It takes only the heart, soul, and character of Abbas (as) to be in thirst and conquer the river only to throw it's unworthy water back to it's heart and prefer to quench the thirst from the purest of water - Kausar…
It can only be the heart of Abbas (as) to deny himself the coolness of water and immediately gives away his hands for feeling the coolness whilst the hands of his master were blood ridden and feeling the heat of the sand of Karbala..
It can only be the heart of Abbas (as) to have every bit of him shattered, bruised, broken and torn knowing that soon enough the body of his master would be trampled by stallions.
It can only be the heart of Abbas (as) to aim for eradicating those who wanted to erase Hussain (as), and make his aim in line with the aims of Imam of his time. So what if Abbas (as) was not allowed to fight? Abbas (as) continued the aim of eradicating the enemies of Hussain (as) so he allowed the enemies to break his head, spine, and ribs but he broke the ideologies of the enemies by forever bring the flag of Hussain (as) in every piece of land and water.
"“O self! After Husain you are nothing and after him there is nothing. This is Husain who is going towards death while you would drink cool water? By Allah! This is not an action sanctioned by my religion.””
— Words of Hazrat Abbas A.S when he reached Euphrates and did not quench his thirst but instead quoted the above lines to himelf <3

It is not unusual for parents to come to me and tell me to "save" their now teenage child. First of all, guidance is only in Allah's hands. We are just mediums. Secondly, I have noticed that almost always the reason is a poor relationship in general. Even if parents are "religious," that doesn't mean they treat their children well. If they are harsh and the child doesn't get a sense that they care, it is the foundation of a poor relationship. I genuinely feel bad for the parents. Some realized later in life they didn't prioritize their kids, or perhaps started getting more serious about their relationship with Allah. It is hard for an Imam or counselor to undue years of neglect. However, there is one thing these parents can do when they realize they didn't give their children time, love, etc. Apologize to them. Tell them you thought you were doing the best you could at the time, but that you want a fresh start and want to be an active part of their life. If we are not able to start with this, then perhaps the concern is not genuine to begin with.

🍂🥀🍂 Lamentation Of The Owl’s On The Martydom Of Imam Hussain {as}
Hussain bin Abi Ghabdar says: Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (as) asked;
“Has anyone of you ever seen an owl in day time?”
And the people replied:
“No, it never appears during the day. It only appears at night.”
Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (as) said:
“The owls previously dwelled in only developed structures but when Imam Hussain (as) was martyred, they refused to stay in developed structures and refused to take anything but ruins as abodes.
Indeed, the owls fast during the day and are aggrieved until nightfall.
At night they lament on Imam Hussain (as) till the morning.
(1) Hussain bin Ali bin Sa'ad Barbari, who was the caretaker of the tomb of Imam Ali Reza (as) said: My father mentioned to me that:
When I went into the presence of Imam Ali Reza (as), He asked: What do the people say?
I said: Maula, we came to inquire something from you.
Then Imam Ali Reza (as) said: Can you see these owls?
During the period of My Grandfather, the Messenger of Allah (S), they used to inhabit houses of people and their camps.
And when the people sat down to have dinner, they landed near them and the people fed them crumbs and they lived on that.
Then they drank water and returned to their nests.
After Imam Hussain (as) was martyred, the owls stopped living in houses and moved to ruins and mountains.
They (owls) said: “You are the worst of the nations, because you have martyred the Grandson of your Prophet (S); now we do not trust you again.”
(2) Husain bin Ali Mithami has narrated from Ya'qub that he said: Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (as) said: Ya'qub, have you ever seen an owl during the day? I replied No!.
Then Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (as) again said: Do you know why it is so?
When I replied in the No again, Imam Jafar (as) said: The owl observes fast during the whole day and at night it ends the fast with the sustenance sent by Allah the Almighty. Then it continues to recite Nauhas on Imam Hussain (as) till the morning.

'Angels Crying For Imam Hussain (as)'
Imam Jafar al Sadiq (as) says,
"Allah has appointed four thousand disheveled angles, covered with dust, at the grave of Imam Husain (as) to cry on him from sunrise to midday.
At midday they are replaced with another four thousand who cry over him till sunrise."

