HE IS THERE
HE IS THERE
Ezekiel 48:35

What a way to close off the book of Ezekiel! With the Lord Himself affirming and confirming for us reassuringly that He is there, wherever there would ever be, He is and will be there with and for us as stated in Deuteronomy 31:6 and reiterated in Hebrews 12:4.
Prophet Ezekiel closes his assignment by renaming the city to be “The LORD Is There: JEHOVA SHAMMAH”. Ezekiel’s final vision, and the whole of the book, is about the reality of God’s presence among His people.
Are you looking for the Lord? He is there! You are reminded again and again that the Lord is always near! The Lord Is There! Yes indeed, God Is with us, and He will never forsake us. We are never abandoned by God!
Immanuel in Matthew 1:23 means, "God with us" is closely associated with this Old Testament Name for God, Yahweh Shammah.
Where have you been looking for the Lord? Stop looking for Him. He is there! He is near you always, as clearly stated in Psalm 145:18. He is not far. The quicker we realize that the Lord is always near us, the quicker we stop allowing the enemy to send us on a searching spree all overlooking for God.
God is omnipresent! His omnipresence is His ability to be everywhere at once. Whether someone is on a mountain top or in the deepest valley, they’re never out of His reach or sight. He is there!
The Lord doesn’t need a brick-and-mortar temple to inhabit as clearly stated in 1 Corinthians 6:19, the Holy Spirit resides within us. The Spirit of the Lord lives within individual Christians. This makes each believer’s body a temple where God’s Spirit lives. That means we don’t go looking for the Lord “there” because He’s already and always “there” in and with us.
Be confidently assured that whatever you’re going through, whatever challenges you’re facing, the Lord is there with you. No height, depth, sickness or even death can separate us from God’s everlasting love according to Romans 8:31-35 because Adonai-Shammah is always there with you.
Psalm 23:4 even affirms that God will walk with and alongside us in every situation.
The Lord is with us! The Lord has always been with us and will always be with us! Nothing we go through in life will cause Him to turn from us, even when we turn from Him as seen in Psalm 139:7-10, “Where shall I go from your Spirit? Or where shall I flee from your presence? If I ascend to heaven, you are there! If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there! If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me. Where then can one go, and God is not? Nowhere!
Some of us are even right now looking for God in places where He’s not.
When you hurt-He is there! When you’re sick-He is there! When you pass through fire, water, storm as promised in Isaiah 43:2. He is always there!
The Lord gives us a clear message about Him being there in Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Fear not, “the Lord is there” with you always.
PRAYER: Help me, Lord, to remember that you are there in every circumstance. Help me to comprehend this truth that You promise to never leave me or forsake me. There is no place that I can go that is away from Your presence. Amen.
Shalom,

James 2:19 You believe in the one God -that is creditable enough, but even the demons tremble in fear. Fool! Would you not like to know that faith without deeds is useless?
You can’t claim to believe in God and that’s just it,James further to prove his point by using the faith Abraham had along with the act of being willingly to sacrifice his son Isaac to God to prove his faith. You can’t say oh I believe in God, I trust that God will do this for me but when it comes for you to carry out instructions from God you don’t do anything.

Hi everyone! I know I only pop in here every now and then 🙈...I hope and pray ya'll are doing ok out there!!
There's something I'd like to talk about if you don't mind :) lf you ever find yourself feeling distant from God, know that you aren't as far from Him as you feel. Sometimes it feels that way because things that we don't fully understand are going on behind the scenes of life. When God is moving and working, sometimes He seems silent. Don't let anyone or anything lead you to think that God has distanced Himself from you. He would never do that! Keep trying. Keep seeking God. Believe that He hears you, because He surely does!
Can I be real with you? Can I be authentic? Ok cool :) So, I'm kind of going through a stretch where I feel "distant" from God. The reason I haven't crumbled though is because my FAITH is stronger than my FEELINGS. Though I feel like God is farther away, faith reminds me that He is closer than close. That's why The Bible tells us to walk by FAITH and not by sight. By FAITH and not by how we feel. Feelings will lie! So, again I say to you to keep going and keep seeking The Lord because yes, He hears you! Though He might seem far...He isn't at all. He loves you so so much. Far too much to leave you. You can believe that!! Let's keep seeking God and fighting the good fight. Together.
Romans 8:38-39
"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Until next time...😊 God Bless you 💕

