Info about him bc I love him already;

Became Clotted's personal guard shortly after this one confessed to him.

In order to convince Elder Custard Pumpkin could make a good guard despite being blind, Clotted reminds him that Pumpkin Cream comes from a family of powerful light magic users (the Madeleine Family) and to prove his worth, to test him by battling other custard soldiers. Pumpkin was fearful at first because it reminded him of the final test of the Paladin academy that he failed and didn't want to mess up this time around- Luckly, he passed with flying colors!

Doesn't use the same staff/gun the other guards of Custard use since it messes with his hearing.

Because Pumpkin never left the Republic and never had proper character develoment™, Pumpkin still resents Madeleine and tries to avoy him whenever he's out.

Still visists his mother, Grand Madeleine on ocassion (Even if she's iffy about her son working under a House who's Elder indirectly killed her spouse shhh-)

Used to be very weary of Financier because she was a paladin, but opened up to her when he deemed her trustworthy.

Very aloof and professional in public and is only ever soft towards Clotted Cream when alone with him.

Speaking of which: Keeps his relationship with Clotted Cream a secret because Pumpkin doesn't want to ruin his reputation (And maybe because Elder Custard is homophobic /HJ).

Still talks to his animal friends and sometimes sneaks out into the gardens to spend time with them.

Still gets to meet his cake fox chimera Syrup; after the fox was captured and send to the Republic by some poachers in order to sell it by a high price, Pumpkin Cream helped the fox escape and had stayed close to Pumpkin since. May appear angry all the time, but is actually a good boy when off duty.

#I am once again EXTREMELY STRESSED/ANXIOUS about my professors and their letters of rec & getting my driver’s permit again #I’m binging on some chips right now cuz of it 🙃😥 #a couple of days ago one school notified me that letters of rec must be submitted by mid November or they’ll cancel my application #I’ve been sending email reminders to them and resending requests too #and I’ve been procrastinating on retaking the driver’s permit test cuz I’m nervous/anxious about it #and I’m doing it virtually through the dmv’s virtual office thing #and I gotta download their monitoring program cuz I’ll be recorded while taking the test #HHHH when will I be calm and happy again??? I'm here to drop off like a thought/cute headcanon of like my fave trope ever!

Gepard usually stays in the frontlines, usually taking in all the damage and aggro for his soldiers (I know that's his role even in game/being the tank and all but every time he gets hit and he like screams I wince hhhh) so imagine a reader who is in charge of like taking care of the wounded soldiers so she's had more than enough times dealt with Gepard (so she knows him but he doesn't quite know her yet) already.

One day, the camp had been ambushed by a bunch of Fragmentum monsters and the main force is too busy with the Frontlines so reader here, despite being a healer, had to step up as technically the only one at that time who walked a Path and can heal whoever is left to be able to fight back and give the wounded time to escape. Gepard manages to make it back in time and give enough support so they all make it out. But he was already so wounded so reader takes special care of the Captain.

By the time he wakes up, reader has been in charge of his health exclusively, being the one to nurse him back to help (partially in thanks for saving her but also because she felt the most responsible for some of his aggravated wounds) and the way she treats him slowly has him go head over heels for her. Even after she no longer needed to take care of him extensively, Gepard finds himself spending his excess free time by her tent, just chatting and getting to know her better.

By the time he realizes that he has fallen in love with his caretaker, they were very close friends and he's gotten to know her a lot.

(Yes I'm a sucker for the Florence Nightingale effect/trope and yes I will die on a hill putting this trope on my fave charas and reader asdfjgktiejdkdo)

But every now and then, a shield becomes a bit too chipped to ignore and this is very true to Gepard whenever he becomes injured. Ohh yes the capable healer being the only fighter in a camp and then Gepard bulldozing in like the knight in shining armor he is despite being injured himself is just 👌 and then he just passes out in healer reader's arms nnggg

Him being naked from the waist up and waking up to reader's tiddies right up his face bc she's wrapping bandages around him and he just splutters, not knowing where he can look 😭

This became a normal occurence in the duration she nursed him back to health bc of his injuries, like the areas he cant reach like his back, needed to be tended by a professional.

