Madelyn Leclerc, if you are a fan of formula 1 you will recognise that last name. She’s the youngest out of her 3 brothers and as basically grown up into the world of F1.

She firstly watched her older brothers karting until she realised she wanted to do that as well. When Madelyn was 4 she started but didn’t get into single seater until she was 7 years old.

When Madelyn was 11, she had to move away from her family due to none of the junior categories wouldn’t let her race due to her being a girl. The Leclerc family did all the could you try and let her race but it never worked.

Madelyn had a hard decision to make, if she wanted to continue karting she had to leave her family and travel to different countries to race. It was hard for her, but she knew that she didn’t want to quit.

After 2 years of travelling to different countries, and winning many junior championships. Madelyn had caught the eye of FDA. The Ferrari Driver Academy, a place her two brothers were already apart of.

The three Leclerc siblings, we back together..

Madelyn had already had a good weekend, she had won the sprint race and now her aim was to also win the Feature race. The youngest Leclerc was outside her garage warming up with her trainer, Milo.

Milo and her have known each other for years. He was the one who looked after her when she was travelling around the world for those two years. Soon enough, when Madelyn got into F4 she asked him to be her trainer and he agreed and the haven’t looked back since.

“Any other of the family here this weekend?” Milo asked. “No, sadly. Arthur has a race somewhere else and Enzo is with him and Mum isn’t here,” Madelyn replied. “At least Charles is here” Milo added as she smiled.

“Crazy it’s been 3 years ain’t it?” Madelyn said quietly. “He would be very proud of you, he’s always protecting you when your on the track” Milo replied. “And everyone else as well” Madelyn added.

“C’mon, let’s get you in the car and on the track eh?” Milo said. “Let’s do it!” Madelyn replied.

“-Ohhh no!! That’s an awful awful crash and it’s looks like it’s the Prema car of Madelyn Leclerc. Definitely a red flag, gosh that car is in pieces..”

“Maddie? Are you okay?” Her race engineer asked.

“…..”

“No answer on the radio from Madelyn. The medicals staff are quickly on the scene and are are already there. That was awful to watch, that’s given a big shock around the paddock and mainly to F1 paddock as well”

Charles face dropped while he was in a middle of an interview and saw everything that just happened. “That was Maddie, right?” He asked as they nodded. “I got to go,” Charles said he ran out the media pen and started to make his way to the Prema garage.

“Charles!” Pierre called as he caught up with the Ferrari driver. “You need someone with you, my team are fine with me coming” Pierre said as they both got into the F2 paddock. “Thanks Pear, I know Maddie is like a sister to you” Charles added as they walked into the Prema garage.

“We don’t have any information Charles, we are trying to get ahold of her” Milo told him. “She has to be okay, I can’t lose her..” Charles mumbled. “That’s the only a metre away from where we lost Anthoine..” Pierre whispered.

All the F2 cars were back in the pit lane and a lot came up to ask for any information on Madelyn but nobody knew anything. Even some F1 divers came down as well, that included: George, Alex, Mick and Lando.

Everyone kept staring on the screens, but all their faces dropped even more when a fire started. “Maddie!!” Charles shouted as tears started to fall down his face. The boys tried to calm him down, but Madelyn was like a little sister to them as well..

“Fucking hell..” Pierre mumbled. “I can’t loose her! Please, I need her to be okay!” Charles mumbled and sat down and buried her head in hands as the boys sat down next to him as well.

“Charles, Arthur is on the phone. He wants to speak to you” Milo said as he came out the garage and gave him the phone.

“—all we know everyone is that Madelyn is still in that car and it’s caught on fire now. The F2 race will not resume and has they have decided to cancel it,”

“Is she okay?! Please tell me she is, we can’t loose her Charles!” Arthur desperately asked. “She’s still in the car, they have also decided to cancel the rest of the race..” Charles added.

“Charles, you need to stay strong alright? She’s a fighter remember and Papa, Jules and Anthoine is watching over her too. I need to try and calm Arth and Mum down just keep us updated okay?” Enzo’s voice came through.

“I know she is. I’ll give you any information when I get it” Charles added as he ended the call and gave the phone back to Milo. “They’ve put out the fire now” Pierre said as Charles kept his eyes on the big screen.