The Heat of Husaini Love
The Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) said:
Surely, there exists in the hearts of the Mu' mineen, with respect to the martyrdom of Husain (A.S.), a heat that never subsides.Mustadrak al-Wasail, vol. 10,pg. 318
'Ali (A.S.) Weeps Grieving the Martyrs of Karbala
Imam Baqir (A.S.) said: Amirul Mu'mineen Ali(A.S.), along with two of his companions, happened to pass by Karbala and as he did so, tears filled his eyes. He said (to them), "This is the resting place of their animals; and this is where their luggage shall be laid down; and it is here that their blood shall be shed. Blessed are you O' Earth, that the blood of the beloved shall be spilled upon you.”
Imam Sadiq (A.S.) said:As for A'li Ibn al-Husain (A.S.), he cried over Husain (A.S.) for twenty years (after the tragedy of Karbala); never would any food be placed before him except that he would begin to weep.
Imam Reza (A.S.) said (to one of his companions):
If you desire that for you be the reward equivalent to that of those martyred along with Husain (A.S.), then whenever you remember him say: ‘Oh! Would that I had been with them! A great achievement would I have achieved’.
Imam 'Ali(A.S.) said:
Surely, Allah has chosen for us followers (Shi'ites), who assist us and are happy at our happiness and are sad in our sadness.
Imam 'Ali Ibn al-Husain(A.S) used to say:
Every Mu'min, whose eyes shed tears upon the killing of Husain Ibn' Ali(A.S.) and his companions, such that the tears roll down his cheeks, Allah shall accommodate him in the elevated rooms of paradise.

𝗟AMENTATION OF THE OWLS ON THE MARTYRDOM OF IMAM HUSSAIN {AS}.
Hussain bin Abi Ghabdar says: Imam Ja’far Sadiq (as) asked;
“Has anyone of you ever seen an owl in day time?”

According to the teachings of Imam Ghazzali there are 4 ways to recognise your defective mannerisms/ill-character:
1. To sit at the feet of a spiritual guide who will highlight your deficiencies.
2. Having a sincere friend/companion who will inform you of any of your ill-traits.
[He says, (yes in his time!) that these two are very rare to find].
3. Look at the mannerism/character of other people, reflect yourself and rectify your state.
4. Listen to your enemies, they're always ready to find your faults!

*THE SECRET OF THE TASBEEH OF FATIMA ZAHRA[sa]*
Imam Jafar Sadiq[as] said : “One who recites the Tasbeeh of Sayeda Fatima Zahra[sa] after a wajib namaz before he stretches out his legs (i.e. he recites the Tasbeeh while he is in the posture of Tashahhud) , then Jannat becomes wajib upon him” (Falaah Saael by Ibne Taoos (r.a.), Pg. 165)
Another tradition from Imam Sadiq[as] says:“One who glorifies Allah after the obligatory prayer through the Tasbeeh of Sayeda Fatima Zahra[sa] and then follows it up by saying ‘Laa ilaaha illallah’, Allah will forgive his sins.” (Al-Kafi, Kitabus Salaat, Pg. 342)
Reciting the Tasbeeh of Fatima Zahra[sa] before sleeping Imam Jafar Sadiq[as]says : “One who recites the Tasbeeh of sayeda Fatima Zahra[sa] at the time of going to bed, he will be accounted amongst those who have remembered Allah a lot.” (Wasaaelush Shia Vol 4, Pg. 1026)
In the book ‘Wasaaelush Shia’ there is a tradition from Imam Muhammad Baqir[as] which says that at the time of going to bed, Tasbeeh of Sayeda Fatima Zahra[sa]and then Mauzatain (Surah Falaq and Surah Naas) and Ayatul Kursi should be recited.
Teaching the recitation of Tasbeeh to the children In this connection, Imam Jafar Sadiq[as] says :“ O Abu Haroon! We order our children to recite the Tasbeeh of Fatima Zahra[sa]in the same manner as we order them for the performance of Namaz ” (Al-Kafi, Kitabus Salaat, Pg. 343)
Reciting Tasbeeh made out of the Turbah of grave of Imam Husain[as] It is better that the Tasbeeh of Fatima Zahra[sa] be made of the pure Turbah (soil) of the grave of Hamza[as].
It has been narrated from Imam e Zamana[atfj] “ One who just holds the Tasbeeh made out of the soil of the grave of Imam Husain[as]and does not do any Zikr, even then for him will be written the reward of having recited the Azkaar” (Wasaaelush Shia Vol 4, Pg. 1033)
Imam Jafar Sadiq[as]says : “One zikr or Istighfaar recited on the Tasbeeh made out of the soil of the grave of Imam Husain[as] is equal to 70 such zikr recited on any other thing.” (Wasaaelush Shia Vol 4, Pg. 1033)
*As Salaamu Aleyki Ya Bibi Fatematu Zahra(sa)*
Please share it so the world would know the high status of reciting *Tasbeeh e Fatematu Zahra (sa)*

