Trying not to think about Beelzebub and Gabriel is not working and also I have so many feelings about Ineffable Bureaucracy I feel like I’m about to burst. The pure love and fondness in their eyes when they talk to each other. The little tint of desperation when Beelzebub tells Crowley to find Gabriel. Their song being the only thing Gabriel took with him, even though he didn’t really take anything with him at all. Abandoning the house you knew for the home you found. The little sigh and chest gripping when he saw them again. “Silly, silly Angel.” The loving nature of just giving a gift, of giving because they mean something to you. Lying to the entire holy court just to have a chance at seeing and meeting and knowing the love of your eternal life again. Who cares about Hell? The chains of Heaven could not hold me, could not keep me from your arms if I had to find myself a thousand times over. God I love them so much I could scream. Their love lights up a goddamn room for Christ’s sake.
