I feel like sometimes he mentally lives in a world that's very optimistic and sunshine-y, so sometimes he thinks problems can be solved wayyyy easier than they actually can be. But his overall message is that he is there for you 100% and he will be there to support you through whatever.

Uhm uhm first off, thank you so much I can't rlly put into words how sweet this is and I totally don't mind the rambles because me too. And also because its been YEARS since I last used Tumblr or did anything answering Ask is a bit tough for me.. MmMM

Although I don't have many HC at the moment.. I can however give you a little insight I have regarding my Human DCA :]

Moondrop (Moon) and Sundrop

- when I first designed Moon (after the game came out) he had a much wilder look to him, especially the face because I was really into the idea of him being simply insane hence the red.

- later when i got back to his design and adding colours I thought that it would be fun to make it Blue and white themed, which I actually didn't see a lot back then

- he wasn't supposed to look human even as a Humanoid, I liked to think that Sun & Moon simply had a renovated body. They are just as much Animatronics as they had always been, robotic parts and everything but with a bit of twist

- So then onto Sun.. the thing is its sad to say but I never explored much with Sun's design back then as much as I did with Moon, so I can't provide a good reference

- although I had a rough idea of how sun would look like I never quite liked the way I drew him, so he's always somewhat been stuck in this unfinished stage

- Then there was eclipse, who was my absolute FAVORITE at that time, I don't think I loved a character MORE THAN ECLIPSE EVER when I was drawing him out

- yes!! It was very much inspired by the 3D render shown here as the ref, though I did make some changes of my own to the design as well

- I had a lot in my head when I was drawing him, but the one thing that I loved most about this design still to thisq day is rhe face. The way I him to look back then was sort of a mix between my Sun and Moon designs, only leaning more towards Sun in colours and Moon in appearance with the crazed look in his eyes

The height was just a funny little thing I thought of, cuz imagine this giant fkn ahh robot just comes in here and picks you up 💀 god I would piss myself

So in regards to the new design, I did kind of get rid of the animatronic feel to him that I had done with the DCA and his old design, all of them now look a whole lot more Human which is what I intended for

Eclipse has a few scars around his body; right forearm, left side of his torso that leads all the way up to his chest. Plus a bit of his face that is burnt which you can't exactly see because of the Black spots

Overall I like my newer designs quite a lot and has also changed a lot, this is probably the most insight you'll get out of me abt my art 😭😭 cuz I don't usually ramble this much otherwise

I might come up with some head canons at a later date, but they'll be fun thats for sure ;)

It's been a wild few years, huh? Making the leap from the Tumblr days to the YouTube era was a big one, but the past 4 years were where I really started to find my footing and I think there's been a lot of growth creatively and personally.

Things have been moving in the right direction despite some personal road bumps and detours. Looking back, there's a lot of things I wish I could have accomplished and kept afloat while working through everything. Still dealing with the guilt of BitterSweet and Shattered not being a thing this year, particularly for all the ride or die Alphonse and Seth fans who have been starving for content while I've been hesitant to push out content for them because the big series wasn't coming.

Thankfully, most people have been supportive, kind, and understanding. That being said, I'm not ignorant to the nature of my content (growing roster of characters = someone's fave isn't getting posted for a while) and I'm doubly thankful to those who have been chill as other characters get established and have their time in the sun.

I'm really hopeful that in the coming year, balance and scheduling and planning are all finely tuned and help me avoid content traffic jams like we've run into such as the recent Charlie Era (lol) which wasn't exactly the plan, but with October AU series + Plushie + Lost & Found all aligning it sorta just worked out that way. Also, it bears mentioning that it's not every day that a side character who was not guaranteed to catch on as A Thing (TM) actually finds an audience and has significant demand. Sometimes you gotta roll with how things play out, and that's just the nature of creating content on social media.

I'm optimistic that things will be at least a LITTLE bit more balanced thanks to ADHD treatment and seeing huge improvements with my mental health. Which can't be understated, because holy shit, the amount of things I'm just able to do without feeling like I'm holding myself at gunpoint or making a million deals with myself to convince myself to do a single task is amazing.