🍃🕊🍃 Ocean of pearls and corals denote the Imams (as)
🍃 Allah the most high says in Surah Rahman: 🍃
He has made the two seas to flow freely (so that) they meet together: Between them is a barrier which they cannot pass. Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? There come forth from them pearls (lolo) and corals (marjan).
🍃🕊🍃 Surah Rahman 🍃🕊🍃
🍃 (55:19-22) 🍃
Most commentators say that two seas denote a salty one and a sweet one. The sweet water enters the salty sea and by the power of Allah they mix together and pearls come into existence where these waters mix together. Some have said that it refers to the sea of the sky and the sea of land and when the rain-bearing cloud rains on the sea the shells open their mouth and pearls are made from it. Others have said that it refers to the sea of Persia and the sea of Rome. In the explanation of these verses many traditions has been narrated from the Ahle Sunnat and Shias.
Thalabi from Ahle Sunnat has narrated from Sufyan Thawri and Ibne Jabir that the two seas are Ali and Fatima (pbbut) and the Holy Prophet (S) is the ‘barrier’ and ‘pearls’ and ‘corals’ are Hasan and Hussain (pbbut). The big pearl refers to Imam Hasan (as) and Hussain (as) is compared to a small pearl or with coral, whose redness is associated with the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (as).
Shaykh Tabarsi has narrated from Salman Farsi, Saeed Ibne Jubair and Sufyan, and Ibne Mahyar has also narrated this from Ibne Abbas and also from Ahle Sunnat sources it is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri and from Shia chains from Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (as) that the two seas are Ali (as) and Fatima (sa). It means that neither Imam Ali (as) does injustice on Lady Fatima (sa) nor Lady Fatima (sa) does injustice on Imam Ali (as) and Imam Hasan (as) and Imam Hussain (as) were born from them.(1)
Ibne Mahyar has narrated through Sunni chains from Abu Zar that the two seas are Ali and Fatima (pbbut) and ‘pearls’ and ‘corals’ are Hasan and Husain (pbbut). And who has seen anyone like these four. Only the believer befriends them and only the unbeliever hates them. So remain a believer due to the love of Ahlulbayt (as) and do not become an unbeliever by hating them, otherwise Allah cast you into Hell.
Ibne Babawayh in Khisal has narrated from Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (as) on this verse that Ali and Fatima (pbbut) are the two deep seas of knowledge, none of whom does injustice on the other; and pearls and corals are Hasan and Hussain (pbbut).
Ibne Shahr Aashob has narrated from Ibne Abbas that one day Lady Fatima (sa) complained to the Holy Prophet (S) about her poverty and difficulties. The Prophet (S) said: O Fatima! Be content with your husband because he is a Sayyid and a leader and he is the best of all the creatures in this world and the hereafter. At that time Allah revealed this verse:
He has made the two seas to flow freely…
Imam Ali (as) is the sea of knowledge and Lady Fatima (sa) is the sea of Prophethood who are connected to each other and I have connected them. It means that there is a barrier between them which is the personality of the Prophet (S), who refrains Ali (as) from becoming sad in the world due to poverty and refrains Fatima (sa) from saying anything against Ali (as).
So, O the nations of people and Jinn, which of the bounty of Allah - it means the Wilayat of Ali (as) or the love of Fatima (sa) would you deny? Because these two are the great blessings of Allah for you, that is why ‘pearl’ means Imam Hasan and ‘coral’ means Imam Hussain (pbbut) because ‘lolo’ is big pearl and ‘marjan’ is the small pearl.

