And now, when he tried to calmly eat his lunch, (Y/n) decided to barge in while squealing.

"He said yes! We are going out tomorrow!"

Ego watched with a dumbfounded face as the two started speaking over each other.

Ness grew a little concerned at how red her face was.

'Maybe it's a flue.' He thought as he touched (Y/n)'s forehead.

"Then you have Yukimiya, Chigiri, Rin and I." Isagi said, dreading to see (Y/n) all lovey-dovey with the German boy. Rin and Chigiri were cracking their knuckles while Yukimiya was taking some notes.

'Whatever he is doing...' Isagi thought, worried that they might end up in jail.

'But it's for (Y/n)'s safety.'

"Then you have Kurona, Hiori, Otoya and I. We will beat Ness up." Karasu said with a murderous glint as the other three nodded their heads.

"No beating up! For now..." Kunigami sighed.

"That leaves Niko, Gagamaru, Aryu and I. When did you hear the date was again?" Kunigami asked as he looked over at Bachira, who was clenching his fists.

"At 9 they will meet up. They will go to the nearby town for a few hours. Can we beat him up after?"

"Maybe. I still don't see what (Y/n) loves about that freak when I am over here." Aryu sulked.

"You all... do you think (Y/n) might pick to work for Bastard München after this?"

The guys turned to look at Gagamaru, who was on the verge of crying along with Niko.

"The hell are you even saying?! She won't leave me- US like this!" Rin yelled, clearly the most upset about the whole incident.

"Calm down, Rin! What makes you even say that, Gagamaru?" Otoya questioned the boy.

"You all do remember that she never turned down Noel-san's offer officially." Gagamaru reminded them.

"Oh... But still, she wouldn't leave us for Ness... right?" Isagi said, chuckling nervously.

"No, of course not. We are still her number 1 priority!" Reo said as Nagi groaned.

'Why that bastard of all people?! I was right there (Y/n)!' The boy thought.

The next day (Y/n) woke up bright and early, got herself ready and dressed in some clothes Anri helped her pick up, then went to meet up with Ness at the entrance.

'He looks so dreamy~ those eyes!' (Y/n) blushed as the boy glanced at her.

"Should we go and eat first? You didn't eat anything." Ness offered as they walked down the road. Clearing her throat, (Y/n) nodded her head.

"Sure! Where do you want to go? I heard they have so many good restaurants."

"Whatever you pick, I trust your instincts." Ness smiled, shyly offering his hand for her to hold.

'Ahh! It's happening!' (Y/n) thought and took it.

"I saw good reviews on a restaurant down the road. They serve some French pastries too."

"Maybe we could beat him up now." Isagi said as a dark aura formed itself around Rin and him.

"It's so nice here, the food is good and even the music is right. That doesn't happen often." (Y/n) said as she ate her katsudon, enjoying the crunch of it.

"It's really nice. I need to eat it again when I visit Japan. You were right with the katsudon... was it?" Ness asked nervously as he took another bite.

"Aha~" the girl said as she happily took another bite.

'She seems to like food a lot... Hmm there are nice places in Munich I could bring her to once she visits again. So cute~' Ness sighed with a blush as he kept watching her eat, the facial expressions were adorable to him. Noticing that she nearly ate her fried meat and put some of his unto her bowl.

"Ha? Why aren't you eating it? Is it bad?" (Y/n) asked in panic, but the boy just shook his head, giving her another one of his smiles.

"I ate enough fried food for the time being... besides it seems to be your favorite part of the dish and I like how happy you look when eating it."

'Ahhh! I can't take it anymore!' (Y/n) thought as her face grew a bright red and stuttered out a quiet thank you. Then she looked down at her bowl to see what she could give him

"Are they sharing food now?" Niko asked in shock as the group observed them from a few tables away.

"I thought that was a thing she exclusively did with me..." Gagamaru said, sounding heartbroken as Niko added in.

"I feel so insulted... the two of us got closer thanks to food... and now she does the same with another dude."

"I still can't believe she never noticed us. Her eyes are completely glued to that Ness dude."  Aryu bit into his napkin, jealous of the heart eyes she was sending him the whole time.

"Calm down you all, I know this sucks and I rather we pull (Y/n) away from that dude, but we can't cause a scene." Kunigami warned, contemplating to go over there and pick the girl up from the seat.

The whole table then frowned as the two laughed at something.

I feel like he would let you sit on his lap after practice, like when he’s all burnt out. Other times he may fight against it.

You would just plop onto his lap and he wouldn’t even have a comeback to it.

But once you do that—your not getting off.

He will HOLD you down, and I mean HOLD.

You would barely notice his hands creeping up your waist due to your excitement of finally sitting on his lap.

Once he hugs you closer to him, you’d be stuck there until he decides to let you out.

Honestly - yeah, I agree, probably not.

Seeing how the story's progressing, I think they're gonna try to do the brunt of the character-building/backstory stuff (esp for the Germans)/resolution in the last game (it WILL be 150 chapters long fr). And they've built up a lot of tension that would work only if BM wins - 2 teams with no losses, Isagi vs Kaiser, Rin vs (now super strong) Isagi, whatever the fuck kind of dynamic would be between the striker pairs of Rin/Shidou and Isagi/Kaiser, Hiori & Karasu, bla bla bla. I still secretly hope that Bastard Munchen will lose, for the following reasons:

The game would end with a tie between Kaiser and Isagi, having 1 goal each. This would be great for the tension/rivalry between them and up the stakes for the next match. Also, I think it would make Kaiser mental, which I'd very much like to see;

Speaking of Kaiser. He would have to stomach losing. Can't even imagine how fun that would be for us to see NYAHHAHA;

It would be a fun challenge/reality check for Noa. I want him to acknowledge the weaknesses of the type of playstyle he is encouraging;

Isagi would have to swallow his words and take sitting out like a big boy. I would love to see him deal with the consequences of what he does for once (although - we know he won't have to, probably. C'mon, it's Isagi);

The fun character development stuff that could be done with Hiori losing right after coming out... Yummy!

