⁡ 【背中は自分では押せない】 You can't push yourself back. ⁡ 年始の休み、大雪の影響などで、朝の日課にしている読書をする時間が増えた。 こればかりは積み上げていくしかないので、没頭すればするほど知識や見解が増えていって、いつかどこかでその成果がゆっくり現れてくる。 ⁡ ダンスや表現の世界でも、成功と言われる人には理由が必ずある。 超少数、天性のカリスマを持っている人以外が大半なのだから、行動した事が何かの形となり、それが多くの人の目に触れる事で認知が上がっていって、いつの間にか雪だるま式に大きくなっていく。 ⁡ 会社経営で言えば、リソースとは、 経営資源のヒト・モノ・カネ・情報・時間や知的財産を経営状態に合わせて適切に配分し、上手に使うことで会社を発展できる。 ⁡ 僕自身もフリーで活動しているとはいえ、一人で生きているという意味では自分の会社を経営しているのと同義。その限られた資源をいかにうまく活用して、大きな結果を得ることができるか、を日々考え生きている。一人で活動するシーンが多いからこそ、そこはシビアに選定していかなければならない。 ⁡ リソースを最大化する、つまり自分が今持っているものをどうやったら一番効果的に届けられるか。 ⁡ ⁡ ━━━━━━━━━━━ 結果の8割は2割の要素によってもたらされる ⁡ ⁡ 仕事の成果の8割は、業務時間全体の2割の時間で生み出されている（パレートの法則、ニハチの法則） ⁡ 現在、音楽のストリーミングサービスでは1％のアーティストが全体の再生回数の90％を占めているというデータがある。 そして、アーティストの上位10％が全体の再生回数の99.4％を占める。つまり、残りの90％＝約144万組が全体の0.6％の再生回数をシェアしている。 なので、その割合はどんどん広がり、さらに２極化しつつある。 ⁡ もちろん理想は1%のアーティストを目指したい。ただ、今現在持っているリソースには限りがあり、それに辿り着くには実力と運も必要。 ⁡ リスクを取る生き方をしたいなら、人と違う道を進みたいなら、 そのセーフティーゾーンがどこにあるか自分自身で把握しておいた方がいい。 大きな家を建てるのには、まずは足場を設置することから始まる。 ⁡ 仮に防ぎようの無い事故が起きても、足場さえあればのびのびと作業ができる。 ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ ━━━━━━━━━━ 人生の命綱は自分で持つ ⁡ ⁡ 組織に属さず、一人で生きていくと決めるには、自分の指針をしっかり持っていないと周りに流されっぱなしになってしまう。 周りに流されるという事は、他人に人生を握られているという事だ。 ⁡ 生きてさえいれば、どんなことがあっても乗り越えられる。 未来は見えないから不安であって、想像さえできてしまえば怖くない。 だから、誰かにコントロールされている状態であれば、不安は尽きない。 ⁡ 僕も自分のカリスマ性の無さに失望し、身体能力が低いことも、ダンスを始めたのが遅いことも、人付き合いが下手な所も、 「もっと欲しい」 「〜しておけばよかった」 と思うことだらけ。 ⁡ でも、 もう僕たちは色々なものを持っている。 それをいかに表現するか、を学び、行動すれば良い。 ⁡ ⁡ 足りないと思った時、その時に足せばいい。 だから、今ある自分を最大限に表現できるステージを見つけることが大切。既に自分の中にある。 ⁡ 僕にとっての命綱は 『どこでも生きていける』 ⁡ NYで色々な仕事をして生きていく人を見てきた中で、もし自分が踊れなくなっても、人に必要とされなくなっても、命さえあれば、現代では楽しく生きていける。 ⁡ ネットフリックスでは映画が3781本、ディズニープラスでは16000本以上の映画があるという。 1本2時間だとしても、10000時間。 1日4時間見たとしても、2500日分（約7年分） ⁡ 他にも、ゲームや漫画など、お金もほとんどかからず、誰とも会わずして人生の暇つぶしを埋めてくれるものはいくらでもある。 ⁡ ・ ・ ・ ⁡ ⁡ でも、それだけじゃ面白くないだろう？ 既にあるものが一番輝ける場所へ。そして自分で選んだ道へ。 ⁡ そんな覚悟をこれからもどんどん押していきます。 自分で自分の背中は押せない。だけど動き出したらブランコのようにどんどん高く移動できる。 ⁡ ⁡ #自由 #自由の女神 #statueofliberty #覚悟 #後悔 #中澤利彦 #itsamazingoutthere #newyork_instagram #toshihikonakazawa #ilovenyc #governorsisland (Governor's Island) https://www.instagram.com/p/CocMHvRJypl/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

I remember visiting the island that first summer when it opened and it was just a place to explore with some old buildings (where they hold art shows), the fort, & 1/2 the island was closed – it’s come a long way.
