My health has just so massively gone to shit, or maybe i've also become more of a hypochondriac, but it feels more like the first. I've been having issues with my right wrist which fit carpal tunnel and weird stomach pains which sound 1:1 like gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining). My weird rib pain from years ago that no doctor ever figured out (but that is debilitating) has made a comeback, its not every night, but i'm scared as shit. Then there was my weird fever on the weekend, combined with my general ongoing long covid - what the shit, dude. Maybe this is all a side effect of long covid but it feels like my body is just going up in flames and i'm not here for it :/

Okay I don’t want to throw any stones but I’m disappointed with the transition between Jodie and David. Tennant’s Doctor has not only received one happy ending but now two, first with Rose in the other dimension and now with Donna as he heals himself. This storyline couldn’t have involved Jodie’s Doctor? Jodie couldn’t be the one that bi-generated and lived on Earth with the fam while Ncuti travelled the universe?

Wouldn’t it have been a great sense of whiplash, if the thirteenth Doctor regenerated to discover that they still have the same face, same outfit, same everything? That would have been more confusing, more off putting than regenerating into an old facade. With the help of the fam and old companions, they achieve everything the specials depicted. We could still include Donna, have her work it out, be best pals with this Doctor and teach her how to be human and tease her throughout. The banter would be there, just with a different face.

I just can’t wrap my head around Tennant returning and why his Doctor out of all of them is spoiled for choice and returns 🤷🏻‍♀️

my mom has a scan tomorrow to evaluate where she’s at with her cancer so i’m praying and begging that she’s still in remission and i’m trying to be hopeful and positive but like my chest hurts my stomach hurts my head hurts

#she’s doing really good and she just finished radiation 2 months ago so i feel optimistic #plus her doctor said her blood work is back to normal the last time we saw him. but i feel like we have such bad luck. #and the fact that she’s finally doing well and i’m starting school next week and we’ve been able to do some normal stuff again makes me #think it’s all about to be taken away again.

Season 1 is my favorite of all time but if you're looking for just good fun scifi vibes season 2 had the best run of episodes imo. There's one very notable low in the season that we don't need to talk about but otherwise this is peak Doctor Who to me.
