Killarney hiking trip September 13th 2019. We embarked upon the La Cloche Silhouette Trail in Killarney. 78 mile trip with crazy quartzite boulder climbs, pitch black porcupine surprises, and some seriously frustrating wrong turns which added an additional 15kms and ultimately proved to be the deciding factor in my failure to complete the trail. I always cool down with 5 min walk on the treadmill. . . Whilst on the treadmill I over heard 2 girls can't have been any older than 18/19 discussing their weight. One said I just want to go in a shop and know I'm a size 12 everywhere. I laugh because that's what I told myself all them months ago. It's not about the size ... River island are smaller than next. Who's smaller than asda sizes. You can't be one size anymore. I have stuff in my wardrobe that's size 10, 12, 14 s I don't have any more 16s and 18s tho 👌 Joking aside though it goes to show that people are still hung up on their size. Does anyone really come over to you and ask you what size you are wearing? No.... So why should we bother about it? As long as it fits, looks nice and you feel comfortable. Who gives a fuck? Really.... 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Anyway. . . Aside from this my numbers are going up and up and I'm getting stronger 👌🙌🏻👏🏻
