I’m glad there’s still some Jikookers who think similar to me, I was starting to think I was the only one in Jikookland who didn’t see the worst in Tae haha. But seriously, I am getting a bit concerned/surprised by the growing number of Jikookers who think Tae and his 2 minute lives are public enemy #1. I don’t remember all this animosity towards Tae a year ago when we were preaching for tkkrs to stop viewing everything Jimin did or said about JK as fanservice, clout chasing, being unnecessarily clingy. I could have sworn that most Jikookers were saying “the difference between us and tkkrs is that we don’t hate Tae or blame him when our ship doesn’t act accordingly.” Now I see the complete opposite everyday on my Tumblr timeline, every day one more blogger declares that they aren’t a fan of Tae and his antics because they believe he’s intentionally feeding his shippers/hurting Jimin by acting the way we always knew him to act. Suddenly I’m seeing essays analyzing how JK doesn’t smile and looks uncomfortable with Tae but is only happy with Jimin….wasn’t this what tkkrs said about JK when they accused Jimin of initiating 95% of the Jikook moments? It all seems like a weird dream to me how quickly the switch flipped within the Jikooker fandom. I used to be proud of how the majority of Jikookers carried themselves compared to other shippers by being more logical in their thinking and defending members from unfair hate/hypocrisy/conspiracy thinking. I think this anger towards Tae is also compounded with the fact that Tae didn’t publicly congratulate Jimin on FACE. Didn’t we all witness Hobi say that Tae was one of his biggest cheerleaders behind the scenes when he was performing at Lolla last year? We saw nothing on the timeline but Hobi said Tae was all up in his messages supporting him. Similar to what Jin said about not showing support online ≠ not supporting in private. I also wholeheartedly agree with you that members probably don’t dwell too much on the negative comments they receive. I know many Jikookers say that Tae knows about the hate Jimin gets and yet still continues to act a against his best interests, but I just don’t think he (and the members) post on social media according to the hate each member gets. Anyways, I say all this to say that I’m glad that I still see Jikookers who haven’t adopted this negative mindset towards Tae. You nice, keep going!

I never have any doubts that Tae is loving his bandmates until the end. He doesn’t have to post on social media for me to know it.

The hate is a minority. As Tae said in the Festa dinner 97%(?) support them truly. With that in mind they interact on social and share what they want and live with the trash and hate. When things get loud…like army attacking media on SM then sometimes the group says stuff but I think mainly they rise above the fray.

I sort of think that jikook have done some things in reaction to trending comments or loud hate…but it could all be coincidence.

I am soooo rambling sorry. I hope things calm down in ship land soon. It’s not a good look for any of us and the guys don’t deserve it. Their lives are changing dramatically…so much uncertainty in their careers and a bs hateful fanwar is raging.

It’s going to be a long 2024 without them. We should be supporting each other as fans not tearing each other (and the members) apart over nothing.

I read the previous ask and i would like to give my opinion on something! I see many Jikookers who are of the opinion that Jikook are trying to let us know who and what they are to each other! So many pple believe that they are trying to tell us or leave clues! While I don’t completely disagree, I don’t completely agree either.

This is the thing, i think Jikook would love for their supporters and fans to know but I don’t think they are trying to get us to know! I know that in the past and even recently , they did certain things which were very loud and revealing about their relationship but I don’t think they did them because they were trying to tell us! They are hidden and that could really be frustrating at times cuz they would like to just love each other openly and freely so sometimes their emotions get the best of them and that is when we have those extremely loud moments! The other more subtle moments we get are either from muscle memory or them just acting like they usually do when they are alone, or just simply because Army have 20 20 vision lol! We literally catch everything! Some other times are just moments we were not supposed to see or know about, for instance; Car Selfie, Jikook getting into Jk’s hotel room 2gether, Jhope JITB party etc. I have also seen so many Jkkrs saying that Jikook intentionally wanted to show us the hickey Jm gave Jk but i really don’t think so! I know my opinion is unpopular but I don’t think Jk was proudly showing us what his baby did to him the night b4! I’m not sure why he didn’t cover it up, (he honestly might not have noticed it, or maybe he didn’t think it will call attention, or maybe he did notice it but forgot to cover it up) but I don’t think he intentionally left the mark there for the world to see!

