“The thief comes only to steal, and kill, and destroy; I came that they might have life, and might have it abundantly.” —John 10:10 (NASB)
“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they shall never perish; and no one shall snatch them out of My hand.” —John 10:27–28 (NASB)
“Jesus is Life” By Michael Wilson:
“This verse is so powerful because it shows us the contrast between the enemy’s plan for us and God’s plan for us. The enemy wants to rob us of our joy, peace, and purpose. He wants to destroy our relationships, our health, and our destiny. He wants to keep us in bondage, fear, and despair. But Jesus came to give us the opposite of all that. He came to give us life, and not just any life, but abundant life.
What does abundant life mean? It means a life that is full of God’s presence, power, and provision. It means a life that is overflowing with His love, grace, and mercy. It means a life that is marked by His wisdom, guidance, and direction. It means a life that is fruitful, productive, and impactful. It means a life that is satisfying, fulfilling, and rewarding.
How do we experience this abundant life? By following Jesus and obeying His commands. By trusting Him and relying on Him. By loving Him and serving Him. By worshiping Him and honoring Him. By learning from Him and growing in Him. By sharing Him and witnessing for Him. By living for Him and dying for Him.
Jesus said He came that we might have life and might have it abundantly. He paid the price for our sins on the cross so that we could be forgiven and free. He rose from the dead so that we could have eternal life and victory. He sent His Holy Spirit so that we could have power and comfort. He gave us His Word so that we could have truth and wisdom. He gave us His Church so that we could have fellowship and support.
He has given us everything we need to live a life of abundance. The question is: are we living it? Are we enjoying the blessings He has bestowed upon us? Are we embracing the opportunities He has opened for us? Are we fulfilling the purpose He has assigned to us? Are we reflecting the glory He has revealed to us?”

Don't Pray Away Your Blessings
Trust in the Lord's blessings for your life. Do not let your doubt be what prevents a door from opening. Be open to the Lord's blessings and trust in His will alone not your own.
John 10:10: "A thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I [Jesus] come so that they [believers] may have life and have it in abundance."
Our faith in the plans God has for our lives leads to blessings we never thought possible.
(I am not talking about the prosperity Gospel which is a lie)
But instead, life through Christ & faith in Him alone is the only thing that will bring us true joy and life into our lives.
I pray that this month you feel God's presence in your life and are open to the blessings and the plan He has for you. I pray that you do not pray away His plan or blessing for you but instead are open to His will and your unique identity He has planned for you to move forward the Kingdom of God.
Amen.

I just wanted to take a minute to ask you all to surrender to Jesus. I’m not trying to be pushy, but I believe I’m called to invite you to heaven. We have all messed up and done bad things, and that keeps us from God. He is loving, but he is also just, and must punish sin. But,He loves you so much that would gave his life for you on the cross and make a way for you to be forgiven All you have to do is believe and trust in his sacrifice to save you from your sin. He will transform your life and make it more abundant and free. Also, Jesus is coming back one day, and we don’t know when. I believe that all believers will be taken to heaven in an event called the rapture. Then, God will judge humanity and trust me, you don’t want to be here for it. Seven years of pure hell on earth. Famine, war, diseases, and to top it off, an oppressive one world order that makes you comply or die. Also, you never know when you could die, your next breath isn’t promised. And, trust me, actual hell is even worse. A whole eternity of pure torture and separation from God. I don’t want you to have to go there, God doesn’t want you to go there, so much so that he made a way of salvation So please, trust Jesus today if you haven’t already and make him Lord of your life

