki shrieked at the addition of the spot, four people now trying their best to wreck him. It was almost maddening; all he could think about was “tickles, tickles shIT THAT TICKLES!” over and over again. His entire face was a bright red, almost matching the left side of his hair. “NAHAHAHA! GUHU- PLEHEHEASE! NOHO MOHOHORE!”
Denki saw how wild all the tickling was driving his classmate. Deciding to show some mercy, he went for one more scribble on the boy’s navel before backing away. Kirishima also took the hint, ending the underarm tickles. Bakugou reluctantly pulled away, not wanting to seem silly compared to the other two. Sero continued out of pure spite, wanting to hear the giggles a little longer.
The hot-and-cold student was wiped; five of his classmates “tormenting” him was exhausting. He practically hung from the tape restraints, giggling softly as Sero continued to softly tickle his back. It honestly just made him more tired, but in a good way. He still wanted it to end, but they were relaxing in the silliest way.
Midoriya checked the time, seeing how late it was getting. He had always been a bit of a mother-hen when it came to his close friends, even though he got injured far worse and much more often than they did. “Come on, Sero. He’s had enough.” The tape hero-in-training backed away, a smug smile on his face. “Fine. You know he was enjoying it, though.”
Kirishima hardened his hand, cutting the tape around the giggly, exhausted teen’s arms. It quickly unraveled, Todo swaying into Midoriya’s waiting arms. He carried his classmate over to the half-and-half student’s bed for the night, laying him down and pulling the blankets over him. He was out in seconds.
The rest of their classmates snickered quietly, each going either back to sleep or to their devices. The goof troop that wrecked him fist-bumped, silently cheering a job well-done. Sero, still proud of himself for bringing it up and starting it all, chuckled. “I’ll admit, that was pretty fun. Nice to see him laugh like that.”
His friends agreed, even Bakugou huffing a quiet “I guess” before heading to his bed. The teen had a strict sleep schedule, and while the tickling was fun, it did delay that. The rest snickered before dispersing, each heading to their own sleeping spots.
Todoroki found himself smiling and laughing a lot more after that day, be it from cheesy jokes or the occasional side poke. And honestly? He didn’t really mind. Turns out even the most serious of teenagers can enjoy a good laugh with friends every once in a while.
Notes: Thank you so much to the anon who requested this and for the kind words!! This sounds adorable, and I'm so glad you liked my first one! I hope you like it!💚 Todoroki is a sweetheart and deserves to smile more. (Also, sorry for the long build-up to the tickling part and the lame ending) (Second Note from rewrite: I rewrote half this fic from memory before the lovely anon who requested this reached out to me with the fic saved! I decided to leave in a lot of the changes to hopefully improve my writing a bit! Thank you so much to that anon and I hope you all enjoy!)
Lee: Todoroki
Ler(s): Kirishima, Kaminari, and Midoriya
Word Count: 1,534
Warnings: None!
Summary: After a successful prank on Bakugou using the T-pose trick they found online, Kirishima and Kaminari decide to move on to another victim during a boring lull during class. Chaos commences.
~ Part One ~
________________________________________________________
“Ughh, I’m so boredddd…”
"Shut up, Dunce face." Bakugou snapped from his place at his desk where he was fiddling with his pen.
“But Kachaan~!”
“Call me that again and die.”
Kirishima chuckled from is own place at his desk. Bakugou had been giving both he and Kaminari the cold shoulder ever since their prank a few days ago, aside from little quips and banter like this. He was surprised their explosive classmate hadn't enacted his revenge on them yet, but he wasn't complaining. Being on the receiving end of Bakugou's revenge, especially when it came to tickling, was... He shuddered at the thought.
Redirecting himself back to the present, Kirishima stood from his seat and walked over to Kaminari's desk, clapping his friend on the shoulder. "Why don't you play a game on your phone or something?" He suggested.
“Aizawa-sensei took my phone away,” Kaminari whined, dropping his head on his desk dramatically. “I won’t get it back until the end of the day.”
“You can use mine if you want,” he offered, rummaging through his back pocket.
“No, you don’t have the games I like. And I won’t have any of my saved progress, anyways,” Came the muffled reply from the blond, who didn’t bother to lift his head from his desk.