Not only is it easier to get to work, it's easier to do more of the work. That Auron audio you referenced is a great example. I was worried with the script I had and the premise, I wouldn't be able to get much more than 9/10 minutes out of it. The length of my general audios is something I've been conscious of forever, so I was shocked and thrilled when I finished up with the recording and it was 24 minutes of some of my favorite Auron content ever. I'm getting more comfortable improvising, or creating more as I go vs. write, record, post. I'm able to do a little more, add things that I would normally omit or not bother with, and just try harder without feeling like I'm trying harder and purely because I'm enjoying it and I want to.

I am SO sorry that this turned into a rant in response to what was a fairly straightforward question, you caught me while I was feeling introspective.

tldr: Thanks for fuckin' with me. Folks like you make me want to work hard and deliver the goods. The kindness goes a long way, and I don't take that for granted!

this is probably the answer most would expect, but it pains me to see nikolai get mischaracterized 💔 i can't even be truly mad at ppl for getting him wrong bc like his whole point is to be confusing. still i have yet to find a fic where he's a main character that i actually managed to sit through, the vibes are always so Off esp in modern aus and such. they take away his insanity. his flavor 😔💔 or make him edgy in a way he isn't. which is just a different flavor. not my special little guy :(

chuuya suffers from it too but in another way, and that's how ppl force him into templates of preexisting tropes, like a tsundere, or a 100% hotheaded hair triggered guy, and that's just. not it. bsd characters are interesting bc despite them fitting into certain tropes, the whole point is they have way more going on BEYOND that, and chuuya is a great example for a character that just has a lot of things going on at once so it's always... glaring, when someone chooses to stick to just one facet of him. it's like a rainbow with only one color

(worst when ppl babify him tho. that's like a rainbow of a whole ass unrelated color. where did you even get that from. he wasn't that innocent and childish as a teen we know that there are 2 lns that show what he actually was like. please i am on my knees here)

also when ppl make kunikida rude and insensitive just for the sake of it. or a major stickler to the rules who loves the police. um. no? unfortunately this one's so common i am almost used to it by now 😭💔

Matthew Taylor

He likes sports but he does actually try to engage with his friend's hobbies- e.g going shopping with Em and Jess, and he's definitely sat and listened to Mike rant abt politics or sth before. Hannah's bugs made him get over any fear he had of insects.

He's very patient and friendly but when he gets mad he gets MAD. (we see that in game anyway tho tbh).

Ashley often helps him with homework.

He has ADHD.

He has a younger sister.

He has pet guinea pigs that he loves and Jess always jokes she only hangs out with him for them.

He's pansexual.

He's had a tiny little crush on Josh before.

He was decent friends with Mike before everything.

Even after him and Em break up he stays as a close friend of hers.

He's a bit of a pushover.

Michael Munroe (I'll be as nice to him as I can).

After UD he develops a fascination with wolves.

He's not actually as well-off as some of the other kids in the group, and he's sort of insecure about it which led to him putting up his whole confident guy charade which evolved into him being a massive dickhead.

His mother passed away when he was young and his Dad is an asshole. He spends most of his time out of his own house and his own bedroom is quite empty.

He scares quite easily and when he's alone he often ends up talking to himself just so there's a distraction.

When he's alone his whole persona comes crashing down. Part of why he fears isolation.

He has ADD, and he also has narcisstic traits.

He's also autistic but thats more me and my friend projecting when we write him lol.

He's pretty smart in the subjects he likes but he lacks common sense and does lots of dumb things.

He lived in Florida until he was 14.

He's demiromantic bisexual.

He needs to feel useful or he gets quite upset. This often ends up with him taking on the sort of 'leader' role in the group.

He tends to clash with Josh a lot, and Beth.

Christopher Hartley

He's not a massive fan of animals. He's either scared of them or complains about them being dirty/diseased.

He's trans.

He isn't into doing sports but he is surprisingly strong.