Zoe the abundant life of the believer Part 1
Zoe life vs Bios life
What quality of Life do you have today?
What kind of Life has God?
What quality of Life does God enjoy?
Tumblr media
We know both from scripture and by experience that “God is Love.” his being, his life is Love with the Father and the Son in a dynamic loving relationship. A relationship full of joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness, goodness, and self-control. In God`s life there is no sin, no pride, no envy, no injustice, and no selfishness.
God`s life is full of creative power, power to create the Heavens and earth, power to create plants and animals, power to create man in his own image.
On the day that you believed in Jesus Christ the very life of God entered your being. The uncreated life of God dwells inside each believer shedding abroad love, joy, and peace in our hearts (Romans 5:5).
This is the abundant Life Jesus came to give to his church.
In the New Testament there is a special Greek word for this abundant Life of God is named Zoe. You may have heard it as a girl`s name; what a beautiful name, meaning “Life as God lives it.”
All human beings who are alive possess “Bios” that is the natural biological life.
But only those who are born again of God`s Holy Spirit possess Zoe life (together with Bios).
The word Zoe (although we derive words like zoology from it) has been given a special meaning by God in the New Testament This is similar to the way that agape (the Love of God) has a special meaning in the New Testament and is different in meaning from phileo (brotherly love).
So what does Zoe mean?
Zoe (Definition): The main thrust of word in New Testament is...
Zoe is Life in the absolute sense.
Zoe is the uncreated life of God.
Zoe is life as God lives it.
Zoe is eternal life.
Zoe is the life the Father and the Son have in themselves.
Bios is natural life; is flesh life, and is the mere animal life.
Zoe life left Adam on the day he sinned against God.
Zoe life entered into you on the day that you believed in Jesus Christ.
Key Scripture:
John 10:10 "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life (zoen) and have it to the full."
Jesus came to give us Zoe life.
Zoe life is superabundance, life in excess, overflowing, more than sufficient, profuse, and abundant life, and life as God lives it.
Zoe life rising within you brings fullness of joy, peace, longsuffering, goodness and kindness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control.
Most of us will know by now that Zoe and Bios are at war within us. The Bios the natural (sinful) life of the flesh is selfish, wants to be coaxed and praised, often takes advantage of others, exploits people and situations for its own benefit or selfish purposes.
Bios hates Zoe and wants to avoid its influence like the plague.
The natural Bios life recognizes that Zoe is much stronger than it and given half a chance Zoe will crucify Bios. Thus Bios fights Zoe every inch of the way as in Mark 14:34-36.
Mark 14:34 “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death,” he said to them. “Stay here and keep watch.”
35 Going a little farther, he fell to the ground and prayed that, if possible, the hour might pass from him.
36 “Abba, Father,” he said, “everything is possible for you. Take this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will.”
v34-36 we see Jesus' natural Bios life responsding to the upcoming crucifixion. Yet at the end of v36 we see the Zoe life of Jesus empowering him to say ''Yet not what I will, but what you will.”
Amen
Personal Prayer
In Part 2 we will continue to look at the battle between Zoe and Bios.

"CONFRONTING THE ENEMY'S TACTICS!"
Psalm 144:1, “Blessed be the Lord, my Rock and my keen and firm Strength, Who teaches my hands to war and my fingers to fight” (AMPC) The main tactic of the enemy is deception. “Deception” is defined as, “the act of causing someone to accept as true or valid what is false or invalid; to trick; to cheat; to defraud; to be dishonest.” And that’s exactly who the enemy is, a deceiver, liar and the…

Romans 1:18‭-‬23 (NLT). “But God shows his anger from heaven against all sinful, wicked people who suppress the truth by their wickedness. They know the truth about God because he has made it obvious to them. For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God. Yes, they knew God, but they wouldn’t worship him as God or even give him thanks. And they began to think up foolish ideas of what God was like. As a result, their minds became dark and confused. Claiming to be wise, they instead became utter fools. And instead of worshiping the glorious, ever-living God, they worshiped idols made to look like mere people and birds and animals and reptiles.”
“Evidence of the Lord” By In Touch Ministries:
“God doesn’t leave anyone out—He gives everyone the opportunity to become part of His family.”
“We were created to share a relationship with God—that’s why He has made His existence clear to everyone. Sometimes His revelation is miraculous, like the burning bush that Moses discovered. But more often than not, we encounter our Father’s presence in everyday surroundings.
Paul wrote to the church in Rome that “[God’s] invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, being understood by what has been made” (Rom. 1:20). In other words, the Lord is evident in every created thing. Have you ever wondered how an old oak survives season after season? Have you marveled at the starry sky or watched a colony of ants work together? All such things point us to the Lord.
God made His presence evident in nature because He “wants all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:4). He has given us the capacity to be aware of Him through what He has made. However, the Father has also given every person the choice of whether to accept or reject a relationship with Him.
What will you do the next time you see evidence of the Lord in your world? Scripture promises we won’t regret knowing Jesus. After all, He wants us to “have life, and have it abundantly” (John 10:10)

Enforcing Christ's Victory (242) – April 20 2024
Play on other Podcast Apps This program reminds us of the defeat of sickness and disease, as a result of God defeating the devil and his powers of darkness by him being disarmed (Col 2:15). The devil may still have the ability to inflict sickness and disease and other oppressive evil measures against humanity, but he has no authority to do so because of being disarmed by God in Christ, at the…

Salt or NO Salt
Happy March! Let’s keep MARCHING ON!For years, I have embraced this time of the year for not only a time of Lent (from Ash Wednesday to the Saturday before Easter) and introspection of this “temple of the Holy Spirit” that God gave me (and you). 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says: “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?” It is a…