I wanna see Ness go absolutely bonkers. Which will happen if they lose;

I want Barou to gloat and rub victory in Isagi's face. I think that would be fun to read;

(I want Sendo to finally get one W. ever. still holding out hope).

Uhh yeah. I don't know if they'd be able to figure out a way to write around Isagi sitting out in case BM does lose. But there's potential for fun stuff there (mmm like kaiser having to beg noa to put isagi in after he realizes he can't win against pxg without him.... nyeheheh)

ahhhh !!! i want to talk about this so bad thank you for asking!! spoilers for the manga up to chp 202 in this, so cont below the cut !!

ok ok ok so i posted the favorite character list and then, like, a day later i kinda fell in love with kunigami. in my defense, i had only read up to 78 when i made that post and then kunigami proceeded to do a series of things that made me insane: (1) lost the game w isagi, thus giving up chigiri, (2) got in a fight with shidou, who kind of drives me insane (derogatory), (3) chose the wild card door and then fucking disappeared???? and then (4) came back Changed™. i am so normal about the all of that. so so so normal.

but okay so basically, i am SO intrigued by kunigami's new development. the general "disappear and come back different" is SO interesting. i may just be missing some pieces, i kinda speed ran the manga instead of looking tooooo in depth, and now i'm kinda going back through and finding all the little details--so please lmk if i'm not seeing major bits or if i'm interpreting things wrong!!

but overall, the goal was to create the next noel noa, right? like, physique-wise? but like,,,, what did they actually do. i am sooo curious about whatever the fuck happened to him. i actually have so many questions and i. i don't even know where to start.

i was actually gonna make a post abt this--i decided not to because idk i didn't want to be annoying or whatever (which is stupid because this is the being annoying or whatever website, but i digress)--so i could talk about kunigami post-wild card and about chigiri and kunigami's friendship! the main point of the post was that i got SO invested in their friendship when they teamed up in the second selection in chp 44:

and then i'm invested in their friendship all over again when they actually play together in chp 58:

they're truly one of my favorite dynamics to come out of team z (bachira and isagi being my number one favorite, of course), and i'm so intrigued to see what's going to happen with them. i think it's also really interesting to look at the moments after the game (chp 68), right, okay because several things stick out to me there. so, first of all, isagi's words to reo:

which sticks out to me because what the whole "wild card" deal feels like to me is very much a "choose your fate" situation...like, kunigami could have exited OR he could have gone through the second door, not knowing what's behind it, and not being able to undo it. but this moment is also him taking charge of his fate and his future--on one hand, he's on his way out and he's kind of grasping at straws to stay and change his future, but he's also still reaching out and doing it, yk? i also wonder how many other people took this path--and even how many other people were offered the option in the first place.

in his last game, neither of them where "the one that chooses." reo got picked to join the other team. kunigami was the one who was left behind. but he still got to choose the second door. and i think that taking charge and making deliberate choices are both huge parts of succeeding at blue lock.

the wild card is also interesting because kunigami trades having to win every game / be the loser who gets picked by the other players in exchange for getting to the next phase but, like, at what fucking cost? he seems to have been hand chosen by ego after a different training and selection, but again, at what fucking cost?

so anyways, the other thing that happened after that match is what chigiri says specifically to kunigami:

this is interesting to me because this reminds me a LOT of what nagi and reo talk about in the germany v england match later on. in the beginning of the second selection, nagi talks about wanting to learn better soccer by being with isagi, then in the third selection, nagi says that his new whole goal is to beat isagi. if i recall correctly, him and reo start syncing up again in part bc of this goal to beat isagi.

so chigiri incentivizing kunigami by saying that WE have to win against ISAGI is reaaaallyyyy interesting. also, chigiri calling kunigami "hero" makes my little heart beat, but that's a side note.

this moment also makes me insane because it ALSO feels like a parallel to the bachira & isagi "i won't wait for you...if you want me, come and steal me" moment. i'm not quite sure what to make of any of that, but this is all spinning around in my head on a microwave dish.

then the other thing spinning in my head is the moment prior to the germany v england match, with chirigi, reo, and kunigami talking to each other (chp 173):

so coupla things here ig? first, "the same old you i knew" versus the switch from "hero" to "cynic hero." that's notable to me. not sure why. but it is. i think also this idea of fighting the same old you is really interesting because a huge theme i'm seeing in this manga on the first read through is the idea of change and evolution. there's no such thing as "the same old you" because they have all leveled up so much, they've all changed and grown and developed and evolved into something new--chigiri himself included.

so...maybe kunigami has a point that they DO all need to let go of who he used to be. the problem is that the person he used to be is so hard to let go of, especially when no one has seen this change happen or knows why it happened.

that being said, the idea of chigiri "waking him up" is kind of driving me up the walls. i feel like someone has to knock some light into kunigami again, but i have no idea how that's going to happen. i think it's hard because, in a lot of metrics, he's ranked really high and being really successful; whatever the wild card path was, it did something "right."

that being said, i then don't see much change in environment coming along, or any change in how his training is happening. if anything is going to change, it's going to be via some mid-game internal discourse sparked by isagi; and i think it would be most satisfying if chigiri was really important there too. but again, i don't think that it's coming soon, maybe not even in this general arc?

tbh, ultimately, i think, long term, kunigami won't make it to the best 23 as he is. that's not to say it's impossible for him to make it to the u20 team, but i think the way that he's going right now isn't going to be good enough to make it. he is genuinely performing really well, but i also can't see anyone building a team around him as a center point in the same way that the manga is constantly talking about building teams around isagi's most notable rivals and top competition (ex. kaiser, rin, and even nagi).

kunigami is great as his own little point of gravity, but no one is orbiting around him. which is actually really, really sad to me, because i think he truly could have been one of the best there if the circumstances had been even just slightly different. blue lock is truly so so tragic because there is so much skill in that prison and so much of it is being wasted and for what.

and kunigami honestly, from the very beginning, was always going to be hurt more than helped by blue lock. he was set up as a character who runs by fair play, someone who will win and will fight but will also still play by the rules. at the end of the day, yes, he gets results: he scored a goal in the first selection. but he also split his meal with isagi. he still rewarded the assist. that's not the goal of blue lock.

isagi kinda acknowledges something similar when he wins against him in the second selection, too. kunigami is strong and a great player, but he's not going to "devour" the others on the field in the same way so many others are going to do and going to try to do.

something about either the circumstances (blue lock) or kunigami himself was going to have to change in order for him to come out of this on top, and blue lock's rules aren't going to be changing any time soon.

idk. his story just feels so sad to me already and we don't even know how it ends yet.