You may ask why i think they are not trying to get us to know and my answer would simply be, Because there is alot to lose and alot at Stake! Them being outed will not only affect them! It will affect the group, themselves, their families, friends and loved ones! Plus i am sure they know that I-army doesn’t really support them as a pair based on all the hate Jimin gets! Now why do i think so, mainly because of panicky Jk! JM is a bit more relaxed and it is hard to pick things up with just Jimin because he is affectionate with everyone( even though there is a difference with Jk) but the person who gives everything away almost always is Jk! And it is ironic because he is the more panicky one, yet he is the one who really put Jikook on the map! The moments he initiates are literally the loudest and most telling Jikook moments and when you think about panicky Jk it is really surprising some of the loud things he has done for Jimin. This all made a lil sense to me after i saw that interview with Calvin Klein where Jk said, even though he is extremely shy, he gets really bold when it comes to things he wants and desires! Jk has never been as bold with or for anyone as he is with Jimin! Also if we have to go by the narrative that they are trying to let us know, then it will negate these moments when they are clearly being extra cautious and we (jkkrs) risk sounding like (Tkkrs) who claim Tk are open one day and hidden the next depending on the interaction they see. Those moments when we get raw, loud Jikook are just moments when they give in to their feelings and emotions and let go of logic, not moments when they are actively trying to be loud or open! In situations like this, those moments are bound to happen. It’s just like they have held in alot for so long and sometimes they have to relieve themselves and that’s when we get PG 18 Jikook lol!

So like i said earlier, while i do accept that they would love for us to know once and for all, they are not trying to let us know. Maybe not as much as we think they are anyways, if not, how do we explain those moments were they are so cautious that it almost looks awkward? How do we explain the BTB where Jk went to JM’s rehearsals? Truth be told that interaction was awkward as hell and hard to watch! Jk couldn’t stop staring nervously at the camera and he was so stiff and didn’t look relaxed at all! We all know it’s not because he hates Jm like the cult claims, so what other reasonable explanation do we have for that other than the fact that they were trying so hard to act normal around eo so as not to give too much away that it just ended up looking painfully awkward? They seem to have completely forgotten how to behave around eo when infront of the camera especially when the other members are not around! This is just my opinion ofcourse!

Anon u misunderstand. I go into detail about Jikook taking advantage of the FS narrative here. Of course not all moments is them trying to tell us. But some loud moments they definitely were. Like RB and Hickeygate. So on that I disagree heavily with you. What do u mean he didn't notice it? What do you mean he forgot to cover it? Anon this makes no sense. This is you explaining this away when it was clearly done on purpose. He did notice it. Kept pressing on the thing and they explained to us about it twice! That shit was intentional. I'm sure you've heard people use the word glass closet or hiding in plain sight pertaining to Jikook. Because they are in the closet, yes. Its dangerous, yes. But we can see right through that closet. If no matter what they do, people won't acknowledge their rlship, why not take advantage to still be public while being private?

They get to do couple things just like other Korean couples and get away with it! Hang out on valentines day with matching clothes. Boom. Done. Go out on white day, a couple holiday. Done. See the first snow like normal couples. Boom. Done. Give eo hickeys, kiss each other's necks on camera, drop honorifics and use pet names, switch hyung/dongsaeng dynamics just because they can. Done. Done and done. In other words have their cake and eat it too. Who wouldn't take advantage of such an opportunity?

So when I say they want us know I don't mean all the time. Just during times when they did shit on purpose to indeed let us know. Not the moments when they got busted or when we had to zoom in and investigate. Hope it's clearer now.

