I was rewatching Louie’s Eleven and the idea for an extra scene in this AU happened.

After the police took Graves and his gang, the IT party went on for more a couple of hours. The band played, the kids had fun, and Huey got to meet and chat with a wonderful redhead.

The duck still had a daydream smile on his face hours later, as they walked back to the manor.

“Good job, tiger,” Huey’s best friend from college, Troy Owliver, elbowed him playfully. “So tell me, what’s your game tactic? When are you gonna text her?”

Huey suddenly froze in place. Everyone else stopped too, and watched it as his smile vanished and a slight panic started growing on his face.

Even knowing what that probably meant, Troy asked, “Dude, you did get her number. Right?”

“I-I...” Huey just stuttered, his mind racing with a plan. “Y-you guys, you get the kids the rest of the way!”

That said, he just ran back to the museum, praying for Gosalyn to still be there.

As they watched their uncle rushing down the street like crazy, a thought hit Donald.

“Wait... Doesn’t Launchpad have her number?”

Della nodded, “And e-mail. And address.”
