FEELINGS/ EMOTIONS

Slow down. I notice your tendency to keep going going going keeping busy busy busy whether it is physically or mentally or whatever it may be, and I believe this is a defense mechanism to keep you from feeling ANYTHING at all. I think that you have become calloused to accepting feelings at times, afraid that it will hurt or be too much to bear because of your past and most recent experience of heartbreak. I know that at times you become so afraid that you avoid feeling anything altogether. Even in accepting the love and care from others. You tend to shut everyone out just to be safe and this is not fair to yourself or to others. Accept the love, accept the pain. It will only make you wiser and stronger.

Don’t be afraid, my child. I have you. Come to me in those times of pain and hurt and even joy and happiness. I will take care of you. Trust IN ME! Please, don’t shut yourself out from experiencing the fullness and blessings of life that I have to offer you. Don’t be scared. I know that this is a big realization right now and that you haven’t spent proper time alone to process all of these emotions so just take a step back, take a deep breath and accept my love. RIGHT NOW. Don’t be afraid of your feelings. Your sensitivity to them can be your ultimate strength. Accept my warning and care for you. I love you. We are in this together, you are not alone. I have never left your side. HAVE COURAGE. You are strong enough to face whatever comes your way. Believe it. And if you ever feel too weak, I will be your strength just call my name and I’ll be there to strengthen and restore you. (Michael Jackson even sang it, you know the words ;)) You are wonderful. You have a big heart. You are intelligent. You are beautiful. You are my beloved. You are my CREATION. Have Faith, Ciela.
