I was 15 years old and spending the summer in Israel with my grandparents. . At the time there was no gym in the local area, but there was a school a few blocks away with pull up bars. . I remember reading about @schwarzenegger’s training with Franco and how they would sometimes perform 20 sets of different grip pull-ups just to start their back workout, before all the heavy rowing they did. . Every other day I would Jott to the school and perform 10 sets of pull-ups, followed by another 10 sets of varied grip pull-ups. . My first set was always for 20 reps. . And that was the beginning of me training myself both physically and mentally to always be able to do 20 pull-ups, even when I was weighing close to 230. . Le finisher de cette séance c'était vraiment pas des LOL... j'ai cru que mes bras allaient tomber .. se disloquer ... sans maîtrise la puissance c'est rien ... je pense que je vais vraiment comment à utiliser des mini charges pour arriver à encaisser correctement je daily pump... depuis une dizaine de jours pas un lendemain et surlendemain sans courbatures.
