And finally my two Inukag fankids : Akaru and Ukura, Moroha’s twin younger brothers. The only way to tell them apart is thanks to the little black spots on their ears. Akaru acts like his father while Ukura acts like his mother and they love their older sister 😊. Just them living a normal family life is my life’s blood 🥰.

Et enfin, les deux jumeaux d’Inuyasha et Kagome que j’ai imaginé : Akaru er Ukura, les petits frères de Moroha. La seule manière de les différencier est la petite tache noire sur leur oreille. Akaru a la personnalité de son père contrairement à Ukura qui tiens plus de sa mère et ils adorent leur grande sœur. Les voir tous vivre une jolie petite vie de famille me donne une quantité d’énergie vitale astronomique 🥰.

Kereama Taepa Whakapī 26 May – 18 June 2022 Kereama Taepa is an innovator. He uses digital technologies like 3d modeling, 3d printing, and virtual and augmented reality software to create works and experiences that shift between digital, physical, virtual, and augmented realities. His practice explores the infinite possibilities of digital technologies and how they may be employed to transmit mātauranga Māori. This new series of four masks connect Kereama’s love of arcade games and popular culture with the customary carving language of the human face — connecting contemporary culture with the past. The forms of the koruru and whekū follow customary conventions — however, the detailing of the pākati (repetitive notch patterns) are replaced by characters from iconic games and gaming, such as Mario and Pac-Man. This contemporary reference tells the stories of the arcades of the 80s and 90s — a place and culture lost to the youngsters of today. Kereama conceived a new term “whakapī” for this ongoing series of works. It references the term “whakairo”, the reductive process of carving. However, instead of ‘iro’, Kereama has used ‘pī’ to reference the way bees excrete wax to build their hive, an additive process similar to how a 3D printer works. These masks are digitally modeled and then printed using a 3d printer with polyamide. They are then colored with a lacquer finish. Kereama Taepa has a Masters degree in Māori Visual Arts from Massey University, Palmerston North, and is a lecturer within the Bachelor of Creative Industries at Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology, Rotorua. He has exhibited nationally and internationally and has works in collections across Aotearoa. He has been commissioned for several major public artworks, including Tohorā at Maclean Park, Paraparaumu, 2020; a (very) brief history of Aotearoa, the Four Plinths Sculpture Project outside Te Papa, Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Wellington, 2016; and Tichi in Ngāmotu, New Plymouth in 2015.

I'm still alive, just been busy with work 😅😅

I've been drawing and whatnot, but mostly have been working on OC story stuff in my mind here, so art has been lacking! However, I need to draw more to give some context behind my characters and etc.

So, uhm, the first one is a mercenary/bounty hunted frog, Jiyeye, but prefers to go by the name Jester/Jay, who works for a very young prince and his faction that deals with magical upbringings. Hired by his parents, Jay is more or less a glorified murder babysitter who specializes fighting with yo-yo's, a bow (not pictured), in alchemy with homebrewed potions and poisons, and a very psychopathic way of interrogations! He's not necessarily a good character...

...Then we have the white knight, Koruru, colored by @kititiandhakaiai (thank you, he's your character now, have my sniper boy pls as tribute), and he's included in this set because those two are somewhat related to each other! Augmented with mechanics and technology at an early age, he uses his enhanced physical properties to have an advantage in battle, worst to come! He's a very young sniper who is also adept at fighting with a portable staff in close quarters. Though, he spends most of his time making new friends and trying to merge himself back into society after being in the military for so long.
