Just like chishiya, there are intelligent people on the beach who do not fancy the thrill of parties, and until a few weeks ago there were no fun activities available for these people. Fortunately, Keiichi also known as the number 3 on the beach, came up with a solution that made everyone happy, keiichi delivered the idea to hatter and hatter announced it as his own idea. The idea was to give a hall on the ground floor for optional game activities in form of tournaments that changes each week. For a regularly social person who loves parties, these tournaments were boring, it looked boring from a far. It was understandable, very few women were there and the only attractive man present was chishiya.

As for chishiya, he was having the time of his life, he found himself visiting these events frequently, probably because he enjoyed crushing people, giving them hope and toying with them, before crushing them in these games. And since these tournament events happened at night chishiya even went as far as to add alcohol to his night of fun, after all, based on his standards there wasn’t much he’d call competition, his regular drinks were whisky’s and martinis depending on his mood and how much fun he was having. These events also helped chishiya take his mind off his soon to had been fiancé, this was a truth he had only shared with kuina. Chishiya missed his beloved girlfriend and worried about the possibilities of her ending up here, after all, chishiya had only been in Tokyo that day to pick up the custom made ring before appearing in the borderlands.

This week the game chosen was chess and that was a game chishiya had been mastering since he was nine, not having his parents actively present in his life gave him the opportunity to learn and grow independently. So at this point chishiya was a master. So far he had been scaling through the games, but he had heard that the predicted finalist was clearing opponents like it was nothing. He could never take a good look at the person because whenever they played, there was always a crowd around them, watching them intently, even though his games attracted a crowd it didn’t attract a large crowd like this person’s games. Finally the finals came and chishiya had arrived at the chess table 15 minutes earlier, he couldn’t shake off the nervous feeling in his stomach but as a result of that feeling , chishiya was even more excited.

15 minutes passed and his opponent appeared standing before him, wearing a scarlet red scarf hanging loosely around her neck, her fierce eyes piercing into his soul forcing him to look up and when he did, his normal expressionless gaze disappeared along with the unbothered facade he had sown to his personality. He felt dumb for not realising that you were his opponent, he did however notice that you were not a member of the beach and suspected that you had just walked in, found people placing chess and decided to join (that’s actually what happened). You stretched your hand out to shake him and asked playfully giggling “shall I have this dance” still star struck he nodded. The game began and after you both made your first move, the atmosphere was tense, after every move chishiya would raise his said to meet your fierce eyes, it made him warm, it distracted him, weakened his moves and to cope he drank more. You were winning, and chishiya was tipsy but still sober enough to play and understand his surroundings. “So what do we get if we win” chishiya asked, “something from each other” you added capturing his pawn, “well what do you want from me” chishiya interrogated, “you will find out once the game is over” you smirked retrieving your queen, “what do you want tho?” You spoke again, “alas querida I can not tell you yet” he said smugly in a stupid made up accent, which made you laugh, you stretched your hand over the board to brush back the blonde man’s hair, causing his body to be suddenly over taken with warmth, the tip of his ears red and his eyes fixated on you, before he could ask any questions you said “your hair, I want to play you at your best, I thought it might be obstructing your vision… I like the colour, it suit you…. Well you have always had it like that…. Well then I guess I just like your hair” chishiya smiled at your embarrassment and you both resumed the game, 30 minutes later, the game was over, chishiya had resigned and you were victorious.

After the game results had been declared and you had been celebrated, chishiya takes you on a walk towards his room where he hoped you would spend the night before introducing you to hatter and the other beach executives. “Ok ‘champions’ what did you want from me” chishiya said grabbing your hand and kissing it, “I probably shouldn’t ask, you are drunk right now and I might be and yeah we should just sleep” you said, realising you were now infront of chishiya’s room, you tried to get past him but he grabbed you arm, pulling you towards him, before asking “do you still like…. My hair” chishiya said trying to pick his words carefully.

