The chaos of hair and my new cheek tattoos. I have always been a fan of wild hair. In 1970- 71ish I loved braiding my very fine white blonde hair all over while it was wet. A new hairdo for this one, and I'm much happier with her. Despite loving the details on this doll, she has consistently been my least favorite. Changing to the striped fabric for the limbs made a huge difference, but I still wasn't entirely pleased with her. It was something about the eyebrow/forehead area...and then I realized that a lot of the issue was just how small her forehead was. I had tried something different when setting the face to give a fuller chin, and in turn, had shrunk her forehead just a little too much. Head height was desperately needed🤣...awww...much better! Completed a set of custom TMNT pals!

I’ve made this set a couple times before but I always sent them out and forgot to take pictures of them. 🥲 I just get so excited to send out my little babies to their forever homes!

So here’s my take on the Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!

I love all my TMNT babies but this rendition definitely has the most variety between brothers, which I love!

In 2019, I got my first spinning wheel due to serendipity, the kindness of friends who knew what to keep an eye out for, and some determined amateur restoration work. I already knew by that time that I loved spinning, and I had just begun to dream that someday this could be part of my professional artwork. I'm so excited to start selling my first handspun yarns, and I can't thank you all enough for coming on this journey with me.

I needed to come up with a new doll. Due to the spring season, I was thinking rabbits. Then I thought of candy corn. And then I was like “what if I had candy corn rabbits?”. But then I thought of fruit.

I posted a bunch of stuff on #chive and #of and I'm coming for #tiktok tonight. If you didn't tune in to last night's #twitchstream #twitch #twitchstreamer I found a really nice sewing machine for free yesterday while on an excursion with my mom. As a #thriftyartist this was a #realfind I haven't looked up the retail price but I have done every single one of the 69 stitches it can do. Did I mention it can sew buttons on? 🤯 I'm about to finish the office part of today and then get in twitch again to tidy some before getting into some crafting. I repaired about 10 things in my sewing dungeon and I would like to finish a couple more things with you guys. For those of you that actually read these, I'm recovering from the chaos of making new accounts and back to my game plan. I have started posting on a lot of my new pages as far as TikTok but I need to get a better organization system for my content because of the massive scale I have now made for my content creation journey.
