You ever wonder how the events and characters of empires 1 are remembered in empires 2? How much is taken as actual history and how much is told as folklore or myths or fairy tales? Do parents scare their children into doing their magic homework with the story of the mad Mythland king? Do groups of campers sit around a fire and tell ghost stories about the Wolf Spirit and her pack? Is the Rapture taken as a real event or maybe just a mistranslation or a metaphor? (I mean, how can putting two sorts of fish in a tank end an entire era, come on). Are kids told the story of how the ocean queen found true love at bedtime? Are they remembered at all?