Sit with me
by F.L.H.
Sit with me
Please
I don't want to be alone
The world is so big
And my life looks so long
Stretching out ahead of me
Spanning hours
And years
And heartbreaks
And moves
It spans broken relationships
But so many new ones
It holds thousands of laughs
And thousands of tears
A million moments
And a billion thoughts
So much life
That I have yet to live
And yet I don't know what it holds
Don't know what comes next
Sit with me
Please
I feel like I'm downing
Under waves of pain
Every day is a new hurt
A new loss
A new cut
Every day is a wave of guilt
A wave of shame
A wave of regret
A wave of loneliness
And even the cuts don't seem to help
The pain comes back just the same
Sit with me
Please
I don't want to be alone
Please feel my pain
That tugging ache
That sits in my chest
Until I feel like there's
Nothing left
Sit with me
Please
I don't want to shut you out
That gnawing pain
That lived in my chest
Was nothing but aching fear of neglect
Fear of my failure
And what I had done
Fear of your face
Cast down in neglect
Wishing I'd been better
Than what I've become
Come sit with me
Please
I'm sick of these lies
Suffocating me
Under the tide
Sit with me
Please
Just feel my pain
Cry my tears
Sit with me
When I don't think that I can stand
I was so scared
But now I know
No invite was needed
You were here all along
You've sat beside me
Through so many tears
All of the pain that I've felt
Through the years
When I thought I would drown
When I thought the waves would sweep me off
Without a sound
When I thought I was alone
And the grief I bore
Was too much to bear
You bore it too
All of my pain
You carried the weight
You held back the waves
Sit with me
Please
That's all I need
- just little bits of poetry
(Dear God, im scared)

FRESH MANNA
THE HEM OF HIS GARMENT
Matthew 9:20-22
The compassion of Jesus was fully evident in this chapter as we see Him stopping to touch, heal, deliver and save one while on His way somewhere to help someone else, Jairus’s daughter. As his usual practice, he stopped because someone else had a need and that need was communicated to Jesus by a touch on the “hem of His garment.”
The word “hem” means “fringe, tassel, or the border of a garment” as described in Numbers 15:38-39. Various passages in the Bible refer to incidents where people who touched the “Hem” of Jesus’ garments were instantly healed.
Jesus as the Messiah and Son of God had virtue in His body, ready to flow out to heal without any act of will on His part, or any act of faith on ours because He is anointed according to Isaiah 61:1-4.
All this unnamed woman had to do was touch, and in doing so, she was careful to touch the portion of the garment called the tassel, which to a Jew was the holiest part of a garment. In Numbers 15:37, every Jewish male was required to have a tassel on the four corners of their cloak to remind them of God's commands. But since there was real faith mingled with her superstition, Jesus allowed her to be healed, only calling her back afterwards to perfect the healing of her faith.
By asking 'Who touched me?' and insisting on full disclosure, Jesus made it clear to the woman and those present that she was healed by His deliberate act and he was fully aware of all the circumstances of the case, while she thought of “taking” her healing without getting Jesus. By saying your faith has saved you, Jesus reproved her superstition. It wasn’t the touch, the holy tassel, or the supposed magic virtue that had healed her, but her faith in Jesus, the son of living God.
Jesus is telling us, even today that, there is no way one can sneak into God’s kingdom without Him, nor can one “steal” anything from the Lord, as this woman intended to do without using the principles of the kingdom of ask, seek and knock according to Matthew 7:7.
Jesus accepted her imperfect but real faith and rendered it perfect as He did with many others who came to Him and still do with us always.
This woman had spent all her money on medication, and drugs and had gone from place to place looking for help but one day she hears that Jesus is coming to town, and she finds this the perfect opportunity for her healing. She had tried every other option available and spent all she had but to no avail. This was her last hope and what better place than in a crowd?
For her to reach the hem of Jesus’s garment, she had to almost kneel or lay on the ground to touch it, that was how desperate she needed to be healed. How far would you go to get what you need from the Lord? How low are you willing to kneel to touch the hem of His garment?
Keep pushing, no matter the mountains, no matter the difficulty or challenges and the failures, keep pushing to reach the hem of Christ’s garment. The word of God and the blood of Jesus have the power to heal every issue without exception.
PRAYER: Oh Lord, deliver me from all human expectations and perceived time constraints on my situation as I stoop to touch the hem of your garment in Jesus’ name.
Shalon

Because of God....
I think in this life there some personalities we come across and we're just like I'm not sure if I'm going to work well with this person or people who ,ay have wronged us one or the other and we decide to treat them according to how we feel but this verse (Mathew 5:44) says not to do that but to show love to one another. By doing so we are carrying out God's commandment and loving God (John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments)
