once again thinking about billy growing up with his mom, the two of them running from neil and jumping from place to place to avoid him catching up with them and eventually settling somewhere for a bit and making it to 1983 but then the doorbell goes one day and it’s neil, so. they have to run again and end up in hawkins for some reason and bam! king steve meets mamas boy billy. flowery shirts, swim team ‘n all ..

Minthara is honorary Southeast Asian Auntie in my eyes
Shortest one in the group and always stands on boxes/stairs for better view
The way she roasts people by simply stating her observations in a deadpan manner
Will protect if outsiders bully you, but that doesn't mean her roasts end though
Calls people names in her mother's tongue so they don't understand
Will do and say everything else under the sun to show that she loves you, except saying "I love you" (because she was never taught such phrase growing up)
Bothered by the sun, checks a few times a day for blemishes
Complains food outside of home is bland (probably along the line of "This soup is so bland I can wash the bowls with it.")
Insults others by comparing them to dogs
Stands like an immobile log (🧍♀️) when hugged, if you're lucky you get an awkward pat on the back
Will happily instigate violence by snitching
Simply does NOT like the little rascals/urchins running around, especially near her
Indirectly, but in a forward way, proposes to someone after first date by asking them to go to her hometown with her
Microdosing partner with purple shrimp paste poison, otherwise they won't survive the trip in her hometown
Will pet and spoil the dog/cat when nobody is looking
Raised by a tiger mom
Has an impeccable garden full of questionable plants
You do NOT want to be on the receiving end of her flying chancla/flip flop
Bonus: loves Ulaver wine (drow green wine: alcoholic beverage fermented with vegetation and fungus of the Underdark). And here's the Vietnamese fermented green mushroom wine (rượu nấm lim xanh)

What about an HSR event where Dr. Ratio visits Belobog in the name of the Intelligentsia Guild?
He was just seeking to improve diplomatic relations (especially after the whole Topaz thing) and learn more about Jarilo VI, but an emergency comes up (maybe the Anihilation Gang again, Belobog is closely connected to Qlipoth) and he joins the investigation team.
One thing leads to another and, while exploring the Underworld, he starts acting as a teacher for the kids (Hook wants to learn more about space and thinks he is funny, he is now an honorary member of the Moles).
Hook is a menace, Clara is an angel and Ratio is devising a whole curriculum for all the Underworld kids with the help of Natasha, Svarog, Bronya and Serval.
The event's main minigames vary from pop quizzes to debates with Ratio, as well as a "build your own helmet to block out stupid people" (suggestion by Hook).
You can equip the helmet later, and there's also a trashcan option.

When it comes to men wishing women would make the first move, it's not always because the men want to make the first move and are too nervous, it's sometimes because the man isn't interested but since the woman isn't making the move there's nothing he can say no to so she'll keep indirectly hinting thinking he just isn't getting it.
i was told to ignore this bc it was sent to the wrong ask box but tbh totally a thing.
men are - depending on how you look at it - spared having to, or not provided with the opportunity to issue an unambiguous rejection to a female would-be suitor.
and women often waste their time doing this when making an actual direct approach would at least enable them to know their attentions were unwanted and move on.

Any headcanons on the friendship between Rhaella, Johanna, and the Princess of Dorne?
Yes lots! I think Rhaella was a pretty shy child who was further pushed into her shell by having Aerys who was more outgoing as a sibling. I think she was also quite jealous of aerys having a tight-knight friendship group of him tywin and steffon so she sort of subconsciously emulated it when she formed her own friendship group.
Rhaella was liked by both the princess of dorne and joanna lannister against their better judgement. Joanna I headcanon as sort of being the poor cousin to the main lannister branch so she was already jealous of rhaellas superior position and ready to dislike her but she found herself liking Rhaella's random moments of acerbic wittyness whenever her queenly mask dropped too much and then she was just very sorry for Rhaella. I DO NOT think she seduced aerys secretley or whatever and i think she was deeply insulted for both herself and Rhaella whenever he was inappropriate with her. She used to mock Aerys to Tywin's face and say that out of the two of them she had the cleverer (targaryen) friend.
The Princess of Dorne was sort of not expecting to be that close to Joanna and Rhaella because they were younger than she was and she was kind of just there to curry favour with the royal family but she viewed them both as the little sisters she never had. She liked Rhaella's grit and determination to survive in the face of all her troubles and admired her ability to control her temper. I think she liked Joanna because Joanna was also as ambitious as she was and she viewed them very much as kindred spirits and was very sad when she died.
Rhaella liked Joanna and the PoD because they both had qualities which she herself didnt (ambition, in the PoD's case a fiery temper) but also because she had always wanted sisters and didnt have them.
the PoD died before the war and one of Rhaellas thoughts was that she was glad her friend died before this because she would have been too embarassed and horrified to explain how she had promised to keep her old friends daughter safe but had instead let her son mistreat her (it wasnt rhaellas fault but she feels like she was partially guilty because she didnt try to curb rhaegars prophecy obsession early and to some extent encouraged his interest in books and arcane scrolls)

i know it's pretty cringe of me to play leavue of legends, but i played a match a bit ago as amumu support to a tristana, and we completely wrecked shop.
i feel a little sorry for the pyke/twitch combo that fought us for our lane. i'd feel more sorry if the pyke didn't kinda suck with his hook.
