Iseri :||: A World of Warcraft Character Sheet

A Character Sheet specifically designed around the online MMORPG, World of Warcraft. (Feel free to use it!)

BASIC

The most basic of character information for your World of Warcraft Character.

Characters Name: Iseri

Meaning: Bold in Draconic

Pronunciation: Ee-seh-ree

Characters Aliases/Pseudonyms: Harrier Iseri

Nicknames: Her clutchmate Perithyian called her Isi.

Alternate Names: Harrier, for her role as a Harrier of the Dark Talons; a sky based warrior that harries those aerial or land based combatants

Character Age: She is an adult, but as with all Dracthyr it’s hard to tell how old she truly is

Birth Date: She couldn’t rightly tell you

Real Life Zodiac: I’d put her at either a Virgo or a Leo for funzies

Character Race: Dracthyr

Tribe/Clan: She is a Dark Talon

House: See above

Faction Allegiance(s): She is more Neutral in allegiance, aiming to be of use to both sides should she need to be

Characters Nature: Caretaker

Reason(s): For all her enthusiasm, the one thing she strives to do is to make sure others are taken care of before herself.

Character Demeanor: Adherent

Reason(s): She appears to be wholly dedicated to the ideals and concepts put forth by Neltharion as well as the Dark Talons.

Characters OOC Class: Evoker (Only one available atm! I hope someday we’ll get more opened up…)

IC Class: I would say she’s a spell-warrior of some sort.

How/Why: While I don’t have a specific name for it, the way I imagine she weaves her magecraft into her combat is different than the way the Evoker plays and I like to imagine she would get along swimmingly with several of the more spellblade type classes. She is a mage, but she is a sword wielder. Between both two handed swords and one handed swords she has full proficiency in warcasting and isn’t afraid to use it. She’s also not that bad at attacking with wings and claws as well.

Theme: Battle Symphony and One More Light - Linkin Park; White Flag - Bishop Briggs

Meaning: Between both of these songs, there’s a warrior who has yet to see the darkness in the world. Or if she has, she refuses to let it dampen her own. She may not be a Paladin, but she holds herself to the ideals and concepts of defense of others. “I fight so that others do not need to.” would be a strong contender for a single phrase I would use to describe her. She is a warrior mage, one that refuses to back down and if she has a choice, you wouldn’t fall for she would be there to catch you. I also added White Flag because there is still trauma from the realization of the betrayal of Neltharion for the Dracthyr, and while she isn’t fully ingrained in that being something that was awful, it was a necessary evil for them to persist to now, there’s still a “not giving up” vibe for her. That vibe persists through all three songs.

PHYSICAL

The physical attributes for your World of Warcraft Character.

At a Glance: Iseri is a tall, lithe Dracthyr with larger than average wings. Her scales are mostly red with black stripes, and her horns and talons are a gradient shade of vibrant azure blue. Her glowing eyes are of a blue that match her horns and talons. She dresses either in a simple waist wrap and jewels, or in full armor.

Description: Tall and lithe, Iseri is dominantly of a red coloration. Her back and stripes are of a deep black, while the inner membranes of her wings are golden in hue. Her horns are long and branch into three sections, starting with a lighter blue at the base and turning into a darker indigo shade the farther from her body they get. Her talons and other spines match her horns. Her wings are larger than average, meant to allow her to spend a longer period of time in the sky, as well as formed in a softer shape to allow for a more quiet soar, aiding in her aerial stealth. Her tail is long, ending with a set of spikes - that she can and does use as improvised weapons when in combat - that match her horns and talons. Her face is strong, long and her nose is tipped with a pair of horns that, like the rest of her sharp bits, match her horns.

She has two standard sets of outfits she wears. The first is a wrap around her waist with a single tabard draping down between her legs, adorned with claw-made and non claw-made jewelry. This is what she would determine as her civilian outfit. Simple, but covering the bits that mortals have issues with. Her second primary outfit is a fully armored outfit, choosing to have a heavier look to herself than her build and her fighting style would imply. This fully armored outfit is a mix of scale and plate, and has no adornments except for her wing talon coverings. She chooses to wear armor the color of the clouds, so she can blend better into the sky as she descends to mete out death upon her enemies.

Most Dracythyr, if not all, have a Visage. She does not frequently appear in her Visage form, as it feels like a lie to others about who she is. However, she is of a darker skin tone with vibrant azure eyes and red hair striped with blue. Her hair is cropped short in a bob, and her large horns split through her hair separating bangs from the rest of her hair. The black stripes stay true in her more humanoid form, accenting her darker skin. She remains tall and lithe in her more human form, and chooses more simplistic mail outfits to wear or simple cloth outfits. She does sometimes find that remaining in her Visage form to work on her jewelcrafting is more helpful, but still has a preference for her true Dracthyr form.

Physical Marring(s): Underneath where the membranes of her wings meet her back is an old, puckered scar that runs horizontally across her lower back but above her tail.

How?: In a mass combat that she barely remembers

Importance: Her clutch-sister Perithyian healed her, saving her from the brink of death with the severity of the wound.

Armor: In her true form, she wears full armor of mixed scale male and plate. In her Visage form she wears simple mail armor.

Clothing Choice: She wears a simple waist wrap that dangles and hides her “bits” for mortal sensibilities. In her Visage form she chooses to wear simple cloth clothing of various styles.

Jewelry or Additional: Her favorite thing to wear is jewelry! There are so many options, and she changes them up frequently.

Voice: Low and melodic, Iseri has a slight rasp to her voice

Impediments: Occasionally, when really enthusiastic, she will speak with a more sibilant tone and have accidental emphasis on her S’s

MENTAL

The personality and quirks behind your character.

