#zeno's art #pokemon #hatsune miku #pokemiku #ghost miku #project voltage #vocaloid #vocal synths #i'm very proud of this piece despite its faults #i learned from “bunny blast-off” and payed extra close attention to values #so the end result's grayscale is very close to the plan version. i hope that shows #in total this piece took 12 hours probably because of the three value layouts and three sketches - a bit overkill for me but it went well #if i redid this piece i'd like to use more vibrant colors especially for her hair #but in the end i'm very proud of it. my favorite details are probably the posters in the background and miku's face and eyes #this was supposed to be posted on halloween but i want to get it out now. maybe (hopefully) i'll have a seperate piece to post on that day!

Halloween prompts year 2 day 18

Danny raced through the ghost zone in a panic, how had he missed this? Appearently vlad had released Pariah Dark from his coffin again and got smeared into a paste. The mad king had then went into another dimension, hoping to conquer it and gain more power and skeleton soldiers only to be met in battle by a group of powerful warriors calling themselves the Justice League. Vlad had somehow survived the initial butt kicking and tried to use ghost tech to finally take the king down.

Unfortunately for him, pariah saw him coming in the reflection of a lady warriors blade and killed him.

Somehow the fight dragged on halfway across the US until they got to New Jersey where some billionaire guy was hosting one of his kids 18th birthday bash at his mansion. Pariah appearently crashed threw the roof, a hero dropped the weapon they had taken from Vlad and, in an effort to save his family, Brucie Wayne took the weapon and warned Pariah not to come any closer to his kids.

Pariah mocked him and raised his weapon to a young man with a white streak in his hair they was spayed across the floor in a daze.

Next thing anyone knew the King was dead.

Bruce Wayne had killed the previous king in single combat.

Bruce Wayne was the new Ghost King

Bruce Wayne was sitting on the throne in Pariahs keep looking very unsettled.

Crud. Danny needs to keep this guy and his kids safe doesn't he?

Hey, I started reading Robin son of Batman because of your recommendation (I literally have a print of your post on my phone to not forget lol). Honestly? One of the best things I ever read!!!

Thank you for opening my eyes! Damian has been one of my favorite characters for over a year, but I didn't read/watch much of him because of school, life (and probably an executive dysfunction in the mix).

Maya is incredible. I loved her.

I haven't finished all the issues yet, but do you have any other recommendations?

i’d love to give reccs, and i’ll try to go a beginner friendly route! tbh you can pick up whatever here, but since you've read R:SOB i’d immediately follow up with Batman and Robin (2011) #1-8! this first arc is what’s referred to in Maya’s introduction, and it's just. so good.

A carta apresentada neste artigo foi enviada por uma leitora do nosso jornal, em anexo vinha uma foto antiga e bastante desgastada pelo tempo. Solicitei ao meu colega para que restaurasse a foto, infelizmente o resultado não foi o que esperávamos e para surpresa de toda a equipe, um rosto surgiu na fotografia restaurada. Leia a seguinte carta por sua conta e risco.

“Prezado leitor, Eu sou Agnes Blackthorn, uma bruxa de uma linhagem ancestral, guardiã de segredos antigos. Permita-me partilhar consigo uma história que irá gelar-lhe os ossos, algo que ecoa as mais aterrorizantes lendas urbanas. Há muitos anos, numa noite de Samhain envolta em densa névoa, a minha avó, Selene, ousou explorar os mistérios de um espelho ancestral, uma relíquia que atravessara gerações. Ela acreditava que, naquela noite, o véu entre os mundos era tão ténue que a mais profunda verdade poderia ser revelada. Selene acendeu velas negras e recitou palavras ancestrais, evocando o poder do espelho. A escuridão da sala intensificou-se à medida que uma figura sombria emergia no vidro. Era uma visão arrepiante – uma multidão de rostos pálidos e olhos vazios, todos fixados nela. O líder dessa horda espectral apresentou-se como “O Guardião das Almas Condenadas” e propôs responder a qualquer pergunta em troca de uma alma. A sua figura, com um rosto aterrorizante e um sorriso sinistro, e olhos que brilhavam como brasas ardentes, pairava sobre o espelho. A minha avó, igualmente curiosa e corajosa, lançou-lhe a pergunta que aperta o coração de muitos de nós: “O que me aguarda para além da morte?” O Guardião soltou uma risada que ecoou como o lamento do vento noturno. Assim, ele começou a narrar uma história que gelou o sangue de Selene. Era uma narrativa sobre como o Samhain era retratado como um portal para um reino sombrio onde as almas perdidas erravam eternamente, famintas por conhecimento e condenadas ao eterno sofrimento. Ele afirmou que a sua própria existência estava vinculada ao espelho, uma prisão da qual ele estava condenado a guardar, mas cuja influência se estendia muito para além do vidro. E que tudo o que ela via refletido no espelho, seria o seu futuro após o último sopro de vida escapar de seu corpo. Selene assustada pôs fim ao ritual e tapou o espelho, mas o Guardião deixou-lhe antes uma advertência tenebrosa: “O conhecimento tem um preço, bruxa. Acabou de desencadear uma força que não pode ser contida.” No dia seguinte, a tragédia abateu-se sobre a minha família. O meu avô e marido de Selene morreu em circunstâncias misteriosas durante o sono, deixando-a devastada até à sua própria morte. Ela acreditou que a visita ao espelho e o pacto com o Guardião haviam desencadeado a terrível calamidade e a culpa nunca a abandonou. Selene, aterrorizada pelas consequências mortais de sua busca, escondeu o espelho, para que ninguém mais se atrevesse a buscá-lo e enfrentar perdas devastadoras. Agora partilhei consigo esta história. Acautele-se na sua busca pelo conhecimento, pois as consequências podem ser verdadeiramente aterrorizantes e nem todas as perguntas necessitam de ser respondidas. Com respeito e temor, Agnes Blackthorn”
