one of the writers for idw sonic stated that the rules for writing shadow have changed a bit, specifically that theres clearer and more reasonable guidelines for how to write him, and that the upcoming issues with shadow in them were easier to write than past ones because of this

I know but why would you tell me with such honesty. I feel like i'm going through 2019/20 again, but I hate the other guy with a burning passion. I know it happens with other drivers too, but I feel that in Ferrari that gets so amplified, a couple of mistakes and you're done, a washed out driver who doesn't deserve a seat. They're saying this is Charles worst season, while he got podium and poles, and still he wasn't far off pole yesterday (0.07s) in a car he claims not be confortable in. But all it matters are result and points, some really can't see past that, in a season where they shouldn't matter that much and Charles had 3 dnfs to no fault of his own.

Media perception of him has being going down hill this year, like it did with Seb and Ferrari just added to it, I really don't see a way out with how things are shaping up. CS already has a nickname for sky italy while Charles is now the scared driver. It's such bullshit

icp often especially gets a bad rep because of bang pow boom (which is funnily may be my fav album by them) - specifically "miracles" with the lines "fuckin magnets, how do they work?" EVEN THOUGH - it was meant to be a fun line / wasn't meant to be serious. like they KNEW it was silly because it was written in the perspective of his (J's) 4 year old daughter, after he was watching her amazement by magnets. it made him realize how beautiful the little things in life can be if you look at it in a different perspective. that what may seem boring to you, is amazing to somebody else. like out of context, it sounds silly. but in context, it's better, and it's a good message, rly. also like that whole album is about killing abusive/bigoted people. so like. win win.