Brothers are of four kinds: A brother who cares both about you and about himself, a brother who is only concerned about you, a brother who is only after harming you , and a brother who benefits neither you nor himself. When asked to clarify this , Imam Husain (A.S.) said , " A brother , who cares about you and himself , is beneficial for both you and himself. such a brother maintains friendship with you , as in a perfect friendship , the two friends live together happily , but in a deficient one relations sour soon. The brother who is only concerned about you, he does not seek any material gains in his friendship with you. Rather , he will make every effort to help , and that is true friendship. The brother who constantly seeks to harm you : such a brother is in fact an enemy disguised and masked. He looks for an opportunity to harm you. He cleverly hides his real face from you. He lies about you in your absence, and he is jealous of you. May he suffer eternal damnation: And the brother who benefits neither you nor himself , he is a truly stupid person. Avoid making friends with his type. Such a friend seeks superiority to you and plots to possess whatever you have.
-Imam Hussain ibne Ali (A.S)

Muharram-ul-Haraam is the first month of the Islamic calendar. It is the month of extreme greatness and blessings, especially the 10th of this month, that is, Ashura day. This day has been given extraordinary importance in Islam. The Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللّٰەُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم observed fast himself on this day and also commanded blessed companions رَضِىَ اللّٰەُ عَنْهُم to observe fast on this day. (Derived from: Sahih Bukhari, vol. 1, pp. 656, Hadees 2004)
Even before Islam people would respect this day and would observe fast on this day. We should also fast on Ashura day (10th Muharram-ul-Haraam) and should perform acts of worship abundantly. A few virtuous deeds which are performed on Ashura day are being mentioned below so that we can be persuaded to practise them.
Fast of Ashura erases sins
The Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللّٰەُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has said: I hope from the mercy of Allah Almighty that the fast of Ashura erases the sins of one year before it. (Sahih Muslim, pp. 454, Hadees 2746)
Deed of Ashura night
When the night of Ashura comes, perform this deed: Offer four Nafl on the Ashura night; in every Rak’at after Surah Al-Fatihah, recite Ayat-ul-Kursi 1 time and complete Surah Al-Ikhlas (قُلْ ھُوَ اللّٰەُ اَحَدٌ) 3 times. After completing the Salah recite Surah Al-Ikhlas 100 times. By virtue of its blessing, you will be purified of sins and will get many great blessings in Paradise. (Jannati Zaywar, pp. 157, amended)
Prescription for increasing sustenance
The Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللّٰەُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has said: One who spends generously on his children on the 10th Muharram, Allah Almighty will give him much the whole year. Sayyiduna Sufyan رَحْمَةُ اللّٰەِ عَلَيْه has said: We acted upon the blessed Hadees and found the same. (Mishkat-ul-Masabih, vol. 1, pp. 365, Hadees 1926)
Virtues of Ashura day
Islamic scholars have written 10 things to be Mustahab on Ashura day: (1) Keeping fast (2) giving Sadaqah (3) offering Nafl Salah (4) reciting Surah Al-Ikhlas (قُلْ ھُوَ اللّٰەُ اَحَدٌ) one thousand times (5) beholding Islamic scholars (6) stroking the head of an orphan (7) to spend generously on family (8) performing Ghusl (9) Applying kohl (10) clipping nails (11) paying a visit to sick people (12) reconciling with enemies. (Jannati Zaywar, pp. 158, summarised)
Send Sawab to the martyrs of Karbala
On Ashura day, Sayyiduna Imam Husain رَضِىَ اللّٰەُ عَنْهُ sacrificed his blessed life along with his companions رَضِىَ اللّٰەُ عَنْهُم for the sake of serving Islam. So on this day, we should also arrange Quran Khuwani, do Zikr, recite Durood, give donations and Niyaz (provide food to Muslims).