Need to know what was goinh through yoir ocs' mind during the u 20, especially w shidou saying some interesting things to sae.

OMG thank you so much for asking this because I've thought about this A LOT ever since I started shipping Takumi and Shidou back im February

ANYWAYS I vaguely referenced to it in Takumi's Egoist Bible profile and I also wrote a little about it in his general info thing back in March but I'm going more into detail here (but if you wanna know more about Takumi's and Shidou's relationship, I recommend reading his general info thing)

Takumi originally wasn't supposed to be one of the starters for the Blue Lock Eleven (he was supposed to be on the bench), but Ego changed his mind when Sae chose Shidou. (Which made players like Raichi and Barou, who already didn't like Takumi, very mad because he's so short and gets to be a starter instead of them)

But actually, at this point only a handful of players knew Takumi and Shidou were dating. They decided to not tell others because Shidou thought it'd be funnier if they find out on their own. Although around this time more of the others slowly find out and that's when Takumi's nickname "cockroach's boyfriend" starts.

But ANYWAYS on to the match. Takumi is a midfielder and when the second half starts and he sees Shidou, he gets excited. Then he sees and hears... you know. All the stuff between Shidou and Sae.

That makes Takumi mad, obviously. Especially because some things like the more sexual ones ("You've made me throb like never before" or whatever Shidou said), it's stuff Shidou has never said to Takumi. For a moment, he feels like he wants to break down in tears but he knows he can't do that right now. He wants to stay on the field so he gets himself together and uses his anger as a motivation to beat Shidou and Sae. And that makes him enter the flow state!

Also, the rest of the players watching who didn't know they were dating find out like this. Because Ego knew and he said something about "Takumi against his boyfriend."

After the match, Takumi disappears out of the Blue Lock locker room pretty quickly so he can go and confront Shidou. He just goes into the U20 locker room and talks to Shidou, not caring about the rest of the team there. Obviously all of them are very confused, especially Sae.

At this time, Takumi is still in his "on-field"-personality, but starts to switch back to his normal one. And with his normal personality, he can't feel anger (he internalises it and the anger returns when he plays soccer) so he starts crying because Shidou doesn't take him serious. But then suddenly Shidou becomes very caring, so he apologizes and comforts Takumi.

The reason for this are the same as in these headcanons I wrote a while back! But TLDR: Shidou made Takumi cry because he struggles with expressing affection in the right ways, but he knows he can do it by comforting. But that requires Takumi to be really upset first.

When Takumi returns to the Blue Lock locker room, he's still crying a bit but the others distract him with celebrating about their victory.

Afterwards, Shidou and Takumi don't talk about this anymore, even though they spend the entire 2 week break together. Takumi also deletes Sae's number from Shidou's phone, because even though he trusts Shidou, he doesn't know what type of person Sae is so just to be sure he deletes the number.

Shidou's and Takumi's relationship doesn't get worse after this. They still have the same trust in each other and even without talking about it, Takumi knows Shidou said what he said simply because he's Shidou, there's not much more of an explanation to give. And he doesn't believe Shidou would genuinely cheat on him, so everything's alright for the most part.

I mean, in general their relationship is kinda bumpy because of how little they get to see each other (they were in the same team in first selection, didn't see each other during second selection, they got so see each other during third selection and also played against each other, then the U20 match happened and then finally they had the 2 week break. During Neo Egoist League they visit each other at least twice a week.) But they didn't expect dating in Blue Lock to be easy, so they're okay and deal with it.

Reaching into the bucket, he picked out a chit. 

“Get yourself a man who looks at you the way Isagi stares at the field” 

“I do have to analyze the field before making any moves. Football is not just a sport about the ball, it depends on strategy as well.” 

“The cameraman and I can agree that Isagi’s ass is cake.” 

“Cake?” Isagi asked, confused. “It means a well figured rear.” one of the  crew members said, causing Isagi to go wide eyed, a blush spreading through his cheeks. 

“W-Well, I did workout at the gym and trained on the field along with diet control. I’ll probably do more story updates on what I eat during the day and night on my instagram.” he replied with an awkward smile. 

“I like how Isagi is like a cute blueberry muffin I’d like to wrap in my blanket, but the moment he has his hair up, I am ready to ride him.” 

*silence* 

“I uhm… that is quite interesting… but the only one I’d allow to ride me is my partner.” he said, clearing his throat. “Pretty sure, my mom is watching and recording this.” 

“Isagi in a suit with those thick thighs. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.” 

“That was a rather short talk, but the pants for that suit had to be redone so many times. It was a nightmare.” he sighed. 

“Isagi could take me on the field any day and all I would say is ‘thank you sir.’ “ 

“If you want to play football, let’s schedule a match with time and place. I’ll be there.” he said, pointing at the camera with a smile. 

“If Isagi kicked me like a football, I’d ask him to do it over and over again.” 

“I’m not so sure about that.” he answered with an awkward chuckle. “The studs on my shoe are used to dig into the ground… Can’t begin to imagine the damage it would do to a person’s face.” 

“If I were to ever shake hands with Isagi, I would never wash my hands.” “Rather unhygienic, but very tame compared to the previous tweets.” he said with a smile. 

