The body is always talking to us in its own subtle language. The conscious human builds a communion with his body, listening and acting on its messages as soon as they are received.

Here's body sensation giving you information about your chakras:

-Crown:

Opening: Ticklish sensation, feeling energy entering the top of the head

Closing: Itchy sensation making you want to scratch the top of your head. Over time it create rashes and even lose hair (the main reason why men lose hair, disconnected from divine masculine/father)

Opening: Pulsations on the forehead

Closing: headaches, mentally depleted, pressure on the side of the head, pimple on the forehead

Closing: choking sensation, heat sensation, sweaty pillow when you sleep at night, skin rashes on the neck
