Mirna_elhelbawi and a team of people are still working at getting esims to Gazans, if you are able please consider buying a plan and send it to the email listed above and on her Instagram. They have been working tirelessly for the past days to ensure that Palestinians can contact their friends and families amid the continued displacement and horrors they are experiencing minute by minute. Last I heard these plans people were still able to access internet when israel cut it and all communications a couple days ago and it is vital as some areas are still experiencing difficulties. Please check out her page for any updates as they continue to post more and answer questions 🙏🇵🇸
UPDATE: Mirna has asked that we stop for the time being on sending them E-sims, but that doesn’t mean they won’t start up again in the future! Please feel free to keep reblogging for the info and please continue to check her account for updates!!
NEWEST UPDATE: Mirna and her team are back to taking E-Sim donations! Please check out her Instagram for any updates

If you weren't Pro-Palestine already, I hope the fact that the US government is literally trying to censor people that don't agree with them opens your eyes

I want to make it extremely clear where I stand. Free Palestine. Not only are people being murdered, their dreams and futures are, too. Hamas is no excuse. Thousands of Palestinian people are being slaughtered in a genocide. This is not a war. This is not a conflict. This is genocide. Mass murder. It's not a conflict if one side can't fight back. Parents are losing their children in the ruble of their own schools. Children are losing parents in the ruble of their homes. And it's not just blanket bombings. Israeli forces are occupying Gaza and kidnapping people to rape and torture. They are blindfolding and killing people. Children have given up their hopes of a future. There is a young boy who dreamed of being a martyr like his sister. There is a young girl who said she'd kiss the feet of Israelis if they ended the war. The Israeli government branded journalists in Gaza as terrorists, saying they work for Hamas's propaganda team. They're without food and water. Bakeries were targeted. Mosques were targeted. Schools were targeted. Hospitals were targeted. Refugee camps were targeted. There's no safe place in the Gaza Strip and there's no way out. Now, they're attacking the West Bank. They see everyone as the same. They view infant children the same as they view Hamas. They call them animals.
Thousands of people are dead and there will be more.

just to make it abundantly clear: i'm against what the Israeli government is doing to Palestinians and to the people living in gaza. gallant calling Palestinians "human animals" is horrifying.
the fact that israel can declare war against a country that isn't even considered a country by many other nations, is insanity to me. and the fact that Israel can declare war against a country that doesn't even have a military to protect itself, is horrible. it's not a war, but a massacre. the blockade that Israel has now implemented is awful. it's not war, it's a genocide.
israel is an apartheid state and has been colonizing Palestine. Palestinians aren't hamas, just as Israelis aren't the state of Israel. decolonization isn't going to happen through peaceful protests and demonstrations, or signing petitions.
i find it despicable that some think that hamas acts and speaks on behalf of all palestinians.
and to give you some numbers: from 1.1.08 to 19.9.23, 6407 Palestinians were killed, according to the OCHA. in that same timeframe, 308 Israelis were killed. and from 2008 to 2020, the number of killed Palestinians was 5590, whereas the number of killed Israelis was 251. what this means, is that the number of killed Palestinians increased by 817 in just three years, and the number of dead Israelis increased by 57.
and yes, i know that human lives aren't statistics. i want to highlight that Palestinians have suffered far greater losses in this "conflict" than Israel has.
i have nothing against jews and judaism. my problem is with zionists and with the Israeli government. my problem is with everyone standing with Israel and who are defending israel's treatment of palestinians.
free palestine.

people keep asking me my stance on the palestine and israel situation. (Okay, they don’t, but im gonna say it regardless.)
Yeah, I think it’s fairly simple. I fucking hate the Israeli government. I hope the Palestinians are freed from decades of genocide, replacement, and occupation from under a right wing, semifascist government. I hope the people of Israel are freed from their oppressive, authoritarian, right wing government. I hope people like the Hamas are prosecuted by the full extent of the law for their attacks against civilians. I hope EVERY fucking commanding officer, political figure, and politician in Israel is put on trial for war crimes and/or cooperation in such.
I stand with the people, the Palestinians who are forcefully removed, ethnically cleansed, murdered, genocided, and oppressed. The Israelis who have been forced to live under 1940’s-era fascism where they literally cannot speak out against the government, else they will be arrested. I stand with the government of South Africa and it’s court case against the majority of “democratic” nations who consistently and constantly support the genocides of people who they deem “undesirable.” For years, Arabs and Jews have been deemed “undesirable” within the ranks of most of the world’s nations. I want the world to be freed from that kind of oppression and hatred.
I think theres only a few things I can say about this, and that’s Free The World.
Free the world from racism, sexism, oppression, hatred. Free it from capitalism, free it from fascism, free it from the threat of nuclear war at every step. Free the world from the threat of death. And the first step to freeing the world, is to freeing Palestine.
From the land to the sea, folks.

I really hope that if/when a ceasefire is announced, this momentum we have doesn't stop. Remember that there's been countless ceasefires before but we always end up back in the same place. We can't stop until Palestine is free.

you motherfuckers have no concept of what "land back" or "decolonize" even mean. you're too busy demonizing entire groups of people, terrified, shitting yourselves, that they'll do even half of the horrors to you that you've done to them for decades or centuries. this shit comes off as hella racist for real. you hate arabs so much. you hate first nations people so much. you hate black people so much. even if you sympathize with them, you can't fucking bear the idea of them gaining freedom, independence, autonomy, safety, because you're so, so scared they'll hurt you back and cause chaos in the streets. these same people who just want to rebuild. who just want to go home. who just want to see their families again. who just want food. who just want medical care. who just want dry, warm shelter. you're so focused on the ideas of colonization, of "us vs. them", of one people displacing the other for a state to exist, that you cannot comprehend coexistence, and your only idea of peace is if an entire group of people were just gone and dead.
grow the fuck up. for the love of GOD, grow the fuck up.

Land Day - March 30th
Every year on the 30th of March, Palestinians all across Palestine, yet especially those living inside the 1948 green line (governed by the Israeli government) revive the memory of ‘The Land Day’ (in Arabic : Yawm Al-Ard), a day that first became of significance in the year 1976 when the Israeli government announced the plan that it had in mind, to take and expropriate thousands of dunams of land from Palestinian citizens for “state purposes”… this led the Palestinian citizens living under Israeli rule to take on a general strike and go out in protests and demonstrations in large number against such a decision that deprives them from the lands that they own privately.
On the protests of March 30th 1976 the IOF killed 6 Palestinians (Khadeejah Qasem Shawahneh, Kheir Ahmed Yassin, Raja Hussein Abu Rayya, Khader Eid Mahmoud Khalailah, Mohsen Hasan Sayyed Taha, Ra’afat Ali Zuheiri) while injuring and arresting hundreds more…
Many literary and artistic pieces have been dedicated to the memory of Palestinian Land Day by various authors and artists, the most famous piece being a poem written by the renowned Palestinian author and poet Mahmoud Darwish named “Al-Ard” (which translates to “The Land” in English).
The BDS movement is encouraging people from all over the world to organize huge protests and demonstrations on Land Day, as it is a day that holds a big part of the Palestinian struggle, which is the struggle to take back the stolen lands that were expropriated by the occupation’s government.
So what will you be doing this Land Day (March 30th 2024) to help raise Palestinian voices ?
