Those were feelings I had unintentionally put into words, but it was because of those words that they reached his heart.

Thinking about that, I felt not only embarrassment but also the joy of having conveyed my feelings.

Kicho: "That's why I want to express it through both words and actions."

Kicho: "There's no one I love more than you."

Kicho: "Just being like this, skin to skin, touching each other, makes me incredibly happy."

My heart tightened as his arms gently enveloped me.

(I wonder if it's because I bared my innermost feelings that he's giving me such straightforward words.)

Thinking this, I felt reassured that I had shown him my true self.

Mai: "I'm happy too."

I reached out with both arms, embracing the person I loved tightly, and we shared deep connections multiple times, expressing our passionate feelings for each other.

A few days later, I visited his room with the prototype dress in hand.

Kicho: "Has the dress you were working on been completed?"

Mai: "Yes, I wanted you to see it first."

When I unfolded it to show him, a smile graced his lips.

Kicho: "It's well done."

Kicho: "The form and the meticulous craftsmanship are truly magnificent."

Kicho: "This dress could be accepted in any country."

Mai: "I'm glad to hear that."

I was happier to have his approval than anyone else's.

Mai: "I hope Darren will also like it."

Kicho: "There's no way he wouldn't. In fact, there might even be additional orders."

Kicho: "How about considering having your dresses sold in this trading post?"

Mai: "Hehe, that sounds wonderful."

I returned his smile, and he ran his hand over the dress and then looked at me.

Kicho: "The only regret is that you won't be wearing this dress."

Kicho: "I'm sure it would look great on you."

Mai: "You think so?"

Kicho: "Yes. If you're interested, I'll support you with whatever you need. I'd love to see it happen."

His seriousness surprised me, and a warm smile formed on my lips.

Mai: "Then, can I make a tailcoat just for you?"

Kicho: "For me?"

He looked at me puzzled, so I showed him my sketchbook.

Mai: "Here. When I designed those dresses, I also thought about designing a matching tailcoat."

Kicho peered at the sketchbook and then narrowed his eyes meaningfully.

Kicho: "I see, thank you."

Mai: "Huh?"

(Why is he suddenly thanking me?)

Curious, I looked at the sketchbook and noticed a note in my handwriting.

Kicho looks good in anything. I love him so much!

Mai: "What the!?"

I quickly covered that part with my hand.

Mai: "D-Did you see it?"

Kicho: "If you want to hide it, I'll pretend I didn't see it."

Kicho: "But if you move your hand, I can convey that I love you too."

Mai: "If you put it that way, I guess I have no choice but to show you."

Unable to resist his expectant gaze, I gently moved my hand aside, and he rewarded me with a sweet kiss, sealing our feelings with the sketchbook as a witness.

“I appreciate the gesture…” I began, but was interrupted by Kenshin taking the bottle from Shingen and then pouring sake into my cup.

“I’ll be the only one pouring for her.” Kenshin said. “Go find some other goddess. This one is mine.”

I felt my cheeks redden, but I also couldn’t help but to smile. Kenshin got jealous so easily sometimes. “You know Kenshin, you’re the only man for me. It doesn’t matter how anyone else flirts.” I assured him.

“I know.” Kenshin replied. “But HE needs to stop it.”

Shingen chuckled. “I know when a goddess is unavailable.” He said. “I can appreciate basking in her presence without having to take anything from you.”

Kenshin put an arm around my waist and pulled me closer all while glaring at Shingen. “Next time you flirt with her, I will kill you.”

“Can’t have one day go by without Lord Kenshin threatening someone.” Sasuke said.

“Well, it would help if Lord Shingen would stop flirting.” Yukimura replied.

We all spent the evening talking and joking together, sharing laughter. Shingen threw out a few more flirty lines here and there…and Kenshin threatened to kill him, actually pulled his sword out a time or two.

“That’s ten KU in less than an hour.” Sasuke murmured, causing me to laugh as I calmed Kenshin down and got him to put his sword away.

“I still can’t believe you turned it into a measurement.” I told Sasuke, being the only one to understand his joke.

