That’s such a huge compliment!🥰🥰   Firstly, Tumblr sucks, this is a side blog, and this is the first time I’ve received an ask (🥺🥺🙏), so I’ve no idea which account will appear to be replying to you, lol!  Secondly, You have no idea how awesomely happy your message made me! This year has unquestionably affected everyone in weird ways. For me, Front and Centre has dominated my everything for so long and has been a constant part of me since I started writing it. When we were plunged into lockdown in March, I was very ill for the first few weeks (with COVID-19, I guess) so the restrictions had very little impact on me at the time. Then, when I thankfully recovered, I fell into the same state of lack of creativity as a lot of fellow writers and artists seemed to do. Ch11 was already written, but Lex hadn’t had time over the festive break to look at it, so they suggested that we sort it and publish it to give everyone something to enjoy. Thank goodness it wasn’t ch10! 😅 Ever since then I’ve really struggled to write. I had 3 zine pieces I was committed to, so I had to focus my all on those. After Mochi published her beautiful art for it, Front and Centre went from having just under 2k hits, to its current total of 16.7K, and that was just... WOW! It did, however, leave me feeling really bad that I couldn’t update it... 😭😭 This is why your ask couldn’t have come at a better time! My zine pieces have all been submitted (everyone, go preorder Honeymoon Around the World @klancehoneymoonzine and Besitos del Mar!! @klmerfolkzine ((when it opens))) and as of last night, ch12 has 5.6k words so far!  I sent that to Lex for the first time last night, and let me tell you how incredible that felt, to be back doing this again and yelling with them over these dumb boys, in a story that was only meant to be about a stupid karaoke competition 😄😄 I can’t guarantee exactly when it will be published, That depends on too many variables, but it’s definitely happening and it’s on its way! I’ve always sworn this fic would be completed, and I’m still gonna honour that. Sorry not sorry for the long reply! I am so excited, I have a lot to say about it rn! When Lex has had a chance to read over it, I may post a teaser or two... I’m too impatient for everyone to know what happens, lol!  Thank you once again for your support! Caz.
