Has an excellent dance class this afternoon celebrating International Day Of Dance with my auntie and the ever amazing @lucyfishleigh95 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 I’ve had a really tough few days, but today has been much better. As always, Lucy is an incredible friend; when we messaged last night and I told her I’d had a rough time she instantly asked what she could do to help... I said to get me dancing, and be her usual wonderful self! Usually the best medicine is a cwtch; when a pandemic makes that impossible, a dance, a chat, and a laugh with your mate via Zoom is the best possible substitute. I’m now very hopeful that two hot policemen will knock on my door after Lucy’s experiences this week 😂 although hopefully not when I’ve just woken up! And I’m glad I made Lucy laugh by revealing my mum’s celebrity crush (it’s definitely not who you’d expect 🙈)! During a tough week, I’m feeling forever grateful to have met this amazing lady, to call her my friend, and to have someone so awesome bringing joy to my life ❤️ Yesterday was my last dance 💃🏻 class before Christmas 🎄, and therefore my last Lucy Day (except it’s actually not, because Lucy and I are having a day out next Wednesday 😂👍🏻!), so although we’re having a dance class Christmas do next week, we decided to have our own lil Christmas meal. I gotta day I am ABSOLUTELY CHUFFED that my awesome 😎 friend @can swans01 made it to my 25th birthday 🎂 party last Friday!! He’s one of my friends from my Ty Hafan Squad, our palliative care support group that brings together young people who went to Ty Hafan and lived to tell the tale. I was so impressed by how confident Cam’s gotten in the last year; he only used to ever come to social stuff if that pain in the arse @bluebirdccfc94 was coming too... but now he’s a proper social butterfly! He came on his own with just his carer knowing only me and my parents, and he was chatting away to loads of my family and friends all night. It was honestly such a joy to see how confident he is! I’m super proud of you mate 😁! Also, I feel y’all need to know Cam made me AND my mum CRY by being a bastard and saying truly lovely things 😭🥰💖 My mum is officially your biggest fan Cam!