So, my question is: do u think some things that jikook do in performances in tv shows r they choice/idea? Or they come from the directors? Or both? Like their performance of “Home” at jimmy fallon, when they sing “your love your love your love etc etc”, then the members get out of the room, leave just them there, the lights dim a little and they fall in the bed. So I think a lot of it depends and we may never know full details. I think they do get a say. For the Home performance like you brought up, there was clearly the theme of a home. Living room, bedroom, kitchen, stairs, etc all pieces of this set. There was also a clear flow to the song. They wanted to be able to transition from jikooks lines to Jhopes verse with him going up stairs to pan over to Suga for his verse and then back down to Jin. They also opened up the spinning room in great dramatic effect to reveal the room and all the members. So I don't necessarily think that leaving jikook in the bedroom was a specific choice in subliminal messaging vs just.... how it happened to line up verse wise. If taekook had been singing the first chorus of "your touch your touch your touch" etc instead of the second one, they probably would have been the ones left in the room. Same if it was vmin who sang those specific lines at that specific time together. So this i lean more towards directors choice personally. But they also could have just vibed around the room dancing like they were when everyone was in there. Was it their choice to be all "touch touch touch, love love love" on the bed before falling back onto it together? It is unclear. Lol but they probably did that part themselves. It's also cute how they will seek each other out for that part on stage almost everytime too.

This again, is another good example of WOW what a moment in official content. Lol I don't think this was directed. If this was planned, they would both be totally aware of what would be happening, yes? Lol Jungkookie looked quite taken a back/flustered along with the rest of us. Lmao Jimin saw his chance and took it. Can't blame him. This was all very homoromantic. What would be interesting to see though, is why they matched extra hard in red compared to everyone else's color palate matching and stood farther away as a pair for this performance. It really kind of highlighted them as their own duo a bit. Combined with the fact that Christmas is considered a romantic holiday for couples, and the overall homoromantic vibes given by all 3 things here (the matching, the separation from the group and Jimins cuddle move), it definitely was eye catching. So I think this one was all them (minus the styling).

Another one that is an interesting moment in MVs is how jikook were depcited starting their day in the same bedroom in a matching set of couples PJs. This one I think is super straight forward if you pay enough attention, it says something. And well Jungkook WAS the director for this MV. The choice was his. And he said multiple times that his choices for this MV was to depict reality.

I would DIE to know how this performance came about. This is clearly choreographed. Jimin and JK are clearly probably the one duo able to have pulled this partner dance off. But WOW the way they said a big F you to heteronormativity with this dance. WHOSE IDEA WAS IT BIG HIT?! I love it no matter whose idea it was though. So beautiful and stunning and amazing

Jimin and JK did their cute little Dynamite interactions in Jimins rainbow clothes themselves. Lol we saw in behind the scenes them try multiple different things together, including the one of Jimin just throwing himself into JKs arms without looking. And JK just automatically catching him with the biggest smirk on his face ever as he holds his hyung. Lol and then the piggyback moment during the bridge in the MV was so cute and 100% all them too. During their reaction video they were asked if they were told to do that and Jimin said that no, he just thought it would be cute. And wow it sure was! They are so cute.

Not a filmed performance or MV, but I feel like this has to count a bit too. Because this was ALL THEM. 100% their choice to just suck ears. Lol and then when people were saying it didn't happen, after the tour finished out and antis, shippers and akgaes started mass emailing the company to stop business gay and to seperate jikook, Big Hit released HD footage of the Rosebowl Jikook ear suck moment. I like to think it was their F you response to the haters and a show of support to their artists and to jikook themselves too. Whatever their relationship is. The homophobia was clearly not stood for. And Jikook did that too.

And again, not sure if this totally counts, but I feel like it does. Same with rosebowl, JK told us before these PTD Concerts to keep being jealous, he will keep holding Jiminie. And then picked Jimin up himself and carried him off to their car from backstage. It feels like a statement to me, and that one was clearly JKs choice and Jimins choice. They are beautiful.