He's autistic.

He knows basically everything about technology and fuck all about anything else.

He did not pay attention in most of his subjects and then would end up going to Ashley for help and she'd scold him.

When he was young and first met Josh's sisters he was just. Amazed by the fact Hannah was allowed to be a girl.

He had a short-lived crush on Hannah as a kid. And it was mostly envy.

When he was a kid he had long hair, which he complained about until he got a 'compromise' with sort of medium hair length. When he was 15 he chopped it all off himself and has had it short ever since. (he was also in so much trouble).

He has quiet bpd. (this is sort of projection ignore me pls. I have my reasons I am not going to explain them here).

He's biromantic demisexual.

He's pretty much always had a massive crush on Josh that he barely realised.

He's generally just kind of a disaster bi.

He's very quick to get defensive and upset.

He tends to go way too far with pranks and the only people who can ever really reel him back in are Josh and Ashley.

A random rant about American politics

I'm not American. For my own privacy I won't say exactly where I'm from but all you need to know is that I’m not American so take what I say, with a grain of salt.

I’m not the most educated person in the world, not by a mile.

But I can say that I’m gifted with the ability of not being American and having no real bias with their politics.

So, to explain, vie been seeing so many people in America say, they don’t know for who to vote for.

Trump or Biden.

Both are terrible options

Biden a genocidal asshole

And trump, is well trump.

And I can’t say that if I was in the position of the American working class. I’m not either a democrat or a republican.

Because believe, choosing sides in these situations are dangerous, either way.

With Leftists, so many people have what I call, a Taught Victim complex. Where, people take their real and horrible experiences, that they or others face, as a way to control. You can see it in many ways.

Now to give a disclaimer, I am White. So, I can’t really speak on issues like racial discrimination against, POC by I’m not. But I can speak on my experience as someone from a POC dominated country. With that I have faced some discrimination by I’m white, and they also have this Taught Victim complex where they use very real, terrible things like Apart time, as a way to get what they want.

But then it also gives white people an excuse to be racist and ignore problems like White on POC racism.

It’s a vicious cycle that can be broken by, being more self-aware and breaking down these toxic ideals.

That nobody except, politicians and the rich benefit from.

With the Right-wings, they are mostly just Racist, sexist and all that fun stuff. They have bigoted opinions and use the fact that practically they can solve economic problems with "practicality" but then people ignore the obvious human rights violations. When their “practical" ways, ignore the working class, the POC and the LGBTQ+. And only benefit, Rich white people.

Now with trump, he believes what Israel is doing, is wrong. Which is good, but he's also, Trump, with very terrible bigoted opinions.

With bidden, he used all the buzz words to manipulate leftists, by we and I am including myself, thought that just by someone says all the things you want to hear means that they would be good at running a country, now America is in shambles by of what a terrible president Biden is.

A big problem with the internet today, is that if you are not "woke" enough, or "conservative" enough, you are a bad person either way. And again, it’s just to divide people and give power to the people making America such a joke.

So, all I can say, is learn nuance.

Know, that nobody is all bad and all good.

Nobody is going to agree with everything you say, and they can’t make you happy all the time.

And yes, some people are awful but remember in their minds, they were completely correct. And by nobody told them no, they were able to hurt a lot of people.

Because nobody can learn, that picking sides will always make this cycle of harm, to everyone.

So, I beg everyone who comes across this post, pls learn nuance. learn to not be manipulated by buzzwords.

Because the only right solution is, Peace for everyone, and that peace will only by required when bad people, get out of power.

And Peace seems unattainable, but it isn’t. Peace can by real.

When people who want to divide you, are gone.

America has a racism problem, like all countries.

America has a human rights problem, like all countries.

As an example, Cole Brings Plenty, was murdered and he is not getting justice, Palestinian people are getting murdered, and they are not getting justice.

Because the people profiting are in power.

Because they don’t want peace. They don’t want their countries to be safe, and good for everyone. Because they get to much money out of not.

