“Hey, babe,” you call down the hall as you set the final freshly frosted cupcake down on the kitchen island. “They’re done if you want one.”

“‘Bout damn time,” Touya dons a playful smirk as he strolls into the kitchen to pick up one of the chocolate confections. “Thanks for makin’ ‘em, doll,” he adds genuinely as he rests a hand on your lower back and leans over to kiss your temple.

“Anytime,” you shrug, turning around to pull off your apron and hang it up when you feel a gentle swat on your behind.

You throw your eyes over your shoulder to see the grin on his face as he lifts the dessert to his lips and you laugh. He loves the sound. It’s soft and sweet and reminds him that there’s more to life than the pain and bitterness that he’s still trying to separate himself from.

“Reminds me of you,” he murmurs as he looks between you and the cupcake in his hand. He sticks his finger into the middle as you cock a brow in his direction, a smiling tugging at the corner of your lips. He loves that too.

“Why? Because it’s sweet?” You prop your head up in your palm as your lean onto the counter, thinking that maybe you’ve beat him to the punchline of what, you assume, is a sappy setup.

“Nah,” he wears his signature smirk again as he swipes some of the white frosting that you’d piped into the center of the treat and makes a show of sucking it off of his index finger. “Because it’s cream filled.”

Charles is asleep on Kimi’s chest, his body sleep-warm and soft. He’s dozed off while Seb was still cleaning him up, wiping him down with careful movements with a warm washcloth. Kimi is running a hand through his hair, albeit slowly; his own body is drained, heavy. He’s surprised he’s still awake. 

Coming back from the bathroom, Seb slumps down on the bed with a groan. That hand towel really would have been just fine on the hotel floor for a few minutes. Or a few hours, who’s counting. Kimi is sure it must have seen worse.

“So,” Seb says, tilting his head. He’s sprawled out like a starfish on the other side of the bed. “That was fun.” 

Fun? Fun doesn’t even begin to cover it. Charles sandwiched between the two of them, swallowing down Seb’s cock like he was ravenous for it, his legs shaking while Kimi fucked him hard and fast, as if to push him back on Seb’s cock. The wet, squelching sounds of his hole, the stuttering in his breathing, the wet gagging when Seb pushed deep, his ragged gulps of air when Seb pulled out and let him catch a break. Complain? About rearranging them; coaxing Charles onto his stomach, sprawling into Kimi’s lap? Taking Kimi’s place and sliding home in one long stroke? Fucking Charles deep and unhurried until Seb came inside of him with stuttering hips, his eyes blinking open and finding Kimi’s like a compass would its North? 

“Come here already,” Kimi tells him gruffly, opening his right arm so he doesn’t jostle Charles. Seb grins and rolls over until he can bump their noses together. Kimi’s hand comes to rest between his shoulder blades, feeling his strong back. Seb’s lips are warm and familiar; kissing him is easy, second nature.