And while this is just posing for a photo. It was them posing for a photo right after a press conference posted by Big Hit. Like damn jikook. Why do yall have your bodies faced totally towards each other like this all up in each other's personal space. The faces they are making too. This felt very intentional. And this was a pose they did on their own and yet the Company went ahead and posted as is. Feels like a bit of a statement in a way to me. Lol the spot the couple game has never been easier honestly in these group photos

And while we are on the topic of "you had to know what this looks like and you did it anyway photos..." Idk what this photoshoot was supposed to give as a concept except gay and in love. 😜 That unicorn was around and yet no other duos had this in their unit shoots and no other duos looked so damn couple-y in their duo shoots. And jikook went let's look like boyfriends on the beach ON TOP OF A RAINBOW UNICORN. Clearly yes, this is a directed photoshoot, but they do have some leeway in these shoots, you can watch the shoot in the summer package too. And just well... it sends a message and they aren't dumb! They have to have known what it looks like. Lol so directors choice? Maybe. But what an interesting choice this then was....

I hope this helped answer your question at least a little bit. Unfortunately we can't know exactly who made what choices and why for fact unless they specifically say something about it too, like with the Dynamite MV moments or jikooks 21st century choreo moments for ex. But I do think sometimes it can be more clear when its directed or otherwise too. Such as in winter package when the photographer says "jimin please put your arm around his shoulder" for ex. My thoughts on Jikook on Wembley Night 1

I’ve been seeing a lot of opinions about Jikook’s vibe on Wembley Night 1 that essentially fall in two buckets:

They didn’t breathe as much as usual, so they definitely got into a fight and “broke up.”

They didn’t breathe, but everything is 100% normal and fine.

If I had to choose one of these options, option two would be my pick, but, for the record, I don’t think either assessment of the night is correct from the way I interpreted Jikook’s behavior last night. I think these are the black and white (no pun intended) answers for Jikook’s bive last night in a conversation where I think there’s room for a lot more nuance.

Jikook definitely did not breathe as much as usual, but I actually anticipated this. I was actually talking to a fellow shipper before the concert and mentioned that I wasn’t expecting much Jikook. I don’t necessarily think that the company told them to tone things down or anything, but I do suspect that they may have had an agreement between themselves that they would dial things back a tad since the concert was going to be being streamed to such a large audience.

And sure enough, Jikook were definitely subdued compared to most concerts. But even if the show wasn’t being streaming to 140,000 people in HD, I still  wouldn;t have freaked out and I think that we, as a fanbase of shippers, need to do better about not jumping to the worst case scenerio just because JK doesn’t nibble JM’s ear at the end of every concert. 

Jikook had plenty of interactions last night that, although they may be considered less significant than what we’re accustomed to, indicated Jikook are totally fine and definitely did not get in a fight.

EXHIBIT A: The “Anpanman” Moment

During “Anpanman” Jimin literally just scooted his way past everyone and placed himself in between Jungkook’s legs. JK’s first response was to comfortably place his hand on his shoulder. This moment certainly is not a Jikkok “clue” moment and essentially fan service, but they both looked completely at ease. Not a hint of awkwardness.  

EXHIBIT B: “Let’s get started!”

I can only guess this moment came as the boys were preparing to do the ARMY Bomb wave. But Jungkook tells Jimin to get it started by calling him, “Jimin,” and then Jimin playfully responds by growling “Let’s get started!” You an watch the moment here.

At this point, Jungkook put his hand over his heart.

I thought that might be significant in terms of body language, but I looked into it and couldn’t find anything particularly related to this moment. Still hella cute, though. So, in the end, this was just a nice, playful interaction that further indicates that Jimin and Jungkook were not on bad terms that night.

Exhibit C: Jungkook staring fondly

When Jimin told his story about telling his friends about BTS performing at Wembley, Jungkook couldn’t stop staring fondly, and even stepped out of the line formation toget a better look at Jimin while he told his story. This moment, above all else, shows that Jungkook was equally as fond of Jimin last night as ever. You can watch the moment here.