“Stop complaining so much if you’re just going to turn down everything you’re given to help.” Jirou called from where she was sitting on Mina’s desk her phone in her hand as she softly played some sort of tune for the alien girl.
“Speaking of sensei,” Midoriya piped up from his own seat, interrupting Kaminari’s defensive response, “I wonder what’s holding him up.”
It was Tuesday, and the entire class was in their usual classroom for the day. They were supposed to be working on some sort of training assignment, but indeed, their sensei, Mr. Aizawa, had been called away around ten minutes prior by another teacher for help with… well, none of them were quite sure what. He’d told them to sit tight and not cause trouble before leaving to deal with whatever the situation was. It hadn’t taken long for the majority the class to melt away from their assigned seats and group up in their usual cliches. The responsible ones of the class- the usual suspects, Iida, Momo, Bakugou- had taken this free time of sorts to work on their homework, but many of the others- Like Kaminari- were growing bored and restless.
"Oh, oh! I know!!" Kaminari exclaimed suddenly, lifting his head from his desk to grin at Kirishima in excitement. He lowered his voice then, glancing around as he spoke. "The prank! We should do the prank!"
Kirishima grinned, crossing his arms. "Hell yeah, man. I'm sure that'll be great entertainment. But who should we do it to?" He asked, now joining the blond in scanning their classmates for possible victims. "Sero and Mina likely know about the video already... Actually, I think we should avoid the girls in general. That wouldn't be manly to trick them into being helpless without their permission."
Kaminari rolled his eyes. "Always the gentleman."
"Midoriya would figure it out too fast.” Kirishima continued, ignoring the quip. “Iida would never let us..."
"Todoroki!" Kaminari exclaimed, already standing up. It was the perfect choice, after all; what did the half and half hero know about social media? Nothing, as far as they knew. Content with their decision, the two boys approached their target, who had been engaged into small conversation with Midoriya while Kirishima and Kaminari had been talking.
"Hey, Todoroki! Wanna try out this test we heard about?" Kirishima asked with a smile as they stopped before the pair. Todoroki, who’d been mid conversation, stopped and turned to look at them, curious.
"Test?" He echoed, tilting his head.
"It's a strength test!" Kaminari said cheerfully. "Bakugou even tried it the other day!"
A glance at the hero in question showed that the blond was now looking at them, stunned and furious. Don't rat us out, please... But Bakugou only let out an indignant sniff and said nothing, returning to his classwork.
"Oh... Sure. Okay." Todoroki said evenly, standing up from his seat on Midoriya’s desktop. "How do I take this test?"
"Oh! Let's see..." Kirishima searched for something they could use, scanning the room. Nothing, nothing… Shoot, maybe they’d been to hasty with this. But then Bakugou suddenly caught his attention when he moved, pointing to an area in the far corner of the room. Following his finger lead him to a bō sitting out beside the supply closet. Of course! From their karate-type lesson with Mr. Aizawa last week. That would be perfect!
Kirishima rushed over and picked it up, flashing a shark-toothed smile at Bakugou for the help- receiving only another indignant huff of dismissal- before returning to his friend and their new victim. Kaminari was in the midst of explaining what Todoroki was going to be doing as Kirishima stopped in front of them, staff held securely in both hands.
"Got a staff!" Kirishima said with a grin. "Go ahead and lift your arms up to the side- Yes, just like that!"
Todoroki did as instructed, standing like a statue with both arms perpendicular to his body while he watched Kirishima thread the bō, or staff, through the sleeves of his uniform jacket until it could be seen peeking out the other side.
"There! How does it feel?" Kaminari asked with a smirk. Todoroki calmly tested the staff, lightly pulling on his arms, which barely bugged.
"Secure," He replied after a moment. Half the class was watching now, curious and interested. Was Mina recording on her phone? Oh, she definitely knew what was going on.
"Great! Now, try to get it out! You can't use your quirk," Kirishima added when flames licked at Todoroki's left fingers. The peppermint boy obeyed, fire extinguishing as quickly as it’d appeared, tugging on his arms and shifting his feet. His brows knit together as he focused on the task, but remained unsuccessful aside from getting his elbows in a few inches.