THE HOLY HEAD OF IMAM HUSSAIN {AS} IN KHULI'S {LA} OVEN.
It is mentioned in traditional reports that; when the severed Head of the oppressed Imam Hussain (as) reached Ibne Ziyad (la), he entrusted the same to the accursed Khuli bin Yazid Asbahi and told him: Take it home and when I need, I would ask you to bring it back.
The accursed Khuli lifted the severed head and went home.
He had two wives: one was Thalbiya from Bani Thalib.
According to some traditional reports she was from Bani Taghlib.
His second wife was Mafriya.
The accursed Khuli brought the severed head to Mafriya.
She asked: “Whose head is this?”
He replied: It is the Head of Husain bin Ali (as) and I would receive a great reward for this.
She said: Ill tidings to you. Tomorrow, on Judgment Day, His Eminence, Prophet Muhammad Mustafa (saww) would be infuriated at
you and from today neither you are my husband nor I am your wife.
Then she lifted an iron rod and hit him on his head.
After that the accursed took the head to Thalaba. When she inquired about it and he told her: “It is the head of a Khariji, who
rebelled against Ibne Ziyad.”
She asked about the name of that person, but he didn’t mention it; he placed that head in the oven.
Thalaba says: At night rays of effulgence emanated from that head and reached upto the sky and it was reciting the Holy Qur'an, till it concluded the recitation with the verse: “…and they who act unjustly shall know to what final
place of turning they shall turn back.”(sa sayalamullazi zalamu... )
She says: On one hand that head was reciting the Qur'an and at the same time I could hear the sound of Tasbih from it; so I surmised that they were angels.
On witnessing that spectacle I came to my husband and told him that I saw rays of effulgence emerging from the head and
that it was also reciting the Qur'an. Why don’t you tell me whose head it is?
Again Khuli gave the same reply that it was (Allah forbid!) a Khariji, who staged an uprising against Ibne Ziyad. I would take this head to Yazid bin Muawiyah and earn a great reward.
Thalaba insisted that he tell her the name of that person.
When he was compelled, he said:
“If you insist, it is the head of Hussain Ibn Ali (as).”
As soon as she heard the name of Imam Hussain (as), Thalaba screamed and became unconscious. When she regained consciousness, she said:
You are worse than Majus people.
You martyred the progeny of Prophet Muhammad Mustafa (saww) and caused distress to the
Prophet. Have you no fear of the Creator of the earth and the heavens?
And the limit of your shamelessness is such that you want to present the Head of the Son of Sayyidah Fatima Zahra (sa) to Yazid (la) and accept reward for it.
Then Thalaba came out from there crying and lifting the Holy Head placed it in her lap, and kissing it, said:
“Oh Imam Hussain (as), may Allah curse your killers and Prophet Muhammad (saww) becomes the claimant against them.”
She continued to sit with the Head in her lap till she fell asleep. She dreamt that the roof of her house was rent asunder and rays of effulgence were seeping inside it. Then a white cloud entered and two respectable Ladies emerged from it. They lifted the Head of the oppressed Imam Hussain (as) from the lap of Thalaba and after kissing it, began to cry.
Thalaba said: “I adjure you by Allah, who are you?”
The elder One said: I am Khadija bint Khuwailad (sa) and this is My Daughter, Fatima Zahra (sa). We have come to your house
to visit our oppressed Son and We thank you for according so much honor to it.
Allah has accepted your deed and you would be in Paradise in our neighborhood.
After that dream, Thalaba woke up and at that time Imam Hussain's (as) Head was in her lap. Khuli demanded the Head from her.
Thalaba refused to surrender it and said: May Allah destroy you; give me divorce. I cannot live in this house with you.
The accursed Khuli said: Give me that Head and after that do what you like.
Thalaba refused to give the Head.
The accursed Khuli murdered the believer Lady (his wife) and took away the Holy Head.
Thus that believer Lady reached Paradise, in the neighborhood of Sayyida Khadija (sa) soon.