In that moment y/n stood close to him so close she could feel the warmth of his breath as he spoke, her heart racing as their eye met, holding their gaze at each other, his hand wrapped around her waist, overwhelmed by her own need for him, she pulled him into a rough and messy kiss, pulling away from her, his overwhelming desires driving him crazy chishiya struggled with opening the door to his room, once opened, they wasted no time getting into the room, kissing roughly, making her decision on what she wants from this man, y/n pulled away from the kiss, biting down on his neck causing an unusual moan to escape from the lips of the blonde man. y/n planted a trail of kisses on the man as she dropped to her knees. Getting to the meeting he placed the red scarf on the table. Waiting patiently for you to find him, soon enough, you burst into the room, charging at him, demanding he returned the scarf. “Oh darling you are up” he said all innocently “don’t oh darling me, where is it? I know you took it, you are the only one capable of such” you said placing your hand on the table, staring at him with glares that could kill, “I don’t know what you are talking about it’s right th-” chishiya said, before interrupted “oh cut the crap and hand it over” you said interrupting him, “but darling it’s right there” he said smiling and pointing at the table, your hand was in it this whole time, you instantly calmed down, your thoughts became more rational and your mind clear, you had not noticed that the scarf was under your hands, just like you had not noticed that the leaders of the beach were watching the scene and how you had not noticed that you were standing before them wearing only chishiya’s hoodie, which covered you very well but it made your relations with him apparent, at that moment chishiya realised that he’d probably be kicked out of his own room for a while and during all this hatter had been laughing with aguni, it wasn’t common for someone to handle chishiya like that, however they were more surprised that chishiya got laid consensually before Niragi.

The end of an era

Once Upon a Time will be ending after its 7th season this spring!

I’m not really surprised, but I still feel a little sense of “wow, it’s actually happening!”

The show has been kind of a mess for a while, and season 7 hasn’t really connected with me too much. But here is a collection of some of my Ouat memories <3

I have been watching Once Upon a Time since I was in middle school, I remember my mom telling me about it and saying “we have to watch this new show about fairy tales, it’s made by the creators of Lost!” :’)

The first season was absolutely magical!!

I remember being so terrified of Rumplestiltskin that I couldn’t go to sleep without watching a Disney movie to get my mind off of it (Usually Peter Pan). Haha!

I remember being so inspired by Snow White :)) and now I want to be a teacher, like Mary Margaret!

I remember relating to Henry’s love of stories, also, what an adorable kid!

I remember poor Graham, gone too soon!

I remember being amazed at Sebastian Stan’s portrayal of the Mad Hatter (and now he’s Bucky!!!! <3 )

I remember being OBSESSED with Captain Hook. Colin is a gift to this Earth

I remember MEETING Robbie Kay (Peter Pan!) in person! I snuck out of a rehearsal for a high school Christmas play so that I would make it to the event on time, oops

I remember lovinggg a different take on Cinderella! And all the princesses, really!

I remember crying over Ruby’s story, ugh why didn’t Granny tell her ughhhh😭😭

I remember wanting Charming and Snow to remember who they were SO BADLY!!! It was so sad when they didn’t know

I remember wanting Emma to believe SO BADLY OMGG thank goodness she finally realized her savior-ness

I remember really liking Rumbelle before it got so darn *problematic* (for me personally; I understand that other people feel the exact same way about Captain Swan, which I LOVE, soo...tomayto tomahto, agree to disagree)

I remember being soo enthralled by the Neal/Baelfire storyline and crying when he asked if Henry was his son! Looking back I can’t believe he left her in PRISON to have her BABY but I know I know it’s really August who convinced him and he didn’t know she was pregnant etc. etc...whole thing was heartbreaking

I remember absolutely hating The Evil Queen,

Anddd I remember growing to LOVE Regina!

I remember being soo excited when they would tease new characters at Comic Con, like Hook&Ariel! I would FLIP at those teasers

I remember being super excited for Frozen! I feel like their casting of Anna was PERFECT and of course I love my twin, Elsa!