"I can't get out," he said finally, blinking at the now-smirking two boys that had put him here. "Does that mean I failed?"
"Not exactly," Kaminari said, cracking his fingers. "You see, the strength test wasn't about your arms, exactly. It was about how long you can last."
"How long I can last? Last wha-AHAT! H-Hehey!" Todoroki's question was cut short when Kirishima jumped forward and squeezed his sides. The half and half hero pinched his lips together, jerking a few steps backwards only to run into Midoriya and his desk.
"Clever, you two," Midoriya commented, giggling as he looked up at his tense friend.
"Thank you!" The boys chorused together, both poking their way around Todoroki's sides and tummy.
"Come on, Todobro~! Tickle tickle tickle!!" Kirishima cooed. Giggles spilled through Todoroki's pinched lips, his cheeks pinkening from the teasing. "Awww, listen to those giggles! Who knew stoic Todoroki had it in him?"
"How adorable," Kaminari agreed with a smile, pinching his way up Todoroki's right ribs, earning a soft squeak. He had no hope of containing his reactions when caught so by surprise on top of having two ticklers. He was squirming now, trying to twist side to side as his arms remain stubbornly up and useless due to the staff in his sleeves.
He was squirming enough that it was growing exceedingly difficult for both Kaminari and Kirishima to tickle him, struggling to stay out of each other's way while also maintaining contact with Todoroki's wiggling torso. This became tricky enough that the redhead finally paused, pursing his lips thoughtfully as he evaluated the situation.
Then there were arms snaking around Todoroki's hips from behind, causing a surprised sound to erupt from the peppermint hero. They belonged to Midoriya, who pulled Todoroki towards him, keeping him secured against the desk and himself so he couldn't struggle away anymore. His own thumbs could be seen gently digging into the divotes of Todoroki's hips, and a snort erupted from the boy as he doubled over.
"Have at him, guys. His armpits are the worst for his upperbody," Midoriya supplied helpfully, a smile evident in his voice as he held Todoroki in place for the other two boys to play with to their hearts’ content..
"Mihidoriyahaha!!" Todoroki protested through his hysterical giggling.
"Todoroki-kun!" Midoriya echoed back teasingly.
Kirishima, not wanting to overwhelm the stoic half and half hero with six tickly hands, decided to stand back and watch this time, as most of the rest of the class was doing by this point. Most of the girls could be heard cooing, with Mina recording the entire thing on her phone, and even Bakugou was watching, smirking at Todoroki’s situation in a way that only someone who’d been in that position could.
Kaminari drilled back in on Todoroki's ribs, needing no other encouragement to continue. The victim let out a shout of laughter before delving into hysterics at the combo tickling he was being subjected to.
"Guhahahaha-guys! HAHAHhahahaa Ohohokay! Hahahahaha! Plehehease!! K-Kaminari, Midorihihi- Aaahahaha!! NONONO!" The uncharacteristic squeal shot from Todoroki's mouth when Kaminari scribbled his devious fingers under Todoroki's arms. The struggling attempts to get away doubled as Todoroki's adorable shrieking laughter filled the classroom. It was so... High pitched, and adorable, and just so genuine from such a soft spoken, neutral guy. Kirishima nearly awwed. He was not alone, though others seemed to have failed in holding the sound in.
The poor peppermint boy's legs were trembling, and it didn't take long before they gave out on him, and his weight was fully leaning into Midoriya.
"P-PLEHEHEHEASE!! NOHOHOHAHAHA NO PLEASE NOHOHOT THERE!! I- EEK- I CAHAHANT!!" Todoroki cried out between his sweet laughter. This carried on for another unspecified amount of minutes, Todoroki’s desperation being dutifully ignored in favor of listening to his adorable laughter, before a voice cut through the noise, causing everyone to freeze.
"I leave to deal with a quirk emergency for fifteen minutes, and I come back to this?" Aizawa drawled from where he was standing, arms crossed, in the front of the room, eyes trained on the frozen scene. "I could hear you from three classrooms away."