A few moments later, there was a big cheer and clapping from the crown as Madelyn was out of the car and was hopping on one foot into the ambulance. Before the doors closed she gave a thumbs up to the camera.

Charles was pulled into a hug by all the boys and then by all the Prema team. A big sigh of relief came from him and he smiled slightly. He was so happy his little sister was okay.

“Thank you Papa, Jules and Anthoine…” Charles mumbled as he looked up to the sky.

When Madelyn got into the medical centre, they instantly wrapped up her foot and put a cast on it as they knew it was broken. She had to go through a few more tests to make sure everything else was okay.

She passed all the tests and after being in a crash like that, and the only damage was a broken foot and a few bruises and cuts. Maddie was given crutches and was allowed out the medical centre.

Charles was right there when she got out and hugged her tightly. He buried his head on her shoulder and Maddie could feel it getting wet. “Charlie…I’m okay, I’m so sorry for worrying you” Madelyn whispered into his ear.

“I was in a middle of an interview when it happened, I rushed over here and when they said they had no information on you—then when the fire started—then the race was announced that it was—” Charles said in one breath but Madelyn cut him off.

“Hey, I’m okay I’m okay. Papa, Jules and Anthoine was there and saved me. I’m never going to leave you, your my older and favourite brother” Madelyn said smiling. “Don’t tell Arth and Enzo that” Charles added making them both laugh.

“I love you Mads” Charles said. “I love you too Charlie” Madelyn replied as he left a kiss on her forehead.

“There they are” Hervé smiled looking down at his children.

“My godchildren..” Jules added.

“My best friends” Anthoine said.

“Are you okay?!” Ollie asked his girlfriend as soon as she accepted his call. “Oll, calm down. I’m fine I promise you” Madelyn said.

“You scared me so much today Lyn, Arth was in pieces as well” Ollie added. “Charles was awful as well, I’m going to speak to Arth now” She added.

“I’ll let you go do that, rest okay? I’ll see you soon I promise!” Ollie added. “Focus on your race love, see you soon” Madelyn replied.

“I love you so much, Lyn!” Ollie said. “I love you more, Oll” Madelyn replied with a smile as Ollie ended the call.

INFO ABOUT THE SERIES FROM THE INTERVIEWS

Its going to about cool manly southern man who is met with a writer named Tong Rak who went to south for work, certain situations happened , they got to stay together and he was able to bring himself back to Bangkok. - Mame

Its an opportunity for them to show the beauty of Thai beaches coz Thai beaches are very beautiful.

A series that is fully about the beaches and oceans are not often made so if they could make it as beautiful as they want to and have the actors come in as a component it can be very beautiful. - Neti (Director)

Based of Mame's "crazy" script writing there has to be a lot of planning to prepare for the shoot of this series.

Since the majority will be based on ocean side there will be double preparation - controlling the production on a boat is gonna be hard. there would be a scene where one person will be in the water and another on the boat. - Neti

Currently they are in the process of looking at at he location and technique inspections. - Neti

The cast has to do additional workshop like scuba diving. Both of them would have scenes underwater especially Fort (Mahasamut) which means ocean and loves the ocean, seas etc. he is a professional diver. - Mame

Since Mahasamut is a guide and a diving instructor as well Fort has to learn diving and deep scuba diving as he has no prior experience. He has to get to the professional level almost. - Fort

Bears Knock Off Stanford On Senior Day

Cal Shatters Four Pool Records, Posts Numerous Top Times In Victory

BERKELEY - On a rainy Senior Day in Berkeley, the No. 7 California women's swimming & diving team showed it's ready to shine in the postseason.

The Golden Bears set four pool records, reshaped the program's all-time top-10 list and reeled off some of the fastest times in the nation this season in a 155.5-144.5 victory over No. 5 Stanford at the final Pac-12 dual meet at Spieker Aquatics Complex.

Closing out the regular season with a memorable win over their rivals, the Bears exhibited depth and speed that should make them one of the favorites to win the Pac-12 Championship later this month in Federal Way, Washington.

Isabelle Stadden, one of 10 seniors and grad students honored before the meet in a special ceremony, shattered Spieker records in both backstroke events for the second consecutive home dual meet. Her time of 50.26 in the 100-yard backstroke was just three-hundredths of a second off her career-best mark in the event and is the third-fastest in the nation this season. She went 1:49.64 in the 200 back, bettering her top time of the season which is ranked No. 1 in the country. She also beat the pool record she set last month against Arizona State by almost a full second.