“My ideal weight is Isagi on top of me.”

“Pretty sure I am more heavy and bulky than I look.” he chuckled, crumpling the paper and tossing it to the side. 

“That was all?” he asked, peering into the empty mug that had chits. 

“Yeah.” the crewmen answered. 

“It’s been… entertaining to do this. I am Isagi Yoichi, and these were thirst tweets.” 

ʚ ɞ Itoshi Rin : 

“What is this?” Rin asked, taking the bucket. 

“There are folded chits inside, you have to open them and read.” the cameraman said. 

“I see,” he replied. 

“This is Itoshi Rin from France P-X-G, and I will be reading your thirst tweets.” he said with a frustrated sigh, reaching into the mug. 

“It never ceases to amaze me that Itsohi Rin can look so flawless yet fuckable.”

“An indirect alliteration in English I suppose? If my stylist didn’t do the job right, he would’ve been fired by now.” he replied, reaching into the  mug to open another chit.

“Itoshi Rin is all it takes to become wet down under.” 

“You get tempted with a name? Pathetic.” he said, crumpling the paper, throwing it behind him. 

“Itoshi Rin could slam me into a wall and whisper the dirtiest things in my ear and I would beg for more.” 

“I am not a fan of scandals. The only thing I will slam into a goal is a ball.” he replied. “Seriously, what is wrong with people?” 

“Itoshi Rin can degrade me till I’m nothing but trash, it’s the only validation I need.” 

“The only validation you need is your birth certificate and citizenship documents,” he answered. 

“I’d be happy to be choked to death by the sexy, veiny hands of Itoshi Rin.” 

“It would end up being a lawsuit and my lawyer had other important matters to attend to, and neither do I want to.” he sighed, eyebrows pinched while crumpling the paper. 

“Itoshi rin is good at insults, might have a thing for humiliation.” 

“Disgusting.” he said, face contorting into a deep snarl with a frown. 

“Itoshi Rin makes me want to learn Yoga. Can he teach me to bend in more ways than one? It would be helpful for future dates.” “I told Matteo to not take pictures for my account, but obviously the fool didn’t listen. Link to my yoga instructor’s  account can be found in the post on my social media. Use that as a reference and leave me alone.” Rin said, throwing the paper behind him. 

“I like sunsets, what I’d love is to watch you go down.” 

“What is this. Wasting your vocabulary skills to type out meaningless flirts rather than actually using it in the corporate world.” Itoshi said, shaking his head. 

“It is illegal for a man to look that gorgeous. Can’t deny it, we’d make pretty babies.” 

“Fantasy. Shameful that you won’t be having that.” he said with a tiny smirk, folding the paper in one hand and throwing it beside him. 

“Itoshi Rin with his tongue hanging out is all I have to think of for release.” 

“Maybe Nii chan was right about it being a bad habit.” Rin muttered. 

“There are so many… I can’t do any more of this. It’ll trigger a migraine and I have a meeting after.” Rin said, setting the mug down. 

“Hope to see some of you filths in the stands in June. This has been Itoshi Rin, reading thirst tweets.” 

ʚ ɞ Shidou Ryusei :

“Oooh!! Puppies!!” Ryusei exclaimed, running towards the said object of excitement. “We had no choice but to get them right?” the cameraman muttered to the crewman. 

“It’s better to balance something cute and innocent with his… spontaneous personality.” the crewman answered, pushing his glasses up. 

“And… we’re rolling.” 

“I’m Shidou Ryusei from Real drid and I will be doing thirst tweets.” Shidou said, reaching into the mug with chits. 

“Shidou Ryusei is feral. I actually dig that.” 

“Really? The amount of criticism I got for that is actually insane. But… good to know I guess.” he said with a shrug, crumpling the paper and putting it aside. 

“Choke me with those thighs, Daddy.” 

“Choke you!!” he exclaimed, laughing while rubbing the chin of a puppy in his lap. “Nah, don’t want to have trouble with the law.” he said, throwing the paper to the side. 

“Shidou Ryusei gives off big dick energy. I guarantee I can make it fit.” 

“Woah.” he said with his eyes bulging out, laughing. “That is some… creativity. I like it.”

“Shidou Ryusei can smash my ass in and I would bend over to say ‘Spank me daddy.’” even more.” 

“Red card for violence.” Shidou hollered, the puppy in his lap barking. “Little guy here agrees with me too.” 

“The things I would let Shidou Ryusei do to me.” 

“The sentence is incomplete, but the picture gets across.” Ryusei said with his tongue sticking out. 

“Shidou Ryusei can read chemicals and I’d take it as dirty talking.” 

“Hm… Chemistry isn’t my thing, since I got scouted right after high school and began my professional career. Maybe some chemicals here and there I could recognize, but not the real actual name.” Ryusei said, crumpling the slip of paper. 

“If Shidou Ryusei was a god, I’d be his daily worshiper.” 

“Make sure to bring Yukhoe and Chainsaw man as offerings.” he said with a smile, giving the puppy belly rubs. “This one was relatively tame, wasn’t it.” 

“Shidou Ryusei can sit on my face and suffocate me.” 

“You guys are really violent today when I’m usually the one that’s told that.” he said, pointing at the camera while a puppy licked his face. 

“It’s illegal that Ryusei lets his sweat drip on the grass and floor when it should be bottled water.” 

“Isn’t that too much salt? Maybe I should take up this idea with Anri chan” he said, showing a toothy smile, spreading his legs out on the floor. With one of the puppies dragging the mug away from him, he looks into the camera. 

“My manager says that’s all for today, folks. This has been Shidou Ryusei, reading your thirst tweets.” 

“Woof!” 

ʚ ɞ Kunigami Rensuke : 

“And what do I have to do with these slips of paper?” the amber haired man asked, eyes filled with curiosity. 

“You just have to read those.” the crewman said. 

