Ballora and Balloon Boy as animals. I've never been a fan of the fact that they are humanoid animatronics, especially next to the the others they look. they look weird. So I figured they'd do well as animals

Ballora is supposed to be a bird, like a "swan" because she's a ballerina! Also she can be the "Chica" stand-in Sister Location, Being the bird of the band for Circus Baby's Pizza World even though Funtime Chica DOES exist in a different franchise.

Balloon boy here is supposed to be a MOUSE like a Chuck e. Cheese rip-off character. He kinda looks more like a monkey WHICH i think i've seen a lot of BB monkey designs. Anyways I drew BB as a RAT because HE IS ONE.

Glamrock Freddy and Chica with Foxy. I think it's really interesting that FazEnt made Captain Foxy's design pretty much identical to his classic design. Wouldn't it be funny if the Glamrocks are just MASSIVE compared to him?

HCs about the Scream (96) cast seeing FNAF

I've had some time to think abt this, so say the murders never happened and the kids are just a dumb friend group. Btw this is mindless self indulgence. (Stuilly, Tatum/Sidney yk) WARNING FOR POTENTIAL SPOILERS BELOW THE CUT!

Sidney-

Is actually highkey a little nervous to see it. She isn't big on scary movies but wanted to go cause it seemed good and she had a vague idea of the lore (blame Randy and Billy)

Dresses up with Tatum

Sits between Tatum and Billy

gets startled during specific scenes (iykyk) but otherwise enjoys herself.

Her favorite was probably either Max or Vanessa.

Tatum-

Tatum wanted to see this purely because it was a big thing. She doesn't know the lore (And prolly doesn't really care tbh).

She and Sidney dress up and Tatum goes all out. (She's prolly glam rock chica or roxy)

Is next to Sidney with her bag on the seat next to her.

Sits unphased through the suspenseful bits and thinks the movie is goofy. Is moreso glad that Sid liked it.

Thought Vanessa was hot.

Randy-

Not the biggest FNAF fan but knows all the lore and is so pretentious about it.

Dresses up as either the purple guy (I really feel like he would and I don't know why...) or a security guard.

Is next to Stu with a random person on the other side.

Is inches from strangling Stu with every comment he makes throughout the film.

Doesn't get scared at all and thinks the scares are lame. (the only thing that gets him is the scene with Max)

Didn't like how the movie strayed from the lore but isn't against watching it at home to rip on it. (loved the special effects and technical work though)

Is a Mike fan, but in the non thirsty way. Also thinks Vanessa is hot.

Stu-

He was ready to see this movie from the moment it was announced. Is a fnaf fan, knows the lore because of Billy and Randy. He will say things wrong around Randy to piss him off, but will ask Billy to explain it to him just to watch Billy ramble.

Dresses up as Springtrap. (come on. You know why.)

Is between Billy and Randy.

Will lean over to make comments to Randy throught the film. Let out a loud laugh when MatPat was on screen and cheered at Cory's cameo. Kept making jokes about William Afton and Shaggy, and calling Mike hot.

Thought the movie was great. Keeps saying "I always come back" whenever he enters a room though.

Billy-

This man knows the fucking lore. He was secretly kinda excited for the film to come out. He gave Stu a crash course of the lore the month leading up to the films release.

Dressed up but very lowkey. (shirt with the color of the animatronic) Looked very out of place next to his four overdressed friends/boyfriend, but didn't mind.

Is between Stu and Sidney.

White knuckle grip on Stu's hand during the first half hour from excitement. (his face was fully stoic though)

Liked the movie enough but probably wouldn't watch it again. (He and Stu see it another six times) Thought the animatronics were cool looking though.

Liked Afton (yk why), Mike and Vanessa. (His favorite animatronic is either Bonnie or Foxy and I'll die on that hill.)

Wow. Well...what can I say?

It's been a wild ride. 7 years of SpringleDongle, granted the last year has been a hiatus on Tumblr (I've been actively posting in the official discord). Posting the archive was also a massive task- 625 total posts on the new blog!