I remember being inspired by Emma and what she became :) so brave

I remember many other awesome things and feelings before the nonsense of the stupid wish realm that made no sense and the careless timelines and forgotten set ups for future plot lines that never happened...oh and those pesky little INCONSISTENCIES :) :) :) :) *eye twitches* I wonder if I would have enjoyed the show more if I had not looked online so much at critical reviews and reactions..maybe I wouldn’t have picked up on as many flaws as the seasons went on, but either way I have a lot of love and nostalgia for this show, and I am honestly fine and at peace with it ending. It should have ended with Season 6, and for a lot of fans it did. Season 7 is certainly interesting, and can be fun at times, but so far I have consistently felt a sense of unease while watching it. It’s somewhat familiar but still uncomfortable and shallow, like it’s just not genuine anymore. I’m happy that the creators have had time to prepare for this ending so that there will be no random cliffhangers, here’s to hoping the rest of the season will go up and up from here!

Death to All Pirates

**WARNING PIRATES 5 SPOILERS UNDER THE CUT**

As an avid Pirates of the Caribbean fan, I’m generally the first person to defend the franchise and enjoy the films, despite how bad they are (and I am aware that the newer ones are not great). I loved the first three films to death, enjoyed the fourth for what it was though it was sub par in comparison… but I honestly was not a fan of the fifth film.

I’ve had friends tell me they think the fifth film was in the top three overall.. and quite honestly I can not accept that. I’m a die-hard PotC fan, and I’ve put up with a lot of nonsense from this franchise and the fandom… but honestly this is where I draw the line. Dead Men Tell No Tales was not up to par, and here are a few of my thoughts on why.

1. They changed the lore on how Jack got his compass. It is expressly said in the second film that he got it from Tia Dalma. Will presents her with the cloth that has the picture of the key that opens the chest that contains Davy Jones’ heart, and Tia Dalma replies to Jack saying specifically “The compass you bartered from me, it cannot lead you to this?”. So tell me why in Dead Men Tell No Tales, Young Jack is seen getting the Compass from his former captain as he dies? You can’t just change the lore to fit your cute new plot.

2. Jack is a buffoon throughout the ENTIRE film. Don’t get me wrong, Jack’s stupidity is part of his charm, but in every other film, Jack was also portrayed as a bit of a genius, and carefully thought out his plans. In the fifth film, Jack is constantly drunk and is always getting lucky when he does anything cool or Jack-like. Also is it just me, or did anyone else find that Johnny Depp portrayed Jack Sparrow in this film nearly the same way he portrayed the Mad Hatter in Alice Through the Looking Glass? Just me?

3. They disregarded select parts of the Fourth film. Yes they kept the fact that Barbossa was captain of the Queen Anne’s Revenge, and the Black Pearl was still in a bottle, and hey… even Scrum was in the film! However… we never got ANY information on what happened to Angelica. She was kind of a big role in On Stranger Tides… Jack even confessed to loving her! And suddenly… it’s as if she didn’t exist. The after credits scene showed the voodoo doll that was made of Jack washing up on the island he left her on… what happened to all of that? I for one want to know.

4. Will was suddenly a whiny bitch about being captain of the Dutchman. Look, I know he was away from his family for like 20 years, and that sucks… but Will was always such a strong character and he was willing to do the job, he was prepared for it. Now suddenly in this film he’s super whiny about it. But what now? Now that his “curse” was broken… which wasn’t really a curse mind you, he was basically turned into a demigod… who’s going to ferry those who die at sea to the after life?

5. They killed Barbossa… but somehow there is talk of a sixth film? No… just… no. Barbossa was in literally every Pirates film, he even appeared for 10 seconds in the end of Dead Man’s Chest… so to even consider making another film without him in it is honestly blasphemy. To me, and I’m sure many other Pirates fans, Barbossa is as integral to the series as Jack Sparrow. All in all, there can be no proper Pirates sequel if Barbossa is dead… end of story.

Honestly… I didn’t hate it, I don’t think I could ever hate a Pirates of the Caribbean film… but it honestly did disappoint me. Long story short… PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A SIXTH. LET THE FRANCHISE REST IN PEACE PLEASE.