Exhibit D: Jikook were close during the first group photo

Jimin and Jungkook comfortably wrapped their arms around each other when the boys took their first group photo at the end of the night. Again, certainly no a clue that they’re real, but definitely indicates they were totally fine on a personal level. You can see this moment here.

So, I already explained why I don't think anything was wrong with Jikook throughout the night and that they likely intentionally toned things down between them because of the live stream happening. So, why do I not think they were not 100% normal and OK?

Well, something curious happened at the end of the night. Jikook had been totally fine and dandy. As you could see, they were both happy and smiling while delivering their ending ments and, up to that point, I had not sensed andy form of tension between them. That is, until, the bows.

The Tension

When the boys were doing their bows, there was a noticible shift in Jungkook’s attitude that I have to say, seemed to coincide with Jimin’s comforting Namjoon.

You guys probably saw the moment. RM was getting emotional as they bowed to the fans and Jimin hugged him, then screamed, “Don’t cry RM!” into the mic as he gave RM a back hug.

After that, there were a few different moments that indicated to me that Jungkook had been rattled, for whatever reason, by that interaction, and was a little more distant for the rest of the night (AKA, the next five minutes until the show was over). You can watch the moment go down in the video below starting at  4:29:

So, here’s what I noticed that indicated Jungkook’s mood had shifted after that moment:

1) Jungkook, having seen the interaction, walked past Minjoon while hugging himself.

This is the best screenshot/angle I could get of the moment (thought you can also see it in the video I embedded above).

According to this article about self-hugging and body language, hugging yourself like this can indicate a few things:

It can be form of stress relief

It can be an attempt to hide insecurities

It can indicate anxiety or fear

2) Jungkook is subdued in his goodbyes.

Jungkook proceeds to walk around the stage saying goodbye to the fans like he usually does, but he’s noticeabley subdued and does not say much into his mic. This may not seem significant, but even when he cried pretty heavilty at the end of New Jersey Night 2, he managed to pull himself together and was smiling and saying his goodbyes like normal (more or less) after a couple minutes. 3) Jimin ran to Jungkook to check on him

I’ve seen this moment being posted as some sort of cute moment between Jikook, but I actually found it kind of tense, curious.

While the boys are saying their goodbyes, Jimin appars to make a conscious effort to catch up to Jungkook. When he reaches him, he out a hand around his shoulder and says something to Jungkook. JK looks at him briefly, then up and away from him. Jimin appears to be attempting to say one more thing as Tae approaches them from behind, but Jungkook doesn’t give any noticeable acknowledgement of whatever Jimin had said. The moment honestly struck me as a bit tense in comparison to how they were interacting earlier in the night and indicates to me that Jimin had a sense that Jungkook had been unsettled by something, or else why would he have gone to comfort him? You can see this moment by clicking here.

4) Jungkook skips the group picture.

You can see this in the video from last night that I posted above.

It’s not uncommon for members who are emotional and overwhelmed by the fans’ love to not step into the group picture that the boys take before exiting the stage. Jungkook has done it multiple times, but as far as I can remember, those times had been when Jungkook was visibly crying. Like, real, hot tears.

What’s curious about this time is that Jungkook was not crying. One might argue he can be emotional without crying, which is very true, but on top of what I pointed out above in 1-3, I do think, in this moment, Jungkook’s emotional state had been caused by something else.

At one point, he even leans over from the distance to be included and makes an attempt at smiling/looking cute, but his face falters immediately and it didn’t, in my opinion, reach his eyes.

5) Jungkook’s hands are clasped and he’s covering his groin as he exits the stage.

According to this article about body language, the placement of one’s hands over their groin can indicate feeling insecure and nervous.

So, the question is “WHY?”

So, assuming the moment between Minjoon did rattle JK, which I believe it did for all the reasons I listed above, the question is “Why?”

For the record, I want to say right off the bat, that I don’t think Jungkook is seething with jealousy over the moment, or insecure about Jimin liking Namjoon or something. As I always say, there’s room for nuance in these conversations.