I've lost the several thousand followers I had on my old account, but that's just the nature of things. Hopefully I can regain a new audience as new asks are responded to, and new arcs posted!

I don't know what to say. So many people made this blog what it is, and I've had so many friends support me during the downtime. I'm in tears just thinking about how much this blog means to me.

Mimikyu - the lore behind Mimikyu is that he dresses up as Pikachu to get some love, and I feel that even though that doesn't directly parallel Michael, he'd probs see this poor rag in an alleyway on one of his shifts, feel bad for it, and catch it, and its probs his Poke-Helpi lol, (Mimikyu probs would give him traumatic flashbacks to when he was used as a meat suit, but he probs still cares for him coz like he's seen the horrors so nothing can really phase him atp lmao 😭 )

Obstagoon- Michael was a kid with a rock and roll phase who became a robo bear with a rock and roll theme lmao, like?!?!?? Sinistea - Okay, so originally I was going to give Polteagiest because haha British and purple, but I feel like Sinistea is more Michael, and Polteagiest is more William? Maybe his Polteageist just had a Sinistea one day, and William just gave it to Michael lol

(Ace Pokemon!!) Blood Moon Ursaluna - Originally, the teddyursa was Evan's, a gift from William, after he died, teddyursa didn't have a trainer, right, So then, Michael keeps it in his guilt and grief, So then, years later it becomes an ursurang, and probably stays an ursarang during pre-sister location. After sister location, is when Michael does his whole thing of going into the fnaf locations as night guard, and the remnant that was around him during all of that, allowed for ursarang to evolve into blood moon ursaluna (yipee!!!) silly fun additional thing: after the spirit of cc haunts poke-fredbear and stuff, he sees that Michael evolved his teddyursa fully and stops, mid Jumpscare to have a full on argument with him as to why ursaluna was cuter as a teddyursa (Also BMU looks a bit like golden Freddy with the missing eye, and it literally is the freddy fazbear pokemon lmao)

My expectations of Arthur when I first played RF4S

- Soft spoken, gentle, shy, and very nervous.

- Major pushover despite being a prince; also basically leaves the protagonist for dead just so he can be a trader like he wants.

- Likely the victim of constant bullying by the other guys.

- Marriage event was going to revolve about his dislike of being a prince, how it prevents him from pursuing his interests, and end in him fully abdicating his title.

What Arthur actually is

- Easily the most social of the Selphia villagers.

- Confident, forward, and can hold his ground in any discussion.

- Does not abandon the protagonist in favor of being a merchant; in fact, he takes up running the town again during Act 2 when the Sechs invade (not that it affects gameplay or town dialogue) and generally plays advisor and confidant to the player during the story. Why do you think I'm frustrated there's no official spin-off material where he's Frey's love interest?

- EXTREMELY shameless when it comes to calling the protagonist cute (yes, this includes Lest; I may ship him to hell and back with Frey, but we stan a bisexual king.)

- Apparently immune to the effects of love potions because he already "liked" Frey/Lest so much from the beginning. Just say it was love at first sight, moron.

- The biggest dork when it comes to talking about trade, glasses, and cute things, and he's very sweet and considerate during dates.

- Openly horny and 100% tops in bed. His Newlywed Mode ending basically confirms this.

- One mini event reveals he only gets sleep every two days so he can get his work done, then describes that schedule as being leisurely.

- He also regularly forgets to eat. How is this man not dead?

- Regularly joins in on bullying Doug, especially after Leon is rescued. (I can't decide if foxy grandpa is just a bad influence or deliberately giving Arthur opportunities to be a little shit; more likely the latter.)

- Other victims of his legendary roasts include Illuminata, Bado, and Dylas.

- As kind and calm as he is, he Will Not Hesitate. Ever. He seems delighted to throw beans at people during the Bean Toss Contest, openly states in one conversation about how he would have slapped Porcoline if he tried to eat the bird he was petting, and his AI in combat seems to really like casting shine/prism before charging into monster swarms.

