I'm rereading HtN and once again beside myself over the number of fail-safes Harrow put in place to preserve Gideon's soul, even though she knew it would cripple her as a lyctor. Her grief chokes her and she is described as a 'hole' and she doesn't even know why but she presses on

And that evil bitch Ianthe has the nerve, the goddamn nerve, to tell Gideon that's not love. Of course Ianthe thinks that's not love. The only kind of love she knows is selfish and codependant.

You know what I haven't seen in a modern TLT AU? A GriddleHarrIanthe pillow fight that is so incredibly aggressive. Frankly the sexual frustration pent up in them would lead to the most vicious pillow fight in history. Corona would walk into the room with stolen wine and would be met with the three of them rolling around on each other breathing heavily and flushed, then join in and absolutely wreck everyone while having a grand ol time.