“Okay… uh. This is Kunigami Rensuke from Bastard Munchen and I’m going to be reading thirst tweets.” 

“It should be illegal for Kunigami to have an ass shown live for free.” 

“Getting right off the bat aren’t we. Is my ass filmed so much that the ball I’m taking in the front is out of the picture?” he asked, squinting his eyebrows.

“The things I imagine Kunigami would do to me if he tied me up with his sweaty jersey.” 

“Actually, we can’t take our jerseys off. It would be a yellow card.” He said with a straight face, tossing the paper away. 

“The only way I would learn is by being spanked into submission by Kunigami Rensuke.” 

“No comment.” he said, crumpling the paper in his fist with an awkward expression. 

“My doctor filled out a prescription, and the only one that I need is a vitamin D from Kunigami Rensuke.” “I’m not sure which pill to buy you, so I’m not the best person to ask,” he said with a shrug.

blue lock boys being sorted into their houses because it's been living in the back of my mind for weeks-

A/N ; these are only my opinions!! this only includes slytherins and ravenclaws btw masterlist

SLYTHERINS :

ITOSHI RIN ; A straight up pure-blood Slytherin. I just feel it in my bones. He wouldn't really fit in with ravenclaws since he wouldn't thirst for knowledge like they tend to. His only desire is to be the absolute best and will stop at nothing to achieve what he wants. A classic slytherin trait. Probably Slytherin's prized seeker. Although I do think he'd be quite popular, he may come off as quite toxic since he prefers to keep to himself and find ways to achieve his goal. I don't think he would put his attention into something like love, it'd only distract him from his goal.

KARASU TABITO ; I want to say it, I will say it, this man is an absolute hoe and a very sly bastard. He intentionally riles up opponents in matches and enjoys it. He could also fit into Ravenclaw, but only because he looks like he would be smart and actually tries. Otherwise his whole personality just screams Slytherin. He's also a very popular student with a large following of girls, guys, and non-binary people. But I think he'll have a hard time finding a girlfriend/boyfriend/significant other since he's too popular. A pure-blooded slytherin on the quidditch team as a beater.

SHIDOU RYUSEI; It would be very wrong of me to place him anywhere but here. He just gives me anti-hero but not necessarily evil vibes, if you get what I mean by that. Besides the fact that he's a very violent person, I'm confident in my words when I say that he'll treat anyone well. As long as they don't provoke him of course, I also think that if he sees someone being bullied he'll step in to help. Whether it be the bullies or the victim really depends on his current mood. His blood status is unknown which is why no one really knows for sure besides Ego. He could totally be a Hufflepuff who doesn't fit the criteria due to his violent nature and crude language along with his very sexual wording. He's a pure-blood and would be the other beater, perfect for his violent tendencies. Surprisingly, he's amazing with magical creatures. I also have a feeling that he can see Thestrals unfortunately.

MIKAGE REO ; It might be weird to see him here, but I just know this man is a Slytherin. In case you don't get where I'm coming from, Reo is very resourceful with his own abilities and wants nothing more than to be able to play next to Nagi. And to achieve that, he will stop at nothing, he's going to do everything in his power and within his reach to do so. Besides this, I do believe he could be sorted into Ravenclaw. He seems like he'd be a great student and I feel like if he wasn't such a sports nut, he'd totally be the rich muggle-born student who isn't bullied because he's rich. I don't think he'd be on the quidditch team though. He's a jack-of-all-trades but he's a master of all. But he's better than a great deal of his peers in Transfiguration, Charms, and History of Magic.

BACHIRA MEGURU ; An eccentric young fellow who'd be sorted into Slytherin. He was either a near-hatstall or was actually a hatstall. Very easily, he could fit into Gryffindor, but I put him in Slytherin because he makes it very clear himself that he only passes to people who stimulate his excitement in a game. He's goal-oriented and once he overcame his trauma he made plays better than when he was still looking for someone with the same monster inside. Bachira is a rare muggleborn Slytherin who plays as a chaser. His grades are average and he often seeks help from his fellow Slytherins. Best friends with Isagi, they probably study together but end up gossiping instead.

KUON WATARU ; This man belongs in Slytherin, even though he betrayed his teammates he still helped them out with a foul. I think he might not be as bad of a person as he may seem, he is genuinely nice and only betrayed Team Z because he didn't want to be dragged down by his teammates like he was once before. I think he's probably one of the slytherins with amazing grades. I think he genuinely puts a great amount of effort into his studies. He's a pure-blood and he doesn't play quidditch either. I think in his case he's another jack-of-all-trades, he's just not a master of all.

OTOYA EITA ; He loves watching brawls, riles up opponents in a monotone voice, but he's a very honest person. I think he and Karasu are best friends who go and drink butterbeer every weekend but neither of them can score lovers for some unknown reason. I strongly believe that older women love him. He probably walks grandmothers to the other side of the street and lets them pinch his cheeks. I think he's more popular with his seniors than he is with his juniors, and he receives love letters from Hufflepuffs the most but he always rejects them in the sweetest ways. Attached at the hip with Karasu, they do everything together even though Eita's only a half-blood. He settled on being a chaser because Shindou got the other position as a beater.

EGO ; If I put him in any other house, I would need to go to jail for it. He's not a student anymore, but he's the head of the house. He teaches Potions. His favourite student is without a doubt Rin, but he rarely shows it. He probably holds grudges against students and definitely hates Nagi because he's good at potions. I know for sure he supports rule-breakers, tells his students all the time that they need to live for themselves and that they don't need friends. He hated Arithmancy with a passion even though he decided to take it. Either aware of all the rumours going around or doesn't know anything about it. There's no in-between. This man has no prejudice against students with different blood statuses, but only cares if they want to be the best or not. I also believe he can speak parseltongue but hates snakes.