- His marriage event? OH HONEY...

Funtime Freddy headcanons that make no sense

I think it’s time I spam my tumblr page with headcanons about my comfort characters so here I’ll start out with Funtime Freddy cause BRAINROT GO BRRR

- MLM 

- Probably listens to Lemon Demon tbh.

- Unhinged, chaotic, meme of a man who rarely takes himself seriously. 

- DEFINTELY STANS DOJA CAT.  

- Has a secret soft spot for food. Like homie LOVES food. Especially sweet stuff like ice cream and cake. I feel like he'd either just be deleted from reality after trying spicy food, or be absolutely unphased by a Carolina reaper or smth.

- He uses drag queen slang to annoy Funtime Foxy and thinks he’s a comedy genius for it. 

- He can change his body temperature at will which makes him great for cuddles. It's winter and you're getting super cold?? NO PROBLEM my boy Freddy's GOT YOU. Getting overheated in the summer?? SUMMER, SHMUMMER. MY DUDE IS A SENTIENT AC UNIT. 

- He generally terrifies people cause he's big and tall and kinda loud and it lowkey breaks his heart. 

- He constantly worries he annoys people with his energy/loud personality. 

- He can play music and will just randomly call you into a room by yourself just to Rick roll you.

- Says “gatekeep, gaslight, and girlboss” every chance he gets and he finds it funnier than everyone else does. 

- Would watch you doing mundane tasks just cause he’s curious and likes the company.

Ya know I made this little comic because I just doodled Speaker and Decibel doing the rock satan horns and then was like ‘that reminds me of the JP fox hand sign!‘ and then after I added Wisp doing the fox sign and started cleaning up and wrote out ‘ROCK ON’ I realized it sounded like kon kon which is the JP onomatopoeia for a fox sound... its all coming together boys...

Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem. Reshiram is very talkative, righteous type that will always tell the truth even if its incredibly cruel. Hes also very judgey. Zekrom is a mute and stubborn type and seems to especially go against his brother just to cause problems perhaps? Kyurem.... WHO CARES IDK NOTHING ABOUT HIM.

The dark quartet... I was too focused on trying to figure out their designs I didnt think about who they were as characters.... OH WELL. I know I want them all to be very isolated and stay in their own area. Theyre also very intolerant of humans

The heart and soul fam. Ho-Oh and Lugia are pretty normal and down to earth gods. Ho-Oh especially loves people and likes to watch them from the top of the Bell Tower and will join in festivities if summoned. Because of their friendly and personable natures their followers are a little stan-y especially the Kimono girls who work in their towers (tower now that the Brass tower was destroyed...).

Marshadow was given their first gift by Ho-Oh and they were so happy about it they now follow Ho-Oh despite being a god themselves. The Legendary Beasts are also followers as they wouldnt even be alive if it werent for him. But Ho-Oh has enemies of Xerneas, Yveltal(for his unapproved resurrection of the Beasts) and Giratina (for ‘stealing’ one of his minions).

Arceus also has some beef but has bigger fish to try than Ho-Oh considering all the cloning which is a far worse crime than resurrecting.

Lugia is a powerful god who can cause fierce storms with his crazy wings so for the most part he keeps to himself on the Whirl Islands. Since he is mostly away his ‘sons‘ have come to resent him but whenever they start fighting Lugia will step in... which means all their frustration turns to him but Lugia figures its better the hate-bond over him than anything else. The Beasts are also not too fond of him since they suspect him of causing the storm that killed them in the first place.... Ho-Oh still loves him tho. Now when Lugia flies where their are mortals present he does so using Psychic powers to float rather than flap his wings and cause anymore storms.

The Galar birds have nothing to do with him... even if one of them IS Psychic like him.

While I don't have a definitive choice in mind for Best Enby, nor a complete knowledge all enbies in fiction from which to pick the Best, here are some of my faves:
