OMG OMG OMG WAIT

I was dozing off as I had this thought and I needed it to be written down before I forgot

Artist!bff is also skilled with makeup artistry. ( I just imagine that artist!bff is more fem but has that beautiful balance of both masc and fem in day to day life.) As an artist, she works on multiple surfaces, one being her face.

Anyways can you just imagine Artist!bff doing their makeup ( whether it’s for a show, event, or they’re just hanging out. Again artist!bff is a ‘ there doesn’t need to be a reason’ person, they will beat their face as they please!/ v much a ‘ i got dressed up just to stay in the house’ person/ I just had another scenarios about that omg my mind is going at it)

Anyways she’s doing her makeup and Munagenius is just staring at her with heart eyes and admiration.

Like babes it doesn’t matter if you’re going all out or just some simple makeup, they are mesmerized and complimenting you!!!!

“Bug is so pretty.”

“You look so beautiful.”

“How tf does she do that.”

One of them has their head on your shoulder (prolly jules or Phoebe ) and is just starting at you through the mirror ( I’ve noticed that when one of them is talking, the others in the group just look at them with so much love and are listening so well)

Like Omg artist!bff on live doing their makeup and their friends are like “ look at how pretty she is” or just starring at you with a fond gaze in the back and you just pause for a moment cuz why are they so sweet 🥲

And let’s say you did your makeup ( makeup artistry on 10, let’s say she did some creative shit like the butterfly eyeliner or the flowers drawn on the side of their eyes) but the group wasn’t there to witness, you’ll either send a picture ( I imagine that they texted you what you were doing and you said “ finished my makeup”, now they’re spamming you asking for pics, cuz hello? ) or call them to show them and they’re just like “ OMG, BUG!!!!!” * que the millions of facetime screenshots*

I can also see them asking you to do their makeup, and as you’re doing it they’re just smiling at you the whole time and you get flustered when you snap out of focus mode and realize. You can barely get through their makeup cuz they’re starring at you BUT YOURE SO CUTE AND TALENTED AND CONCENTRATED how are they NOT gonna stare ☹️ ( that or they’re fucking around and doing the chad face or sum shit, or randomly pecking you when you least expect it)

Sometimes you get ready before they can, and they see you all finished and they’re like “We missed it?☹️” THEY WANTED TO SEE!!!

Omg Artist!bff posting a video doing their makeup to tiktok but it’s the ‘Bffs do my voiceover’ and as artist bff is doing her routine they’re just complimenting her omg. “ Look at her being cute” and lowkey being flirty

“Look at my wife y’all. Be jealous.”

“OUR wife, excuse you.”

Or they just post a grwm and the members are in the back, I guarantee all the comments are gonna be pointing it out.

“Get you someone who looks at you like Munagenius looks at her.”

“How does it feel, TO LIVE MY DREAM!!!”

“They love her so much I can’t.”

“Idk if I wanna be her or be WITH her.”

And bonus! Maybe it’s one of those times where artist!bff is on stage with the group and listen, her makeup stays ON okay, that shit ain’t moving until she wants it to. (Artist!bff is a performer, a dancer, she ain’t risking a malfunction today)

The group takes it upon themselves to see how many kisses it takes to at least smudge your makeup when the show is almost over, for… “experimental purposes” ( they really just wanna kiss you let’s face it) so it’s very good that your makeup isn’t really moving cuz to them it’s just “ Guess we’ll have to try harder!!!” ( Big respect for them doing it when the show is close to over cuz they understand how much effort you put into your makeup, and know you take it off after stage)

Someone save artist!bff but like, don’t at the same time she loves it.

Artist getting unready and wiping off the makeup, they’re gonna pout and be like “ Aw☹️ bye bye art.” or if you haven’t took a picture yet

“WAIT! let me take a picture before you do that.”

Omg you doing a makeup series like “ Doing my makeup based off of my friends albums/songs .” and I don’t mean just based off the colors of the album, you’re drawing the things on the cover on your face, an imagery of the song meaning, they’re gonna lose their minds. ( you 100% drew the hands from ‘the record’ and silk ribbons for ‘silk chiffon’ on your face with graphic liner)

I cant this is do fucking cute I’m gonna go sob in a corner.

