5 things that make me happy

1. My comfort films and TV shows (all three Thor movies - even though I have a vendetta against Tom Hiddleston, The League of Gentlemen, Blackadder)

2. Pres at my mates’ flats, playing quizoo, chatting shite and then leaving to go to the club and feeling the cold air on my face whilst slightly light headed from alcohol and then being admitted into the club, ears close to bleeding, going directly to the loo or the smoking area where you have the deepest of chats and then going inside and enjoying life

3. Theatre/performing (especially with my classmates) and the rush it gives me. Seeing and feeling an audience’s reaction to the piece you and your castmates and crew have worked hard on and knowing that everyone in that room is rooting for you. Also, coach trips to Dundee Rep with my class. I miss them like hell.

4. When I’m writing and something just falls into place so perfectly it is actually orgasmic and I have an immediate urge to yell to the world that something worked out.

5. My dad’s terrible attempt at making a Come On Eileen parody about COVID-19 because that was hilarious and kind of adorable and I really miss my stepmum going on about how similar we are and how we’re always out-triviaing each other