‘So, I can only theorize about what may have triggered Jungkook’s shift in mood (though it’s not confirmed and should be taken with a grain of salt and critical thinking).

My theory: Jungkook resents that other members can be “intimate” with Jimin freely on stage while they’re often “policed” when it comes to their on-stage interactions.

Throughout the night, we saw Jimin interact with several members of the group with little to no reaction from the other guys. Jungkook had a couple moments too, for that matter. But when Jikook interact, they’re often given a strong does of side eye, or even physically pulled apart. Perhaps Jungkook seeing that Minjoon moment happen so freely made him resent how Jikook are, on some level, policed on stage and that he can’t interact freely with Jimin like the others?

But, long story short, like I said, I do not think that Jikook got into some massive fight that kicked off their lack of PDA at Wembley night one, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t sense some tension at the very end of the night, seemingly triggered by Minjoon’s interaction. It does indicate some form of unrest and insecurity about their situation on Jungkook’s part, if my analysis is right.

And honestly, how could he not feel that way? Imagine being on stage in front of 60,000 people feeling extremely overwhelmed, and the person you want to be next to most and bask in the moment about it with is right there with you, but you have a nagging voice in the back of your head ruining the moment telling you, “You can be too loud or you’ll draw suspicion. Everyone else in the band can, but you... you hold back.”

I could see it taking an emotional toll. But, overall, I doubt the tension will last and the boys will likely be back to normal tonight, but I think we can acknowledge when something seems to be a little off with Jikook without jumping to the conclusion that they’re over or had some massive fight.

Relationships are inherantly emotional rollercoasters, and in an impossible situation like Jikook are in, one can only imagine that constant stress they deal with trying to navigate their relationship -- whatever it is. I think that just shows how authentic their relationship really is.

it’s basically about jimin hiding in jungkook’s room during this vlive , the person who originally made the analysis before kookminworld (who has already taken it down as well) pointed out some very accurate evidence 

so  taehyung was originally doing the vlive alone then he decided to go and visit jungkook’s room [jungkook was supposed to be alone there which wasn’t the case] ,

what makes one believe for sure that “someone” was indeed in the bathroom is , after taehyung layed on the bed you can see that jungkook was taking care of something on the bedside table and at that exact moment you hear the bathroom door closing  , so there is that , also after that jungkook went into the corridor and said :”you scared me” honestly that sounded like jungkook to me but some people think it’s jimin’s voice, in both cases it means that jeon wasn’t  alone in that room , plus if you look close enough you can notice that at the beginning the bathroom lights were turned off then suddenly when jungkook was singing you can see the light coming out from that same bathroom and we all know that jimin doesn’t like being in the dark so there that as well . plus when jungkook was singing he kept glancing at the bathroom over and over again  (he was so distracted lol ) and you can hear the doorknob turning right before that ……

jungkook looked more disturbed than usual , because he usually doesn’t mind being included in broadcasts which wasn’t the case for that vlive maybe it’s because he was interrupted in the middle of something ? 

after taehyung decided to leave the room he suddenly said that he wanted to go to jimin’s room when he obviously didn’t intend to , because after he left at the end of the vlive he went directly back to his room and not jimin’s so maybe he texted him and intentionally read the text out loud because jimin didn’t have his phone remember? “jimin we’re coming”  it’s for jimin who happen to be hiding in the bathroom to “hide” and to be ready because he was going out , that’s the only logical explanation for me tbh jungkook panicked as soon as jimin was mentioned,  but still managed to control himself

the person who made this analysis even counted how long it took the door to close after taehyung entered the room vs when he left , it literally closed 3times quicker after tae left than when he came in , they even counted how long it would take jungkook to get to the door and close it and it was longer than it took the door to close which means that it wasn’t jungkook who closed it and it didn’t close on its own, but it was the person who was in the bathroom who was eager to close it, who happen to be jimin, because after the door closed you can clearly hear his voice from inside the room :) after tae went back to his room and found out that he was locked out by jin i think , you can literally hear jimin and jungkook talking [agreeing to kill v for trolling them so hard]

in conclusion jimin and jungkook were in jungkook’s room with the lights dimmed and some soft music playing in the background , with jungkook “naked” , and his make up “smeared all over his face” doing something … i’ll let you guess . i’ll give you a hint tho ,it’s anything but platonic

