personally i love anything in the lepidoptera order moths are my friends i love them so much i give them gentle smooches

beetles are also super cool and i wish i was brave enough to hold one but i’m so skittish and i’m scared i’ll accidentally hurt it they look so soft and gentle 🥺

When seeking out some stuff for my mom at hobby lobby I found this beautiful glass cicada pendant and knew I had to have it!

And luckily for me my hoard of jewelry making supplies from when I hyperfixated on it like 8 years ago left me with links of golden chain, freshwater pearls, and jump rings to turn it into a necklace

Sorry about the cicada posts late last night

Figured something out though. Advent HATES cicadas (or their equivalent) because he's outside constantly and has to listen to them scream. Ruth, bitchy as she is, loves them because they're new to her and she's rarely outside to hear them since she burns easily.
