L.E.F.T.E. x Reader Headcanons
I’m basing this off a fanfic I plan on writing sometime soon
-Imma say it upfront, Lefty doesn’t have a voice box. It’s my own headcanon that in UCN and FNaF 6, Lefty is a separate entity from the Puppet but Charlie is talking THROUGH his BODY
-There’s a part of Lefty’s acronym that says “fuse”. Idk what it really means, but I just headcanon that it means fusing the remnant so Charlie is attached to him and can’t leave until he’s burned.
-So Lefty gains sentience from the fused remnant
-Lefty was built to capture and contain the Puppet. As a consequence, he has to deal with Charlie
-She comes in and out and haunts him, but really just nags like a little sister. It’s really wild to her that her remnant brought him to life, and that he’s now sentient because of her
-Lefty is a very quiet and sentimental character, but is really quite sweet once you get to know him
-Though the rest of the animatronics are creeped out by him. It’s the missing eye, I tell you
-You met Lefty at his curtain when you weren’t supposed to be working overtime. You offered to help fix up his eye and maybe even get him a voice box
-He had a small crush on you for a while since then
-Charlie always teased him about it
-Lefty has a hard time approaching you because he’s too shy, but eventually he reminds you about his voice box and you get to it
-You hear Charlie speak out of Lefty and it freaks you out, but you still help Lefty. He’s even more attached and grateful to you
-Lefty gets his voice box, you both forget all about his eye. He thinks it makes him seem “unique”, and now that he can talk the others won’t be as creeped out
-He was wrong
-Sometimes Charlie will take over his body, especially at night. That freaks the others out
-She takes over and sneaks Y/N a note that tells her to meet at Parts and Services. Lefty is oblivious but she makes him go there anyway to confess
-You are a little weirded out, but you also find it cute and you throw Lefty a bone. If it’ll help him get out of his shell, what’s the worst that could happen?
-While developing your relationship, you’re the one initiating most physical touch and Lefty’s an adorable nervous wreck half the time. You admit Lefty’s adorable
-Once you two are more comfortable, Lefty becomes more confident and approaches you more often
-He advises you about your workload and tries to help take off stress
-You finally admit you’ve got a small crush on the bear involuntarily during one of your more private hangouts
-More is to come but I don’t wanna write rn so byyyeeee

I made a post about the theories I’ve had about Garrett being The Puppet and where I think he may be hiding/trapped in.
I’ve considered many things.
Maybe Garrett’s body is locked behind a box.
Maybe The Puppet is locked behind a box.
Maybe they’re stuck in another location.
Or maybe William thought of a plan.
I mean, he didnt actually think the damn thing could pose as much of a threat.
How could a little boy pose so much of a threat to the point where he couldn't sleep at night? Even in the comforts of his own home, in his bed, he could still feel the glowing eyes of a tall and slender figure staring right down at him.
Every. Night.
Vanessa wasn't much help, not with her constant nightmares, all the old man could do was just sit back and accept it. Accept the consequences of his actions, accept that there probably is an afterlife and he’ll go to Hell, and accept that he won't be able to take much more of this until he breaks.
But a man has to come to certain conclusions ever now and then.
He’s a businessman, a single father, the man of the house, a man with so much potential all crunched up by a little boy who cried too long and hard.
A little boy...
A crybaby, even.
There's a better way to this.
A smarter way.
Old man Afton encouraged him to be a true man and face his difficulties head on, not just cry about them. He knows better than to let a child, of all people, bring him down when he has so much to offer the world. So maybe he can manufacture something to help him sleep better at night.
It wasn't easy.
To create something as important and secret as this machine.
So many hours were spent sketching and creating even the slightest factors to get it correct. Carving and procuring the proper materials, painting the ideal colors, and even playing the right music to ensure that every note was played exactly to tune. Even yet, as William placed the final piece on top of the animatronic, he smiled proudly at the sight of a red top hat.
"There ya' go," he said as he patted the animatronic's crimson cheek, gleefully watching as its eyes glowed with a ginger tint.
It looked beautiful.
Black fur, grey undertones, crimson highlights, and sparkling stars shined even in the darkest of nights.
“Beautiful, just beautiful.”
The bear stared down at the older man, its thoughts not on how the exhaustion had taken its toll. Not the sweat, the unkept hair, the patchy beard, or even the bags under his eyes. It had no negative thoughts against its creator nor did it have positive ones.
It just had one goal in mind.
L.ure E.ncapsulate F.use T.ransport & E.xtract
It had just one goal in mind, and it wasn't going to let anything or anyone get in the way of it.
"You're perfect," William laughed, grasping the bear's shoulders with enthusiasm, "Just perfect."