Todoroki, who sat blushing and panting in what was practically Midoriya's lap by this point, turned red enough that his scar nearly disappeared. "S-Sorry, sensei." He mumbled as an almost equally embarrassed Midoriya quickly lifted his hands from Todoroki’s body in surrender, unable to stand due to being pinned down by the victim of their antics,
"Kaminari, Midoriya, detention." Mr. Aizawa merely said. The loud protests of "What?!" and "It was Kirishima's idea!" ("Hey bro, not cool!") that followed from the electric blond went ignored as Kirishima helped Midoriya remove the staff from poor Todoroki's sleeves.
As the three boys fussed over a tickled-out Todoroki, in which Iida and Uraraka joined in, no one noticed the smile or the chuckle that rasped out of Aizawa as the man closed the classroom door and set up to continue their lesson for the day.
Poke, Pinch
honestly i had no idea what i was doing for the title so i just titled it what it was in google docs (shrug)
thank you to -anonymous- for the request =]
word count: 2496
pairing: Lee!Todoroki/Ler!Midoriya
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It started with a poke.
After the sports festival, Midoriya and Todoroki had become tentatively closer, bordering on friends, in Todoroki's opinion. They didn’t hang out, per se, but they sat together at lunch and were an efficient team in Heroics. They got on surprisingly well, with Midoriya rambling on about heroes, or their school work, or whatever else was on his mind, and Todoroki listening attentively. Well, usually he was listening, but sometimes Midoriya would start to mumble and Todoroki’s attention would drift away from him, and onto whatever was gnawing at the back of his mind.
Today was particularly bad for this. Todoroki was preoccupied with the upcoming final exams, and it seemed Midoriya was affected too, his muttering taking on a more harried tone than usual. In fact, Todoroki didn’t even realize that he’d zoned out until a poke to his side drew him back. A completely innocent motion that, for reasons unbeknownst to Todoroki, sent a spark of electricity up his side, making him jump and flinch away. Midoriya blinked at him, hand still raised.
“Are you alright?” He asked, more bemused than concerned.
“I’m… fine, sorry for zoning out. What were you saying?” He replied. Midoriya squinted at him, before launching back into the conversation.
It didn’t end there.
Heroics was an incredibly varied class. One week they’d be doing rescue simulations in the fake city of Ground Beta, then attempting stealth in the sprawling tunnels of Ground Gamma, or fighting robots with one hand tied behind their backs in the main gym. Each lesson was a new challenge, designed to prepare them for the eclectic life of a hero.
Today, they were put into pairs and given a small (fake) flash drive. The aim was to last five minutes in a fight, until their ‘backup’ arrived, without having the drive stolen by the other person. Todoroki had the good luck of being paired with Midoriya, who went first. He stashed the flash drive in one of the pockets of their P.E. uniforms, then fought on the defensive while Todoroki tried to pin him down to get the drive. Unfortunately, Midoriya was very slippery, and each time Todoroki managed to get him down he would twist so the drive was out of reach, forcing Todoroki to let him back up to try again. Eventually, just as Aizawa called out that there were 10 seconds remaining, he managed to unzip Midoriya’s pocket and finally retrieve the drive, which miraculously was still in one piece.
Midoriya grinned, panting as he wiped his brow. “I almost had you.”
“Sure,” Todoroki said, clenching the drive in his hand. He’d seen how much trouble Midoriya had keeping his pockets away from Todoroki and decided to just hold on to the device until time was up. Aizawa gave them the go-ahead, and they went back into it.
It was a tense few minutes. Midoriya kept his focus on Todoroki’s left hand while using his quirk to dodge the streams of ice bursting from his right one, always keeping right on his tail until there were 30 seconds remaining. Midoriya managed to pin him on his stomach and at this point he abandoned all strategy, solely focusing on keeping his hand tucked under him, far from Midoriya’s reach. Then, he felt something. A gentle pinch to his side, right under his ribs, made him gasp as the corners of his lips twitched upwards. Midoriya pinched him again, and this time his arm jolted to push him away. Each pinch caused his nerves to light up with alien sensations. Was this some weird aspect of Midoriya’s quirk he hadn’t noticed before? Either way, without realizing his hand had drifted into Midoriya’s reach, which he grabbed, prying Todoroki's fingers up and retrieving the drive in the last second.
