peach is dead rn so i have to post my diary here out loud like an animal. anyway

1. yday w/ my friends was so fun we went to the shoe museum (speedrun) then we won hard at a cafe and sat in a park and went shopping :) then i came home and slipped into a gravol coma at 10:30pm and slept over 8h straight and i’m still in bed CHILLING. and i have nothing to do today except accompany a friend somewhere and then i have no deli shifts this week and i get a real proper break!!!!

2. i went without my cane yday bc i was like “i took a naproxen and tylenol and i’m wearing my good shoes i’ll be fine” and it was not fine i was nauseous and in agony basically any time i wasn’t sat down so. losing badly on the pain management front

2b. i think i have a slipped disc in my lower back bc i’ve got all the symptoms of that on top of my actual joint issues and i had it a bit last month but it went away and now it’s back with a vengeance so i’m worried i made it worse and now i gotta go back to my doctor AGAINNN and ask for imaging of it bc um my spine. and in the meantime it just fucking hurts and i’m wailing sobbing screaming every day

#i think the lower back thing is from 1. work 2. a single day of uniquely bad posture choices and 3. leaning too heavily on my cane bc my leg #was really really hurting #I CANNOT WIN #p
