Inktober Day 26 - Discarded

Once again I've started rereading @post-it-notes7's fic Heart and Soul and am as always having a Wonderful time with it unlike the protagonists

(will probably go back in and add the shading later but for now it's 2am so it's gettin posted!)

Stupid little fanart doodle (I'll probably make an actual picture to post for this) of a Kirby story I read that's just- amazing-

I came across @post-it-notes7 's page thing and I saw a bunch of fanart for their story, Heart and Soul. I was interested so I decided to read it. It has been a L O N G time since I've found someone's Kirby story to be so interesting that I would read it late into the night when I should have been sleeping (I was usually busy during the days).

Needless to say, it is amazing, so I made a doodle of what appears to be Meta's favorite activity and first instinct when Gala turns around for like- any amount of time, actually. Poor orbs both need a nap.

Also, I know Dragato is like- not the best decision maker, but I swear he's the only puffball with a braincell lmao.

It’s been 75 years since my family was forced from their villages by Zionist militias, they have never forgotten what they did to their neighbors and how they are still denied their right of return. None of us will.

Now, IOF forces in Gaza raise the Israeli flag over the beaches and take selfies with fleeing Palestinians in the background, cheer and celebrate a “return to their settlements in gaza” and sing about leveling the land and fantasize building shopping malls on Palestinian mass graves - it was never about hamas.

I don’t know if I ever told this story on here but apparently when my mom was back in college one of her final exams was scheduled for the evening of the mash finale and a bunch of students complained and threw a fit until finally the professor was like “show of hands: how many of you are planning on skipping my exam to go watch mash?” And like a good 80% raised their hands and the prof was like “…and what if that meant you failed the entire course?” And apparently only a few students put their hands down so the guy had to reschedule the exam. Moral of the story: there’s power in numbers and also mash was and forever will be more important than statistical analysis

(Or at least mostly finished, I opted to not traditionally shade the whole background black to spare my remaining ink and my sanity haha, this is why we have Editing Software that also does cool things like let you add in Noise Filters~)