So, a draw, and a new weakness that Midoriya had discovered in him. Thankfully, it seemed to be limited to him only.
Todoroki did not notice Yaoyorozu watching him curiously, from her own mat next to them.
Sometimes the exercises they did were team-building, but more often than not they were pitted against each other. Today in Heroics, they were to complete a sort of obstacle course, disguised as a sort of storage room in a warehouse. The class was put into ten pairs, where they would compete within each pair to see who could complete the course in the fastest time, by flipping a leaver at the end of the massive room. The course was split into five lanes, meaning half of the class would do the course, then the other half. Easy. The groups were random, with pairings like Uruaka with Aoyama, Midoriya with Bakugo (unlucky), and Todoroki with Yaoyorozu.
There were no quirks allowed, which put them at roughly the same level, but Todoroki was confident in his ability to win the competition. They took their starting positions, then held still as they waited for Aizawa to give the word.
“Ready…” He drawled,
“Set…” Todoroki tensed,
“Go.”
There was a flurry of movement, then the rest of his classmates vanished as they entered their lane. Todoroki took off, vaulting over a series of crates as they entered the thick of the course. Sliding under beams, climbing over debris, and swinging over massive pits. Todoroki internally scoffed, they hadn’t put much effort into making it seem like a realistic warehouse.
Throughout the race, Yaoyorozu had kept with him, till they were neck and neck at the finish. A great wall, with bump-outs to climb to the top (and a not-so-subtle mat at the bottom in case they fell). They both hit the wall at the same time, scaling to the top. Todoroki took the lead but soon realized that the wall didn’t go quite to the leaver. There was a gap, taller than him, but he likely could reach it if he stretched for it. So then it would be a case of winning through speed and height. He and Yaoyorozu were similar in height, but she had an inch or so on him which would mean a lot in this last task where the odds were so close. Balancing carefully on the last bump-outs (conspicuously larger than the rest so they could be stood on), he stretched up to reach the leaver. His fingers brushed the base of it. He sighed and stood as tall as he could, Yaoyorozu joining him only a foot or so away at her own leaver, but his focus was on reaching it.
As she reached the last few bump-outs, she looked up, seeing Todoroki struggling to reach the leaver. Since he was only a little shorter than her, Yaoyorozu realized she likely wouldn’t make it in time. As she pulled herself up onto the platform, she ran over his weaknesses in her head, until she landed on one. Just an idea, something she’d seen a week or so ago. Carefully, she stretched up with one hand, and with the other reached across the gap between them to scribble her nails over his ribs. The results were immediate, and just what she needed. He doubled over, arms flying down to protect his ribs. She reached over a little more, wiggling her fingers against his stomach. Amazingly, he actually let out a short laugh, before stumbling backwards, and straight off of the platform, falling onto the mat below. She reached up again, standing on the very tips of her toes, and finally latched onto the leaver, yanking it down. The lights in their lane of the course flashed green, and she jumped down to meet him on the mat, offering Todoroki her hand.
Todoroki was ready to lie on the mat forever, wallowing over the fact that he just walked off the platform, but he accepted Yaoyorozu’s hand anyway. She gave him an apologetic smile.
“I did what I had to,” She said sheepishly, “But sorry for tickling you, that was quite unprofessional.”
“It’s alright.” He said, but inside he was reeling. Tickling? Was that what those feelings were? He knew about tickling as an abstract concept but hadn’t realized that that was what was happening. He was ticklish. Suddenly, Todoroki felt the need to do some investigating.
The next day, Midoriya had invited him over to do some last-minute studying for the exams, seeing as they were only next week. He arrived at 12:55 pm and knocked on the door. It was opened by a woman, presumably Midoriya’s mother, who greeted him with a kind smile.
“Todoroki-kun! You’re early.”
“Oh. Sorry, Midoriya-san.” He said, bowing slightly. She waved his apologies away, inviting him inside.
“It’s been quite a while since Izuku’s had a friend over, I’m just happy that U.A. has given him so many new opportunities.” She said, leading him into their living room where Midoriya was standing next to the sofa, scrolling on his phone. He looked up and beamed when he saw Todoroki.