Him noticing the difference in their hands 😭 his are scarred and calloused while hers are soft and dextrous 🥺

And when he's fully recovered, he still goes to her, making an excuse that it's for check ups until there's no more excuses, they just spend time together and he always looks forward to their tea time, and she does too. She's always flustered and smiley whenever her favorite patient is around.

They're idiots in love and everybody in the camp knows it, except the two people who are in love 💀

But, at one point, nightingale reader works herself to the bone to the point of collapsing and when Gepard hears of it, he rushes to her, for once letting his men take care of the frontlines.

And this time, when she wakes up, he's right next to her, holding her hand. She gets a scolding from him and when she objects that he often overworks himself too, he gets frustrated and he just pulls her for a kiss 😩

I could go on about Nightingale reader and Gepard but I'll just have to save that for the oneshot 😏

gunwook's parents had gone on vacation for the summer while you and him were working part time to save up for university. since you and gunwook had been dating for so long, his parents let you have the house key for those days when their son slept through his alarm…

instead, you usually make breakfast for him in the morning before you both go to work while he makes dinner or gets takeout for you after work.

you unlock his front door and slip off your shoes, admiring all of his cute family photos in the foyer, you can tell how much he loves his mom in them.

you start off in the kitchen by brewing up coffees for yourself and gunwook, and then going on to create a chocolate chip pancake batter, pouring them into heart shapes.

gunwook complained about his manager making him stay overtime last night, so you knew he was tired and decided to let him sleep in a bit. you tried to be as quiet as you could be with cooking, tip toeing around and gently closing the fridge and such.

you finished the pancakes stacks and made a side of eggs and bacon to get you guys energized for the day. you iced the coffees and added condensed milk, just like how gunwook likes it.

after setting down breakfast onto the dinner table, you think of waking up gunwook with his ice coffee. so you walk up to his door and slowly open his door to see an empty, dishevelled bed.

his washroom was outside his bedroom and it was empty, you didn’t know where he was. “hm? gunwook?” you say confused.

the moment after you suddenly saw gunwook jump from the other side of the door with his hands up and yelling to scare you.

you yelp and stumble backwards, causing the ice coffee to spill all over your clothes. gunwook catches you in time to stop you from falling, letting the plastic cup fall to the ground. he goes from a smiley, laughing mood to a solemn, worried expression.

“y/n! are you okay?” he’s checking your body to check for any injuries, you ignore him, “hhhh you’re so annoying, how can i go to work with this?!”you look at your coffee soaked hoodie and pants.

you walk to the washroom to wipe off the coffee before it gets sticky. “i’m sorry y/n i didn’t know you were bringing me coffee.” you sigh, you understand where hes coming from but you were annoyed.

“babe how am i supposed to go to work like this,” you work at the convenience store near gunwook’s but too far from your place to get a new shirt.

as if a lightbulb flashed above your boyfriend’s head, he made a small ‘o’ face while walking back into his room and back out.

“here wear my clothes,” a warm, apologetic smile grows on gunwook’s face as he hands you a clean black hoodie and sweatpants.

you take a sniff and it still smells like him even being freshly washed. you melt a little and give in, “thank you gunwook, i can’t stay mad,” you giggle, closing the bathroom door to change.

leaving the bathroom you find an empty hallway, so you go back to the kitchen to see gunwook with a new iced coffee, smiling while scrolling on his phone.

gunwook turns his head to see you, “oh…” he stands up and walks closer to you

“why do i look stupid? its a little big on me” you blush looking at yourself.

“no not at all. you look really good in my clothes that’s all” gunwook bites his lip, surprised at his confession. he found clothes engulfing you whole as very endearing and cute.

your cheeks somehow turn more beet red because of his compliment. you hug him and hide your face in his chest, “you’re so embarrassing.”

gunwook simply laughs and hugs you back, patting your head.