Personality Rundown: Iseri is stubborn to a fault, impatient and strong-willed. However, to compliment these, she is always willing to help others out, has a kind heart, and will never back down from what she knows to be right. Intelligent and thoughtful she does her best to understand that she can be unsettling to others, and attempts to be both respectful as well as compassionate.

In Depth Look: Iseri is complex in that she has had to come to a rapid shifting of her own beliefs about the way of the world and where she fits within it in a short period of time. Like many of her Dracthyr siblings and family, she had a fervent dedication to Neltharion that she feels would have gone far deeper even without the Titan Artefact that bound the Dracthyr’s wills to his. She truly loved her father, as many of her kind did, and has had to radically accept the fact that he wasn’t the dragon they all thought he was. However, that doesn’t stop her from desiring to live up to the dragon she, and others, thought him to be. That she can be just as strong as the ideal that he became for them. She has a passion for learning, for experiencing new things, and enjoying the life she has been given. Does she miss the old ways? Yes. But she now has a freedom to choose, and the fact that that freedom had been taken away from her at a certain point in her, in all her peoples, life is a darkness that she has yet to reconcile with the belief in her father. She believes in the idea of what her father strove for, but no longer the dragon he was. She firmly believes that Wrathion is the best option, of the two, for leading the Black Dragonflight, as he and Ebyssian both helped the Dracthyr and she feels that the Dracthyr owe them both a great debt. She finds that Ebyssian would truly be the better of the three, and knows nothing of Sabellion aside from what she’s been told. Actions, to her, speak louder than words and she is wont to follow those that do over those that say. She misses her two clutch-mates very much, but does not mourn them. She mourns for those lost as the Primalists attacked the Dracthyr Creche’s, however, but does not do so in a sense of grief but of celebrating their lives.

Strengths: She is a very intelligent, compassionate creature willing to help those in need or be a kind shoulder to lean on

Weaknesses: She is stubborn, proto-drake headed, and impatient. She doesn’t take needless orders very well, and tends to prefer to work solo over as a team

Likes: Drawing and reading, listening to others make music although she’s too shy to join in herself, experiencing new things, fine wines, making new friends.

Dislikes: Overly sweet food, beers and ales, the color yellow (No, it isn’t gold. There’s a difference!), being restricted, being told what to do for no reason, poultry meats, bananas (they’re just too mushy!), being alone for too long.

Favorites: She adores the colors of gold and red, much of her jewelry is styled in that manner and she loves much of the Sin’dorei designs because of this. Her favorite foods are berries, any berries, and fish, any fish. She loves the sensation of a long dive from the sky, only to break the fall by snapping her wings open. And the smell of fresh ink on paper brings joy to her heart.

Quirks: When she sneezes she sneezes five times in succession. She likes to think it’s because there are five Flights, and she sneezes for each flight.

Ticks: When leaving an enclosed space she spreads her wings as far as she can to stretch them, not liking keeping them cramped to her sides. She does, however, keep her wings as close to herself as she can when inside buildings or in close quarters with others so as to not invade their personal space. She has a very strict sense of personal space, and will not cross over into another's and dislikes when hers is invaded unless you’re close with her. She taps her right foots claws when she is feeling especially enclosed or impatient.

Alignment: Lawful Good

Hobbies: She has picked up jewelcrafting and is interested in weaving, wondering what kind of beautiful designs she could do with her claws

Habits: She hasn’t developed any outside of her Weyrn manners

Interests: Learning magic, learning more about jewelcrafting, learning more about the stars, learning new one handed fighting techniques

Phobias: Nothing yet

Outlook/Philosophy: Iseri does her best to view things in a positive outlook. “We can do this.” or “Lets try again.” are common phrases you might hear from her.

HERITAGE

Mother: She is an experiment and does not have a mother

Relationship: N/A

Father: Technically Neltharion

Relationship: See Personality for this, but basically she believes in the idea of him but not who he truly was as a dragon

Siblings: Too many to truly count, but Volaan and Perithyian are her clutch-mates from the same egg clutch

Relationship(s): Perithyian, Peri, and her were very close. Volaan was her leader and also a rival, she butted horns with him more often than not.

Pets: She has none, but really wants a kitten. She’s afraid her claws would hurt the kitten though

Mounts: She uses her own wings to fly, but she has been lent a worg from the Orgrimmar stables to ride on land. (Using Garn Nighthowl for the model because it worked nicely)

Details: Soar doesn’t last nearly long enough and I would kill to have it as a permanent mode of flying transportation for the Dracthyr. Her worg is a larger than everage one to be able to carry her, and she spoils him. She hasn’t given him a name yet, as she views she will return him back to Orgrimmar once she has helped with the Expedition but that likely won't happen.

Adulthood: As with many, if not all, Dracthyr Iseri spent much of her adulthood fighting for Neltharion in defense of the dragons.

Currently: Presently Iseri can be found helping the Expedition to the Dragon Isles alongside her fellow Dark Talons of the Horde, however she is more than happy to interact with any of the non-Horde races, as well as her fellow Wardens amongst the Alliance.

Miscellaneous: I play very sporadically. I prefer interactions that can be picked up and set down, such as through here or Discord. If you want to do Discord RP let me know and I’d be happy to do so! I am not interested in seeking character romance or non-platonic relationships with my characters. Sorry if that’s something that gets in the way for you, but it’s a hard boundary that I don’t cross.

I’m trying something I haven’t done in a very long time with a rough idea that is changed by those that I interact with for her. I haven’t done that since Cata!
