Learning more about midi connectivity. All pieces of hardware are not created equal. Some pieces have elements others do not, but as a user I expect them to work regardless. It takes a lot of patience. More times than not, there are workarounds, but mainly the trick is to not get disheartened when after so many attempts the connection doesn’t work the way you want it to. Back to it. This messabout is another connectivity test. I wanted to sequence automation, but alas, it was ignored from the external keyboard. This was also performed in a different but familiar scale. Anyone for Egyptian techno? 🤣
literally i bought this thing just to have a small battery powered keyboard to mess around with during trips, i wasnt not expecting it to sound SO GOOD. like its no Prophet 5 or anything, but for a nearly 20y/o, cheap, VA synth the oscillators sound nice and fat & the filter punches well above its weight.
hello! I really love plastic death and I was wondering what hardware/software was used to make the synths that are in the album? my favorite one is the fuzzy lead that appears halfway through coelacanth. :)
some of those were through roland cloud. do not get that. subscriptions are a scam im just gullible as fuck when it comes to vintage synths. serum probably the most versatile. prophet v has swag and i did not pay for it (yar har fiddle de dee)
that part in coelacanth is prophet v
i dont own any hardware synths but a busted microkorg. working on that. been borrowing a korg minilogue and its sick