Graduate student Mia Motekaitis reeled off a blistering time of 1:42.89 in the 200 free, breaking the pool record previously held by former Stanford superstar Katie Ledecky. It's the sixth-fastest time in the event in the country this season.

Junior Mia Kragh also set a Spieker record for the second consecutive home dual meet in the 100 butterfly, lowering her top mark to 51.20 in the event - which is good for No. 8 nationally this season. It's also the ninth-fastest time ever at Cal.

Fifth-year senior Rachel Klinker, who just arrived back in the Bay Area on Friday afternoon after competing at the 2024 World Aquatics Championships in Doha, Qatar, didn't let any jetlag affect her as she reeled off a time of 1:52.33 in the 200 butterfly - good for the fourth-fastest mark in the country this season.

Others who established themselves in the program's all-time top-10 lists Saturday were junior Fanni Fabian in the 1,000 free (9:44.64, No. 5 all-time at Cal), fifth-year senior Hannah Brunzell in the 100 breast (59.50, No. 5), and freshman diver Ariana Drake in the 3-meter event (309.75 points, No. 6).

Junior Stephanie Akakabota also picked up a win for Cal in the 50 free (22.29) and the Bears won the 200 medley relay.

The Bears will now begin preparations for the 2024 Pac-12 Championships on Feb. 28-March 2.

THE CREW'S BATTLE CRY.

The Storm Bringer is the name of a pirate ship that Hannah Hook and her crew own.

It served as headquarters for the pirate crew and can be seen throughout the series 'The Marvelous Misadventures of Hannah Hook and Co.'

Description:

The Storm Bringer is an old pirate ship that Hannah Hook won and fixed up for her crew. Repurposing it as a safe house/boat/home for her crew and replacing the sails with three homemade sails that have a matching flag up on the crowsnest, a single red flag, and two additional crimson red flags.

Its walls are covered in artwork that she and her crew made as well as random treasures they have picked up over the years. 

The wood is mainly brown with hints of red in some places and it has many rooms that the crew share (some of these ‘rooms’ are just areas with curtains hanging up to separate them. 

It is one of the few ships on the isle that is almost fully intact and the shape its in has been described as ‘remarkable’ by the few older pirates that have stepped abroad since the ship came into Hannah Hook’s possession.

History:

Hannah Hook acquired the Storm Bringer from it's pervious owner, Blackbeard, in a poker game that she bested him at when she was 6.

In that game, she not only gained a ship but two new enemies (Blackbeard and his son, Barnaby) and the respect of the elder pirates on the isle.

Her first three crew members were Luke Tremaine-Westergaard and Skia Aoratos (her 1st and 2nd mate respectively) and River Le Beak (who decided to just be a crewmate) who helped her build her crew and repair the ship.

They ended up renaming the ship 'The Storm Bringer' and replacing it's old sails with ones they made themselves before tossing the ones in the storage closet.

And over the years, Hannah and her crew ended up redecorating the ship to make it feel more like home. Using art pieces they each made, rewards they'd received, and random treasures they had found to do so.

They even added on to the ship, making more rooms and making it look more intimidating and wild in the process.

Now she set herself aside from the other Northwests, display altruistic traits when her parents tried to dissuade her otherwise, had a complete change of heart towards everyone and became a friend to the common folk of the town, including the Pines family.

A teen of Gravity Falls and therefore the eldest of the Mystery Shack Gang, Wendy makes just the perfect Junior SCUBA Instructor Diver for Dipper and Mabel Pines and Pacifica Northwest to train their SCUBA skills as Junior Divers to a keen mirror finished edge with.

A mellow, down-to-earth, fun-loving and slightly lethargic teen who is a part-time worker at the Mystery Shack, Wendy generally maintains a positive outlook, is almost always friendly, and is rarely seen being moody or cranky, her cool attitude being largely a cover for the stress her family causes her - stress her role as Junior Diver and Dive Instructor of the Gravity Falls Junior Diver Club can hopefully provide much-needed relief from. Ultimately, Wendy is just like any other ordinary teenager who wants to be an adult.

The mysterious loner of the Junior Diver Club due to not wanting others to know of his nature as a merman, he none the less enjoys having fun with those who know of his true form. An extremely polite and respectful individual with an easy sense of humor. (Told you these waters be weird.)