FAMOUS CREATOR OF ARTIST!BFF ANON HIII 💘 i love your signature emojis i think it’s iconic. also may i just say that artist!bff / artist!gf is progressively becoming famous around here???!!!! i’ve gotten a couple of ideas/requests regarding them and i loooove it. and what’s even funnier is that a couple hours before you submitted this idea to me, somebody else submitted almost this exact idea about artist!bff being femme and artsy in the makeup department as well EXCEPT it’s artist!gf x jb and their relationship dynamic regarding artist!gf’s more feminine interests (which, by the way, i’ve had the time of my life writing!!!!). anyways, as a fellow artsy makeup girl, i’ve had so much fun brainstorming for this idea.

following the ‘getting ready to stay in the house’ idea, i feel like artist!bff would absolutely be the kind of person to experiment with their makeup before showering. and by experimenting, i mean bold and colorful pigments. and 99% of the time, there’s not a specific goal in mind. it’s whatever they feel like. they could choose to achieve a certain look that they may’ve seen on pinterest, or maybe they just saw an aesthetic picture on tumblr and decided they wanted to encapsulate that image in a makeup look. when it comes to pre-shower makeup, artist!bff is unpredictable!!

and artist!bff puts just as much patience and effort into their makeup as they do their literal art projects, because makeup is a form of art. so i think munagenius is just so impressed anytime they see you doing your makeup because they see your concentration and your technique.

also, keep in mind that half of the munagenius members (julien, naomi, jo) are not nearly as interested in makeup as artist!bff is, and they typically only wear light makeup for photoshoots and occasionally interviews and shows but even then, they typically have makeup artists doing their makeup. so them three in specific are absolutely enamored by your makeup knowledge and technique. and it’s not that their completely ignorant to any knowledge about makeup, they can tell the difference between blush and highlighter, but the variety and amount of products you had laid out that took over the entire bathroom counter has them questioning everything they know about makeup. so then i imagine naomi walks over and is being a tad bit nosy, when they find your contour and bronzer, holding them up like 💁‍♀️ “what’s the difference?” and so you’re explaining how one sculpts your face and the other gives it warmth, and then you’re explaining primer and what it does, and then julien walks over and suddenly you’re giving a makeup lesson. and you wanna continue doing your makeup desperately, but naomi and julien are listening so intently (they really just love listening to you talking about something so passionately)

and of course when you finish your makeup, the compliments come rolling in (specifically from naomi and julien because even after having received the ultimate makeup lesson by you, they cannot wrap their minds around the fact that you not only have all of that knowledge engraved into your brain, but your technique and what you do with that knowledge is so out of this world to them)

and i think while you’re doing your makeup, all of munagenius do their minutely mirror glances just to see the makeup progress. they loooove to keep up with your makeup steps and see the art come together.

i am such a firm believer that there’s a munagenius gc, and it works out PERFECTLY for this idea. imagine artist!bff sends a couple of pictures of their graphic eye-makeup looks, some selfies and some close-ups. and so then somebody ends up facetiming and notifying the entire gc which then eventually leads to everyone joining the call and munagenius + artist!bff facetime calls is a recipe for chaos because there’s gonna be so many different conversations happening at once. like there’d be a conversation surrounding your makeup, a conversation surrounding why certain people joined late, it would just be CHAOS (which we absolutely love).

AND YES YES YES, occasionally, some of them would 100% ask you to do their makeup. i’m not really gonna be touching on this because i’m gonna further elaborate on the upcoming fem artist!gf x jb hcs wink wink

this is me declaring that munagenius is artist!bff’s #1 protector. like there’s not a single member that loves them less than the others. they all love artist!bff with every fiber of their being.

and omgomgomg they wanna see if their makeup is kiss proof SOOO CUTEEEE (absolutely gonna use this idea in the jb x fem artist!gf thank you very much) ☹️☹️ they’re all like which one can make their makeup smudge first challenge!!!!!!

and oh my god i just had an idea, maybe for the record’s release, artist!bff did angel wings as their eyeliner for ‘always an angel, never a god’. WHY ARE THEY SOOOO CUTE