“It is for my scientific research.” Sasuke replied matter-of-factly. “Also helps me to keep picturing myself in a movie.”

“Our lives would be an interesting movie for certain.” I agreed.

“Mo-vie?” The others asked in unison.

“It’s kind of like a play.” I explained.

“But recorded to be enjoyed again and again.” Sasuke added.

We all talked a while longer as the party went on before Kenshin was declaring he;d had enough for the night. He stood up and held his hand out for me. I smiled as I placed my hand in his and then bid everyone a good night.

Shingen grinned at me over his sake cup. “Enjoy your evening, goddess.”

There was something in the look in his eyes, suggesting he knew something was coming and I found myself blushing in embarrassment. I turned my gaze to focus on Kenshin who’s shoulders were almost stiff as we walked.

“Kenshin…” I began trying to find out what was the matter.

Before I could get anything other than his name out. Kenshin was whirling around and scooping me up into his arms, his lips were on mine in a passionate kiss. “Mmm…” I moaned into the kiss, despite the fact that we had just barely left the prying eyes and ears of the rest of the castle.

Kenshin broke the kiss, his emerald and sapphire gaze burning and filling me with a passionate heat. “I’m sorry.” He murmured. “But I can’t help myself.” He was then carrying me down the hall, all the way to our shared bedroom, pepper kisses on my face and neck.

I smiled up at him. “I don’t mind.” I replied. “Especially when it results with you loving me so well…jealousy seems to be a great motivator for you.”

Kenshin smiled at me. “You indulge me too much, my love.” He told me before capturing my lips and beginning to thrust into me, continuing our long night of pleasure.

I said I was gonna put together that Unrequited/Love Rival list for IkeSen and by the gods I am going to put it together! Shout out to @babyblue0t7 for reminding me (and sharing some info too) that I had made a post with the goal and intent to put together said list but got distracted by a multitude of things;;;; (and poor memory;;)

As much as I hc Raph to be such a (secret) sucker for romance media, I feel like he wouldn't really understand or be interested in otome games. He wouldn't seriously judge, but he would tease you for playing so many. He'd joke, saying that you probably like your anime boyfriends more than him, but I think deep down that he would really want the reassurance. If he was gonna like any otome game, it would have to be one here the MC falls in love with a "monster," be that a literal one, in the sense of them just not being human (Like IkeVamp) or in the sense of the LI just having irredeemable qualities/being aggressive/being evil, I think that's the only kind he could really get behind. Any kind of Beauty and the Beast type of story he looovesssss. Because of that I could see him enjoying Ikemen Prince (very lightly, he just likes the comparison to beauty and the beast), but if he were going to get attached to any otome game, it would be Ikemen Vampire. I think Theo would be his kin, and his crush.

No matter how many otome games you've played, I guarantee that this man has played more. And not just otome games, but really any dating sim. The FNaF Dating Sim will always (ironically, mostly because of nostalgia) have a place in his heart, but honestly, I kind of see him being a big fan of MLQC (Lucien is his favorite 100% sweetheart, but also evil scientist? What do you mean it's not Don?) No matter what game he plays, he always either falls for his kinnie, or a woman way out of his league lmao. Without fail. I think he would also be a fan of the Your Boyfriend Dating Sim. It scratches the immoral, fucked up, obsessive part of his brain (my boy just wants someone to love him as much as he loves them :c)

Oda forces.

Nobunaga Oda.

He will give the boy a hard time, obviously. He is a protective big brother after all, so he will make sure to intimidate your lover with his natural scary aura. He will also judge whether your lover is worthy of you or not.

Nobunaga trusts you, but he also wants you to be careful when it comes to dating, you are still too young.

Hideyoshi Toyotomi.

Hideyoshi is the embodiment of a mother hen, there is no need to say anything else. Ok, he will be attentive to every move your lover makes, stand between the two of you while sitting… hideyoshi can be an embarrassing older brother.

Don’t worry though, he will try to be less overprotective as he gets to know your lover.

Masamune Date.