I think Jikook acts different on cameras yess they flirt a lot but they don’t show us everything of course, Jikook has changed a lot from 2015-2020 It’s like they used to do a lot of things but back then they were very sneaky when they used to do things like when Jimin was playing footsies under the table in Hawaii , him being jungkooks room in the morning while he was taking a shower , them holding hands while suga body was hiding it , do you think they act different on camera now From before

I've heard this a lot in my Jikook lifetime and after Taekook's conversation in the Soop that narrative shot back to prominence. The behind the scenes of them at the photoshoot certainly hasn't helped things. Lol

Lord knows it created a schism between Jikookers as to what that moment was and what it meant in the grand scheme of things.

I know Jikook have personas, I've been saying this from the onset of my blog. I know Jikook are human, I've been preaching this from go. I know they have different personalities, hell my whole schtick about their love language has been around their personalities.

We don't know much about who they are behind the cameras but I'm glad at least people are probing into that and not taking Jikook at face value- that's what alternative shipping is. Reconstructing their 'real life' behind the scenes interactions based on their online interactions and the little clues they leave behind through their digital print- very heavy detective work lol and I'm all about that life.

I don't know them personally but if I were to reconstruct all of their interactions to guess at what goes on behind the scenes, I can tell you as a fact that Tae and JK are the least members who spend time together off cameras. I can tell you that much.

They will be followed closely behind by Tae and Jin, Suga etc. In my opinion. If there are any pairs that spend a lot of time together off cameras, to me, it would be Jimin and JK, followed by Jimin and Suga, Jimin and RM and of course VMin. You just have to pay attention to the things they do and say about eachother.

You only have to take one look at Jikook dancing in sync to the very tip of their hairs to know those two spend a lot of time practicing together off cameras. And when you hear them harmonizing- damn, you just know.

The members have pointed out Jikook's unique way of dancing planned and choreographed dance moves on stage and the look on Hobi's face in that reaction video says he was equally taken aback.

Jikook, out of all the members, have the most chemistry online in their interactions and a certain high levels of intimacy that to me the only way I can make sense of it is If they have carnal knowledge of eachother or have at least encroached on eachother's emotional and personal space in such a way that it blurs the lines of friendship a little bit resulting in synergies between them that is out of this world or both.

Because let's face it, neither of Jikook is peacefully mounting their respective partners without addressing the elephant in the room which is eachother staring at them go at it from the couch.

I have seen Jimin with his friends within and outside BTS to know he acts the same- THE SAME, with everybody skinship wise on and off camera and yet his intimacy with JK stands out the most- I wonder why. Smirk.

We've seen him drop softly into Sungwoo's laps at an award. We all saw it. And that was not 'on camera' and so we can't say he acts differently with JK off camera at least where skinship is concerned. Know what I mean?

And just the fact their rain fight was about Jimin caring too much about JK- we can't say JM doesn't care about JK off cameras either.

When JM tried doing his flirty gat shit with Suga, Suga scolded him saying he is not JK if my memory serves me right. So clearly the gay shit he does with JK is something he does offline too.

I can't say same for JK though because JM have said JK acts different with him on camera- cold on camera but warm off camera. I've mentioned this several times now so I won't get into it.

What I'm trying to say is, Jikook don't Jikook all the time but their interactions aren't exactly off of what we see on camera. Their personalities offline may be different but that doesn't mean their interactions offline are different or wildly different. Their interactions on line aren't so far off from their off line interactions such that we can brand what they do online as fanservice. In my opinion.

