Dependent Women
Women who are incapable of or refuse to do things on their own.
They can't/won't make their own coffee or cook their own meals; they must purchase them somewhere, have someone else make them. They can't/won't do basic maintenance of their own car; they must have their dad, husband, or a shop do it for them. They can't/won't even take their own social media photos; they will have a girl bestie or "Instagram boyfriend" do it for them. You get the idea. They NEVER make an effort to be even slightly independent, because it's so much easier and feels so much better to have everyone cater to their every little need.
If anyone tries to teach them how to do whatever it may be on their own, they make pathetic excuses about how they're too clumsy or it would ruin their nails. Or my least favorite, the "uwu I'm a weak wittle gurl" excuse.
I'm not saying it's wrong to ask for and accept help from people. I'm saying it's wrong to depend on it so completely that one is incapable of basic function on their own.
And let's take it one step deeper. They are incapable of having an independent self esteem, so they must seek the validation and opinions of others. They are incapable of carving out a unique identity, so they bend over backwards to build their identity on a group, interest, or lifestyle in a very cookie cutter way. (Being vegan or a Harry Styles fangirl or
(I am fully aware that there are dependent men, as well, and they do bother me. But that is outside the focus of this blog.)