His little sister has a lover, huh~? You two are just adorable, BUT Masamune will stay alert. His may have only one eye, but that doesn’t mean he can’t see well. He will judge your lover while making silly jokes about how cute you two are together.

He doesn’t really shows it, but Ieyasu can be very protective as an older brother. He will act extra annoyed by your lover, trying to give them a hard time. He was surprised at himself for acting this way, but he wasn’t going to stop.

Ieyasu will act extra sarcastic and sour, even after getting to know your lover better. You can never be too careful.

Mitsunari Ishida.

Oh, Mitsunari will be a sweetheart, he will offer to make tea for the both of you. You will try to stop him but it’s too late… your lover will try hiding the fact that he didn’t like the tea, and will genuinely wonder if Mitsunari was just bad at making tea or if this was a threat.

Without Mitsunari knowing, he will keep your lover on his toes, since he won’t know if Mitsunari’s kindness is genuine or fake. It’s genuine, of course.

Mitsuhide Akechi.

Mitsuhide is a different story, he will act kindly but will make it very obvious that he is faking it. You know, with his usual smirk and silver tongue, he will actually keep your lover on his toes with sugarcoated threats.

He just wants to scare the boy away, mitsuhide won’t just accept anyone as his sister’s lover.

Ranmaru Mori.

Ranmaru… he is definitely more kind. But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t know how to threaten someone and keep them alert. Ranmaru will act sweetly, but will occasionally make your lover nervous with warnings to not harm you in any possible way.

Otherwise he will act friendly towards your lover.

Keiji.

Keiji is a master at being two-faced, so he will act all friendly whenever you are with your lover, like the cheerful guy he usually acts as. But when you are away and he is alone with your lover..? His true colors appear and he will make his words very clear, if he hurts you, he is done.

Of course, when you come back, Keiji will switch back to being a cheerful guy. Your lover can’t really say anything in situations like these.

Uesugi-Takeda alliance.

Kenshin Uesugi.

Remember about how all the other warlords were giving small threats and intimidating your lover? Kenshin is on a whole different level, he will challenge your lover on a duel with swords. And he won’t take no for an answer.

It’s really more like a test to see if your lover is worthy of you, and the only way to prove it is if he wins against kenshin… might as well give up. If your lover somehow manages to win or get close to win against Kenshin, he might consider not stabbing your lover.

Shingen Takeda.

Shingen is very good at dating, so he has given you many tips on how to date and how to be careful at your age. He taught you everything you needed to know, but… he didn’t expect you to find yourself a lover this quickly. Shingen did teach you about dating, but he thinks it’s too soon for you. He might try to convince you that you can find someone better, but there is no arguing about it.

He will be very passive aggressive around your lover, roasting him every chance he gets. Shingen is protective, he just doesn’t let it be that obvious around you.

Yukimura Sanada.

Yukimura is a bit more chill… but he is also protective in is own way. The difference is that he will try to get to know your lover better to see if he is good for you. Who knows, maybe they can become friends. But, because he is very blunt, he might seem rude to your lover the first time they met each other.

He really is a lot more chill, though. Yukimura won’t threaten or attack your lover, he will give him a one time warning.

Yoshimoto Imagawa.

Yoshimoto is not aggressive… physically. But with his words, he can definitely be. Yoshimoto will definitely be polite around your lover, but he will make sure he doesn’t feel comfortable. Yoshimoto will make a cold atmosphere with his words so that your lover isn’t quite relaxed.

Otherwise he won’t be aggressive or threatening towards him, just cold.

Sasuke.

Sasuke will be friendly as well, he isn’t the type of guy who would threaten someone. He is the normal big brother between all the other warlords, as surprising as that sounds. He will just weird your boyfriend out a bit since… well, Sasuke is a bit of a nerd for science and your lover is from the sengoku era.

The maximum Sasuke might do is confuse your lover.

Kanetsugu.

Oh, this one is actually pretty aggressive. He will be very transparent about his hatred for your boyfriend. If kenshin is already that overprotective of you, imagine Kanetsugu. He will always have his sword on his hand while talking with your lover. He will also question about why you are dating him when you could do better.

He is another mother hen… but this one actually attacks.