“You’re early,” He chastised, “You weren’t supposed to be here till 1:30!” Oops. Todoroki had remembered the time to be there as one o'clock, but he supposed it was better to be early than late.
They set up in Midoriya’s room, spreading out various books and laptops on his bed and the floor to revise for their exams. Midoriya’s mother brought in some snacks, and they spent a few hours working on their English, Japanese and Fundamental Heroics.
At 3 pm, Midoriya closed his laptop dramatically,
“If I have to read another word in romaji, I’m going to drop dead on the spot.” He announced. They agreed to take a break, Midoriya going to the bathroom, and Todoroki helping himself to some rice crackers.
When Midoriya came back, he cleared some of the books off the bed and sat down next to Todoroki.
“So… what did you think of training yesterday? Kacchan and I pulled the leaver at pretty much the same time and he ended up almost fighting Aizawa over who won, it was so awkward. I’ll bet you and Yaoyorozu got on a lot better.”
Todoroki hummed. “We also were very close, but she ended up knocking me off of the platform.”
Midoriya laughed, “I wouldn’t expect that from her! How’d she manage it?” He asked.
Todoroki felt his face heat up, slightly.
“She, um, tickled me.” He said quickly, staring at his hands.
This made Midoriya laugh even louder. “Reheally? That’s pretty underhanded of her.”
“She apologized. I’m not sure how she knew I was… ticklish when I didn’t.”
“Wait, you didn’t know? What did you think happened when I pinched you during training last week?”
Todoroki shrugged, fidgeting. “I don’t know, I’d never been tickled before.”
Midoriya frowned, then made a noise of understanding.
“I guess that makes sense, with your family.” He said.
Todoroki felt a sort of tension settle over the room, and tried to figure out how to break it.
“You know,” He started, “I don’t even know where I’m ticklish…” He trailed off, unsure if Midoriya would get the bait and unsure of what he was even trying to do.
Midoriya perked up. “Well… I could help you find out?”
Todoroki flushed.
“I- I mean, if you want to, I wouldn’t mind.” He stammered, feeling uncharacteristically embarrassed as he fought to avoid Midoriya’s eyes.
“Sure!” Midoriya said brightly, “Lie down.”
Now feeling suddenly nervous, Todoroki shifted until he was lying on Midoriya’s bed, head resting on his pillows.
“Now…” Midoriya settled next to him, his tone shifting into something more playful, “I already know you’re ticklish on your sides-” He punctuated this by gently wiggling his fingers against Todoroki’s sides, making him gasp, and twitch at the strange sensations. “-but what about your ribs?” He asked, his hands sliding up to gently scratch at the bones. This made Todoroki jerk towards his hands, his breathing going funny.
“This- ah, this feels weheird.”
“Hmm, I think you mean ticklish,” Midoriya said, drawing circles on Todoroki’s ribs while he thought about the next spot.
“How about I try your stomach?” He asked, smiling playfully.
“Sure,” Todoroki replied, feeling his face burn. He thought about using his quirk to cool himself down but didn’t trust himself not to freeze Midoriya’s sheets in his flustered state. Midoriya’s hands crawled slowly towards his stomach, and the feeling of anticipation made butterflies dance in his stomach.
“Midoriya!” He said.
“What?” Midoriya replied, his hands freezing in place.
“Just- hurry up,” He huffed, trying not to fidget.
“Oh!” Midoriya said. Then, “Glady.” He dove his fingers against Todoroki’s stomach, wiggling them lightly.
That caused a reaction. A startled laugh worked its way up Todoroki’s throat, and his hands flew up to stifle it, as those electric touches made him want both squirm away and move closer.
“How does that feel?” Midoriya asked, half teasing, half sincere.
“Tihihicklhllihihish!” He cried, his giggles breaking through his hands.
Midoriya beamed, scratching a little harder and fully grinning when Todoroki began to squirm, one hand fisting into his sheets and the other clamped over his lips to no avail as he laughed freely.
“Plehehehase!” His laugh was cute, surprisingly high-pitched, and a little desperate. Midoriya fought the urge not to ‘aww’ out loud.
