Ingredients 2 cups Long Grain White Rice *I used 3 chicken bouillon cubes and three cups of water. *4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive oil. 2 teaspoon Garlic minced. *1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning. 1 teaspoon Salt. *4 tablespoons Lemon Juice. . . . Instructions *1. In a medium saucepan, add three cups of water, three chicken bouillon cubes, 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. *2. Bring to a boil. *3. Then add rice. *4. Bring to a boil again with rice included. *5 Then cover, leave a small opening so rice doesn't overflow,and reduce the heat to low. 6. Let simmer, without stirring or removing the lid, for about 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and all water has absorbed. 7.Once the rice is tender and all of the liquid has absorbed, remove from the heat and let the rice sit, covered, for about 5 minutes. Add the lemon juice and fluff the rice using a fork, then serve immediately.