RAVENCLAWS ;

IKKI NIKO ; He exudes all the visible traits of a modern Ravenclaw, and is probably the biggest nerd around. I also know that he isn't a stickler, he's probably going to break a lot of rules. I know this would be a very stereotypical sorting for him, but at the same he's a very diligent guy. His ability 'spatial awareness' keeps the world around him within his eyes, he has to pay attention to the world around him. And the more he draws from it, the better his plays are. Although he might be a Ravenclaw, he definitely isn't a stickler nor would he be as academically driven as other ravenclaws might be. He's probably a half-blood to be honest. I don't think he'd be into playing quidditch, he's probably just part of the audience. He's bad with magical creatures and but excels at Astronomy.

HIORI YO ; This kid's whole personality consists of many- if not all- Ravenclaw attributes. He's insightful and can see which plays will benefit his team, he gives useful advice, and he's a very level-headed player who doesn't let his excitement ruin his performance! He can also break down very complex problems and rebuild them in simpler terms, a very useful ability for a Ravenclaw. He's probably a muggle-born to be honest. He'd probably be a keeper or a chaser on the Ravenclaw team. He's excellent in all of his subjects, but his best one is Herbology and Charms, also really good at silent spells.

ITOSHI SAE ; I don't feel like I need to give very much reasoning for him, I mean, he joined the match against Blue Lock on pure whim just because he was interested. Although he might be difficult to work with, he gives opportunities to others, and doesn't mind staying in his role. He's also a very good talker, and can easily persuade a whole room into believing him, which is a good trait. I'm pretty sure he's more academically driven than others, he'd be the captain of the Ravenclaw quidditch team and is a beater. His grades are probably just above average, I think he might be a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to classes.

NAGI SEISHIRO ; The love of my life just so happens to be sorted into Ravenclaw. Although he could potentially be in Hufflepuff, I do believe Ravenclaw would fit him more. At first he didn't really want to play soccer, but he ends up wanting to improve his abilities and his ego grows. But he also cares for his peers, which can be unusual for some Ravenclaws who are known to backstab others when in the academic field. He's also incredibly loyal to Reo, still holding him in high regards despite their relationship being strained after his departure. He's also a very opportunistic player, creating ways for him to score near-impossible goals. Other than that he's a half-blood wizard who's probably amazing at potions. Even though he passes as half-blood, he's actually a half-breed, being half-veela. I think he'd either be the seeker or another chaser. I also think he knows parseltongue.

YUKIMIYA KENYU ; He's confident in his own abilities and can easily say he's the best on one-on-one battles. He'll probably be one of the best students in the Ravenclaw house, he might have a lot of friends but he won't have many he holds dear. I do think his moral alignment might be a lawful good and he believes in the best of others. Hufflepuff could also fit him, but I don't think he's too into being loyal. Besides that he's totally a teacher's pet, especially Anri's. Although he claims to be a pacifist, I just know he enjoys watching brawls more than anyone. A pure-blood who often gets mistaken for being half-veela since he hangs with Chigiri and Aryu a lot, and he's one of the chasers on the team.

CHIGIRI HYOMA ; He could potentially be in Gryffindor as well for finally putting his fears aside and letting himself go just to achieve his dreams, even if he fails once more. Kudos to him for that but I think his smartmouth brings him to Ravenclaw. My reasoning for this isn't the best, but he just gives me major Ravenclaw vibes. Like he's the type to hole up in his room and study, pulling all-nighters every night of the week before an exam only to think he bombed it even though his results show that he passed with flying colours. To me, he fits the description of a Ravenclaw well. I mean, have you seen him? Anyways he's a half-breed, also being half veela chaser on the quidditch team. He does well in Divination.

ARYU JYUBEI ; It might be weird seeing him here, process of elimination brought him here. First off he's also half veela, which is why he cares so much about his looks. But his looks aren't the only things he cares about, he also does a lot of research on different plants and how they respond once used on the skin. He does extremely well in herbology because he cares about skin even though most of the plants aren't for skin. Other than that he doesn't have very many friends, but he can frequently be seen hanging out with Hyoma and Yukimiya. Jyubei grew up with a single father who was a rich wizard who was constantly being hit on by gold-diggers. His father never remarried after his wife died. He personally doesn't know how she died, but he never asks Jyubei how she died even though he witnessed her death. He too can see Thestrals. Quite exceptional at wandless magic.

AOSHI TOKIMITSU ; He may not be the bravest, nor is he the most confident, but he sure is one heck of an intellectual. He's well equipped with facts of different players in soccer, which means at Hogwarts he must have a wide range of facts about different players he admires or simply knows about. Even though it seems that he only likes to learn facts about athletes, his memory is good enough to recall even the littlest of facts. If he puts this to use he'll be one heck of a student, he doesn't need to study for exams because of his exceptional memory. He's a pure-blood, he doesn't excel at any class but he's at the top because he does well on exams.

ANRI ; Unfortunately for her, she has to put up with teens who don't value their smarts as much as the Ravenclaws in her generation did. She's a true hatstall, she had the Sorting Hat mulling over Ravenclaw or Slytherin for six minutes. Eventually she was put into Ravenclaw because of her preference for the house. She's a pure-blood who is well regarded by the public, and she's best friends with Ego despite their different personalities. Her favourite student is Hiori, the reason being because he embodies Ravenclaw's motto and beliefs. But he knows when to think for himself and he always does his best not to disappoint, always looking for the best strategy to solve difficult problems. She also holds no prejudice against students of different blood statuses, and she's loved by many students. She's the school nurse, and she occasionally subs in for different classes, mostly Astrology and Herbology.

— he isn’t very big on grand acts of romance, but he’s without a doubt the kind of guy to see something while he’s out and buy it for you since it reminded him of you. he’s big on gift giving but it’s usually small things! little necklaces, cute trickers, and such!

— no matter what, he’ll always tell you goodnight and good morning. even if you two had a disagreement, he would still wish you a goodnight. he prefers to call you to say it, which can sometimes get annoying since he just says goodnight then hangs up, or he interrupts your beauty sleep just to say good morning. either way though, it’s a very endearing habit of his.