“let’s eat breakfast now.”

as you guys eat gunwook explains that he overheard you come in and cook breakfast which is why he waited to scare you.

“i mean, you should’ve seen the look on your face!” gunwook imitates your spooked expression, making you slap his shoulder.

“i had a whole cup of coffee in my hand! of course i’d be scared.”

gunwook taps his closed lips with his index, “mmm sounds like a you issue.” he laughs and immediately expects the worse, getting up from his seat and leaning away from you.

“you-!” you grab your half full iced coffee and get up and chase after him around the house, “i’m not afraid to throw it on you!”

i love bits about senshi dunmeshi helping people eat healthier/more complete meals, but my personal favorite way to imagine senshi helping me in my life is when I'm stoned

me, blazed in the middle of the kitchen: hhhh fuc nothing good to eat I fucked upp

senshi: hold on there. we may not have a five star entree on our hands but there are still enough ingredients right here in this kitchen to whip up something great. look at these oreos. they might be a little stale, but this jar of peanut butter should coat them with enough moisture for a satisfying texture. and if we take these chips - well they might be too crumbly to eat right out of the bag anymore, but if we pour them out onto the counter, we can coat the peanut butter in a sort of crust of sour cream and onion breading. if you want, you could add some hot sauce at this stage, for the vitamin c. now, a third uncoated oreo is gonna go in the middle to make it oreoier, press the two sticky crunchy old oreos together andddd you've got yourself a meal!

Well I made a post about this awhile ago but I RELATED HARD to this man because of my own personal experiences with losing my child the only difference is I got mine back and he lost his. I understood his pain of not having her around and understood it when he broke down. I instantly connected to him as a parent. Then just how he basically travelled with the only survivor Koa and by the end treated her like a found family, a daughter he never got to care for and it made my heart SWELL with happiness! The fact that he was hot while shooting dinosaurs was just a bonus for me LMFAO

-My favorite thing about them

His patience if I'm being honest there were so many opportunities for him to be rude or snap at Koa, There are two that come to mind.

When Koa and him were in the cave and Mills was chipping away at a smaller opening, trying to make it big enough for both of them he hit a spot that his tools wouldn't go through and he was trying to explain that to Koa but because of the language barrier she kept going off in a tangent and handing him the shovel back, I thought FOR SURE he was going to get pissed but to my surprise, while he did look a little frustrated he never NOT ONCE lashed out a Koa and calmly explained that he didn't have stronger tools to get through the opening.

When Koa got dragged by a raptor and Mills found her and scared them off with his gun, Koa hid beside a rock and refused to look at Mills. Mills tried to tell her to move but she didn't want too. This man didn't get upset. He sat there and allowed her to feel her feelings and watched for any threats, giving her time. They waited until almost night fall before he attempted to get her attention by doing that hand whistle thing!

I sometimes call him "dark and brooding" to get his attention I also call him babe and love. He calls me sweetheart a lot dslfjkdslfkj

The moment Mills felt something for me that was more than friendship it was like a switch flipped and he just started teasing and flirting with me every chance he got! Like this man flirted A LOT. sickening- /affectionate

hhhh WELP after struggling fruitlessly to chip off the dried ink buildup on one of the parts of one of my neglected rapidosketch pens, I realized that it wasn't crusted up with old ink but actually pitted with corrosion :'D so I. might try putting ink in it anyway and just seeing what happens but I also might be in the market for a new technical pen

#alas #I've had that thing for like fifteen years and it goes unused with ink still in it for years at a time like. I can't even be mad #I've had to deep clean it like this a dozen times it's amazing it held up this long to my bad behavior #considering the only difference between rapidograph and rapidosketch is that the latter is 'student grade' #which in this context I assume means less expensive and probably less high quality parts #I HAVE two in different sizes but I kinda assume the other will be in a similar state so #about me