The Taught Victim complex is rampant and has affected everyone by most people have an eye for an eye mentality.

And most people just want simple justice. And real problems get overshadowed.

Humans are so complex that every opinion, possible, someone has it.

So just, I want everyone who read this whole thing.

To do one thing for me.

Learn to be central, not right left.

But Central.

Look at every viewpoint.

See what point their making. And ask always. Is this harmful to anyone?

If it’s a yes, try and educate them, show them your point of view, try to teach them nuance.

Ifs it’s no, just ask why they think so, ask yourself, why it makes you angry.

Remember it’s a choice. For them and for you.

Hold you head high, and know, you are making the world a better, safer place.

A place where Peace is truly attainable.

I think you and Ike would be good together. You two have a lot in common. You’re both emotional and empathetic people. You look out for others while still pursuing your passions.

You and Ike met when you went to a book signing of his. He was your favorite author every book he wrote was better than the last. When you found out he was doing book signings at your local library as part of a charity event you couldn’t pass up the chance. So you gather as much money as your could and your favorite book from him and went off on your journey.

The line was super long, so long it made you squirm even more in anticipation and nervousness. Finally it was your turn, and he was every bit and beautiful as he was in his pictures if not more. He smiled at you as you handed him your book.

Much to your pleasure (and the displeasure of the people behind you) you and Ike hit it off. You two were talking about the book he was signing for you and what you enjoyed about as well as what was going through his mind that inspired him to write it. Unfortunately your time was cut short as his manager told him they had to keep it moving. So you said your goodbyes and assumed that was that.

Except it wasn’t, because a few hours later when you went to your favorite cafe for lunch you saw him again. He was on lunch break from the signing and almost took your order by mistake. When you two made eye contact again Ike’s eyes lit up like a chrismas tree. Despite being in a hurry and his shy nature he wanted to continue your conversation, so he gave you his number.

Since that day you two have had very avid discussions about all sorts of topics: favorite books, favorite hobbies, hopes, dreams, and eventually romance. He confessed that despite writing all about love he had yet to experience much of it himself and wished he could experience the fantasies he’s only dreamed about.

As he ranted off about the romantic and gentlemanly things he would do with his partner, you couldn’t help but with that you could be the person in those fantasies with him. That’s when it hit you: you were in love with the sweet novelist Ike Eveland.

You couldn’t get your mind off him after that. You so desperately wanted to be his lover, but you were too shy, too nervous to confess to him. You tried to ignore your feelings hoping they would go away, but they only got stronger.

One day you got a knock on the door. You open the door to be greeted with the man of (sex) the hour himself holding what looked to be a gift basket filled with flowers, your favorite snacks and candies, your favorite movies, and a few books.

You asked what it all was for and he responds that he noticed how you had been a bit down lately and he wanted to try and cheer you up. That was the last straw you couldn’t contain it anymore.

You jumped up, hugged him, and told him how much you loved him only for your eyes to widen as you realized what you said. You look up nervously at the novelist only to see him stunned, eyes wide, and a bright red blush on his face. After a moment of awkward silence he regains his composure and asks if you really ment what you said.

You respond and his face breaks out into a small smile. He admits that he had feelings for you too, since day one in fact, and he had been too shy to tell you. The his eyes light up with realization and he says he’ll be right back. He returns with what he says is a special book he wants you to read.

You open the book to the booked marked page and there in red letters and cursive writing it says “will you be mine? ❤️” of course you say yes.

And the rest is history. You two became a couple and you couldn’t be happier. Since you also like to write you help him with his novels from time to time. Your dates usually consist of just cuddling and reading together or karaoke nights. Sometimes you two will have a contest on who can be the most romantic and think of different romantic scenarios together, different kinds of dates and presents, and what your future could hold.

In short you guys are really cute.

This took me a bit to figure out it was a tie between Ike and Hex, but gut said Ike so I went with him. It was also kind awkward because they’re both my oshies and writing for your oshi can be quite awkward lol. Anyway sorry about how late this is hope you enjoy.