— he would want to keep your relationship private. it could be overwhelming for both of you if it got out. but that doesn’t mean that he’s embarrassed of you. although he isn’t one for showing you off, he definitely would brag about you to annoy certain people (ahem, like his brother).

— despite wanting to keep your relationship private, he would still constantly invite you to games and make sure you have good tickets where he can clearly see you within the stands and you can see him! he appreciates when you praise him after a game since it’s different from others praising him, it’s you who’s the one saying those kind words.

— dates with sae are usually quiet, at home ones. it’s easier for him and you to just stay in a private place over somewhere public. he also enjoys sitting with you, whether you’re on the other side of the room saying nothing, or right by his side, rambling on about something. he just enjoys your company.

— he would be really big on words of affirmation, whether that’s giving or receiving! he’s one who constantly praises you and in return expects to be reassured during moments where he feels he falls short. of course, he’ll also listen to whatever problems you’re having!

— he’s the type of boyfriend who i feel would get invested in any drama you would tell him. though he starts off with pointing out how it’s all so immature, before he knows it he’s subtly asking for updates on what happened.

— with him, date nights range from fancy restaurants to going to drive in theatre. though when he does take you to a nice restaurant, it’s not to impress and more so to treat you how you deserve! and before any drive in theatre date, you two will go to the nearest gas station and buy some snacks.

— he’s one for stargazing, as sappy as it might seem. oliver seems like the kind of person to have had an astronomy phase and because of that, he’s able to name majority of the constellations and how they were named. he wouldn’t bore you with this if you didn’t want to hear him ramble on! he’d usually have a large blanket laid down and as you two looked up at the stars, you’d ask random questions and exchange answers.

— overtime that would definitely become a frequent thing you two did together. similarly to how a family tradition is, it was something kept by both of you!

— he wouldn’t necessarily brag, but he would definitely mention good things about you to his team! and would point you out in the crowd when you came to his games. it always made him happy to see you there.

— shidou seems like his love language would be physical touch, both giving and receiving! but words of affirmation also make him feel great! he’s definitely the kind of person that pulls you down with him when he’s sleepy and keeps you hostage temporarily.

— he has the most wack sleep schedule and you somehow end up adapting to it, whether it’s intentional or not. it started with him taking you out at ungodly hours and then napping with him at random points throughout the day. like it or not, his terrible sleep schedule has become yours too.

— when he shows up at the weirdest hours of the day, it’s usually unannounced. he then continues to propose a poorly thought out idea he came up with thirty minutes ago. things like “wanna go to walmart?”, when it’s midnight in the morning and the nearest 24 hour walmart is the next town over.

— despite that, he’s somebody who gives very thoughtful gifts and his memory is like no other when it comes to naming facts about you. it’s a very sweet aspect of him. he would be able to name everyone of your favourite things, the current artists you’re into, and why you hated that one netflix show even if you had only mentioned it once to him.

— he’s your personal hype man, who just goes crazy whenever you do anything. in return, he excepts you to cheer him on at games!

— along with that, he’s also one to brag to his teammates and friends about you. any teasing he gets for it though is quickly stopped with a little bit of threatening.

With WonFes 2017 Winter over, it’s time to post the obligatory wishlist!  ^o^

Even though there were a lot of exciting figure announcements and prototype reveals at Wonder Festival 2017 Winter today, I don't feel my wallet is in too much danger.  There were a lot of Nendoroids that looked interesting, but I likely won't buy.  And the figures I ABSOLUTELY POSITVELY HAVE TO PREORDER, were fairly few (at least compared to previous WonFes).  

Below, the squares shaded darkly are figures I likely won't buy.  They caught my eye, but seriously, I'd rather spend my money on other Nendoroids.   The squares clouded in white are figures that if I was forced into a corner, I might be able to give up.  But it'd be nice if I didn't have to.  

Good Smile is going to kill my wallet if they announce more Harvest Moons!  ;u;  If every Crypton Future Media Vocaloid gets a Harvest Moon version, I don’t know what I’m going to do.  Those costumes are just too pretty.  XwX  

I feel like I'm obligated to get Figma Utena and Nendoroids Ed & Al, but I don't feel as strongly about those fandoms anymore, enough to justify the money those figures cost.  On the other hand, I have a rule about not passing up merchandise from an old fandom, for that reason alone.  The last time I passed up a Devil Hunter Yohko artbook, just because it was no longer my all-consuming obsession, I regretted it.  And I kept hunting for it at each succeeding con.  *That* is a regret.  Which is why I bought Figma Hikaru Shidou, even though I haven't been into CLAMP's manga, let alone Magic Knight Rayearth for years.  So when I see Utena, Ed & Al, my nostalgia dictates that I preorder them, even though my current obsessions say that I shouldn't be spending on old fandoms like Utena and FMA.  

I'm not really into these paritcular swords, but I've got a completionist problem.  * I already have Kashuu Kiyomitsu, so I have to get Yamatonokami Yasusada, right?  And Yasusada has a generic hakama!  Before Touken Ranbu Nendoroids, it was so hard to find nice, generic, male wafuku that could go on any character.  Still, even now, though it's gotten easier to get hakama from Tourabu, it's hard to find male kimono or yukata.  So I snatch up any versatile male wafuku wearing Nendoroid, I can find.   * Izuminokami Kanesada isn't really a character I'm particularly attached to, since I'm more a Dategumi fan than a Shinsengumi fan, but I've always liked his character design.  It even managed to make me ignore the long hair, even though I usually don't like that character design on males.  His costume was just elaborate enough, and the color scheme, contrasting between the deep red and intense blues, just really pop.  ^_^   * So that being said, I really shouldn't get Horikawa Kunihiro.  His costume design is closer to modern Western and I'd rather throw my money at wafuku designs.  But damn it, he's got the same intense blue contrasting against dark hair, just like Izuminokami.  ~_~;  That contrasting color scheme---or rather, contrasting intensity or value scale---just work too well on me.  And after seeing Horikawa in the Touken Ranbu Hanamaru anime, I'd feel bad if I split him up from the senpai partner he idolizes.  ~__~!  Anyway, I already preordered his brother (Yamanbagiri Kunihiro), so my completionist itch should be happy about that.  ...Even though the Kunihiro brothers don't seem very close...  x_x   * As for Ookanehira!  You can't trick me into wanting your Nendoroid!  ~w~!  I told myself not to buy any more characters I didn't already know!  (Unless they were exceptionally cute!)  I don't care if your eyes and hair color remind me of one of my main character OCs!  Nor if your seiyuu is Ono Yuki!  You're too full of yourself and I should be spending my money on cuter characters!  Stay back, I say!  Keep your charms away from me!  ~W~!

