You have to turn on the ask for the Secret Santa. I’ve never been on Tumblr mobile, but I’d assume that you go to settings and switch it on. If at all possible, please try to get on a PC or something, that way it would be much easier. 

Edit: Mobile absolutely sucks. I'm pretty sure there's no way to turn it on on mobile. You need to be able to access the desktop site. - Liz