MerDiver Mermando wears a sleek, sporty front-zipper swimwear/wetsuit designed for merboys like him being the Emergency Rescue Diver carrying fresh full air tanks main and emergency sizes and backup copies of the airbreather Junior Divers' SCUBA gear just in case.

In the event of underwater emergencies, whether from out-of-air emergency to monster attack, Mermando swims to his airbreather dive buddies' rescue, especially Mabel Pines, grabbing from the surface and bringing them new full air tanks in both main and lightweight system sizes for the former. And Mermando also brings backup copies of Dipper's, Pacifica's, Mabel's and Wendy's SCUBA rigs in case they have ditched them in forementioned emergencies.

I assume you are referring to Team GB Olympic diver Christopher James Mears MBE.

Chris was born in Reading, Berkshire, UK on 7th February 1993.

He began diving at an early age and competed in several junior competitions. In January 2009 while training in Sydney for the Olympic Youth Festival he suffered a ruptured spleen, at the same time as unknowingly suffering from glandular fever. At one point doctors only gave Chris a 5% chance of survival, and he was told that he would never dive again. Just eighteen months later Chris competed in the 2010 Commonwealth Games.

At the 2016 Rio Olympics Chris and Jack Laugher won Gold medals in the Men's 3m Synchronised Diving event. The pair won several more medals in events over the following two years.

In 2019 Chris announced that he was retiring from competitive diving to concentrate on a career in music production.

Naked photos. Chris is certainly not shy! Over the last ten years he has posed for several erotic (not explicit) photographs, and has been featured in several magazines. He has always been publicly supportive of both male and female athletes who want to be open about their sexuality, including fellow diver Tom Daley.

In 2017 some very explicit photos, and a video of appeared on the internet which claim to be of Chris Mears. I do not know if they are genuine.

Chris is very aware that he has a huge gay following. Recently he has been one of a number of British divers to start sharing photos on Just-For-Fans (a pay to view website.) All of the divers say that the content that they share will be SFW... although one Chris's former diving colleagues has posted some photographs that leave very little to the imagination!

Yuri Series 'Lilies' Adapted For English Audiences in New Webcomics Service Tatesc Comics

Kadokawa announced at Anime NYC the launch of a new comics label, Tatesc Comics, on its ebook platform BookWalker Global. The label, which focuses on verticle scrolling webcomics (also commonly known as webtoons) launched 24 English series, among them Lilies by Yuto Komiya.

Lilies is a Yuri series following Suzuka Yamada, a second-year high school student and discipline monitor her the school committee. She has a particular loathing for one of her juniors, rulebreaker Rima Sasaki. One day, Rima comes to the cross-dressing cafe where Ryoka works part-time, dressing as a cute boy, Kazu. Rima falls head over heels for Kazu, and while she knows that Kazu is really a cross-dressing girl, she is unaware that it is really her rival, Suzuka, underneath the costume.

There are currently 20 chapters of Lilies available to read on BookWalker Global, with the first five chapters available for free and subsequent chapters available for purchase. The series' English edition is provided by Yen Press, with translation for Eleanor Summers, lettering by Dietrich Premier, and editing by Emily Gikas and Won Young Seo.

According to a press release made before the announcement of Tatesc Comics (stylized as TATESC COMICS), it represents Kadokawa's recognition of the global expansion of the webcomic market. It is the response to fans' requests for more access to such content from English-speaking countries. Kadokawa plans on releasing diver works from various genres, including isekai, fantasy, romance, comedy, and action, including original titles and adaptations of existing works to engage readers. The initial lineup for Tatesc Comics includes 24 titles, including works from other publishers.

This announcement follows Kadokawa's acceleration into more English markets. Back in January, the group established Kadokawa World Entertainment INC to pursue aggressive activation of more of its content through publishing and digital distribution.

Tatesc Comics is similar to Kadokawa's other verticle comic service, "Tatesuku Comic," which launched on the Japanese version of BookWalker last year and includes many of the same series, such as Bungo Stray Dogs and Lilies. Tatesuku also included a recolored rerelease of Bloom Into You in its initial launch, although the adaptation of the Yuri series has not yet made it to English markets.

Lilies has been published on Book Walker's Tatesuku line by Kadokawa since early 2022. 36 chapters are available in Japanese.