The Disney Nendoroids are cute and I like those classic "2nd Renaissance" movies, along with Tim Burton, but not enough to get figures.  But if I ran into them at a con or something, really cheap, and there was nothing else I was spending at during a small con, I might go ahead and get them.  Like what happened with Nendoroid Anna.  

I didn't include Nendoroid Yuri, because I already preordered him.  It's strange that I'm certain about getting Nendoroid Victor, even though I'm not as totally obsessed with Yuri on Ice as everyone else seems to be.  But despite YOI not taking over my life, I still do like the characters.  They're sweet!  And I want that ambiance in my display cases!

Karasuno Nendoroids.  No question there.  I just want all my Karasuno starters.  Announcing Yamaguchi and Sawamura together, when there are only 2 more starters on Karasuno, makes me think they'll be announcing them in pairs.  Here's to hoping for some Asahi and Tanaka Nendoroids!  ^o^  And if they decide to make a Nendoroid Ennoshita, I'll consider him.

Japan.  Kiku Honda.  My rule about still collecting for old fandoms, as if they're still my current obsession, applies here.  Except that my Hetalia fandom doesn't feel that long ago.  Probably because I saw Hetalia the World Twinkle at AkibaFest2016.  Let's hope that if we show demand for Japan, USUK will get some Nendoroids too.  *o*!

Nendoroid More Dress-up sets are my favorite Nendoroid more.  The outfits are so nicely generic and versatile, and help put a stop to me buying Nendoroids of characters I have no attachment to, just for their wardrobe.  (I've given Masamune & Yukimura enough wardrobe options already---but I just can't stop!  It's for DateSana!  ;o; )  It’ll be great to put some period era Nendoroids, uniformed characters, and fantasy costumed characters into a modern AU.  Groomsmen for those Nendoroid More wedding sets...Haikyuu boys in formal wear...my KanColle girls as office ladies...  *U*  I could make a cubicle diorama!  O.O  Still waiting for male wafuku Nendoroid More sets, but until then, any Nendoroid More Dress-up sets are always welcome!!!  ^U^

Ice Kirby is so cute and I love blue.  But if I wasn't willing to get original Kirby, with all his cuteness, and I didn't get MetaKnight, despite his cuteness, then I should probably save my money.  I wasn't deluded for a second into buying that robot armor Kirby.  It's on my wishlist because I just like to look at it.  ^^;  I mean, what the heck is that giant, cute thing?!  ^o^

Nendoroid More face cases are cute, but if it comes down to it, those are the first things I cut out of my budget.  After all, I skipped on that Konnosuke faceplate case, and I love Touken Ranbu.  Still, that penguin and fishing bear are ADORABLE.  When I saw the penguine case's announcement last year, I wanted to get it to re-create Chiyo's costume scenes from Azumanga Daioh.  ^u^

I'm not watching Re:Zero, but Emilia is beautiful!  *.*  I have a weakness for pastel hair and her outfit, on top of that, is just so pretty.  Her character design just screams "ingenue" deredere, and that's my favorite type of waifu (alongside kuudere and sometimes dandere).  And if I remember correctly the spoiler I heard once, then she could also be one of my favorite mythological archetypes, the "universal mother goddess".  

I'm not going to buy a Racing Miku.  Let's be honest.  They always look so cool, but they're $80, instead of the usual $50-$60, because they're supposed to support Good Smile's racing team.  But damn, this mint green fairy is cute!  I thought it hurt to pass up the knight themed Racing Miku.  But this is adorable!  ;w;  And I had needed a green female Nendoroid for my rainbow figure photos.  

I was flabbergasted when I saw the Lum Nendoroid and the Rinne Nendoroid.  I thought it might be a hoax, a different figure line from Nendoroid, or maybe even from years ago, long out of print.  But it's actually just one of those Nenodroids made by a different company; Good Smile only does the distribution.  (Like Tomytec's Wixoss Nendoroids.)  So it's not even on Good Smile's WHL4U website, which catalogs all their WonFes announcements.  It might be too easy to not realize when these are even released.  But I absolutely have to support Rumiko Takahashi Nendoroids.  I'm more a Ranma 1/2 fan, than Urusei Yatsura, and I've barely read much Rin-ne.  But if we support these, then maybe Play Future will make some Ranma 1/2, Inuyasha, or Maison Ikkoku Nendoroids.  I would go nutz if Mermaid Saga Nendoroids were ever announced.  

The kimono Nendoroids for Puella Magi Madoka Magica are an absolute buy.  I never thought I wanted more than just Homura and Madoka, but if all the girls are going to get kimono Nendorids, then it's a good time to get the entire Holy Quintet.  ^-^  

Last but not least, Nendoroid More sets for Halloween and Christmas.  I really hope these are Dress-up sets and not just some accessories.  I'm a clay crafter; I can make little accessories on my own.  So these better be full-blown outfits.  Halloween is my favorite holiday and these would just be so useful for holiday figure photos.  I'm really looking forward to more info about these sets.  ^o^    

It was a really great WonFes.  And right on my birthday, it made the best present.  ^u^!  Hopefully, despite this long wishlist, I'll be able to keep things civil with my wallet.  ^^;