And also, something about the way JK reacts when he sees Jimin all over the members tells me he is not used to seeing JM prioritise others over him or have that intimacy with the members off camera. Yes, he does skinship with them and with his friends but I feel he does it the most with JK.

I mean if memories 2019 is anything to go by. Why do I feel I have answered this ask before? Lol.

Have their interactions changed online? Well for one, they aren't horny teenage boys anymore- ok, that's lie. They still got it like it was yesterday. Lol. They've matured a lot is what I mean. They've learned a lot and their fandom has equally grown enormously since those days.

The bolder one this season for me has been JK. I think you have to go back towards the end of 2019 until JM's birthday this year and reevaluate their interactions. Jk has been holding it down, piloting the Jikook ship until August this year when JM started getting loud again with his overt flirtations.

No but seriously JK, you will do all of these bold wild moves and still not take a minute or two to wish him a happy birthday on his birthday. Then when we don't ship you with Jimin too you'll stand there looking like your cat got stuck in a tree- quirky for no reason this one. Chilee.

It's not so much as that Jikook's interactions have changed for me. It's more so that there are a lot that has changed around them and in effect, is impacting their interactions on camera.

For one, as I keep pointing out, they don't have the freedom to do certain things anymore. Like, doing VLives on their own whenever they want like they used to do before. Now their vlives are heavily monitored, and the content they make on the app has been reduced to crafts and Arts- until Jimin's birthday live. You know my theory on that so...

VLive used to be one of the sources of their most authentic interactions. That and award shows, interviews and other contents BigHit has less control over. But all that have ceased due to the Corona Virus pandemic.

BTS's online presence, in the wake of the pandemic is also being heavily monetized. A simple tweet on Twitter from any of them has become very transactional- they have to be careful what they tweet because every tweet now is also a brand promotion for a phone campany.

Soop was equally that- brand promotion for Fila and all the big sponsors that sponsored that production, so bet your sweet ass they aren't going to let any 'controversial' sexual innuendo slip into that- but even that, chilee they tried. Lol. If you know, you know!

I'm waiting to see how they all interact with the VApp in the future, especially JK and Jikook.

And those moments, you pointed out are from Bon Voyage, no? I'm not gonna lie, I am wary of content that comes from BigHit editors. I think I've mentioned this a few times. They aren't stupid, they know what they are doing letting certain moments slip into screen time.

And some of the moments we think are authentic Jikook flirty interactions are just missions given them by the content developers- nobody wants Jikook to be gay more than bang PD and his shady ass editors trust me! Lmho.

Some moments too may be authentic coming from Jikook but that doesn't stop pro gay editornim from using it to his advantage. Chileee. I think I've talked about all of this?

All that being said, I think somethings will never change- like JM caring about JK or JK wanting Jimin. That is a Jikook thing. Yes, JM held JK's hand behind Suga when JK seemed- bored out of his mind. But JK rushed to console JM right after his ment in the recent Online concert. That right there was another Rosebowl moment for me and that would never change until they are no longer a couple.

That right there is also an example of the intimacy I talk so much about. It's that unconscious need to be there for eachother in a way I haven't seen anyone else in the group be that for either of them. They answer eachother's questions even if they don't ask. I don't see Tae traveling across podiums for JK or JK rushing from one end of a stage to another for anyone apart from JM. They really care about eachother and I don't think it's only on camera.

And you are right about their sneaky moments in those instances. sometimes these are moments Jikook breach the forth wall but other times too they are just balderdash. Lol

I think BigHit didn't see this pandemic coming, nobody did. Sometimes I feel they are in way over their heads with it, trying to maintain a steady stream of income inspite of it. But they are going to keep experimenting with content, experimenting with marketing strategies until they find that sweet spot.

I'd be ignorant and a hypocrite if I said all these new developments in no way impacts Jikook and their interactions. Or even their relationship. But one thing I know for sure is Jikook is not fanservice. They are not. And I don't think their affections for eachother has changed. They still got it.
