do u have thoughts on other occult Jordan Li? Werewolf, vampire, fae...

I mean, yeah. I've always been pretty into occult themes and other supernatural stuff. It's always fun to think about how your favorite characters would react to being inflicted with a curse like vampirism or lycanthropy.

I've already seen a couple GenV fics on ao3 with a supernatural setting and they were pretty interesting. For example I read one where Marie was a vampire (which, yeah, I can see with her blood powers and all). But I was thinking what the dynamic would be like if Jordan was a vampire, and Marie is her cool bloodbender self. I just wondered what that would be like.

I did think of Jordan being a werewolf and how that would work, and it is an interesting thing to think about, especially when their main ability is them shifting. Like, they just suddenly find themselves one full moon in massive pain as their bones start shifting around, and they might think it's something wrong with their power but they soon find out what it really is.

But yeah, I'm always daydreaming of different scenarios n shit for GenV and Limoreau specifically. Last night one of them just won over the others and I ended up writing a fic about it. I might share it just for the hell of it, but I'm not sure. 🤷

Actually I'm going to share a little theory I've got about imps in helluva boss (and by extension hazbin hotel)

I've noticed how horns are important to imps with some having massive horns like blitz's dad and stuff. My thought is that horns are seen as a form of status symbol for imps, like having big horns means your old and wise and whatever so the Idea of not having horns would be considered socially bad.

The big reason behind this idea is with fizzarolli, he hides his broken horns under that little jesters cap of his which also makes it look like he still has them. And I'm not saying that he's afraid of being judged because of the horns (I think it's mainly the huge trauma of losing them in the first place) but i do feel like horns could be something important in the world building of the show

A nice little au I've got: immortal!Reigen. He has forgotten his first name and has been around for some time. Under the cut I've got some more explanations or something, if you're up for that.

So in my mind Espers have positive ESP, positive energy. People without powers have neutral energy and our good Reigen over here? He has negative energy. Meaning that if he is dying, his energy levels are so low that he will subconsciously attack positive energy around him. Everyone gives off energy and takes it up, its like physics, so he literally has no choice but to revive himself. It's not a conscious choice.

The entire process looks much like what Techno is doing during Hoghunt, if you know what I mean. It's pretty gruesome to see and to hear. After regeneration, especially after being killed multiple times in a row, he'll be very hyper or very tired. Totally depending on how much energy he had before dying and how much he had around him during the process. The less he has to take out of himself, the less tired he is.

I'm thinking whenever he dies around Mob and co, he has way too much energy, because his body literally takes as much as it can and not as much as it needs. He ends up not being able to sleep and feels for a few days or so like he had ten cups of coffee an hour. It's not nice, but what can you do.

Before he opened spirits and such, he had all sorts of jobs. I'm thinking he was a chemical worker, a nurse, a hunter, a bartender, a casino owner, literally all sorts of stuff! I'm gonna be drawing him in some different time periods and jobs and stuff.

The man has had so much heartbreak in the past, because...well you will always outlive your loved ones. You don't have a choice in that.