“Please what?” Midoriya asked.
“Ihi dohon’t knohohow!”
Midoriya shot him a bemused look. “If you don’t know then why are you asking?”
He let his hands crawl around, grinning when Todoroki started to thrash as they floated over to his hips.
“Hmm,” Midoirya said, “I wonder if-”
He jerked his hands down, squeezing Todoroki’s hips and laughing at the shout of laughter that escaped him. Todoroki bucked his hips, kicking his feet as the hand that had been feebly covering his mouth came up to cover his eyes.
“Ihihit’s sohoho bahahad!” He cried, “Mihihdorihiyaha, nohohoho!”
Usually, Midoriya was a merciful person, but today he felt like being a little cruel. He pushed Todoroki’s shirt up with one hand and then latched back onto his hips. Despite not knowing what was about to happen, Todoroki’s laughter became desperate as Midoriya leaned down, his lips touching Todoroki’s stomach. Then, he blew as hard as he could, drilling his thumbs into Todoroki’s hips. The effects were instantaneous. He squealed, his hands shooting down to push at Midoriya’s head as he squirmed uselessly underneath him.
“STOHOHOP! STOPSTOPSTOP PLEHEHEAHASE, IHIHIT’S TOHOHO MUHUHUCH!”
Finally, Midoriya leaned back, watching him with a satisfied grin.
Todoroki was panting, his cheeks flushed as he watched Midoriya through teary eyes. He pulled down his shirt, still giggling, and sat up.
“Thahat- that wahas, um, a lot.” He said.
Midoriya frowned, “Sorry if I got carried away, I’m just not used to seeing you smile or hearing you laugh.”
“It’s okay,” Todoroki replied, “I… didn’t mind. And I might not mind doing it again,” He trailed off into a mumble as he avoided Midoriya’s bright smile.
“Okay!” He said happily, “We can hang out as much as you like!”
Maybe, Todoroki thought, this whole thing wouldn’t be so bad.

Summary: Todoroki wonders why Ojiro acts so happy and childish all the time in the dorms, and Ojiro shows him why he does and why Todoroki should as well
Todoroki was scrolling through his photos, trying to figure out which photo he wanted to make his lockscreen. He's been at this for two hours, and he's made no progress at all. He had been thinking of just taking another photo, but he wasn't sure what kind of photo he wanted to have. "Damn it, I didn't think finding a photo would be this hard." He said with a frustrated tone. The whole entire reason he couldn't find a perfect photo is because he has nothing but business photos. He only kept pictures of homework and notes on his phone. He didn't have a single photo of him or his friends on his phone. He wanted to have one, but he didn't understand why anyone would do that. He'd have to ask one of his friends.
Turns out, Todoroki didn't need to get up because coincidentally, someone knocked on his door. He looked up from his phone. "Come in." The door opened, and Ojiro walked in, a huge smile on his face. "Hi, Todoroki." "Hey, Ojiro." Ojiro closed the door behind him and sat in a chair next to his friend. Todoroki couldn't help but notice the smile plastered on Ojiro's face. "What's with the huge smile?" "Oh, it's nothing. I just pranked Sero earlier, and I couldn't stop laughing. His reaction was priceless." Ojiro started laughing again. "Here, I have the video." He showed Todoroki the video of Sero's reaction of the prank. "You scared him with a blanket, a mask, and a fake knife?" Todoroki asked. "Yeheah." "You dressed up as Ghostface to scare Sero?" Ojiro only nodded and laughed again. "Hohow are you not laughing? That was hilarious." Todoroki only shrugged. "Seems a little childish." Ojiro composed himself after a minutes of laughing and looked at Todoroki.
"Childish? What do you mean?" "That prank was a bit childish, and to think that someone fell for it...it's just weird." Ojiro tilted his head. "So? What's wrong with being a bit childish? We're still kids ourselves, so we should live like one, shouldn't we?" Todoroki thought this was a good point. They were hero students in training, but they were kids overall. But still...
