Disano oats is a perfect and a healthy choice for the entire family. It is made from 100 percent wholegrain oats which is a natural source of protein and dietary fibre It helps reduce the risk of high blood pressure and cholesterol You can prepare many innovative healthy recipes using @Disanooats I tried baking a Oats cookie as our evening snack. This is a gluten free healthy cookie as it does not contain flour, butter, oil and sugar. RECIPE FOR HEALTHY OATS COOKIES- Ingredients - Disano oats 1 cup Dates 13 Banana 1 medium size Honey 2 tbsp Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp Cocoa powder 2 tsp Milk little to blend Method - First grind oats into fine powder Grind dates, banana, cinnamon powder, cocoa powder, honey, milk little to paste Mix both nicely and make a dough If the dough is runny add more oats powder to adjust consistency Make small balls, flatten it using fork. Dip the fork in water before flattening as the dough will be little sticky Bake in preheated oven at 200 degree for 20 mins Healthy Disano oats cookies are ready.
