An older, silly set of doodles from a couple years ago - but still a set that's relevant to current character development stuffs in some way (Niko's outfit is different here for that reason)!

In Unicosm, and specifically Unicosm, Sparky and Bori are part of a Poly-amorous relationship with my sona (Niko Spirata) and another character (who belongs to a good friend of mine), and so this is something to show of that lol - though Soul is absent from this piece unfortunately. Hopefully I'll be able to show one with all four of them together sometime!

#i love yoo #x #the narrative is set up to make us hate her but i could never hate her <//3 #when it switched to their younger selves... that hurt 😔💔#she was so scared then and she's still so scared now #so controlled by fear it influences everything she does and she keeps digging herself deeper and deeper into this hole #yui 'saved' her from one abusive environment only to put her into another abusive environment #took her out of one cage and put her into another #and alyssa views her as her savior #it's just so tragic bc alyssa is so unlikely to get a happy ending and it hurts my heart <//3 #someone please save this girl. but at this point who's gonna do it?#i have so many thoughts on alyssa and nol and their conversation #how they both just don't talk don't listen aren't honest with each other #and how similar yet different they are and how that's what makes them so incompatible #how the timing of the conversation couldn't possibly be worse!!! my god #alyssa went to nol bc she needed to be comforted by a friend and she doesn't really have anyone else #but at that point nol was so done pretending so done with his fake relationships #so hurt by her and on behalf of shinae as well #(and rightfully so)#it all just crashed and burned #alyssa really was doomed by the narrative from the very beginning #the tragedy of it all is just killing me 👍

series 3 is so frustrating because there is like a shining core of pure diamond underneath the problems . like conceptually it rocks so incredibly hard. but the problems

#dr who #i am being so honest when i say ten should have gotten on his knees and begged for simm!master's life #they should have framed the bit between him and martha's mom so different #like yes it is 10000% in character that the doctor with his bleeding heart and loneliness wouldn't want to kill him #even after everything that happened. because he's the only person he has left. 'i forgive you' was PERFECT.#but literally anyone else that suffered from what the master did. Deserves to rip him to shreds. so very obviously #and like i know.i KNOW that i am watching the 'funny immortal alien saves people through time and space' show #but i actually despise the doctor being framed as like an all powerful savior. or treated like one. even for a little bit. is Annoying #the first part of the series 3 finale having martha be humanity's last hope was SO GOOD bc it like kind of set her up as like #having to grapple with all that responsibility and attention like the doctor does. everyone's lives are in her hands. so crunchy #but when it like slides into 'everyone pls believe in our specialest boy in the world The Doctor <3' it just. falls flat #i feel like with a couple tweaks here and there in the execution and like actual fuckinnn people of color in the writer's room #series 3 would be PEAK media. but as it is it's just. falling short.#i do really appreciate martha deciding to leave ten on her own though. first of all. qpp down. second of all #she's realized that she can't keep traveling with him. bc (as i mentioned) hes someone who simultaneously needs saving #and refuses to be saved in the ways that matter. vitalasy going WHO IS INFLUENCING YOU ? DID YOU TALK TO MAPICC? as his immediate reaction to the zam betrayal and you can hardly even hear him say this because his mic cuts out is top 10 craziest eclipse moments to me

#this in combination with subz telling zam that he's proud of him for being able to betray them because it means that they did help him #bizarre things going on here like 1) subz is coping so hard. he is saying that to make himself feel better #2) i would argue that subz overstates mapicc #as a responsible party for zam's behavior at times because it's easier that way & so much weight gets put on subz being zam's savior in bot #of their minds #and Also zam is never able to fully work through his mapicc baggage because despite everything he still wants to hang out with mapicc and #this will just always be true but he also knows that it's somehow wrong and weird of him to still want to hang out with mapicc after all of #that because everything subz and vitalasy signal to him about it is 'FUCK THAT GUY!!!!!!!!!!!' Welp it’s about to be my birthday in like two days so it’s probably about time I post this next ramble DBFJFJ sorry again that this took forever ive been grinding on Pokémon Violet/j

Anyways Krovin

Strange Homosexual man‼️🇺🇸

a helper around the refugee camp area ig! He helps with food stuff mostly but occasionally helps with like medical stuff n all that jazz,, when he’s not doing that he’s just kinda helping individuals with whatever they may need

YET this man refuses to care for himself in the slightest like sir please sleep for more than 3 hours☹️‼️

He constantly busies himself by helping around the camp however he can when he can because,, well I mean people are losing their homes and families and it’s just a BAD TIME.

So if he can help people and make it so life is SLIGHTLY less shitty then he’s doing good,, and he’ll feel selfish and awful if he stops take care about himself for even a minute

He gets it from his childhood 😁😁 yeah I know an OC with a troubling childhood !! Who coulda seen this coming!

Basically his mother had lost her first son before having Krovin which was already bad enough,, and then her husband went and died after getting caught up in a fight during this one dragon civil war typa conflict,, as you can imagine her mental state kinda went down the drain <33

She wouldn’t leave her bed,, she wouldn’t eat, she kinda just let herself rot away in her room for like several weeks,, eventually Krovin decided to try and take care of her FOR her, so starting when he was around 13-14 all the way up until he was like 26 maybe, he’d make food, he’d make sure she bathed, he’d try to help with her all mental issues and grief and all that jazz

He even started helping around town for some extra money ‼️🔥🔥💰💰🗣 yknow to buy more food and stuff,,

No matter what Krovin did though his mom just couldn’t seem to get better,, mentally at least. Even after years and years of him trying to help her she couldn’t move on

So yeah not a good time for Krovin

Eventually his mother died from a sickness plus her age in her sleep,, which Krovin ended up blaming himself for

Did he not try hard enough? Should he have done more? Maybe he should’ve gotten more money to afford medicine ,, maybe he should’ve BEEN A BETTER SON 🗣🗣🗣🗣 sorry I love that song/j

But yeah all of that is kinda why Krovin refuses to take time to properly care for himself,, he had this mindset that if he didn’t give the whole world for someone he cares for, they’d leave, disappear, say byebye or something like that!!!!!! He’s a lil messed up!!! Traumatized man☹️☹️

Anyways when the whole unicorn takeover thing happened he volunteered to help around and stuff, he hit the jackpot with this one/J

This is when he met Norva. She’d frequently turn up with them dragon refugees and occasionally visit from time to time,, checking in on everyone n all. Krovin liked that she was strong and brave, but was also real damn upset that such a young gal had to go through this situation with everyone else,, and she actually reminded him of when he cared for his mom and that like, REALLY upset him

So during one of her visits he’d approached her and they got to talking and soon became besties ‼️‼️

As I said Krovin admired her strength and bravery, and she appreciated his help around camp,, so yeah they became pretty close. Fatherless gang!!!!/J

And that’s all I have to say about Krovin for now sorry this was such a long ramble OUGH he’s just really neat to me,, dad figure man!!!! Who doesn’t love those dad figures am I right