"That's true, but we're in a professional environment." "Since when has that stopped us? Kaminari acts like a child all the time, Midoriya loves showing his childish side every day, and even Bakugo has shown a softer side a few times." That statement made Todoroki skeptical. "Bakugo? Having a softer side? I don't believe that." "It's true. Just ask Jirou." Ojiro scooted closer to Todoroki. "Look, we both know we're kids, and we have to live life as much as we can. It's okay to be a kid every once in a while." Todoroki only shrugged. "I guess." Ojiro raised an eyebrow and grinned. "You don't sound convinced, Todoroki." Todoroki knew that tone too well. He knew Ojiro picked up that tone from Midoriya. "Ojiro, don't even think about it." "Think about what?" Ojiro asked as if he wasn't planning anything. "I'm not thinking of anything, Todoroki." "I know you are. You have that look in your eye." Ojiro only chuckled. "You're crazy, Todoroki." Todoroki scooted away to the edge of the bed, ready to run. "Ojiro, don't do it. I swear, if you even think of ti-hahahaha!" Ojiro didn't let him finish as he used his tail to lightly tickle his left side. Todoroki jolted to the right, only for Ojiro to lightly tickle his right side. "Ohohojiroho!" "Yeeees?" Todoroki fell backwards on his bed and tried to cover his sides, but Ojiro just pinned his hands above his head using his tail. He used his hands to start full on tickling his sides and tummy. Todoroki laughed and squirmed in place, trying to make the tickles less intense for him. "Whahat the hehehell, Ohojirohoho?!" "What? I'm a kid, remember? I'm just living like a kid, kinda like how you should be." He responded as he sped up the tickling. "Thihihis ihihisn't ahahaprohopriahate!" "Wow, you're starting to sound like Iida." Ojiro teases.
Todoroki tried kicking Ojiro, but Ojiro just pushed his feet away and sat on them. "That wasn't very nice, Peppermint." He smirked and made his way to Shoto's ribs, increasing the peppermint's cute laugh. Shoto just wiggled and wiggled in place as Ojiro's fingers tickled every inch of his rib cage. "Stahahap! Ohohojiro!" "Hmm...only if you agree to stop acting like an adult all the time." "Buhuhut-" Todoroki was cut short when he felt Ojiro's fingers on his palms. "FINE! I PROHOHOHOMISE! I PROHOHOMISE!" Ojiro laughed at Todoroki's immediate response. "It was just getting good too." He playfully whined. But Ojiro stopped as he promised to let Todoroki breathe. He knew Todoroki didn't like being tickled for too long, and he didn't wanna go overboard with the tickling. The half and half hero took some deep breaths for a few minutes, a wide smile plastered on his face.
"Now was that really so hard?" Ojiro teased. "Shut up" Todoroki said, playfully pushing Ojiro, his smile never leaving. "Although, I will admit...that was pretty fun." Shoto said after a bit. "I'm glad to hear that. Now do you understand why it's important to be a kid sometimes?" "Yeah. I do. I completely forgot what I had on my mind before all that happened." Just then, Todoroki's phone dinged. He checked it and saw it was a message from Iida.
Iida: Todoroki, can you and whoever else is in your room keep it down? People do not need to hear all of that noise while they are trying to study. Please and thank you. -Tenya Iida
Todoroki chuckled. Then he checked his lockscreen and remembered what he wanted to do, a frown slowly removing his smile. Ojiro caught note of this and tilted his head curiosly. "Is everything okay, Sho?" "Yeah. It's just I remembered I wanted to change my lockscreen earlier and wanted to ask someone for suggestions." Hearing this made Ojiro smile. "Ohoh, I have just the thing for you."
Ojiro and Shoto spent the rest of the day taking funny pictures together and with their other friends. They also played funny pranks on each of their friends (including Iida, who had later tickled them for disturbing his studies). After the day ended, Todoroki went through his new photos of today, finally realizing why people have pictures of their friends and funny moments. After careful consideration, Todoroki ended up choosing a photo for his lockscreen: the photo of him and Ojiro tickling each other like the kids that they are.
*Sorry this story is so short. I'm trying to catch up with all the asks people have sent me, so they may not be as good as they were in the past. But I will try my best to make them great stories
That's all for now. Until next time,
